Customer Reviews

This is way overdue. We had our daughters birthday here in June. We had adults and kids participating. Everyone had so much fun. The food was good and I think there is a good selection for adults and kids. The platter went great with the pizzas. The bowling was fun and there were a lot of options for the arcade. From the phone calls to the visit in person, the staff was super nice and accommodating! Our party host was absolutely wonderful! She was so nice and if I needed anything, she was right there! I onl

It was absolutely amazing. I met the owner they got the pizza bar back, but no salad bar yet.. The owner was really awesome. Really polite people. Lots of games and the food was amazing. Plus they have spaghetti, chicken nuggets, chips and cheese ?? had an amazing time.

GameTime - Euless is an incredible spot for fun and entertainment, offering something for everyone. I visited this amazing place yesterday and had an unforgettable experience. The vibrant atmosphere, engaging activities, and well-maintained facilities make it a perfect destination for both relaxation and excitement. Whether you're into arcade games, bowling, or just looking to spend quality time with friends or family, GameTime delivers an energetic and enjoyable experience. It's truly an effective and invi

Wow this place was a big disappointment. We came on a Tuesday for the Tuesday special. I thought it would be $10. It came out to waaaaaay more than that by the time you pay for everything. And we didn't even buy the pass for video games or prize games. They play a lot of metal music that is as really liquid. We couldn't have a conversation while dining. The movie room had no movies playing. The cartoon room was closed off. The pizza buffet was a very sad one. The pizza tasted fine but not the typical buffe

Overpriced, too many kids, alcohol was warm, bumper cars were not bumping, laser tag gun was malfunctioning super lame time, go here if you hate fun and want everyone to have mediocrity

My grandson's last two birthday parties have been here. We are lucky to have the same host, Pam. Pam is amazing. She always goes above and beyond to make sure our parties have been a hit. We enoughed the place as well as the service. We will be back again next year because my grandson and his friends always have so much fun.

Never been to this place. It was slow for a Saturday night. Huge place that seems to have had its peak several years back. The pizza smells and looks good but never got around to trying it ..Games are okay. Ticket/game play/ prizes are way off compared to other like establishments. The bowling was fun because there was no wait. Mixed drinks are not worth the price hardly, no alcohol. Parking lot isn't well lite so be weary of your surroundings in the evening. Over all if its just for bowling its worth a try

Overall great place!!! My kids love it every time we come, buffet was nice and hot, and the bartender Macaria made amazing drinks!!! The arcade attendant Aubry was very patient and kind with us. I recommend this place if you want to have fun for a great price!

The games are a lot of fun and we did enjoy ourselves. The game card options could be better. I wish they had a bundle deal that allows you to play the games and do the attractions vs. having to purchase multiple passes. Also, the buffet is seriously lacking. It was way better before they crossed over to Game Time. The game room was neat and clean, and so were the restrooms.

Great for birthday's, group gatherings, and bowling leagues. The place is very clean and has an attentive friendly staff. The food is meh but has a decent variety of video games, air hockey, laser tag, climbing wall but most were not manned for customer use, and a large movie theater with tables. Been here a few time and never had a bad experience, they keep it consistent and upbeat. Will go again.

Customer service was amazing. The general manager Vittorio was great and answered all my questions. Me and my neices and nephews had a great time for a pretty good price. The gameroom attendant Aubry was amazing and was really nice.Macaria the bartender made really good drinks and was overall great.

We decided to get out the house for a lil while with my son. Both my son and husband ?? said they wouldn't mind having their birthday parties here. It wasn't too crowded. We bowled for 1 hr and played games for 1 hrs. We enjoyed ourselves.

Skip the buffet and get the unlimited activity bracelet for the best value! Kids had a blast at laser tag and bumper cars. We also got an arcade card through Groupon which made it a very affordable outing. Lots of skill games with cute keychains to win. Special shoutout to the staff, who made sure we were having a great time, especially the man from Ohio (sorry I didn't get your name!) :)

Nasty, misleading, low quality experience. We got there right when they opened, and everything was filthy. How are 5 toilets full of filth at opening?? They clearly do not clean the bathrooms, the games, or the booths regularly. Everything is visibly filthy and sticky to the touch. The food is barely edible and they charge way too much for a pathetic knock off of Cici's buffet. The game floor is 50% prize machines that are all rigged. The attractions are mostly closed, but they don't tell you that until aft

It was fun but smelled like wet socks. The food was blah but I guess it's something to nibble on. This place has so much potential, they need a good renovation, rebrand and a great marketing plan for success. In it's current state I don't forsee it being around in the next 5 years.

Food was horrible. You can tell that it had been sitting there awhile. Wasn't told the difference between the two game card passes and got the wrong one. Game area looked run down. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Complete waste of money and time. It was so much better when it was Itz and Absolute Best Pizza. Definitely disappointed.

It's always a fun time, my kids love it here. We go on Tuesday?s and get the all day play for 10 dlls and buffet for 12 an adult and 8 for the kiddos each buffet for the kids comes with a card that has 500 tickets in it so that's a plus cause at the end they get a little toy and that's the world to them.

They had allot of games to choose from but the buffet was HORRIBLE. Granted i came on a Monday so i didn't expect them to have everything fresh as soon as i came in however when i asked the cook for a fresh pizza he acted like he didn't even want to make one. The pasta was dry and sauceless. The dining room smelled like an old folks home out something. I don't see this place being open for too much longer or maybe i just picked the wrong day to go ???????

So to be honest I stopped by to look around after eating at a restaurant across from here. Looked like it would be fun especially with my ohana (family). Unfortunately after speaking with the employees you find out pre covid this place offered everything including a large buffet. Again pre covid and now even though the dining buffet area still exists, the buffet option doesn't as well as other fun pre covid kool activities. It's too bad because I feel they should rev up the pre covid amenities and activitie

The buffet price was decent but the food was less than mediocre. I was happy to see a large selection of games and activities for my 4 year old son. They also had cartoons playing for the children in the dining areas. Edit: 5 years later. This place went downhill. Employees are hard to find, and when you find them, they are on their phones. Half of the games do not work properly or at all. It's definitely a ripoff nowadays...

Went there today. Pizza was ok. The timed game cards suck. You loose time cause once you play a game. You have to wait 1 minute until you can scan it again. They are literally taking your money. We had about 5 games that said it took the scan but the game didn't work. Had to hunt down a worker EVERY time. They were in no rush, no compensation for time lost. Then the call buttons they have by rock climbing and the prize room.. don't waste your time. We hit the button to get assistance with rock climbing, wai

We had so much fun. The bartender Joy was so helpful and sweet! Great place to go for bowling and a night out with the family!

A Complete Disaster of an Experience. I rarely write reviews, but my experience was so appalling that it demands attention. While the manager was courteous, much of the staff displayed an outright disregard for basic customer service. The level of rudeness, argumentativeness, and disrespect I encountered was completely inexcusable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer satisfaction was an afterthought. Instead of providing assistance or addressing concerns with professionalism, staff memb

I wasn't expecting the quality and the great taste of the food. It wasn't anything like a lot of similar types of buffets. The place is huge. Lots of room. A different theme in every room. You can eat and watch everything from cartoons to Holywood classics. Neat and clean restrooms located conviently. Only negative is cost per game and the high ticket price on prizes.

We came here for my nephew's 5th birthday. It is supposed to be a great time of laughs and memories. Unfortunately, this was not the case. It started with the birthday party. Staff refused to allow my mom to take her cup with her out the party room, and tossed them. They told her she needed to purchase another cup, after my brother already purchased $300 party package. Ridiculously crazy. ??Then, my nephew goes to the bumper cars with his cousins. The woman tells him he's too short, but then allows him to

We had our office holiday gathering at GameTime Euless. Our coordinator and host Sheena was awesome. When we arrived we were greeted by Sheena. The area for our event was prepared and ready, the food came out immediately, and the bowling host was ready as well. The group loved it and are planning to go again. Sheena and the GameTime team made me look as if I did an amazing job, but all hats off to them. Thank you over and over. Ms. Burks

3 stars for great customer service for the most part. The games are reasonably priced, depending on the day you go.. please do better with your food. I ordered wings and I had no idea what I was eating as the food was bland and undercooked.

I hadn't been here since a little after the C19 lockdowns were lifted. I went just recently, and I am blown away..... The buffet, what buffet? No salad bar, pizza was limited with many previous choice items removed. Food is resorted to Truck stop light food! Bathrooms need deep cleaning, and many a couple of the attractions either broken or you'll wait for an extensive time for staff( per laser tag). Game play credits too high, those inoperable not noted! What happened? Itz was a regular before c19, the co

Unfortunately this place has let us down the last 2 times we visited. Sunday we waited over an hour along with 3 other families waiting for the bowling to work. Staff was on the phone with tech but it didn't get resolved so we left after an hour along with the other families. Went back yesterday for their Tuesday bowling deal. Our lanes messed up 7 times during our 1 hour bowling time. SO disappointing. The games also cost more than in the past when it was It's not Gametime. $25 for 100 credits is insane.

It's been a hot minute since I've been here. They don't have a buffet anymore, but you can order food. The bathroom are still bad. Most games work. But the do have 1 hour and 3 hour video games and attractions card available.

If I could give a negive star ?? I absolutely would!! Every prison in contact here was rude.. customer service was terrible. They were rude. They all had attitudes, one lady young lady. Blonde with glasses.. She was no more than 19 years old and started yelling at one of the customers.. our guest btw at the bumper car area. Also, my son bought a party that cost a little over $200 was not worth it never again I will never recommend this place. very, very, very disappointed.. plannings borks party? don't d

Tuesday deals are amazing! The place was not super packed. We had a good time bowling and playing games with the 2 hr unlimited game cards (only $10 on Tuesdays).

Been eying this place for a few for my daughter?s 5th birthday. Didn't visit prior to her party so when I arrived, I was actually surprised to say the least and not in good way. Most of the areas inside were closed off with printed sheets or wet floor signs, the employee up front talked so fast, you didn't really know what you were getting and had to ask questions AGAIN just to be sure. Place upfront also smelled really musty. Once we officially got in, places looked deserted but bowling was pretty busy so

I came here to celebrate my birthday and it was the worst experience ever. One of the managers i?m guessing decided to not politely but very disrespectfully yell at my mother to not go into the bowling area with food while we saw other people come in with food and eat? I felt discriminated against. They also had some type of gas leak and the whole place had a horrible smell. No amount of money will make me come back here I will never come here again!!

We got a GroupOn for unlimited play for 5 hours, but we weren't able to use it for games that collect points for prizes. The games we were allowed to play were Air Hockey, racing games, and shooting games. Bowling is a separate thing altogether. My kids did enjoy the Bumper Cars, Lazer Maze, Atomic Rush, and Lazer Runner (laser tag). Rock Climbing is also available. It was a weekday morning and it wasn't busy, so my kids were able to finish an activity and get right back in line. There's a full-size cafet

My husband and I visited this venue for bowling for a date and had a great time, so we decided to book a birthday party. I made the reservation online on 2/9/25 for a party on 2/23/25. The day after booking, a party planner called to confirm details, including my selections for food, drinks, and decor. I was specifically told that additional food could be ordered at restaurant prices during the party, while platters required four days? notice. However, when we arrived on 2/23, we quickly saw that two piz

Fun atmosphere for kids and game plays! Very busy on weekends. Cheaper than most places with games and tickets! We come her often being a single mom of 4. Food is okay if you are hungry, but we come for the games and family time!

Very fun and entertaining. The place needs a bit of cleaning, the unsweet tea dispensed water and the sweet tea had a moldy taste like the container wasn't cleaned properly. However we we enjoyed our time and played lots of games including bumper cars and laser tag for a great value. Overall we had a great time. Will definitely go back

Buffet was exactly what you'd expect for $8. Buuuut the $15 card that let's you play unlimited arcade games, bumper cars, laser tag, mini bowling, and rock climbing, was totally worth it. There were a ton of employees on the floor, but somehow no supervision of the laser tag line. Anarchy. At least 10-15 people walked right up to the front of the line and cut everyone that had been there 15 mins, resulting in another 15 min. wait. Made several complaints to several 16 year olds, as there wasn't an adult, le

The place was good but our game got stuck twice that was little disappointment

This place sucks I been waiting 1 hour to get in and no one was there and google said it was open this place SUCKS barely any staff and the buffet has flies inside and cockroaches a girl said she wanted this place to get fixed 0/5

First time me trying here with the family and we came on Tuesday which is 2.99 all day unlimited games so great deal! We ordered food which was great and even got a souvenir cup .. The kids loved it and we had fun not to packed and the facilities were clean and friendly staff kinda wanna come back next Tuesday as well????

They are all really kind and super cool. They help any body and every body fun time for any body and all ages. Highly recommended place to go for party.

This place has arcade games, bowling and many other fun activities. The pricing is affordable and reasonable. It's definitely old equipment and the place needs to be cleaned as it smells bad as you enter and in some other places. The AC didnt work and we had to sweat all the game time. And it is understaffed as we have to wait for 15 mins with no one in line for reserving a lane. Big parking lot with handicapped parking right in front of the main door. Overall it's good experience.

Fun for kids , food needs work . No salad bar . Just more for kids to eat not adults . Games were a little expensive . But our kids still had fun

Great place to bring the kids. Just 3 stars as buffet etc needs attention most of the time. No kids cups w lids. Ok better than Chuck e cheese

This place is humongous I'm in a spacious it has three different areas you can go into definitely it's not overcrowded I mean if you looking something to do with kids this is a place to go you there's so much priorities of games and all kinds of stuff definitely a plus

We were pleasantly surprised with the overall experience at IT?Z, we were a bit hesitant as we read a few reviews pre-visit that seem to be in complete contrast to our experience. The food was not great but good enough as far as I am concerned. Keep in mind this is a buffet restaurant focused towards birthday parties, parties and events tailored around kids and young adults, that's not to say that adults don't have just as much fun because I know I did. In my experience the facility was reasonably clea

Took my family for a surprise trip to ITZ, we all had a great time!! The prices was excellent! The place was clean and calm. The staff was attentive and helpful. As a fan of bowling, I wish the lane approach was slicker. It was super hard for me to adjust to the lack of slide. Also, I couldn't really see the arrows cause of the reflection of the music videos... still had a great time tho! Thanks for helping out Itz!!!

Fantastic place for a birthday party! Everyone is very kind and helpful. There's even a bar. Soooo affordable compared to other places that do the same!!

Fun for all. A 60 min play card was ideal to just run around from game to game without worry. The food was fine, not great. We did a bday package and really my only complaints are the curtains separating you from others having a party and naturally being loud. It made it hard to hear each other on our side of the curtain. And the second downside, at least on this day, was the lack of employees on staff making it challenging to find someone when help was needed.

They advertise to close at 11pm. Me and my family came and put $200 on cards just at a few minutes before 10pm, exactly at 10 they cut all the games off causing me to loose going (since I was in mid game) and possibly tons of tickets. I asked three people why did. You cut the machines off? they said they were closing the floor ag 10pm.. they tried to give me free pass for free games and I was like no, the store is closed and I can't use my card? had no sympathy.. extremely disappointed.

Waited over 30 minutes for the kids to be able to rock climb. They have a button you can hit for service. They never responded. We walked back up to the front to tell them, and they sent someone maybe 10 minutes later. Worker helping kids into harnesses did not secure the extra strap lengths. Definitely a safety issue. While the kids were climbing up, he just played on his phone, with no attention to the four kids up on auto belays. Super long waits and unsafe practices. How can they be certified to have

Great place! Had a blast bowling. Good pizza. And that Vittorio guy running that place is amazing.

Been here a few times and my family and I enjoy ourselves each time..we love the claw games the most! IT'Z just a quick arcade trip away! ??

I understand that this was originally thought up to be a pizza buffet, but because of covid-19 it's no longer available. As a buffet, the pizza probably works out. But at $10 to $14 a pizza for buffet quality pizza, that doesn't work out so great. Even cicis pizza make their Carry out pizza different from the buffet. So what you get is a small selection of arcades and ticket games. Most are big units with multiple player racer, bike, gun, and pacman. There is nothing of any real value to play, and a lot of

Awesome establishment love that the buffet is back and staff is lovely! I'm gay and autistic and felt very welcomed

Took my son to ITzs to play and very affordable and plenty of games to play stayed for good while and he had a great time

This place used to be amazing. 1 star because it's changed so much. They went from the buffet to overpriced food, unlimited points to 1 hr for $25. They only have one dining room open instead of all the booths they had with different movies and cartoons. Lazer tag isn't a thing there anymore apparently. There were way less people there than there would have been a few years ago. I grew up with this arcade and I was surprised to see just how much it changed. It's less convenient so less people go. Just go to

Fun place and very reasonably priced. Enjoyed time there with my kids on Christmas eve. It seems like the place is under new ownership now.

The buffet is good we always do the buffet and games on thursday because of the deal. But me and my little family always go after 8 because it's less crowded and my kids can run wild lol

It says buffet but pizza was limited. They were putting out one pizza at a time.

The arcade games seem to be pricey and we had fun playing bowling. The laser tag was good but for some reason some guns didn't work properly with which we had little disappointment, the same has been conveyed to the reception at the game center. Also some of the arcade games are way too old and didn't give us enough tickets back to our card as stated, also ticket redeems are so costlier.

Found out the hard way why this place was a ghost town when we came. First thing, the place is filthy, the floor doesn't look like it's ever seen a vacuum. We paid $100 for 475 tokens to play the arcade games. Beside the video racing games, every ?game? that has any sort of prize is garbage. Even the games that say play till you win, for a rubber duck or candy, all lose. Every. Single. Game. It's a bit ridiculous honestly. We will never be back here. Better off going to a Dave and Busters.

I love the general manager! he's very nice and helped me personally

If you've never been here, go! Lol, I've been multiple times but my youngest daughter had never been till today. We usually go to Chuck E Cheese but after today and seeing how much more she enjoyed it here, this will become our new spot. The arcade is HUGE and there's also lazer tag, rock climbing, mini bowling, bowling, and billiards, etc... Definitely worth the money

Pizza could be a little better but my kids had a blast. I recommend going on weekdays if possible

This employee assaulted my three year old son and my two three year old cousins she grabbed them and pushed them out of the prize area she stated that they were stealing but could not produce what they stole instead of calling her manager and informing parents she pushed them out and rough handled them scared my son he never wants to come back and he is three what is the world coming to when the children are no longer safe I had to call the police it was that bad. I don't think that this is a safe environme

A good place for kids under 10, my granddaughter had a blast (6), my grandson (8) wanted to do big boy stuff with my teen nephews (the lines were too long on the stuff they wanted to do). GO before 8, I thought skipping the buffet crowd would mean less people and shorter lines. NOPE, the lines were longer and we ended up spending more money having to buy food. Get the buffet and play, also pay attention to the games that give tickets and prizes (by the time I figured out what was what, we used all the point

We had fun! Everyone was having a good time! Gold Peak Tea! Only diet drink options were Diet Coke and unsweetened tea.

We went to celebrate my granddaughters birthday there. They have specials like a 3 hr unlimited arcades games including Lazer tag,,,rock climbing and bumper cars. They do NOT have the buffet due to Covid. They have a theater where you can sit and eat your food. Food is kinda overpriced for what you get. Overall it was ok.

Stayed 4 hour's and I think your best option is to buy points and not the unlimited play. With unlimited you can't play games that give tickets only games like the shooting and racing games. We did enjoy it though

Very organized very busy on Saturdays 2 hours max I like to stay as an adult great for birthday parties Tuesday's to ninety-nine buffets

Food was great! Games were fun! Bowling was awesome! Recommend the groupon too!....promise to return! Fun family place; something for everyone!

Cool place to bring your family. Besides all the fun games and activities, there's also a great buffet! Will definitely be back.

My mom used to take me to this place every year for my birthday this place used to be so cool with all the amazing stuff the rooms Buffet somewhere to take your food sit down and watch something amazing and others they had like four or five of them and you can sit down and watch cartoons they had bumper carts and rock climbing and bowling in all kinds of amazing games but now this place has become a really expensive and not worth it Cedarcade is way better at least with that place is $12 for all u can play

They haven't changed their sign. It says ITZ. Looks like the place is from the 80s. Dark and dingy. Expensive.

So much fun for a field trip. Prices online are slightly different to when you arrive (more for some reason) But I was there to join my daughter and classmates.

For how massive this location is, there is not a lot to do. The kids were bored within an hour. During laser tag, some girls had snuck in, so it was a ton of staff walking around and turning on lights so the experience itself was lame. They didn't even offer to let us go again. There was no group after us, and the opportunity to correct the issue was there. The arcade games are newer but the place is old and dirty looking. We weren't impressed, and won't be going back.

GAMETIME is one of the best arcades around it's the best food games and energy is here !

Terrible service at the front desk. Spent 150 dollars at this place and the bumper cars didn't even work. Was not told that until we bought a 50 dollar main attraction pass. So our 4&5 year old only got to rock climb. Or try to rock climb. Had to buy additional tokens for them to have a little fun. The games are not long enough for the prices and food is blahhhh. Left there with 8 attractions still on our card. What a waste! Will not be back.

The bowling is just wack. The lane is slanted the balls are wack the shoes hurt. This whole palse screams Walmart bargain bin bowling ally. Would vote 0 stars if I could. Don't come here

My family loves this place. We have Pamela as our host for our son Birthday party which she is so amazing with the kids. Also a special to the manager Sheena she is one of the sweetest, caring people I know. She stepped right in for us and jumped into action when needed. She is the true definition of a manager she went over and beyond for us and we are great. 2 parties down and one more kid to go lol. We love ITZ

Good place to host birthday parties. Enough foods are served. Not so clean though. Some of the games do not work and none cares to put out of order board.

The food was cold, the theater room smelled like cat pee such a disappointment most of the games were not working

2/10/24 - The place is decent Carl was amazing and very professional but the other staff members need some training. The lady working the bar was pleasant to me but lack?s management skills. The way she spoke to the workers was very inappropriate and disrespectful. There was also an attendant blowing his nose behind the bar and didn't wash his hands. The drinks were definitely weak.

Lots of fun for kids of all ages. I would recommend a safety protocol for children entering and leaving to make families feel safer.

This was the worst visit ever ,we had purchase a card with 50 dollars at the kiosk machine but we had to get a refund due to we had to leave to somewhere else . I went to the front desk and ask for a refund Alex the cashier for the manager for help. But when the manager vitt came he stated that they were unable to give a refund if you purchase thru the kiosk machine he said it says no refund before you purchased in the kiosk machine , well I went to check to see if it was true but it wasn't he gave me wron

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
