Cannot express how much we enjoy experience the GameTruck. The kids had a blast. The adults had a blast as well. To the point we extended the truck for another hour. Our game coach, Jacob is very knowledgeable & patience. If you can request a coach, he'll be the one. Overall this was a great experience. Would recommend this to everyone.

My son's 21'st birthday bash was great! Game truck fits a variety of ages and abilities! Offered appropriate games for LD Adults; it was a great experience and our 2nd time booking.

I booked the GameTruck Richmond for my son?s 7th birthday party. Booking the truck was a bit tricky but once I reached out I was promptly contacted and was able to get it booked. I received an email confirmation about my party at the beginning of the week and on Thursday (my party was set for Sat) I received a call. Making sure everything was all a go and asking about games and where to park. On the day of the event the truck arrived about 30 mins prior to start time and was ready to go at party start time.

Loved the Gametruck for my son?s 10th bday. It was easy to schedule and the owner was very responsive. They still came out, even though it snowed, and all the kids had a great time. They had all the games my son and his friends liked and the staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

Highly recommend! We had the game truck over for a 10 year-old?s birthday. The game coach made sure all of the kids were engaged and that everything was in proper working order. The kids had a blast!

We have booked the Game Truck 3 times for my son's 9th, 10th, and 12th birthdays (it never gets old!). He and his friends have a great time in the truck. It has all the games they want to play. And as a parent, it's a super simple way to host a birthday at home, and I appreciate that there's someone in the truck the whole time to help them out. The only negative (and it's not worth taking off a star because I knew and agreed to the price) is that I think it's quite expensive for an hour-and-a-half booking.

The Game Truck crew is amazing. I had them for a January and May birthdays and they rocked it both times. These guys will be my kiddos birthday party for years to come! I highly recommend. On time every time! Great with all the kids!!

Great to work with as always. The kids at our large community event had a blast playing laser tag! Our attendant went above and beyond to assist with decorating the course with black light LED's and glowing gaffer's tape we provided. Can't wait to book our next event!

We have been using GameTruck for the last couple of years and we have had a GREAT experience. The owner and staff are nothing short of PROFESSIONAL! They are always prompt, efficient and friendly to the children and adults. Each year the kids get excited and wait for the truck to pull up. I would definitely recommend them for your events. We will be using them next year.

We hired gametruck for our non-profit camp in June. Fostering Hope RVA holds a camp for foster children, and this year, we surprised them with gametruck. We didn't tell them it was coming, but when they saw it pull up, they were super excited. They had 2 hours to just play any game they wanted. This is such an easy, reasonably priced option for lids/teens and the perfect thing to add to a party. I highly recommend this gametruck! Sidenote: The guy running the truck was very professional and friendly

Great experience for kids of all ages!!! My son's turned 14 & 6 and all the kids had a ball!!! Last year a digruntled employee almost messed up their experience, but the owner came out himself & made things right! And that employee is no longer there! That's why I booked again this year, I knew we would be taken care of.

Yes yes yes!!!! Don't second guess, book these guys!!!! I loved them, my kid and all the kids loved them, they were on time, they kept in constant communication and they showed up on a day from hell cos it was sooo scorching hot with smiles and ready to make sure the kids had a blast!!!! A terrific choice for our employee summer event!! Great video game choice and setup. Equipment in working order and venue was clean. Game host was courteous & helpful to employee players. We loved having them onsite!!

Excellent service and fair rates. Game Truck came on time set up quickly in the rain and accommodated all the kids with respect. I reccomended them to everyone who inquired and I will definitely try to use them again. We had the best experience!

This team is great - I went online to submit an inquiry for LaserTag. Samantha got back to me quickly, and then kept in touch as we were waffling about whether or not to book the event. My kiddo finally decided he wanted to do something else but Samantha was wonderful checking in without being pushy. We have also been to friends' parties with the GameTruck and the parents said everything goes very well. Will definitely book with them next time if my kids decide to for another party!

GameTruck was the perfect birthday party for my 9 year old son!! They were extremely easy to work with from booking all the way to the end of the party!! They followed up multiple times from when I booked to the date of the party to make sure all was set. During the party, the 2 representatives on the truck helped entertain 16 boys for 2 hours making sure they had the best time possible. A wonderful experience all around!!

Booked the Truck for my son?s 13th Birthday and everything went smoothly. Communication the day before the party was great and the man who brought the truck and helped the kids was awesome. Even the adults had fun in the gaming truck. Highly recommend.

Game Truck was a HIT for my kids joint birthday party. Ages ranged from 5-16 and all guests had a great time. Even the parents loved the game truck! Easy to book online, clear communications throughout the booking and during the event, timely set up, staff were great with the kids. We booked the game truck for two events recently and were very pleased. Kids had a blast and we appreciated being able to choose only age-appropriate games. The kids still had a wide range of games to choose from, and the game truck operators were both very friendly.

May 31, 2020- We signed up with Game Truck when their ability to provide 5heir brand of entertainment was iffy. Joe stayed in touch, almost weekly with updates. Last Monday, our date was confirmed. We purchased the laser tag package for my sons 13th birthday. The setup and equipment was great! The adults joined in the fun and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend the laser tag for anyone who is hosting a party for middle school kids!!!

I have used Game Truck Richmond 4 years in a row with Mr Joe. Each year he makes an incredible party for our son. Booking is so easy, he checks in prior to and shows up early/ sets up and the kids have a ball! He makes it all seem so seamless . The kids love being in the truck with flat screen TV's and their favorite Video games! I am already booking for year 5. If everyone is happy, why change it?

I have used Joe's truck 3 times. Twice for the kids and once for MY Laser Tag party where most of my guests were in there mid thirties and older. All three parties were GREAT!!! I highly recommend checking him out. You won't be disappointed!

The Game Truck came out to a middle and high school event for our church group. They did a great job of setting up, running and cleaning up the event. Joe even let some kids finish their laser tag game well past our "end time" which was super kind! The techs were super helpful and friendly. We'd definitely use them again for a future event!

Tried to book online, but said I would need to talk to someone that would help me since I was outside of the area. Someone messaged me and basically stuck to the ?out of service area? line. I am only 5 minutes away from their stated area. No flexibility whatsoever so why even bother referring me to someone. Pretty unfortunate.
