4400 Ball Park Dr NE
Comstock Park, Michigan 49321
We played mini golf here and had a great time. The course is a lot of fun. The arcade area inside doesn't have much but they do have batting cages, bumper boats and a go kart track.
It had just rained so we were able to use the batting cages, but the go karts were fast and we played lots of games! Will go back on the summer and use the boat bumper cars with my 8-year-old son!!!
Had our family there for two rounds of mini golf and we were not informed ahead of time that several of the holes weren't playable. One due to the pipes being clogged and not allowing the golf balls through, the other holes due to flooding of the greens.
The arcade had maybe 40% of the games working. Machines ate tokens and tickets however the staff was helpful and willing to reimburse tokens/tickets. We did the mini golf course and it was a great time!
Had a great time with my 2 young kids playing mini golf and arcade. Staff is very friendly, especially BeJay.
Our son had a group of 10 teenagers. Good value, only issue was they had the same song on loop the entire time. 3 hours of sunrise by aquascape was pretty rough
We love coming here for the batting cages! The staff here are friendly and out going. Juan was especially awesome! He went above and beyond to make our experience fun and memorable! Thank you!
Friendly staff, clean park but not worth the money for what there is to do. Kids were bored after 40 minutes on a 2 hour bracelet.
My family really liked it here. We played mini golf and went go-karts. The atmosphere and service are good. Prices are reasonable. I recommend.
It was very fun for younger kids. Go-karts.bumper boats and arcade. Golf as well. We went on Father's Day and free golf for dads, which was nice. Small lines and mostly outside. Snack food is available. Staff was friendly and not very large, so it an easy way to spend a few hours . Shaded areas to sit.
We had some free time as my son was in a baseball tournament and done playing for the day. He wanted to do putt putt and found this fun center. The putt putt course was nice. We came at a great time as it wasn't busy. We paid $20/ each for the ticket with 4 activities. As we were finishing our putt putt game the center started getting busy. So we hurried and ran to the go karts. The first ride on the go karts was fun. We got off, then later got back on as we opted out of doing the bumper water ride. And
We went from mini golf. I would recommend not going on a sunny Saturday. We waited about 10 minutes in line to pay, about 10 minutes waiting to begin, and about five minutes at each hole. That said, it is a nice course. Playing around the sound of a waterfall is nice. The holes are fairly short and are neither too complex nor too simple. It was a little frustrating that the area around several of the holes was not level. It's the same disadvantage for everyone, but so frustrating when it takes two extra pu
My Grandson loves AJ's! Go carts, water bumper boats, putt putt golf, and batting cages, softball and hardball... Family run, great people and fun activities?? Get the day pass if you w t to do most everything for 35, including a pizza and Pop! There's a bouncy house too now...
I've never been to any park so dedicated to making sure your kids are having a great time! I believe it was the owner that came out and greeted us and put smiles on my littles faces! We rode the go carts with barely any lines ever, over and over again! We jumped on the bumper boats and soaked each other countless times and enjoyed some of the best tasting pizza and pretzels in Michigan!!! We went for our sweet daughter Avah's 5th birthday and will be going again for our 10 yr old's party here soon, except t
Great, slightly more affordable alternative to Craig?s Cruisers - one of the best mini-golf courses in West Michigan. On top of that, they have go-karts, bumper boats, an arcade, a batting cage, and more. The $20 fun park pass is more than enough to have an hour or two of fun with the kiddos/date.
Lots of activities. Batting cages weren't working properly. Beautiful mini gulf set up. We enjoyed our time together
We had an amazing experience at Ajs. The whole work community was great. We came with a situation and the owner and his daughter handled us with so much care and compassion. The way Ajs staff stepped up to help me make my son's birthday party a success brings tears to my eyes. We will definitely recommend and will be back.
Hubby plays softball so we go mostly for the practice range. The machines work well and if they do ever have issues the staff never hesitates to reimburse our coins so we can get the most of our visit. We did play on the go karts which was super fun and the lines move rather quickly when we went. They do offer an arcade inside and a very well equipped cafeteria!
The manager was very helpful. The employees also gave great service. Would definitely recommend for familys.
New owners. Have great plans for the place! Updates definitely needed.
Went for the mini golf, it was fun. Not sure when it changed from AJ?s but still enjoyed it.
We had so much fun here as a family! The staff was extremely friendly and we were able to attend the community Easter egg hunt event. It was so much fun!
Fun place for go carts, bumper boats, mini golf and more. Great for a larger group.
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time playing video games, tandem Go-Karts and batting cages. AJ's doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg if you go in with a plan and budget. Highly recommend going late afternoon when it's not as busy.
The putt putt is very fun, and well maintained! They are putting in a new system for the batting cages so a couple of them you couldn't use but now every cage can do any pitch/speed/type of ball. And you can control up and down as well. Very nice, even though the price per token has gone up, $2.50 for 15 pitches.
Great time!! Friendly staff, free parking, groupon deal, fun, and we won a light up football and selfie stick with tickets from arcade.
What a great place..I would recommend anyone to come and check out this fun place for mini golf
Affordable low key family fun! Make sure to stop if you end up in the area!
Mini golf. Boats. Race track. Games. Lots of fun for kids. Batting cages too.
On the website it states that a pass to do a certain set of activities is $19 and when we arrived it was $21.50. We inquired about this & she responded with, ?it was like 5 years ago when it was that price.? (We showed her the website & the fact that there was no year listed on the site) We were very understanding, yet she was still rude about it. We asked to speak to a manager about the website as we had 7 people in our group and she said he couldn't do anything about it even if she asked. So we paid the $
Had my son's 3 yr old party here and it was perfect! We got great service and had lots of fun! The go karts were the best part! Highly recommend for a kids party.
Expensive for what it is - a rundown mini golf, a super-short go-cart ride (even when there was literally NO ONE waiting to ride), and staff inside too busy talking to each other and looking at their phones to help several of us standing there wanting to make purchases. I honestly expected far better.
Great price, occasionally I will even find coupons. More affordable than other places around town so it's great for bigger families. Could use some updating, and the game room is really small.
Took my little brother here for his birthday ..was surprised at the prices..there fantastic..plus food was good too..will Soo be back
My daughter and I went to the batting cages and it was shut down in the middle of our 45min session. Managment gave us a new 45 min session free any time. We went there 2 weeks later and didnt have to explain anything. They new who we were and no hessitation. Thank you for being a great company and understanding customer service!
Was here for a work event so entry and everything was free except the arcade. Was fun family event where we got to bring our family's and just enjoy 4 hours of festivities. Even outside of being here for an event AJ'S is very enjoyable, from the batting cages to go karts to even mini golf. Kids will have a blast!!
The mini golf sucked bc they didn't have any guards to prevent your ball from going into the water and going over the waterfall like on what happened to my date. Then the air hockey machine wasn't working right. Not a good date night choice at all.
Went here today with my kids. The staff, Jay and Linton were wonderful! So attentive and great energy! We'll be back!
Our school reserved AJ?s for the end of the trip for our students. They forgot we were coming (luckily we confirmed a few days before), were understaffed, and they did not have enough food for all of our students. Student were supposed to have gotten three hours of unlimited attractions and ended up getting maybe an hour and a half. The new ownership hasn't got it figured out yet!
I had my son's and daughter's birthday party here and it was the best destination. All the kids had so much fun. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Briona was our coordinator and she was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Pizza was very good. Very accommodating with the ice-cream we brought. I will highly recommend
My grandson lost both his legs to cancer and he still could do most activities! Great fun for all ages.
Mini golf and go karts are fun. Don't waste your time or money on the arcade. Nearly every single game we tried took our tokens and wouldn't work. Very disappointing
As I went to enjoy some batting cage fun with my family, it was nothing but a busy mess. While yes, it was a nice day, two of the cages were closed, which only leaves four other cages to accommodate groups of people. Over 15+ people waiting for four cages. Definitely a less than pleasurable experience.
Went there played minature golf with friends. Nice course manager told us they were redoing all the greens
The people and service here are always great. Pretty bummed the batting cages were closed today, especially since they are the ONLY ones in town with batting cages. ALL of the arcade machines need a really big hug. It's time for an upgrade AJ's.
Great place to have fun. The guy who owns this place owns my mom's work so every year I get to go there for their work party and from 5 - 8 we get special wristbands and can go on Go-Karts as many times as we want, free ice cream, free pop, free tokens, free batting cage tokens, bumper boats, mini golf. I love riding the Go-Karts!
Hosted a company event for the first time at AJ's. Tom was amazing to work with. He made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. The staff was energetic and welcoming. A comment made was "I love the energy here". Would highly recommend for a company event and more.
Brought the granddaughter for her birthday. Go karts are a blast. We didn't ride the bumper boats or putt putt golf as it was pretty chilly out plus it started to rain. So we just moved to inside and hit the arcade for awhile. She had a good time and that's what counts. Will go again when it's a little warmer than mid April lol
The place is busy on the weekends for sure. I am older than your typical attendee but thoroughly enjoyed myself. What were the group of friends and we were able to play mini golf and batting cages. Staff was helpful, prices were reasonable. Place seemed fairly clean. I wouldn't plan to eat there as it takes quite a while for them to prepare.
A Blast! We took our youth group for a end of the year party & had a great time! Andrea & Colton had top notch customer service. They went above & beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience during our time there. Might make it our annual trip!
Great fun, water dodge em car, go carts and mini golf!
I have not been to AJ's Fun Park in years, I forgot how much fun it was. Excellent staff to say the least. Special thanks to the three young ladies braving the cold weather so that we could race the go carts. Abrianna, Jayden and Sophie were awesome handling the races. Thank you to all who took the extra time making sure our family had a good time. I would definitely recommend it.
Family spent a couple hours here breaking up a road trip during a weekday. We were one of 3 families there. Kids started rolling in as we were leaving late afternoon. Easy highway access and parking, located right next to a minor league baseball stadium. A game was starting later that evening and I could see traffic building up on a busy night. FYI we were in a 53' truck/trailer RV rig and were able to turn around (barely) in the deserted parking lot. If it were more crowded this could be a challenge since
Had the opportunity to visit here with family for a family fun night. Our group was all adults, but we still had a great time. Mini golf was a ton of fun; the air conditioned arcade room was a nice break from the heat. Didn't get the opportunity to try the go-carts, but they looked and sounded like a good time. -1 for the weird water in the fountains and boat area. All of the water at this park is dyed a deep blue, and it looks extremely strange. There are inflatable water boats that kids and adults can pi
Go karts were a lot of fun and my daughter enjoyed the mini golf course and bumper boats. The arcade is terribly lacking though and many games were down or broke. Could use a serious overhaul in the arcade department.
Did a fantastic job with our son's 9th birthday. Even gave us some money back because a storm rolled thorough and kept us inside for a while. Went back recently and accidentally showed up before they opened, but they still let us get out on the mini golf course. Great service!
We made a spontaneous trip to stop here on our way home from a weekend vacation. Fun little place to stop. Go karts, bumper boats, batting cages, mini golf, arcade games, etc. My only complaint was they seemed short staffed and didn't have a worker for all of the "rides" so there was a bit of a wait for them to finish up with the go karts so someone could help with the bumper boats. Overall the kids had a great time and want to go back.
we paid $96 for 5 attractions for 3 people. there were only 2 working go karts for the faster track. we ended up using only 2 activities each since they only had 5 attractions to choose from. while we were batting, we were helped by a kind employee after the ball machine got stuck. she did not mention any rules before we entered and was okay with us being in there together. then the older female employee came up to us and started yelling at us to stay behind the red line or she's going to kick us out. that
Had a fun time with my bf and brother during our weekend vacation. The downside was that most of the arcade games were broken or out of tickets, and the staff were all over the place, not seeming to know what to do. They were very kind, but they were so slammed and very overwhelmed.
Our family enjoyed all the attractions at this classic family park! It was so pleasant being able to share video games from my childhood with my kids. Even them showing me how to use the newest ones lol. The batting cages are where it's at though! Xavier and the crew were on top of it! My daughter got special attention and coaching while she practiced her skills. I am amazed at the new machines; you can pick your speed and height and the price is awesome!!! What a great staff and fun place to hang with frie
Reasonably priced attractions. The workers are always very helpful and friendly. They even added some new games to the arcade this year. The new grass for the putt putt course is great too. Love this place. Me and my son go at least twice a month.
We went to Aj's as 3 family's together! We all had a blast. Only downside was the arcade games all stole the tickets and would give any. The ladies working were nice and kept giving kids tickets to make up for what they lost or more coins. At least 5 of the machines we doing that. Great place to take older kids!!
Kids had fun, go karts are good. The outdoor stuff is all pretty good. The arcades are kind of a joke, old machines that don't work half the time(eat tokens and dont give tickets). The place could be cleaner, I didn't dare use the water fountain as there is what looks to be black mold growing around the spicket. Bathroom has bad cobwebs in the corners. Still a decent place but needs some money put into it soon or it's gonna be a dive.
There was a group of people golfing when my bf and I wanted to go. We tried to get into the AJ?s lobby for assistance and to get our clubs and the doors on the front and back of the building were locked. We knocked and yelled and even asked the group golfing if they knew what we should do. Nobody came for assistance. We waited for 15 minutes before leaving. Never coming to this AJ?s again. And will go out of my way to make sure people are aware of the terrible customer service here. Absolutely ridiculous.
Well maintained putt putt course, awesome go karts... didn't use the other options however a must see
A very nice, well taken care of place. We mini folded and had a blast! Only wish is they had more courses, we didn't want to stop lol. Highly recommended.
While using the mini golf course all the balls remained in the hole 10 shoot. After walking two young children back in the staff took the clubs stating sorry our guys will blow it out. Nothing more was said as she turned away. Ten holes was certainly not worth $20.00. I asked could we have a refund or some credit. She seemed annoyed and appeared rude. She finally consented to 10 game tokens. This being our first experience at AJ?s, I can guarantee it will be our last. Not impressed.
Decent batting cages. The slowest baseball speed seemed pretty quick compared to other places I've been. Looked to be set at 60 mph Good mini golf course, just kind of busy. Bring bug repellant if you go in the evening. Good deal on the game inside, just not too many to play. Didn't try the go carts, but they looked O.K.
This place needs updating its all the same stuff from the 90's nothing is good but my son and I still made it fun! Also price is not horrible either
Definitely recommend the mini golf, go carts pretty quick, batting cages cheap, bumper boats are definitely for younger ones, arcade is full of old school games that still use coins, food could be better but not bad
Absolutely AMAZING staff!!! Lipton the general manager was so amazing and we brought our autistic son which we are worried that some people won't be patient and judge him and not only did they not judge they were KIND please go here it's worth it
Mini golf kinda expensive but not a bad course tho, great staff, they have pry the best batting cages in central/western Michigan,
Kind of broke my heart coming in today. Facilities: The diaper changing station had a child security lock on it that was a pain and a half. If you are holding a kid, a diaper, a pack of wipes, etc, how am I supposed to open a child security lock? Pointless. Arcade: First game we tried to play, Candy crane, cord fell when we tried it and didn't come back up. Broken. Then we tried the basketball game, it didn't score right and only counted a fraction of the baskets. The ball drop game was jammed. The game "b
Cute, tucked-away little fun center. Hardly ever too busy, which is nice. I play a fair amount of mini golf there, only 8 bucks a round and it's a well maintained, attractive course.
Putt putt, bumper boats, go carts, arcade games and one of the few batting cages in the local area. Prices have went up throughout the times but they have made improvements with the increased rates. To the workers, keep on working hard. Your work hasn't went unnoticed
BEST PLACE EVER COME HERE!!!!!!!! We came there with a group and rented out the whole park for two hours but our buses came late so we came half half an hour after we were meant to and on their own well they gave us an extra half an hour for free very very nice staff and all the attractions were very very nice and all the kids at the times of their lives I would recommend any group to go here and our age group was from 9 to 13 and everyone had a fun time this is my first trip that I arranged with every sing
It was amazing fun for my myself, my four year old and my mother! The bumper boats, the go karts, the fun arcade gamesand the staff was so friendly. Riley was super sweet when my daughter was to afraid to climb up the slide, she did get best to comfort her and even sang her a song. My daughter dropped her ice cream cone and a male staff member (I didn't catch his name) came right up to offer her a new one. I've never had a better experience!
The mini golf course is INCREDIBLY old and dilapidated. Has not been touched or maintained since the day it opened. There is MOLD growing all over the turf, holes and rips in the turf all over the place. Structures are starting to look gross. I was really hoping this place would put a little money into fixing up the mini golf course. There was a line of people waiting to putt at every single hole, they obviously aren't hurting for money or business, just choosing to keep this place gross knowing they are th
Fantastic service. Staff went above and beyond to make our visit great. Just little things here and there, but they added up to put a smile on our faces. Fast go karts, pretty good food, fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!
I stopped in late Sunday evening and the manager went well out of his way to make sure my experience was great. I was very impressed how he handled a situation that wasn't in his control whatsoever. I will be back here without any questions! That made an impression. Way to often people forget how much of a impact the staff has on a facility.
The miniture golf course is dated and was kind of gross. We waiting forever to pay to play. There were employees standing around not doing anything. Maybe they can't run a register. My kids did love the bumper boats.
My son and I love it here: mini golf, arcade, go karts, it's great! It does get really busy, but that's kinda part of the appeal, watching everyone be crazypants. One thing I don't like is the bugs, so fi you're going to mini-golf, bring lots of bug spray.
Beware on the Putt Putt Golf Course! If you step on the green while your ball is even slightly rolling it changes the direction of the ball. It's a great course, and lots of fun with some challenge here & there but it needs some upkeep. Otherwise it was really fun. For those of you that want to drive certain go-karts, bring your driver's license! They won't let you ride without it on the fast ones.
Great fun for the whole family, food prices are good, and game prices aren't outrageous either.
Not enough to do for the kids, the park is looking rather old. It needs an update. Customer service was excellent!
Mini golf was great although my party quit at hole 9, a good handful of the arcade games were out of order, it smelled like someone was burning noodles inside the building, but my kid had a blast and that's all that matters.
Friendly staff, fun with the family! Not too expensive. We purchased the bracelet and played golf, hit the battling cages, raced on the go karts, played in the arcade, and played on the bumper boats
First time going to AJ fun center and it was a terrible experience. The games do not work properly the drastic park game is ruined. Some of games didn't give out tickets when they should have. We went on a Thursday and purchase their deal of the day; which was a fun park pass with a slice of pizza and a drink. So when we decided to get the pizza and drink MADISON was very rude. We asked for the pizza and she offered us ice cream because she didn't want to make the pizza. She was upset because there wasn't
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
