I absolutely love this arcade! The claw machine prizes are super cute?it's hard to resist trying. But lately the machines seem a bit loose, so it's been tougher to actually catch anything, which is kinda frustrating. That said, the game selection is amazing! They have all the classics and some cool new ones too. I also noticed they're working on a mini karaoke room?it's still under renovation, but I'm so excited to come back and sing my heart out next time! Dropping one star for the claw machine settings,

I go to Gatcha pretty much every week, it's one of my favorite spots to unwind. They've got a great mix of claw machines, arcade games, and recently added these personal karaoke booths which are actually super fun. The vibe is always lively, and I usually end up winning something (which keeps me coming back). That said, I do wish the claw machines were a little easier, I've definitely lost more money than I'd like to admit. Would also be nice if the point system had better value. So much fun here, it literally has become my second home! They also have a lot of toys and blind boxes you can claim with tickets or cash, and are constantly restocking. Super cute arcade store, there are a lot of different plushes and the cutest things ! Each machine runs of credits so around 6.7 credits to 12/13 credits for each machine. This is fun to bring in the kids and the place is very big !

I had such a great time at Gatcha! The place is super clean, bright, and filled with a variety of claw machines?everything from plush toys and mystery boxes to candy and mini electronics. They really do a great job keeping the machines stocked and functioning properly, which makes the experience way more enjoyable. Yesterday I visited this place the first time. At first it looks like a fun place so I decided to try to play a bit. It was a bit of disappointment. The toy machine was a scam it was very hard to win any toy. I paid $13 with a new card purchase. I thought I can play at lease 5 times. I only play like 2,3 times in the machine. There are sign on the machines that's misleading it said 1 ticket, 2 tickets and I thought that's the cost of play. It turns out some machines cost at lease 6 credits to play. To me ju

Total scam. I'm extremely disappointed with how this place handles prize exchanges. After playing and collecting a stack of paper tickets from the machines, we went to the counter to claim prizes?only to be told 10 paper tickets = 1 actual ticket. That's a 90% tax on your winnings. We had already picked out our prizes, but of course had to walk away with nothing. It gets worse?they round your tickets down after the conversion. So even if you hit the jackpot of 425 tickets, you only get 42, not even 43. It?

Love this place! The staff is incredibly nice especially the worker Katie who was at the cash register and was super helpful when I went! The claw machines are a bit hard to win, but we did win a few plushies after spending $110.

Nice place for kids and teens to hang out and play. The toy grab machines aren't rigged so if you try a machine more than once you are able to grab em. We just moved back to the US from Japan and are totally taken aback by the prices here for claws. In Japan it's 100yen/77 usd CENTS per try (some are literally 10 yen aka 7 cents, and very very few are even 200 yen) and in Taiwan it's NTD 10/usd 31 CENTS per try. Here? This is honestly the best claw machine arcade I've been to! They have my favorite machines: the gem pusher, Over the Edge, a kuji claw machine, and Fantasy banban the shooting game, which is the best to win plushies as long as your aim doesn't suck too much lol.
