It's a lot nicer than I thought it would be! Staff was super nice & accommodating. It was very clean & spacious. Very spacious!
Great place to have a birthday party for little ones or adults in the private suite! So much room to move around, nice big area for seating, tables and chairs, and then the 3 private lanes. It has a private entrance to the restrooms and TV's. We had a great time and will definitely be doing this again!
Fun place to go! They have a private room/lanes for parties which is convenient, and the staff is very friendly! ?? The drinks are yummy, too!
My son, wife, and I went last Friday night and it was a good time! Super friendly officer inside helping out, and the workers were nice as well!
I love this bowling ally. I have 4 kids of all different ages and it is so hard to find a place to have something for all of them to do. The arcade was great for my toddler and 10 and 11 year old and my 16 year old enjoyed bowling with us. Really enjoyed ourselfs
Not the same as when I was younger. Definitely has gotten away from being an actual "bowling alley". Seems like it's good for what it is, I personally just won't be back.
Fun and easygoing! Had a great time they helped fix any problem we had with bowling really fast n were very conveniently located!
I love this bowling ?? alley! It is one of the Best in Fort Wayne! Everything is Awesome! I will say that I tried to have my birthday party here a couple years ago and the staff sucked at communication. I would still like to have my birthday ?? here sometime in the future. But please ???? have your staff be better at communicating with birthday ?? parties other then that I might change my review later, I will see how your service plays out!).
Very fun and clean environment. The staff were friendly and helpful. We bowled, rode bumper cars, watched 4d theater and kid's rock climbing wall. Will definitely return.
Threw my son?s 5th birthday party here and wow! The staff was amazing. The girls upfront along with the manager were patient and great customer service throughout the party! 10/10 will be returning!
The bowling alley was very affordable and the staff was great. The lady at the counter saved us money with a package deal.
Staff was friendly. Arcade was clean. Online special was a bonus! Every time we go, she loves the racing games.
There for a birthday party. Plenty of parking. Good atmosphere. Great pizza.
Great place, but I Would not send my children here alone. The staff would not be able to help if something tragic happened. We caught a bumper car on fire and the "kids" in charge were completely clueless. We ended up dismantling the cart and put out the fire for them. The typical teenager in charge didnt realize the problem until I yelled to her. She was too busy watching her phone. Hopefully she learned from her mistake.
The staff was nice and the place was clean. The food was ok but gave me major heartburn and indigestion
Great staff, seriously so nice and informative. Clean alley, all equipment was up and running. Enough staff so there was no wait. Only want would be more ball options for 10 and 12 #. Arcade was nice...open and all games were running. Unfortunately not many options and alittle confusing on what card you can use for what.
The service was great at all. Staff was not friendly. Nets flying around when you're eating. Very disorganized, chair's and tablets everywhere. I will never return
4d theater was the best! Bumper car needs a little bigger area but good.
We always enjoy ourselves when we come to georgetown. The cotton candy machine was broken so it kept giving us cotton candy and the worker was totally cool with us keeping all the free cotton candy Haha. I personally think they could expand their arcade games cause there isnt enough but other than that I enjoy it.
Were told it would be an hour for a lane, so we went to get something to eat. 20 minutes later, our lane was ready. Great timing if we hadn't just ordered food. Had a group of 5 and wanted to bowl one game. Were told we had to pay by the hour. One person in our party was a 5 year old so we went as quickly as we could, considering. Our lane shut off as our last bowler was getting ready to bowl the second half of their last frame. Could they not have the courtesy to check and see where we were in our game? Ex
Really nice bowling alley with plenty to do.and the food was good and reasonable
We had a very nice afternoon eating pizza, bowling, and playing Arcade games. Our birthday party was perfect family entertainment.
my family and i had so much fun here today. before 3pm they have an early bird special with unlimited bowling until 3pm for $8 per person, including shoe rental. totally terrific!
Clean, fun place to bowl. Mozzarella sticks were crunchy and cheesy. Fried pickles were tasty with a little kick.
Would not recommend! Arcade is overpriced and most of the employees are rude teenagers.
Be aware a few of the arcade games (like Wheel of Fortune and Ballistic and the Pirate Dread game) are broken or don't work properly, so you might lose a few bucks... But my wife and I had a lot of fun here on a Friday night, and it wasn't busy. The point system seemed fair (1 point=10 cents).
Great place for the family! Awesome food (did not expect it to be so good!) The older kids loved the arcade while my wife and I bowled. We will come back!
Georgetown Entertainment is a blast! From the lively atmosphere to the sleek bowling lanes and thrilling arcade, it's a paradise for fun-seekers. The Locker Room serves up delicious food and drinks, completing the perfect night out with friends or family. Five stars all the way!
Amya was absolutely wonderful and helped us immensely.
Always a good family fun time with food and bowling
We had such a great time bowling and playing games in the arcade. During our 2 hours of bowling, the machine acted up and took about 15 mins away from our time. My husband went and asked about it, and the staff at the counter gave us more time to finish our game. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back soon.
This place is such a rip off. Got my son $40 on their arcade for 5 minutes of playtime about 500 credits. The prices do not reflect credits so you have to guess. Average game play is 20-30 credits so that gets blown through in no time. The claw machines have a mind of their own and if it picks a prize up it seems to stop short of the hole and drops the prize and after continues to the proper drop point. Very frustrating as a 7 year old and a parent. BTW my son and I are avid claw machine players and have ou
Attended a work group event last Thursday and had fun! Georgetown is always clean and staff is friendly. Food was EXCELLENT! We had Pizza, wings & fries. My daughter played some arcade and she said the staff was helpful when a game was acting up. She was let down by the selection of prizes, but we all had a good time.
Good food, beer, and a friendly staff!
We had a blast here! We bowled then went over to the arcade. Staff was friendly and it was clean and fun!
Expensive food. 15$ for 3 chicken tenders
The concession food was fairly good compared to most places I've eaten at, albeit their Mountain Dew tasted a little sour (like it might be close to expiring), but I expect that from a place that normally serves bar drinks. Then even fixed it when asked. The concession area serves alcohol. So, if that is your thing, know they have some nice drink variety. Arcade has a play by hour price which is surprisingly inexpensive, and they have a cute little ticket redemption store with a sliding garage door. It wa
Saturday, April 22, 2023. Just wanted some family time. Bowling was fun. All went down hill when an ADULT fight broke out in front of us. Yep, we left. Our concern was the possibility of gun involvement. There were 3 police cars in the lot and 2 more pulling in as we drove off. Usually a kid friendly place. Not the family day anyone expected.
Our group rented the private party area, which was very nice with 4 lanes to bowl and plenty of space to mingle. We were disappointed that a server wasn't assigned to our party for drink or food orders. The private room is pricey enough that service should be included.
All of the employees were SO helpful! Bowling was a blast and they turned it into cosmic bowling about 15 minutes in which my kids loved! I love how you can do bumpers for the kids and then not have them for the adults without having to do anything, it's all handled by employees! The arcade was cute, my 4 and 6yo had fun but I don't think many older kids would have as much fun as they did as the games are kind of younger. Concessions were reasonably priced and hit the spot!
The staff was great and the time together bowling was just what our group needed! Our time together didn't come without a little ?drama? as one of the group members dropped two large pizzas on the floor while carrying them to our table. The staff at Georgetown quickly replaced the pizzas at no cost to us. Very much appreciated and certainly not expected. We will be sure to return for another afternoon of family bowling! Thanks again!
Absolutely wonderful staff! Thank you for going above and beyond, Amya and entire staff!
Experience was good here. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing bothered me either. People at counter were good, not overly welcome, but not rude either. Bowling lanes were decent, did what they were supposed to do. Good selection of bowls too. Bartender was nice. We went on a Sunday on a long weekend, so it was not really crowded, which i actually liked. Would go again to kill time and relax. I would recommend if you want a laid back experience and a pretty decent bowling alleys.
Was my favorite bowling alley but having a bar, having a few drinks, wearing brand new bowling shoes and I trip once they deny u to drink apparently smh was having a good time till that point and no one else had said anything. Just laughed which I did too
My son is autistic, he creates a lot of loud noises and sometimes struggles to not cross the foul line. He can be distracting to other bowlers. Because of his distractions, we had issues with another local bowling alley and it broke my heart! I thought he wasn't going to be able to bowl again, and he loves it! I want to thank the staff at Geortown Entertainment, they treated my son Teddy and Wife so well this afternoon!! They had an absolute blast. Amazingly, a business can recognize a child with a disabil
Lanes are nice, lots of room for large parties and there is a game area for kids. Also has a nice bar/grill with lots of seating and tvs for sports. Mostly high school/college staff it seems but polite and helpful. Great place to go with friends or take the family. Friday and Saturday nights get a little crazy.
We had a double date night. It was wonderful! We were able to eat and drink for 4 adults under 100.00. They have gumball head on draft plus 3 other drafts. Also a full bar. Bowling was fun and they have TVs by the lanes and were able to watch football while Bowling. There is also lot's to do for kids as well. Can't wait to come back with the kids!
Came out for a family and friend bowling night. The line was super long and I wasn't having it. Went to the bar to get a drink and Cameron changed the mood instantly. One of the realest and coolest bartenders I've ever met. Any bar would be lucky to have him. He has personality and knows his way around the bar. He changed the mood of the night and our entire party will be back just because of him! Cam is the best!!
The remodel looks amazing. So many cool new things, including a large game room. But the customer service needs a remodel, as well. Nothing outlandish, just slow. We gave ourselves a tour of the whole place before anyone acknowledged us. Our intent was to grab a bite and bowl a couple games, but the food service was so slow we didn't have time. Food was decent. The flame burger is a must if you like spice.
Had a great time bowling with friends. I went on a Friday night. They had the Ball State game in the television (chirp chirp) and they have us fifteen minutes in the arcade that came with our bowling. The lanes are very high quality and the arcade is very clean. I love the atmosphere. I went with some friends from out of town and they were very impressed with how nice the facility was
We had lots of fun bowling! Great pizza and french fries.
Very cool arcade. Bar for adults and, of course, bowling alley, good food and great staff !!
A decent place to hang out with friends and either enjoy the video game entertainment area that includes bumper cars and other games, or just to bowl. They do have leads, and they can get crowded, but they provide classic American Service as far as decent place to bowl and spend time with family and friends. The equipment they use there's a lot more accommodating as far as new bowlers I'm compared to the equipment that most alleys used back in the past. Overall prices are reasonable as far as what they prov
We had a great experience here for my sons birthday party. Staff was kind and helpful and gave us the space and time we needed for the party. Also, the pizza was a big hit with both kids and adults.
Nice place to bowl. I had a good score. Food used to be better long ago.
Shut down two hours early on new years because all customers had to be out at a specific time and then kicked us off the he's five minutes early to the early closing time! Literally shut our game down while we were playing it in the arcade! Had a lot of fun bowling with the family. Ate pizza and enjoyed drinks. Was a very good experience until it shut down.
This was my second time visiting this location, once before it was re-done and once after. The lanes were functioning better but were very slick. The staff there wasn't very helpful or friendly. I had to ask 4-5 times before the staff would do anything to help with the issues we did have. At least 20 before closing my full drink was thrown away while I was bowling. When I asked about it the young boy working said, "We are closing soon anyway." Then as we were outside letting the car warm up I saw another cu
HUGE Thank you to Ron for providing some extra smiles to my kids today! His kindness will be paid forward. So nice to have businesses that want you there AND want everyone to have fun!
The deal on Facebook was fantastic. The attractions were a lot of fun and the staff was super friendly. The food is good pub food. The menu is more limited (no tacos and only funnel fries for dessert). The place is a little old and run down but the games and attractions work well! And we were able to affordably do everything even bowling.
Friendly and quick customer service at the front desk. The poor bartender had to handle lots of business by himself on a busy Saturday night. Might have a wait on busy nights, but we were lucky to get bowling lanes without being waitlisted. There is an arcade to hang out in if you do have to wait, and there are many tables and seating. The bowling balls are kind of beat up and the lanes were quite oily, but if that doesn't bother you it's a fun atmosphere and we felt like we got our money's worth.
Great environment, employees were nice and accommodating, had a great time. Will return soon!
First time here and it will be my last. Don't get why they had so many employees working and it wasn't busy at all. The staff wasn't helpful. They were more interested in standing around talking to each other and eating food up front. Went to buy food and wanted to confirm that the hot dogs were $1 she said no (which they were because it was Sunday) and it took a long time to get my hot dogs.
Amazing atmosphere, great prices, good food fun arcade.
Staff is really friendly and place is clean. Our experience was not really that great, but that was due to the childish people next to us. Food was also pretty good *thumbs up
The kids had a good time. We got a great deal on arcade cards. Their is seating for adults. The only down side was that i had to actively seek out workers for activities like the bumper cars and 4d ride.
Philly cheese steak and tater tots was wonderful. So was the Three Floyds beer that I enjoyed. The only complaint I have is could not get on a bowling lane. But also did enjoy the arcade. I never give a perfect score of 5 or 10 because nothing is ever perfect so four is the best rating that you'll get. I work in retail establishment that expects nines and tens and I will never give anything based off those things.
We went there for the first time. My daughter had so much fun it is little pricey but alot fun for the kids and adults we will definitely go back there again.
Good deal for groups during the day. We went with a group of teens and parents and were favorably impressed with the variety of carnival games available as well as bowling. The games were well supervised also. There was background music but not very loud, about right. There were a lot of lanes open (Thursday afternoon during school hours).
Lanes were sticky on the approaches almost fell 3 times while bowling from spilled drinks and food being on the floor in the concourse (bowlers area) where people had food and drinks where your not supposed to. I know staffing issues are everywhere but housekeeping needs to be better, and rules for food and drink need to be enforced. Especially for the safety of the bowlers on the lanes.
This place is awesome! Fun for the whole family! I end up here a lot with friends. Everything is kept super clean! aside from the food (in my opinion) its all super well priced. The food isn't astronomically high priced, normal bowling alley up charge. But most people don't come here for the food, they're here for the infinite (I'm exaggerating a bit) hours of fun activities!
Great place for bowling and the arcade was crazy fun!!! Had a absolute blast. I would highly recommend. Amazing.
I've been to this place since I was a kid in the early 90s. As the years have gone by I've seen this bowling alley change over the years with many changes, but similar theme. A true Fort Wayne classic in my opinion with an adaptation with modern times.
I've been going since i can't remember, my dad was in a league there for many years. I've never seen rudeness nor a nasty roof and as for the lady complaining about the beer while there with her kids.....why are you drinking? When i go bowling, i go there!! I'm not into cosmic and kids and distractions when i bowl. Great place to go and just bowl
Definitely one of my favorite places to bowl in Fort Wayne. The facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They have an arcade and a full bar! Lots of fun to be had here!
We had a blast. Perfect venue for a birthday celebration. Bowling was fun and the game room had some great new features. I was very pleased with the value. We will be back.
If you are going here to just bowl, or without any expectations, go for it. If you're going because of the correlation with Crazy Pinz, it will leave you wanting more. They have arcade games but only a handful and they're not very good. Other than that all they have are the bumper cars and usually there aren't anybody else there to play with. Aside from that, there isn't much there. Don't get me wrong, it is very nicely done, the food and drinks are great, in everything works and is clean. But if you're com
This place is ok. Many of the games were broken and the ones that worked were very expensive. I will have to say tho that the place was very clean. We just went for the arcade only. The bowling portion seemed much better taken care of maintenance-wise.
Was a great time during open bowl, but get there early on the weekend because they fill up fast. Only con was all the younger staff behind the counter can somewhat act like chickens with no heads attached.
Where out of....that's the words I should never hear on a Saturday for lunch at 2pm. Also draft beer signs that aren't in stock as well .They sunk alot of money in the remodel and it looks great .I think the management might need a remodel too . We we're thinking of having a wedding party here but changed minds after lackluster awareness . We will be back to give a second chance Wings and food is on point
I'm a bowler and have taken small groups to both Georgetown as well as Pro Bowl West. My experience with Gtown was pretty miserable as a group leader. This makes me sad considering I grew up going here and used to love it. Their rates ($8 hour for bowling/person includes shoe rentals and a 15 minute arcade card) are really a bait-and-switch versus being a good deal. They start your hour before you even get your shoes on or grab your ball. With 5 people on the lane of varying experience level, you likely nee
Generally I enjoy all my times there. Be it myself bowling or family. But i preordered 2 lanes. Paid over 150.00 to reserve - not to mention the games, food, and drink. I spent at least 20 minutes going back and forth between end lane and front desk because they kept messing up where bumpers should go and whom to delete. Aside from that and a gloomy person who (maybe had a bad night and should not been attending desk) : we love the new look and feel of georgetown bowl. I won't rate less than 5 stars for one
The arcade use to kinda suck, but not anymore. The arcade was the only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars, but now it's good. The bowling is relatively cheap and they have balls up to 14 pounds
Fun place with good food to pass the time. Customer service is great. Only thing you need to REMEMBER is, as soon as you pay for the lane, you better start playing. Are your time is gonna run out.
It's was ok, if any questions a rise, or if information needed. The front counter is where to get tokin cards for the game room. 30 min wait for bowling lanes. Haven't bowled in 18 years. Still bowled a 280 series. Lanes oily, and fast, just the way I like them.
Really nice place. But 25 bucks for one hour one lane is a bit much. We estimated it was over 5 bucks a game for two lanes 7 peeps. Wont make that mistake again. Oh and shoes on top of that. So 6+ a game.
Since the makeover of this place it has definitely improved. My two little boys absolutely love the arcade area. The only dissapointing aspect is that the wrist bands you can purchase for unlimited rides for a limited time only consists of three things: rock wall, 4d experience and bumper cars (they neglected to tell me the height limit and my children bawled, leaving us with only two options). The 4d experience is %100 the best part of the arcade. It is SO much fun for both children and adults. I was happy
People are very helpful. Nice environment. Wish they'd wait to start the "hour clock" till you actually sit down in your lane. Lost maybe 7 minutes
I went with 3 kids, ages 11,10 and 8. Bowling was fun- but too expensive! Two of the many arcade games worked. We lost about $5 into broken games. Beer wasn't cold either. Not going back...
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
