Overall very positive experience. Kids had fun (teenagers). We found the place through Groupon but it wasn't clear at first where to go to activate the unlimited 90 minute playtime card. We figured it out and Groupon did make it clear that not all games can be played with unlimited card however no one explained how to tell which games you can play. Finally found someone and asked and the card swipe to activate each game has either blue or red color ring around it. Blue games you can play unlimited. The

Game Time was pretty fun for the whole family! The only complaint I had was that the timed game card kept locking us out between games! I told the staff, and they said it delays 2 minutes between games! It was kind of annoying since the card was timed, and I have to deal with their glitchy game card! Otherwise, the place was very clean! We talked to a great custodian gentleman walking around, keeping the place looking great! We'll be back!

We had so much fun there. We went twice on our trip. Groupon had a deal only thing is you have to wait two hours after purchase to use it. The other thing is on Tuesdays there have a ten dollar deal for 2 hrs of unlimited play. My kids loved that. Great place to go to have alot of fun for kids and adults.

In Kissimmee Florida I actually visited The Blue Martini Lounge which was in the same plaza. It was a definite vibe and beautiful environment and great DJ that played a variety of different music. Very enjoyable.

Saw an ad for this in our last day in town, read about the Groupon and took a chance. So glad we did. We had a blast! Truly a place for the whole family. Very clean; fun games I'd not seen before; great payout on tickets so kids can get a prize. Staff was amazing. Noel was especially helpful. Overall bad with Dave and buster games. If you buy time to play you can only play one game at a time for one player only. About 1-2 mins between card swipes. We are visiting family and finding different things to do. This place is the place to go on a Thursday because they have a special on the play cards. Of course it can be used on certain games but it is still a good variety. I went with my 9 year old and 15 year old and they both had a good time.

Craig is personable, professional, and good at his job! My drinks taste delicious and I feel welcomed to the bar. He is very timely as well.

We had our daughter?s 11th birthday party here and they were amazing! This was our first large-group party and Alexis and Victor walked us through every step. They offered for us to have as much control as we wanted, or we could sit back and relax if we wanted. I really appreciated their patience and attention. We were extremely impressed. Overall, we had a great experience here. The games that come with the 5 hour pass are excellent and the ones you need to pay for are worth the upgrade. A bottled water at 3.75 each is a bit much though. I would recommend getting the pass and visiting one of the places around the arcade for food and drink. Fun time for everyone though.

Really enjoyed our time here! Games were so much fun. We ate in the restaurant and ordered pizza. It was decent. Only complaint would be the kids chicken tenders which were soggy and rubbery. Had a great experience here! They offer different ways to play depending on how you want to spend money they also have great deals and different days of the week. Lots of shooters and most of the classics you know! They even have tickets you can earn if you want to buy prizes. Great place for family fun and lots of food and treats nearby.

Bought Groupons for 3 hour unlimited play cards and it was well worth the price paid (I wish we could have stayed for the full 3 hours but we brought a toddler). There are some really neat games including a roller coaster simulator. We were pleased to find that the cards included 1000 tickets to spend at the junk counter, which of course the kids loved. We visited GameTime yesterday after coming across it on Groupon. We went earlier in the day when it was less crowded which was a plus. Apparently there is a $10 special on Tuesdays which we didn't know about. The kids had a lot of fun on the games. The one staff member that I encountered was nice and helpful. The facility was clean and easy to navigate. We'll visit again during our next Fl run.

This place was amazing! Super fun arcade with a small food place & bar area inside. The games here were super fun and my kids and hub had a blast. It's a great size too, there are a ton of games, even a small kids bowling place where they have 6 lanes. They have some of the newest games and old school games too. The games are good and fun. The food service is terrible. In a Friday at 4PM there was only one server and the hostes for the tables and bar. She took 20 minutes to take our drinks order and about 20 more to take our food order. There were only 4 tables with people. Besides all that..when I got my bill a high gratuity fee was already charged.

They completely and totally blindly robbed me! First of all, I had AWFUL service!! I got there at 9:30pm and we were seated at a table for dinner first before letting my kids play. It was not until 10pm that a waiter had even come over to ask if we wanted drinks, or anything at all. My son encouraged us to leave, but it was late and I just wanted to let the kids play at the arcade before going home and I knew they needed to eat. Had a great time, realistically I'd give it a 4.5/5. Tons of games, and my personal favorite was the axe throwing! Also enjoyed a Jurassic Park Multi player shooter and a baseball game that i don't remember the name of. They had a lot of classics (ring toss, basketball, etc) too which are always entertaining. I would definitely go again and highly recommend for a couple hours of fun in the Margaritaville Promenade

11/9/2024: I came to Game Time with my sis to celebrate my Birthday and, again with the excellent Bar experience we received from Craig has allowed my Birthday celebration to be another Great one for the Books. "Thanks Craig for your continued good service the keeps us coming back". ?? Craig is a great host, he is alway attentive. He has a great personality and fun to talk with. Went here yesterday and the drinks are disgusting! Water tasted as if it was placed in a dirty cup and the alcoholic drinks are watered down. Only good thing from the menu that we ordered was the buffalo chicken wrap and curly fries. Chicken wings were super greasy and messing up a Caesar Salad is ridiculous and should be a crime because it's a simple dish! Would not recommend. After dining here, we decided that we don't even wanna play here anymore. We were so excited to leave the establishment.

Came here to watch the Florida Panthers game. You would think a local team would be on a tv. Not one tv had the game and when we asked the bar tender was rude and basically said go pound sand. Asked the manager she just listen and didn't do a thing. Paid my bill before all of this gave them a 25 percent tip. Next time they will not get a tip. My tip will be learn how to give great customer service or find a new job. Don't waste your time coming here.

This place isn't just an arcade it's also a sports bar, and it's is a VIBE!!! Definitely recommend to come for late nights in Kissimmee. My family and I took a mini vacation from Miami to Orlando to relax and go to Epcot... however a change of plans happened and we ended up at GameTime. I have been twice with my Nephew and each time he has had a blast. We absolutely LOVE the sunrise special. We did that the first visit and there was almost no one there which he loved being able to do whatever he wanted to. The 2nd time we missed the special by 20 minutes so we did an hour for $25 and he got 3 prizes. He was happy with his choices and time playing. Game Time at Sunset Walk is without doubt our ?go to? bar when we are at our home in Kissimmee. Victor and his team always welcome us, and provide fantastic customer service. If you are in the area I would highly recommend. its uniquely placed to see all the many activities that take place on Sunset Walk.

Wish I could give more stars but every time we visit, there are always issues. Either games that we want to play aren't working or games will take your money. I took my daughter the day before school started and all of the games shut down so we ate at the restaurant in Game Time, sadly the chicken from the chicken abs waffles were so dried. The prizes are better than Dave and Busters so my daughter still likes going.

Game Time in Kissimmee is a video arcade in Margaritaville Resort. It has a small bowling alley, video games of course and ski ball. We usually go here for dinner, try Fords Garage or Capone?s Coal Fired Pizza, then spend a little time here. It's connected to a sports bar so parents can relax while the kids play. It's a clean, safe, family friendly arcade. Highly recommend it.

Family friendly respectful atmosphere. A huge difference between here and other places that are Promoted as 'Family Friendly', but are anything except that (places like Fun Spot and City Walk). My family and I had a great time playing the games and enjoying the Car Show out front.

Just a big arcade with some games and duck pin bowling which is where I think you can get the most out of the 3 hour group I purchased. Alot of the machkn3s were being worked on and alot of machines could use some cleaning and maintenance. It was a fun time though and not far from my stay.
