Gold Mine Arcade

We put in 20$ and never got our card to play games. We knocked on the tech door to report the issue multiple times and no one was there.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I recently took my 2 young children to this arcade in the Mt. Shasta Mall when I purchased $20 credits, the machine never spits out my game card after eating my money. I went to the back, where the tech door is, and no one answered. I contacted the company through email, no response. Then, I made contact via the number on the Google ad. I was asked to text. So I did and haven't heard anything back from the person on the other end. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

The only arcade game i look forward to being here (Big Buck Hunter) is constantly out of commission and its upsetting and im about to stop coming back. Besides that, other games are regularly broken or off in this place wjich is ridiculous considering that its extremely expensive to play these arcade games, the cards are a rip off and I wish we could use tokens.

Had to contact my bank because these people are thieves. They are dishonest, rude and disrespectful, and lacking communication. It's clear they don't know how to run a GOOD business.

Half the games didn't work. We were there killing time while others shopped. It's disappointing. Seems like a cash grab. I honestly don't see it lasting another year. Prizes are wak also.

There are lots of games that children like here. What kids love is being able to see prizes earned from their points and not from a cold, impersonal vending machine where you can't choose colors or see the product. There was a lot of money invested in the machines. Why not invest in actual humans to enhance the experience.

Lady is always there when we go she is very nice and helpful. Could use a little more time on the zombie game for the credits but overall it's a good value. We got a $20 card that lasted for about 30 minutes play each time.

For the cost of the cards you would think you get plenty to use except the games range from 18-40 points to play each. half the games are not working, feels like they fill this place with old out dated games from other arcades

Positives Today, I bought a player's card for my daughter for $40. There were MANY games to choose from, and we enjoyed most of them. About 50% of the games were Chucky Cheese-like, and 50% were shooter/racing games for older kids. Some exceptions exist, but this is the majority. You earn "tickets" on your account as you play different machines which I assume lead to prizes. The difference between scanning a card and inserting quarters into the machine is one that I love and hate. It's super convenient and

Awful. my dad took me here to see what the new arcade in the mall was about. this place is very very scammy. spent 10$ on a driving game and a candy claw machine that only got me a tiny Halloween sized thing of m&ms with an uneven amount of credits I couldn't use. each game costs around 2-3$ to play (PER CREDIT, each game cost around 2-3 credits) from what i remember. No coins either which was a huge let down, you load all of your money on a card that you scan onto the games. some of the machines were out

This place is terrible. You have to use cash to buy a card to play, the card has points on it and each game cost an uneven amount of points to play so you never get to use all the points in your card. The games are crazy expensive to play also. You will always have some left which aren't enough to play unless you load more cash onto it. We blew $50 in a matter of minuets. Most of the games give tickets which are also loaded on the card and they have this prize vending machine you use to pick prizes out of.

Never agen we spent 10 bucks on 100 credits and each game was 25 credits half the games are broken. No ac and no staff to get refunds for all there broken Machines. Huge scam.

Half the games are broken but will still take your credits to not work. Far cry from the gold mine I remember as a kid.

Games aren't that fun no one to assist you when the games break which they do becuase I used to work at Chuck E. Cheese and they needed two dedicated game fixers to be there at any given time played some air hokey apparently we took to long because it just shut off and another game broke and didn't give us tickets

Awesome place for kids and families, I'm 20 years old and it made me feel like a child again being in there I loved it
