This was WORTH my drive!!! It has everything for all ages of kids and adults. They have a disco ride and my oldest literally did not get off until he threw up! lol. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We paid $ 260 for buffet unlimited rides and unlimited games!! For 2 adults and 4 kids!! If you are looking for a good drink and talk go to the bar with David he was amazing!!! Worth to give it a try! Ps. I did NOT even take pictures of everything!

David was amazing! From the moment we walked in, he made sure everything ran smoothly and that the kids were having a great time. He was friendly, professional, and patient?even with the wild energy of a big group! You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and wants everyone to have fun. We went on a Friday night, the place was empty which was surprising, the food had been sitting there awhile but still good, my kids requested a fresh pizza and they made it upon request. STAY AWAY !!! It was our first time at Game Time and we were extremely disappointed and outraged. The worst part of our experience has to do with the Manager (Mark Kendall) and the way he handled the situation. Mark was nice and polite at first, but soon shifted to unprofessional and childish when we pinned him to the corner exposing the way they scammed our party. We rented the entire place for us during non-working hours and had agreed to 4.5 hours of fun time for all 50 of our 4th & 5th grade student

We are having fun! I was worried when I read the reviews about broken games but literally only ran into 1. Kinda don't want to write this review because it's nice not being over crowded and getting bumped into while we ride ride and play games! It's a good place. To take your kids, especially during the week in the summertime. Nobody's there, hardly they get to ride the rides. Also I got a VIP pass. You can go bowling all summer long

.i truly did not think I could get any worse than it was when it stopped being ?Itz Fun Pizza? HOW did they manage to get worse? out of five games played three of them required the games, tech guy to come over and refund the money because they were broken.. We went there during the weekdays and it was not so many people at that time. There were only 2 staff members and they were going back and forth to open rides to the people. Do not think that if you get card it will be enough for the rides. Unfortunately, you need to get another card from bowling place to be able to ride any rides and the one you got it from the machine is for only playing. My boyfriend and I, along with my sister and her boyfriend took a spontaneous trip to this location to which we were all first timers here. As we played bowling we had a great service attendant identified as David. He definitely made us feel comfortable and very welcomed. He livened up the party and made the whole experience worthwhile. He definitely deserved his tips! When you come here ask for David. :)

Today 3/30/25 my some, wife and grandchildren asked for my husband and I to attend this event center with them on a family outing. We (the grandparents) are extremely happy that we did accept their offer. This is a very family friendly experience for all. My husband and I had the opportunity to meet a bartender by the name of David. My kids and I loved our visit here! I especially love their $10 Tuesdays deal?just $10 per person for the buffet and a $10 play card for two hours! Such a great money saver! The kids had a blast and didn't want to leave, so I got them the all-day unlimited attractions pass for only $11.95 each, and we stayed until closing! Highly recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I planned a classroom trip to this location. I spoke to someone on the phone and they told me that the students have 4.5 hours of play time and 1 hour of lunch. So this means that the total time is 5.5 hours. As a school, we booked the bus accordingly and planned our day that we will spend a full 5.5 hours at the locations. David, our bar tender was excellent. He was so kind. We are from San Antonio. It was our first time at this location. He served great drinks and he told us some great spots to visit in Houston. Took my 2 kids today and the pizza was trash. Only had 2l3 different kind of pizza. And the 2 hours we was there it was the same cold pizza they didn't put anything else out. Ill never go there again. I would like a refund cuz 12.99 isn't worth it.

We paid for the buffet and they never gave us wrist bands, rude lady comes up yelling saying? where are your wrist bands, can't have any drinks without wrist bands go get them? and snatched the cups from us. DAVID helped us have an AMAZING experience, it was so much better with him helping us out, for real, no BS, BEST customer service I've ever had in my life and that is not a lie. I remember when it was ITz. The arcade is great but the buffet could be better. Bring back the salad bar and have more selections of pizza. Other than that, it's a cool fun place for kids to play arcades and rides.

Ordered my food, they asked me where I would be sitting, then when it was ready they came all the way to find me to let me know it was ready. I wanted to give this place a better rating, it's definitely seen better days. The lighting was very dim, hard to see in some areas. We recently brought a group of 53 students to Game Time and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, the staff did not explain how to use the arcade cards properly, which caused confusion and wasted time. Just came here for the fifth grade field trip with my oldest. I was very surprised by how many games and rides they had. It was pretty awesome, and all the kids loved it.

This place is the biggest waste of money . Height and weight restrictions for some rides is crazy where at other places my 4 year old is able to rock climbing and ride bumper cars she was limited to the monkey ride. 9.95 to ride one ride over and over . I celebrated my kids bday here. Their friends, family and I had a blast!! I got the ALL DAY UNLIMITED pass for everyone. The rock climbing was a challenge...couldn't make it past the 3rd stone ????. The bumper cars was fun! I didn't get on the Disk-O ride, it's too fast for me but the kids kept getting on it. As far as arcade buffets and family amusement centers go, IT?Z is about the best in Houston. (Although I still have no clue how to pronounce the name.) The place is lively! I bought the unlimited three hours pass, which gives me access to monkey jump, disk?o, lazer maze, arcades(no prizes or ticket games only), and bumper cars. There was an okay amount of games without prizes. My card kinda went weird because I would swipe and it would say ?no funds? even if the game offered no prizes or tickets. Enjoyed time with my daughter and grandkids. Drinks didn't taste like they had any alcohol in them. Didn't know bowling was hourly. Thought it was per game, but it was still fun. Most of the machines kept taking my points but didnt work. Fries were way too salty. No Condiments Were Offered. Shame They Too Away Buffet. The Monkey Jump Was Great For Both My Daughter & I. Do not have a party here! I get there and start bringing things inside. Asked for a cart, made several trips to my car before they brought one. I had to put everything on the front desk. The party room was depressing and everything was old and looked dirty. Online it says there's new management and they redid the place. Overall, it's expensive and not worth the cards or the money. They have a red cad for games that are old and the chances of winning low. The better games are on a blue card, but it has time limits.

We went for bowling and to eat ! They no longer have the buffet which was sad. The staff also weren't helpful and didn't really want to explain anything. They're participating in the KIDS BOWL FOR FREE PROGRAM which is great ! The restrooms were dirty and no one was cleaning the bowling tables after they would leave . So we had to just move around the stuff to be comfortable.

Fun place for the family. It is rare to see a game out of order. Most arcade games are either shooting or racing. Maybe needs a little more variety. The prize games are more diverse. Food is good as expected from a non-traditional fast food place. Mainly young people running the place which is nice to see. Overall good experience.
