It was a fun experience and a hood place to spend time with friends and family. It's mini golf, so even little ones like toddlers can also enjoy ?? but be careful with the babies as the gold balls might go astray. Mini golf ?? it looked so easy, but it was definitely not easy at all. It took us several tries just to get the ball in before passing to the next holes.
Went on a weekday and it was a good steady traffic, not too busy. Perfect for families, hanging out, dates and just having fun. Prices are reasonable and affordable and the staff is very friendly. They have 2 separate 18 hole courses, an arcade with prizes and a snack bar. Great fun activity if you want to do something different.
We celebrated our son?s birthday . We opt for unlimited game option for 2 hrs with food & cake cutting . One dedicated guide assist the group to engage in activity, well organised .Kids all enjoyed well . Highly recommended
Neat place to come with friends. Came on a weekend and there were so many kids though! :')) Holes are well maintained and the course is pretty large. The arcade has a decent selection of games and the snack bar is nice. Not a bad spot to spend 2 hours or so hanging out with friends!
One of the only places around for mini golf. There are 2 courses with a variety of holes as well as an arcade and snack bar. Went on the weekend when it was crowded and there were lots of kids running around as you would expect. It was a good way to spend about 60 to 90 minutes. There is a special to play both courses for 22 which is only 5 for second course. The course has been redone so the holes are in good condition.
Such an adorable outdoor golf play. It's so fun for adults and kids, family or a date :) there's also an arcade and food to purchase inside! Make sure to bring sunblock on hotter days you will need it.
Took my daughter there for an afternoon it's a fun course we had a great time
I went here 2 times on a field trip and for my birthday, and both of the times I went there were GREAT!!! The food was really good and there were a lot of good games in the arcade. The courses were really fun. One part of the place I think had something that looked like a punching bag or something else, and I was younger at that time and I didn't know I would get hurt but I did, but no worries, I didn't get hurt that much. Thanks for great service!!!!
A wonderful mini golf course to spend the afternoon or evening for friends or for a date. They have 2 18-course holes which are both really fun. The facilities and turf is well-maintained and I appreciate that they decorate for the holidays.
Legit place! Very nice amount of courses and different obstacles. It's reasonable about $20 a person
Fun place for couples, friends and families alike. The courses are unique and the place operates like a well oiled machine. Buy your game, get the balls from the machine and choose your course. The ticket arcade is also fun with really good token rates. Snack bar is in the back of the arcade. Same with the bathrooms. Had a lot of fun on both courses and a lot of them are honestly challenging. Parking in the main lot can run out on weekends
Had a fun Friday afternoon here! It was pretty hot and sunny throughout, but the safari route had a number of shady locations and a nice breeze. They also have an arcade and a snack bar.
The 9 challenging holes are a great time, and have some of the most unique holes I've ever seen at mini golf! The arcade is clean and well maintained, and has a nice little selection.
This place is a lot of fun, and you can spend hours here. They have two sides, easy and hard, for the miniature golf. We played both. There is a deal where your second game is only $4. We also went on a Wednesday when you could get a video arcade card that allowed you to play all day Wednesday, not including games that gave you tickets. But we managed to spend over 3 hours playing video games. We more than got our money's worth out of the $14 cards.
This is a fun experience! We went during Halloween and they had dressed up the place in a spooky theme. Great for an outing with family and friends, adults and children alike. This is an interesting minigolf course with easy and challenging shots. They provide the golf balls and clubs and a card to mark your scores. They also have a separate arcade games section.
This place is a lot of fun with family and friends. It has two 18 hole miniature golf courses(easy and hard). Takes around 1.5 hours to complete each course. Have been here after sunset. Lighting was dim at some places and we had to use our mobile flash lights. This also has arcade gaming and restaurant. Good for group outings and parties. Special deals are available for Monday night and online. Do get your jackets if you are coming on days other than summer as its an outdoor course and it gets really cold
Golfland USA is an exciting yet slighty overpriced experience for friends and families alike. For $17 an adult, you get 18 holes to test your minigolf prowess. There's two sides (we did the harder one), and this somewhat helps to separate the crowd. The holes are well-decorated, cohesive, and provided unique challenges. There's even a family of ducks (with the cutest ducklings) who wander the park! It's a great place to spend a night with friends!
Nice fun place to visit with family. It has really nice outdoor place. We took 18 holes, easy one. Wasn't so easy. Inside is arcade w/ games. Had tater tots and nachos. They were frozen ones and not good at all. No good food or drink inside otherwise.
Manager is friendly and provides great customer service, so do the other workers. Good time for children and adults. Definitely worth visiting, good price.
The minigolf is excellent - varied and well-designed. The arcade is a disaster - our cards only worked on some of the games, many machines malfunctioned and the noise was excessive.
Here's how this place works - There are 2 courses, each of them is 18 lanes long. The entire group plays each lane together and moves to the next one when each person has managed to hit the hole. If you can't hit the hole in 5 turns, you move to the next lane and get 6 points. - Cost of an adult for a single 18 lane is 11.5 $ per person. - If you're short on time, I'd recommend going for 18 lanes. Pros - Lots and lots of fun. Some of the lanes are pretty challenging as you move ahead through the course -
This place was amazing! I went for my friend's birthday party and the golf course was fun! Even though I am not a really golf person, this was so amazing that I actually got really into golf now. I love this place!
To have fun with your crew this is a nice choice, I consider it a bit expensive. $18 will give you access to the 18-hole court with a putter and a ball.
Good place to play! My son and l finished 36 holes in about 2.5 hours(on Tuesday). It's so much fun here. The assistants here are so nice to tell us about everything because this is our first time play mini golf. I believe if you play on weekends, it's going to so crowd and you might have to take more time.
Challenging and fun holes. Volcano holes require either perfect speed or dead-on accuracy. Other holes even out the competition. A four year old in our group got a hole in one in the first two holes. Colorful, animated, creative holes. This is an unusually large course with large features. Large arcade inside and Icees to boot.
Great course. We had fun. It just seemed too busy. Players would get bottle necked at center holes. Seems like establishment should some how stagger the golfers... but how? Otherwise super fun.
Very nice play area for all family members, you will had a great family time, also it is great for birthday party too
It was crazy evening. We went to this place after sun set. The lightings helped us. They had this 9 or 18 put. It was funny, interesting and little challenging but guaranteed fun.there is a 12th hole that is a bonus but I have not seen anyone making it. It is also quite reasonable priced. You have two themes where you can pick Christmas or jungle safari. They have toilets /restroom facility.
Amazing how a mini golf place can be next to the very commercial busy street El Camino Real in Sunnyvale. Reasonable price. A good choice for team build events if your team is not too big.
Staff wasn't very friendly or knowledgeable. Th machine that is supposed to dispense your golf ball so you can start playing was empty, and it took forever for them to get someone to refill it. The girl that was over by the food counter was so rude and made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience to her that I asked if I could buy 2 slurpies. The kids did have fun mini golfing, which is why I still gave them 4 stars.
A great place for a family with kids or a team outing? fairly priced We need to buy tickets in the beginning depending on the amount of time we are planning to spend.. each ticket gets 1 bat and 1 ball.. (bats are of 2 sizes for adults and kids).. we then compete with each other trying to hit the ball into the hole with minimum tries.. 18 holes or 36 holes is the option.. to cover 18 holes will take 1-3 hours for 2 people depending on level of expertise.. the difficulty level keeps increasing with every le
Nice place to challenge your Golf skills. The area is not big but the layout of 18 holes on either side prevents crowding. They have vending machines for cold drinks. It seems to be overpriced considering time required to finish 18 hole game.
I have taken kids to a number of miniature golf places and this one happens to be on the bottom of that list. The course is literally tearing apart. It feels like it last got an upgrade in 1987. I wouldn't even mind paying more. The place was crowded. It's a franchise and you would think one would have some pride. On the other hand since there isn't much competition they don't really need to maintain the place. The only redeeming thing was that the bathroom was clean.
Fun place to play miniature golf with family and friends! Great for kids !
We had a lot of fun. The place was neat and clean. They had two courses both were fun. Parking may be limited.
This IS NOT wheelchair accessible, yes you can make it to the entrance, and maybe the video games behind (but if you searched minigolf, you don't want to play video games for a steep price). the bathroom I did not try it so? There are stairs all over and it is not disabled friendly even if you just have a walker it's not really doable and the staff will not warn you when you show up with a rollator. If you can manage without your mobility aid it's fun, but google should remove the disabled access stuff be
We went as two families a group of eight in total with four teenage guys we played 18 holes for $64 We had a great time! There are two sides with 18 holes each. The attendant said the left side had more obstacles while the right side had more visuals. We didn't play any arcade games but we would definitely go again!
This was the most amazing mini golf course I've been to. It was *huge*, with crazy features. It was fairly well maintained, but the movement things on our side were not active... Which was fine, we didn't need any more challenge! There were two 18 hole courses - we only played the back 18. There were bumps, loops, ramps, bridges, and water. The worst was the volcano like hole. We could not get it to the top of that darn thing. But we all had a lot of fun!
Nice golf, but inside is dirty and the workers are extremely slow and incompetent. Cops also came for sketchy people
Nice fun place, some of the goals are challenging for sure, gets tough as you keep Going
Last time I was here the greens were in rough shape. I noticed right away that they had repaired the turf on the putting greens. It made the experience nicer. Our ball got stuck in a couple of features of the holes but we got a replacement easily. We visited the arcade and despite a couple of broken games we had plenty of fun and the staff at the prize counter were friendly and helpful. Might even return again this summer!
We had a birthday party here and kids really had a blast! Everything went super smoothly, with the stuff being flexible and attentive to every detail. Totally recommend, worth every penny!
Did the full 36 hole course and it was very fun. There are 3 different 18 hole courses to choose from which is great for when there are large groups of people. Paid $96 for 4 people and it was well worth the experience. The holes ranged from easy to difficult and there were many beautiful items across the course. The only con is that if your ball gets lost in water, you have to walk all the way back to the front entrance to get another ball. Other than that, I would highly recommend.
Nice place to hangout with kids and friends. Gets you moving, serves round table pizza for a catered party.
I had an amazing time there. The area is systemically organized with respect to playing. Decent sitting & small drink ( coke etc) counter. The overall aura was great.
Solid course, clean arcade. $18 for 18 holes is $1 per hole, however there were some duplicates that took a way a bit of the fun on the safari course. Enough to take away a star? Nah, it's rare to find such cheap fun out here. Can't comment on arcade other than cleanliness and didn't eat though, so bare that in mind.
The centre is ok with a effort to make Christmas, festive with decorations. However , at 18 dollars yes , eighteen dollars for a round of crazy golf..... madness what planet are they on? Would certainly NOT be going there again! Quite a rip off.
Came here on a whim after we couldn't think of other fun things to do on a Friday night. I want to say we got in around 10:30. We were told the easier course takes 30 minutes and the other around the same or maybe a bit longer. We bought our tickets without a wait and started playing. The course was phenomenal. I've never been to such an interactive mini golf course. There are many fun holes with moving parts and pieces, and it is really fun to go with friends, no matter your experience level. I will say, s
?? Superb place to play a good round of miniature golf. As this was my first track in the USA, I have to be honest, Minigolf in Germany and USA are slightly different in terms of rules and material of the ground. In Germany you mostly play on concrete and the rules are pretty strict, each player has to wait until the other finishes the current track. Therefore the course at Golf Land was surprisingly refreshing. Nice course with a lot of love for the detail on every single track. The moving obstacles and ov
I love this Golfland! The arcade area is old and the entire place is actually pretty outdated but that lends to it's charm. The holes are maintained pretty well and even though it's surrounded by parking lots, you can get lost for an hour having fun. Weeknights are good as you generally don't get stuck waiting for people. Weekends you are guaranteed to be waiting.
Fun playing mini golf. It was fun to be out. Will come back and visit again.
2 courses 18 holes each. If your looking at the cashier station the course to your left is considered the harder one. But the one on the right is more colorful and vibrant if you go at night or on holiday it's amazing. Arcades great all be it small. But they have some staples like ddr second mix and ski ball and a racer from bandai. (Bring your bana pass) Prices are very nice around 10-12 depending on the day. Pay 20 in the arcade you will be there for at least 45 minutes to an hour if your by yourself.
The best mini golf I've ever been to...BY FAR! A very clean course, and extremely functional and we'll kept. Did I mention the holes are ACTUALLY functional. Gotta go back and play the other 9 holes. (We played the "castles" side)
This is the last place on earth for families to actually come to and enjoy some family time. It is clean, fun and age friendly. Best place in the bay area. To the owners, thank you so much. ??
Overall it's a pretty nice place, with many different styles of challenges, but it's kind of run down and in need of cosmetic repairs
Really enjoyed myself, 2 great courses, family friendly, kids of all ages were golfing and having fun !
This place is fantastic!! Good prices and a whole lot of fun. Just make sure to go when it's not too busy, because it sucks to get stuck behind people playing games slower than your group.
Nice place to spend some time with family and friends. Had an arcade centre and a restaurant
Very nice place. And if you're not into golf so much or need a break from it, there are arcades. I recommend this place!
Fun! Come early (before 1 pm) as it's not as crowded which makes the experience a lot more fun and pleasant.
Fun activity with family or friends, the course is a little bit old but they are maintained ok, pick a not busy schedule to avoid crowd to have more fun.
Mean ppl because their cannon machine didn't work and they didn't give us our free game for like 20 minutes
I had so much fun!!!! It was so so no wait for the arcade games! Would definitely go back!!!!
It was really fun! Came with a party of 5 on Saturday afternoon and was really nice. Bring enough water to stay hydrated.
My friends and I loved it. Although this may seem like a bad review but there is a bonus level where you need to hit it hard to get it in a very small and far hole. It's only 1 try and it takes your ball. But, my friend made it. So we told the worker and she opened it and said it had to stay on a TINY LITTLE edge. Even though we got it in and there was this group and he also saw it go in. But it had to stay at a ledge. Will go back but not the bonus.
The place looks nice. But just one thing, if you are here looking for the KONAMI rhythm game machines, THEY ARE ALL GONE. NO JUBEAT, NO BEATMANIA IIDX, NONE. They got rid of those a year ago. The only thing remains is a DDR. So if you come here solely for the rhythm games just don't bother.
They have 2 different courses, both extremely fun. The place is less crowded on weekday evenings.
Had tons of fun. Staff was beyond awesome at their job. Bathrooms were clean. They have a cute snack bar. The arcade has a variety of gaming options when one is trying to escape the heat. Definitely recommend this place.
Great place to spend a couple of hours with friends and family. There are two 18 holes courses so you can choose the easier one for starters and you can then if you want to, also do the slightly harder course or do 36 holes by paying a nominal amount. There is also a game arcade and a small cafe so you won't go hungry though the portions are tiny and food quality is average but there are lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. Parking is small so try to time it for a less busy time. Weekdays afternoons a
I loved coming here I came with one friend and we had a amazing time! The course was super fun yet simple and after we chilled in the arcade. You can do 18 or 36 holes we did 18 it about 17$per person. I highly recommend coming if you want to chill with friends or have a cute date!
Nice place to enjoy golf and spending few hours! Worth a visit!
Today was my son?s birthday at Golf land in Sunnyvale. It was the greatest birthday he's ever had and we enjoyed a lot as parents. There were a great host team there which take care of everything. They take care of all kids from the time party started and then guide them how to play golf , then took them to the place to eat pizza and after that brought our son?s cake and take care of hosting our guests very well. I was so lucky to find this place. I have a little 9 month baby so within them, I have never be
My recent visit to Golf Land USA was a huge letdown. As someone who cherishes the joys of mini-golf and the delightful experiences it can bring to families and friends, I went to Golf Land USA with high expectations. Unfortunately, the entire facility feels outdated and poorly maintained, leading to a significantly disappointing experience. When I arrived, it was evident that Golf Land USA had seen better days. The entrance, which should have been inviting and vibrant, was instead lacklustre and worn down.
Super fun and kept us entertained for a long time. They have an easy and advanced course. My group did both! Both courses are super fun.
Pretty fun place to spend 2 to 3 hours with a small to medium sized group
Fun place for family
Affordable prices, cute little displays at each hole, comes with a small arcade attached to+ super accessible on El Camino. Highly recommend!
A very good entertainment place quite enjoyable, very clean
There's 36 holes in total, 18 "beginner" holes and 18 "advanced" holes (They are very similar though). The surface is not perfect but it is very well maintained and enjoyable overall. I've been there twice and I always have fun! Occasionally some of the mechanically-controlled holes or obstacles stop functioning but it is fairly rare and has never affected me personally.
Mini golf, but a big experience! If you really like mildly frustrating but really rewarding family golf on intricately designed courses, I definitely recommend!
My family always has the best experience at Golfland Sunnyvale. We recently had a group event there, and everything went smoothly, and the customer service was excellent.
The minigolf course is cute, but maintenance could be a little better. Came here on a Friday evening and it was pretty crowded (which makes sense). Expect to have some wait times at each hole. The arcade is ok, it had an extremely weird smell (old frying oil?) which didn't really make me want to stay and play games.
It was very busy when we were there. But we were able to play a full 18 holes comfortably. We had a small issue with paying for more players than necessary and the assistant manager took care of us immediately. Five star service for sure.
Great place for kids! Even a lot of fun for adults as well. There is also an old school gaming arcade inside. You can choose to play 18 or 36 holes, with various kinds of themes.
Honestly one of the largest mini-golf courses I've ever been to. We had a great evening and we only played one of the two courses, it took about 2 hours to go through.
Very nice facility, fun place to hangout and bond with family and friends.
Nice family friendly miniature golf place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Took my team here for fun event and they enjoyed it
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
