This is a hidden gem inside the mall. I recommend you walk in just to look and try it at least once. The place is beautiful with all the vibrant colors. The play area is much bigger than what's it looks like from the outside. I've been here like 3 times. The kids love it. It keeps them busy for at least a few hours. I highly recommend! Great place and so much fun

Cool store that offers unique experiences overall. Great spot for "kids" of all ages but not the playground...that's age appropriate.

I had an amazing time at this indoor playground! The staff was incredibly nice and had such a happy, welcoming attitude that made the experience even better!! The entire space was very clean, well-maintained, and perfect for having fun. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciated how organized and friendly everything was. Fake labubu v3. We were paying almost $230 to win the lafufu from ping pong machine. I own many versions of labubu bought directly from Popmart US and gatcha labubu look obviously differently. Look at the ears and fabric tag connected to ring. Green one is from Gatcha

Is it an amazing place? Not really. Is it a fun place for people who either have kids or want to enjoy claw machines. Is it costly? Yeah it mixed prices starting around 5 to 15.7 per play. So be ready for not, along with the exact cash thing+ tax if your doing the kiosk. Really iffy on the prices for the plays and car

Gatcha in Orlando is a fun little spot for families with small kids. The shop features a handful of claw machines and a playground area, making it an enjoyable outing for little ones. We had a great time trying our luck at the claw machines and managed to snag four cute small plushies. It's not a huge place, but it's a nice, low-key experience that kids will love. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area looking for some lighthearted fun!

It was such a fun experience, prices to play are fair and if you don't win anything they give you one of their plushies. You can also buy Labubu, Sonny Angel, Pokemon, and more at the store for a higher price.

Super cool when you walk in but the claw machines are terrible. Had several of them keep dropping items when I picked them up with the claw. Claws are too lose to hold anything even the keychains. Spent about $60-$75 in credits and was only able to get one plush due to the strength of the claws on the machine. Definitely a spot just to buy blind boxes not for the games unfortunately

It's really fun to play the claw machine and act like a kid again. It is a bit over priced when you do the math. Each claw game would be around $6-8 and you're 80% guaranteed to lose

What a fun place! We love the gem pusher game but it's definitely hard to get the big prices. But at the end of the day we got some prizes and all the kids had a lot of fun! Staff is very nice and helpful too.

Don't do the machines. They are rigged. Every time we get something with the claw it falls. All the toys are cheap toys. They should have at least one machine not rigged so the kids leave happy. We spend more than 100 and left with 0. Once you go and do the machines You will never go back. Very bad

We love Gatcha! We come to this arcade everytime we are at florida mall. The staff are always helpful and super friendly. If you spend $25 on the claw play and don't get anything, you get a plush anyway. It's a great time for all ages.

It's crazy to know how far this place has come. I remember seeing the owners making tiktoks way before they opened up their store at the Florida Mall. They have so many variety of blind boxes, figures, keychains, etc. now. This place is ideal for a date spot!

I brought my kids here for my daughter?s birthdays. Planned it months ahead as they saw videos on YouTube about this location and really wanted to go. We Drove 3 hours to get here. We bought the largest credit option, $105 for 380 credits. We very quickly realized the machines are rigged to lose until payout. We have a claw machine at home so we know the deal. Most of the machines that are worth playing are 15-18 credits FOR ONE PLAY. $105 got us approximately 8 minutes of playing. I felt bad for my kids so

First if you're using GPS in your car to find this place you might have issues. We got lost for a little and I had to look it up on a phone to get a much more accurate description of where it was and on how to get there. I've been very interested in going to a crane machine arcarde and I wasn't dissaponted. Staff there were very friendly and helpful. Was it smaller than I expected yes but there was a good variety.
