I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the service provided to my family and I, not once but every time we go. The manager ARIEL always approachable, professional and kind. Our server ALEXIA, sweet, caring and attentive. All the staff friendly and on point. This has truly become our go to place for family events. We continuously recommend this Game Time location to our friends and family for any occasions. Thank you again to the all GameTime staff! Until next time !
GameTime Miami is a fun spot for all ages and a solid choice whether you're bringing the kids, hanging out with friends, or going on a casual date. The arcade downstairs has tons of games to keep everyone entertained, and there's a nice dining area when you want to take a break and grab something to eat. Right when you walk in, there's a space set up for parties?great for birthdays or group events. Upstairs is more of a grown-up vibe with pool tables, more games, and space to chill. And of course, there's
The staff was very nice to us. The beer prices were good. The food is delicious. A good time was had. Thank you
I absolutely recommend this place! The food was a delightful discovery?truly delicious. The burgers were of exceptional quality and exceeded my expectations. The guacamole bites were a must-try, perfectly complementing the experience. Additionally, the ambiance inside with a game room was fantastic.
I bought my son the summer pass and asked the manager I bought it from what happens if my kid loses it. Not a problem she says take a photo of it and it can be replaced. Surprise surprise my son lost and now they claim that it's not true. Tough luck they now say they don't do that. Buyer beware.
Scam and horrible place. This place is a complete robbery and very uneducated people. Not one is here to help you, when you are trying to buy your card with time or credit. The machine offer you to buy time and add extra time. The card freeze every time not allowing you to play on a timer matter. When you are playing with time (only available a few machines) machines are telling you that you are getting 15 tickets 100 tickets 500 tickets when you go to the counter they tell you, when you are with time play
Super fun place for kids and adults. They have fun games like virtual reality stuff all the way to throwback Pac-Man and ski ball games. It's huge inside. They have a restaurant where you can order drinks and food, snacks. There's a full bar and they'll make you anything you want. Bartender is very accommodating! The staff were excellent there on Christmas Day 2022, when we went with a large group of adults and kids. They were friendly, kind and funny. We will be back!
Great birthday party experience. Mason, Leandra, and Alexia were great! Kids had a blast and parents got some rest while they ran wild with their game cards. Thank you!
Had a field trip here and had a wonderful time. The staff did a great job helping with the food since we had about 70 people. They were kind and fast paced. The games were fun and the upstairs area was pretty cool.
After a movie we came here with 20 friends and family to celebrate my wife cousin 39 birthday. The place was very organized and. Clean The food was excellent and the employees are very friendly. Keitlyn was our host and she is awesome We had a blast playing the games and winning some prizes! We will definitely come back.
Great spot for kids. It's not to big so you don't have to worry about losing them. The food was fairly priced but it wasn't anything to rave about. Overall I enjoyed the environment and will definitely take the kids again.
Perfect for kids 10 and up! Lots of fun options... if it was up to my kids they would like to stay a full day. Normally I limit it to two hours. ??? They have a second floor that is perfect for kids parties ?? the menu is pretty good for parties and they help you with all the details (from invitations to party favors).
Great place to come with the family or friends. They have a sports bar so you can enjoy your favorite sports, they also have plenty of arcades so everyone can have a good time, the loaded fries and burgers are really good and you can also have your parking ticket validated so make sure you bring it down!
I went here because it was one of the options to watch the UFC Conor vs Cowboy fight. The place was pack even that the location is pretty big all the table was taken, luckily after 30 minutes I, my sister and brother in law was able to find a table. We share a few appetizers The Fried Calamari good and delicious calamari that is dusted in flour and served with a tasty marinara sauce. The calamari was very tasty and crunch. The Party Appetizer for 28.99 you can get a family-style offering of our most popul
Loved going here won a lot, Kyra was amazing and pretty good at air hockey. All in all it was a 5 star experience
I went to Game Time with my Auntie & Cousin the food was dry as HELL & the receipt ?? when I got my receipt I see they added they own Tip that's not right they not suppose to do that it's uo to they own costumer if they wanna give them a TIP or NOT y?all gotta do something about that & I'm never going back there again as long as God make me Live
Amazing food and service from our waitress Jadlin and manager Ariel!!!! Friendly , attentive and so welcoming. Loved the explanation of certain foods that can be purchased with cards to play! Definitely recommend. Literally left nothing to take home. lol???.
Saturday, July 15th, 2023 afternoon Nephews 9th Birthday, a family affair of 4.5 people Parking on street or garage for a fee (no parking validation that we are aware of for garage). Two gaming card options (one with points and one with out) that you get via kiosk. We got ours with points, the $100 for 475 credits option and all 4 of were able to share the card and game together All games were enjoyable on both floors First floor was cool and the second floor was a bit hot Decided to eat there, had chicken
Horrible experience. No ac at all. Went to game time after our movie to celebrate my sons 14th bday and to finish off summer break and we walked into a oven. No sign on the door, employees didn't mention no AC until me and my kids started sweating and I questioned it. I rushed my kids to hurry up and spend the card because it was so hot and uncomfortable. Felt really bad for the workers . This was honestly so Insane to me. They should have just closed for the day .
Best spot for our entire family. ??Thursdays have unlimited games!!!!?? HOWEVER... Most of the time, they are SHORT OF WAITERS. It makes the waiting a lot longer than usual. I was even offered to share a table to other people (which is fine sometimes, unless is a bunch of kids. Lol) So... this issue makes me reconsider coming back. ?? Ive been coming here for a few years, usually weekends. I spend at least 4 to 5 hours with the kids even when our extended family comes over for vacation. We love this place.
Located at Sunset Shops. Great place for video arcade games. Thet have party rooms, bar and the food was really good. Service and staff was friendly. Lots of games and they have some cool prices for kids. I would recommend the meal that gives you a discount on your game card. Lots of parking in the garage.
Great experience!!! Celebrated my son's 6th birthday party there about 1 week ago, first time I ever use them and won't be last, had a great time. They were great in working with us with packages, room, food everything. Barbara was very professional and knowledgeable, then day of the party they were very helpful Glen was great also, excellent service. For sure will be celebrating more birthdays, we didn't have to worry about anything and kids had a great time.
Very fun but very pricey, overall good option for spending the afternoon with kids
This is like a child casino!! Although my rating is based mostly in the restaurant. The food is awful, the servers disappear and you need to call constantly when you need something. There's no customer service at all in front of the restaurant to guide you or to sitting you. The machines sometimes are not working well and don't give you the credits you won and you have to call for help. The toys that you can have with the credits are ridiculous. Be aware !
Had our sons birthday party. Rented a private room, mini cheeseburgers, fries, pizza and all the service that came with it was awesome...! Harry our attendant was great, very attentive of anything we needed, was always around and easy to receive great service from him and his staff. Thanks again for everything...! Would definitely do this again...!
I love this place, it has the essence of the good old days, that nostalgia of the 90s or early 2000s where friends would get together to have fun.
Went around 9:30pm on a Monday night. Great time to go if you don't want to be in a crowd. Was able to play all the games and had a great time.
The Drinks and Food are great but finding the right service is hard. When you enter and sit down to eat or drink and play games, half the servers or bartenders are either not paying attention or forget there is food waiting for a client in the kitchen. And as for the games the best ones are not working like Terminator Salvation and some of the first person shooters the sights for the guns are off. And they removed all the fighting games. Really horrible drinks like this Old Fashion.
Great place to even come for fun for couples. $50 gets you 225 credits which is more than enough to play a very good amount of games and ticket games for two people. This places makes for a great rainy activity and me and my girlfriend came here and had more fun than we expected to it. Check this place out if you're ever bored in Miami.
Really fun place about a 20 minute drive from Miami Beach. Lots of games. Great food. And so great that you can take drinks around the entire place with you. We went late the last night we were in town and wished we went earlier so we could have spent more time there. Such a fun time!
Thought there would be more things to do besides the arcade and pool tables, if you want to watch a game definitely worth it but paying for the card isn't really worth it, other places are cheaper for more things *ROUND1* food was good, prizes aren't the best either
Lots of games that actually worked. There were games for kids and games for adults. We enjoyed ourselves. The food was great as well and my Strawberry Daiquiri?? There alcohol beverages are really good and worth it. The prices in general are very affordable for games and food. Go ahead and enjoy yourself!!
One of the last arcades left. Lots of nice games for any age, I like that they have some really big rideable games as well. Pool tables upstairs, good food as well
We went to Game Time but my son's were alittle to old for this place. We played some games but over all my opinion is younger kids could enjoy this place not high level teens.Real score 3.5
It's a casino for kids... Your family will love it. From strobing lights to a feeling like you can't get enough, it's something everyone in the family can enjoy. My only word of advice is to pace your credits wisely!
Had a great time there today to celebrate Father's day. The restrooms were sparkling clean and the new games were awesome! My son even hit the grand prize on one of the basketball games upstairs. Met the General Manager William and he has great customer service and was very helpful. All of the games were working great. One of the head technician's, Johnny, even stopped by to make sure that we were have a great time! Cant wait to go back!
Thank you Sensei William for always taking care of my family over the years. Extremely grateful for the service and hospitality you extended to my colleagues who were visiting from Jacksonville. Your promotion to GM is hard earned and well deserved. The future of Gametime is good hands under your leadership!
Some machines were out of service and others need some tlc but the kids had fun! We also got good customer service from the employees when we encountered two issues with machines.
Always a good place to have fun!! We go for the entire family, even my mom enjoy coming here!!
Nice place to hang out, play some games, and eat. They have a good amount of space for games, sports bar and eatery is good, food is good, good for watching sports during events. Video game selection is lacking though, there's no fighting games like normal arcades, mostly just a bunch of ticket games, with maybe a few couples shooters. Overall it's ok, wouldn't just come here to play though, there's better places for that. If they just had some fighting games, or their selection of co-op would be better ins
Just top tier service and great food. Would come again
I enjoy seeing my son have a great time at GameTime at Sunset Place. There are a lot of games even adults can play!
We really had a great time here! We arrived around 6pm and were very pleasantly surprised to learn that we had made it just in time for happy hour which lasted through 8pm! Our bartender, Elvin, was amazing, super friendly and very helpful with amazing our questions about the game cards and which would be the best choice to maximize our fun there. We had a blast playing the games and winning some prizes! We will definitely come back with friends next time we visit Miami!
Had a great time here with my kid I'm honestly come back
Went for a bday party. Had a blast.... and the kids, too.
Food was good, I guess theft is an issue they had several games involving throwable objects that were missing, other games were broken, probably 4/10 games we came across. But it the overall experience was descent.
Alexia the sever was really nice. We got there late. Not too busy after 10-11 PM which was good. I'd say $25-$30 you can play a good amount of games. Kill a few hours. Wish they had more variety of games. They took out some ballon game that was really back in the day. Should have more immersive experiences and they have the space to change out some old games for some cool new game sir updated versions. Just makes sense to invest more for Miami. Went two days in a row and last call was at two different times
Nice video game place for kids, food and cocktails were good too.
Great place to have fun. Great games, food, and drinks.
Nice Change from Dave N Buster's If your in the mall after watching a movie or plan on killing some time definitely check it out. The games are cheaper than Dave n buster's and they have similar games. They use a card system similar to Dave n buster's I've been here twice and enjoyed myself here as did my 10 year old son.
They have a very good special, you can get a pizza and a 80 credit play card only for 30 bucks.. my two children and I shared the card and we had a blast!!! But I had to buy a norther one tho.. the sever was really good from start to end.. he even took time to talk my kids about anime. Which the conversation went for a long time I was really surprised he really stood there talking to my kids great service can wait to go again
Had amazing experience there. A lot of fun.
Super cool place and everyone are super nice?
Large 2 story arcade fun for the whole family. Variety of games available throughout the facility with a bar/food area. Come for happy hour where you can get 50% off drinks and you can even get a game card with certain meals/dishes for one price.
I really enjoy this spot. Unfortunately, it's going to be removed this summer :( What they mentioned to me). Sunset place has been dead for years, and I only wish they brought it up to life again. Game spot is fun , clean, and has good haply hour options.the food is good. It's your basic average bar food, but it's still good.
Had lots of fun with grandbaby!
This place is so much fun for both kids and adults! They have a great variety of games, from virtual reality experiences to throwback classics like Pac-Man and ski ball. The interior is huge, with plenty of space to move around and try out different games. Plus, they have a restaurant that serves delicious food, snacks, and drinks, including a full bar where the bartender can whip up anything you desire. During our visit with a large group of adults and kids, the staff were outstanding. They were friendly,
I came with my daughter a few weeks ago. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were a variety of different games to play. Tickets automatically get added to the card, which took me by surprise. It's been a while since we've been to an arcade. Not sure if that's a new feature or if we're just late. ?? I loved it, though; it saves paper and no extra baggage to carry around. Overall we had a fun time.
Some games were out of order but the techs got to fixing them quickly and in a good mood. They validate your parking ticket for $4 off parking. The food is not bad but it took close to an hour to get our simple and easy order (wings, pizza, fries) out. Bar staff was positive. The drinks were very sweet if you're into that. The restaurant staff and servers did not want to be there.
Had an awsome time, great place to just let the kids be kids, run around eat drink ???????????
Next business closing in this deserted mall. Best games get no maintenance, they glitch too much too enjoy. They also removed the timed play, forcing you to pay $100 to be able to enjoy games for more than 30 minutes. I payed $25 for such little credits, we finished them in 10 minutes. We used to come every Saturday, but we are not coming anymore. I'd rather go to a bigger arcade with more options, for the same amount of money.
We ended up at this place by accident, overall it was decent and typical like any other game place aside from there's a sit down restaurant and bar. The food was very mediocre but decent price, kids pizza was bland and left alot to be desired. The upstairs area has no elevator access only stairs which was a bummer due to my stroller. Validated parking is a joke because you will still pay the same money, it's only up to 1 hour ?? ??
This is a very fun place where you can enjoy with your friends or kids. Cards play with time rather than with points. It will depend on how long it takes to be out of each game.
Great for the family & kids, but if you're looking for old school arcade games look into Arcade Odyssey in Kendall for a nostalgic experience instead.
The service was very bad and slow I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated the girl in the front saw me standing there continued to talk to her friends, walk away with her friends waited 20 minutes finally got a table had to wait 10 minutes until the server came very bad service the drinks ?? were nasty cups dirty the beer was not cold the food sucks everything was just bad the only thing that was great was the employee who work the back ticket counter ?? very nice young man I wish I would had gotten his name.
We love going here! Since I was a kid I would go and now take my kids. At the bar Stef is the super sweet and makes the best drinks.
They have a great special on Thursdays. $10 to play unlimited per person. You don't get any tickets but, I don't mind. ??
On Friday evening, my friends and I went to Game Time to have some fun but towards the end, it didn't go so well. Our server had an attitude the entire time he was with us. Every time we asked him for something, he would give off the biggest attitude like slamming our drinks on the table or just be annoyed. Mind you there were not that many people there at that time. However, the manager on duty was very nice and understanding when we told her we wanted to exchange our fries for some nachos because the loa
Wonderful experience. It was so amazing loved the nachos and the fact that there were drinks. The games and service were on par for a family restaurant-style atmosphere. I would recommend this to anyone that was looking for a fun way to spend time. Plenty to do for children and adults.
Good for kids, no entrance fee but should pay $10,$20 or more in cards to play. The restaurant didn't look quite clean.
Great service and accommodated my child's birthday on short notice
Really nice place for everybody. It was very colorful and pretty with the games. The music was very diverse playing county, pop, r and b, and hip hop. The waitress we had was amazing her name was Hannah, she was polite, friendly, and patient. The food was also very good. I did not play the games instead we sat in the dining area where they had many t.v screens playing a variety of sports. Really cool place.
Really fun place with two stories of games. Pay by the hour! ????????
A lot of fun, great for kids. You can also drink here. Good game selection and it's great you pay by hour, not with coins
Had a lovely experience at this arcade today. Came in for a birthday party we were invited to. My kids loved the amount of time they were able to play with the game cards provided from the party. We also ate at the restaurant here before leaving. Fred was our server and he was wonderful! Truly GREAT SERVICE!!! Thank you Fred!!!! We also had a drink from the bar and the bartender was great too. The food was well made as well. Overall great experience!
Honest Review: Place is great for having a good time. Loved the new arcade machines they installed around a month ago. Unfortunately, my family and I had to deal with rude staff as well as rude employees when interchanging tickets at the Reward Shop Station they have inside. Before even asking the employee if I can turn in my tickets, my siblings and I were already being greeted with attitude and rolling eyes and even when we had already selected a prize before approaching, the employee starts moaning and d
Totally classic for any south floridian . Clean and they have good food options. The unlimited play on Thursdays is alright. Not many games to play though with that promotion.
Loved it!!! Went with a group of friends to celebrate a teen birthday. The kids had a blast. The Dine and Play offer can't be beat. The food was very tasty, plentiful and well prepared. We had a great server. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.
It was fun & not too expensive. ??
Nice place, it was clean all people prepare for covid , all games were working, very nice place for kids and adults, easy expend 2 hours in the place al lot of funn 100% recommended
I had a couple friends come here to sing happy birthday for my son's 6th birthday. We ate, drank and play games! TERRIBLE TABLE SERVICE!!! (Christos) The guy was lost the entire time. I went to the bar pretty much the entire time. We waited almost 40 minutes for him to even put in the drinks. I told him the wings were undercooked if they can recook them he said yes. I went back after 45 minutes to say I didn't want my wings anymore and he still managed to put them on my bill and said I had to pay for them.
Magaly and her stuff were just amazing! For them I will give 5 stars! Thank you very much for all your help. The food, I will give 2 stars. The pizza and vegetable are ok. The rest was very salty, and taste like very old food. I think is not who cooks, it is just bad quality of things. They should find another vendor, and change process in the kitchen, is not that difficult have fast food but with good quality! In the end is the same work, and pretty much same price.
Nice place, there is a lot of games to enjoy. It's fun for kids and adult if you like game.
Great place for kids and adults with disabilities I visited with my autistic brother and we felt completely comfortable and enjoy our time there. One of the few places I had visited with him with out feeling out of place or having adult and children's staring and pointing at us like we are circus animals and making us feel uncomfortable and out of place when he is being overstimulated by lights and sound
It was the grand opening today mind you, but? food disorganized nothing came out properly or I. Right order we waited 2 hours for some of our items nothing ever came. The staff was distracted didn't do their job. Menu wrong no drinks that were on menu available. Complete and utter failure ??this is an understatement.
The arcade was pretty legit. It was huge and most games were in order. We did probably get ripped off 5 or so times out of all the times we played by games that didn't respond or were missing balls. The kid taking tickets was very odd. He barely mumbled anything. He audibly huffed every time we pointed at something we wanted. He was unable to comprehend what we were pointing at, even with explanations. I wondered if he was high or something. I almost asked for someone else. The food was great. Our server
Most of the games might not work as much. The controllers may be busted and the sound may not be heard. But at least there are certain games you can play there that still work. Plus, they have excellent food. I would highly recommend trying their excellent pizzas.
Great location, a lot of fun games, and the price points are pretty good. I love the pool hall upstairs and additional games they have. The only thing is I do wish they had a better selection of prizes for younger kids but honestly that's not a huge problem. They are also great about masks staying on top of it. Overall fun for the family.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
