There's a game time in my home city (Tampa) so when I googled arcades in the area & seen this other location I instantly went. It was very clean, spacious, and had sooo many options for games & fun. I did the hour timed play & had a blast! Would definitely recommend this location ??

Honestly the best arcade experience around. The play with your food combo is the way to go. The restaurant you would expect to be pretty poor quality at a place like this, but honestly it's great! The chicken is juicy and the values outstanding. They have good games, and even if the system bugs out now and again, just talk to the manager and they will fix everything. Is it perfect? No. Is it leagues better than Dave & Buster's and similar? Absolutely!

Nice place, I liked that they weren't blasting loud music, making for a more pleasant experience than other entertainment venues I have visited. We visited for a birthday party, and they did a good job with catering, the food was excellent, the party area was clean. The part I didn't like was that the timed passes, for some inexplicable reason, don't accumulate "prize tickets". So after playing the games, my kids were extremely disappointed that they had zero tickets accumulated and couldn't get any prizes

Game Time is affordable, fun, and versatile. The cherry on top today was Jay. This adorable patient girl with her beautiful curls made our day with her helpful demeanor and kindness. We're definitely coming back!

We were there yesterday and unfortunately they were experiencing a huge outage that was making game play, purchasing?everything incredibly difficult. Genesis and their team remained calm and kind despite the circumstances and went above and beyond to try to save the day. I hope this company knows how lucky they are to have that group of workers who were certainly not acting their wage and instead like personal investors!

Place really fun to play at but when it comes to customer service it was the worst!! For starters I only speak English and the employee started yelling at me in Spanish even when I waited for them for like 20 minutes just to get seen and that's not all !! This place was so much fun! My husband took me at opening time on Saturday and there were only a few other people there which gave us time to actually enjoy the games without waiting. Staff was very friendly and helpful and establishment was well maintained and clean!!!

If you wanna go somewhere with Rude employees who cheat children out of their tickets this is the place for you. My son?s card was picked up off a game by an employee, I seen them from a distance. GameTime has gone completely downhill, and after my most recent visit, I can confidently say I will never be coming back. The service was an absolute disaster from start to finish. My server failed to enter my order correctly, admitted to the mistake, and when I asked for a correction, she was unable to fix it. We came to eat wings, which were AMAZING, but they add an 18 percent gratitude, which I do not appreciate. I understand on large parties adding 15% only, but it was 2 of us. I can give 1 star for the game choice, but overall, it's not worth the spending. Brought my son to enjoy, and it's per hour rate for half the game or credits you will burn in half the time for all the games. Cost is not worth the enjoyment. Many other options are worth more than this place...

This establishment is very clean; the housekeeper does a very good job at keeping the place nice and tidy, the workers are very friendly and charismatic. The general manager Kenny have been great and very energetic as well, Sandy is very helpful and super informative. And they have great new games that keep everyone engaged.

The kids enjoyed it and had a great time at Gametime. They have a lot of different arcade games for all ages to stay busy and entertained.

Only went for a birthday party and was provided the cards. I think every machine sold give you points but it doesn't... my kids were a little sad that they didn't get any prizes.

It's one of the largest indoor arcades you can go to. I actually liked it better than Dave and busters because it's WAY less busy. However you can blow through some money fast here. The two hour play card for $25 is definitely the way to go, however you can't play all the games. That is VERY frustrating to explain to children. We went on Saturday June 9, 2018 for our first time. Thankfully I had made reservations because it was quite busy. They were unfortunately under staffed but that did not discourage the employees of Game Time. We were greeted with smiles and our food was great. The arcade is one of the best I've been to in a while! Awesome games, plenty of space and again, friendly and responsive staff. We will definitely be back :)

Hosted a birthday party and unfortunately was not worth the price. The food was terrible and you barely get any credit for kids to play. Sky zone experience was much better. Will not be back

Game time was really nice. Jason the bar tender was very nice. He really knows how to make drinks and he was polite. Me and my hubby had a great time.

Nice private dining. Not many people. But that's a good thing. Get to spend time with or by yourself in peace. Definitely recommend. And the drinks are not bad priced either.

My family usually go for the sunrise special, which is a great deal if you can get there early. The restaurant needed improvement. Recently, there has been changes and it is improving. Still not there yet, but much improved.

We had our sons birthday party here and the kids loved it. Our waiter Wes was great, friendly and very helpful. The mini burgers were good, pizza was ok. Most definitely will go back again.

This is a fun place to visit! Tons of games with reasonable prices. And they seem to keep it up to date by bringing in new games regularly. The service in the restaurant is always very slow but the people are nice and the food is good. After 7pm on Thursday they have a special $10 unlimited play which is great deal (not all games are included but there are lots of games that are included). Unfortunately the bathrooms are usually a mess.

Disappointed with GameTime Experience I recently visited GameTime with my daughter, and we purchased a $25 package, which was supposed to last for an hour or provide 100 credits. To my surprise, just seven minutes later, my daughter came back to me saying she had already run out of credits. GameTime is a great place for families to have fun, enjoy some good food and relax. The staff are great and the collection of games will keep you busy for hours.

Took my 3 little cousins here for the first time today 3/23/2025. Matt was very helpful in explaining the point system and helped us purchase a card with 185 points for all 3 kids to share. We ordered a pizza which was super delicious. However, things took a turn when redeeming the prizes using the points earned from playing the games. First time coming here, and didn't really know what to expect. We started at the restaurant, which is separate from the arcade, so you have to finish eating before you play. The food there was beyond my expectations. The best wings and blue cheese sauce I've had on this part of town. The egg rolls were awesome too, as well as the salad. The arcade was awesome! I'm not a fan of games, but I had to force myself to leave here. Definitely going back! Highly recommend!

This was a very clean establishment and the people were very nice. My biggest complaint is the cost per game. It ranges from 4points to 28points. Most of the games my girls played were 7points. I took a pic of the cost for points. So come expecting to pay a good amount to play.

The food is your usual bar food. Decent price for the location. Unfortunately their ?meal plan? leaves you with laughably little time in the arcade. If you do do the arcade keep away from the bigger more expensive games and stick to the smaller stuff for a longer experience. Very clean inside, and despite 2 different birthdays going on it wasn't too crowded. Overall had a decent time.

Great arcade and fairground style games, well maintained and clean - no broken games!. Bar food is basic but good and the full bar has a reasonable selection of beer which you can enjoy while walking around the arcade side while your kids play. Makes birthday parties far more civilized for parents!

Unfortunately most of the games are restricted if you're using a timed card rather than if you purchase credits. You can still earn tickets in a timed card but, but ticket specific games, prize games and even the ax throwing game is unavailable to timed cards. It's pretty disappointing. Not sure if I'll go back but it's ok.

We got their dinning deal, and got some really awesome chicken tenders (I wish I got a picture of them, they were huge and surprisingly good tenders!). My kids and I enjoyed our time here. The food was delicious. I highly recommend! There are many televisions in the bar/restaurant area great for watching sports. It is loud, therefore, this isn't the place for an intimate date. I recommend this spot for families who want to reward their kids for great behavior, birthdays, and more. My kids spent 2 hours playing limitless games (no tickets) which was great for me to relax in the bar area. This spot closes relatively late.

Great food and a great time! Our server Emma recommended some great food (churros fries and the Mac and cheese burger) and was very kind and helpful. She created a great atmosphere and kicked off a great night. The games were good and the entire place was very clean. I would def recommend.

These Mac & cheese balls are delicious!!! Almost just as good as the ones from The Cheesecake Factory!! My boyfriend loves the chicken & waffles, I mean look at that portion size- one thing though, the pasta is not the best- wouldn't really recommend that. This was a good time. I brought four kids on Thursday night for the 5 hr play your way night. When you buy the play your way cards, they're timed and certain games that offer prizes are restricted. You also won't accrue tickets. There were plenty of games that they could play with the timed cards and they had a blast. When we wanted to eat, we had to wait 45min but were given a buzzer so that we could continue playing while we waited for a table. In the future, I think the kids will buy the other reloadable

The arcade is great but the food.... Yikes. The "blackened" chicken "alfredo" was awful! The chicken was not at all blackened, for something to be blackened, it should be charred and slightly spicy of in which this chicken was not. The alfredo pasta is just boiled pasta with no cheese or sauce as well as dry chicken! It tasted so plain as if it was boiled and that's it. The nachos were full of too much black beans. Hardly any meat, the cheese was non existent, and way too many chips without any toppings. So

Kids had a great time! I'd say this place is your average arcade really but my review in particular is for Kenny the supervisor, who went above and beyond and showed a remarkable level of commitment to ensure my kiddos left with a smile on their faces. Kenny made what would have been a normal trip to an arcade an exceptional one! His attention to his customers in ensuring your children and you are taken care of is commendable to say the least.

What a great place to go for some fun. This was our first time there, and it won't be our last. My kids were asking to have their birthday parties there. It was priced just right. I would recommend walking the floor before you purchase your card. We did the timed play and the credits. I like think the times play was worth it over the credits. I've been coming here for a few years. This place treats me like family. Kenny is an amazing Manager! He takes care of his customers and staff, treating everyone respectfully with a bright smile on his face. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.

My kids and I went to GameTime for their eat and play deals. The food was outstanding, but our server Emma was the best part! She and the team that helped her were constantly taking care of us, providing refills, answering her questions, and giving great suggestions. SCAM ALERT* Worst experience ever!! Associate was nice the short guy with glasses but management was horrible! I won 1100 tickets by getting bonus! Went to check out the manager say he checked the machine and no one got a bonus!! After spending $200 and to only win 390 tickets is CRAZY!!! I reccomend recording earnings!!!
