Went around closing time on a Thursday. We were the only people in there. The Inside was clean but a little sterile and quiet. Some ambiance from the machines or music would have been nice. Prices were good. Mostly just crane games. There was one time-stopper/line cutter game which I won a big pikachu from after about 9 tries. Each token is 1 dollar and 95% of the machines cost 1 token. Overall the machines are not impossible to win. I would like to come back when it is a little more lively

Had the most amount of fun I had in awhile. Won something on my second try. Then, I started winning more and more. First lap around, I already had almost a full basket. The second Lap around I went back and won the ones I failed at the first time. The experience started kicking in and using the double tap to close the claw early really helped to get most of them. So much fun! Very nice worker. Many claw machines with different items to win. You can even trade in something you won for a different item or for tickets that you can save up or exchange your items for large item.

The people working were so nice. They wanted you to win. We were even told ?we want you to win, there's no fun in losing.? They had games that were all skill and the claw machines weren't unreasonable for payout like 1 in every 2 plays was a win some machines were a winner every time. Drove 3 hours for this for it to not disappoint. Would do it all over again!

Let me start this review by saying this place was absolutely an amazing experience! I saw it on arcadematt?s YouTube channel. We traveled all the way down from Erie pa to check it out. All the great things we heard about this place were true. The owners were super kind and welcoming. They even offered to let my son swap out his dragons for different colors. Their claw machines aren't like the typical ones at big arcades where it's near impossible to win, so we walked away with several prizes. We will definitely go back!

I took my two kids (9 and 13) here today, and we had a lot of fun! We spent a little over an hour in the arcade, playing and picking prizes. With the $50 package of tokens, we got a wheel spin that won us 10 extra tokens. Each machine is only 1 token - with a couple 2 token machines containing name-brand toys. My fiance brought me here to celebrate my birthday this year (i have a feeling maybe more for himsef than me, as he has a claw machine addiction, lol), and we both absolutely loved it. This place is nice and clean, with enough open space that it doesn't feel crowded even with other people around. There are plenty of machines to go around, and all in all, it's pretty affordable to play. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We will be back many times.

Great time with my family. Very nice owners and owners will explain to you how to buy tokens and the trick to pushing the claw machine button a second time for getting a stronger grip. For most of the animals you win you can trade in for tickets if you want to save up for a different prize and if you win an animal in a machine and want a different animal on the same machine they will switch it out for you. This is genuinely an arcade that wants you to win. Most claw machines are on a payout and won't allow anyone to win until a certain number of plays are completed. These machines are not like that and are skill based. The owners are very friendly and will help you to win things. We've been hearing about this place, but it's even better than we imagined Our kids had a great time. The place made the afternoon adventure worth it. Claw games had plenty of different things for everyone to pick from. I's great because you can trade in stuffed animals for really cool prizes or keychains if you'd like. However, for my kids, it was all about keeping the stuffed animals. I hope this place stays open and I think it's a great escape, especially in the middle of January.

The arcade was a fun experience! I enjoyed the ability to win a variety of different prizes and trade them up for a better prize. I was later disappointed to realize that the Pop figure in the machine I won was a knock off that was packaged to look real.

Very nice arcade and employees. Good options of claw machines. Won a few small claw machine prizes and the dice game. Unfortunately, each time I played a regular claw machine, I picked up an item only to watch the claw swing it out. EVERY TIME. Sucked to watch people filling up baskets while i couldn't get a thing.

I really love crane games, so this place is a dream come true. Tons of fun and the owners are really nice. I love the trade in system to get bigger prizes. My daughter was able to trade in for a nice Pusheen plush that she loves. I can't wait to come back

Went over the holidays and this is my new favorite arcade! Was so excited to find a new one around Pittsburgh and claw machines are my favorite so this was awesome. Get a grip is an awesome claw machine arcade, the staff is super friendly, it's clean, and the games aren't too difficult either. We went all out and got $100 in tokens and it was absolutely worth it, you can keep what you win or trade it in for bigger prizes which if you happen to be an anime fan you're in luck because they have amazing figures available. You don't have to spend your tickets the day of either, you can save them for your next visit too! If you havnt been here I highly recommend.

The prices are reasonable, and the claws are actually winnable, which is rare these days.
