Customer Reviews

We had a great time! We were a group of eight who got two lanes and had a great time. This is definitely something we will be doing again. The prices are a little higher than expected, however not unreasonable.

This is a great place for a friends and family get together. There are activities for all ages and the Laser Tag was a nice exhilarating cardio workout. This place offers food and beverages and a great outdoor space to enjoy the fun and festivities. Highly recommended.

Pretty cool place. Something different. They still push alcohol as part of the attraction!

What a great facility. We are new to town and played pickleball here . You will most likely meet the owner who will immediately meet you at the door and treat you like family. It would be 6 stars if it was an option.

Broken and faulty equipment. I told them my best was broken from the start you could tell by looking at it. They said oh well you just have to wear it. Faulty equipment that they refuse to change out. Instant death on revive in view of the workers even tho they say there's a delay and they still would do nothing about it. Refused to give a refund even tho the issue was going on from the start. The place is absolute TRASH.

Can I just write yet ANOTHER note of how AMAZING this place was? Reasonable prices, excellent assortment of beverages and food, and the upmost delightful & helpful service! ??

I have been coming here for over 2 years and I have never failed to have a good time playing Lazer tag The staff is friendly and smart The food trucks and live music is a big plus

Absolutely love this place! ?? My wife surprised me with a date night and took me to do the "date night special" they run, and it was a blast. The special included an hour of laser tag, two drinks, and two food items for $60, what a steal! We will definitely be coming back. Also, the atmosphere is very chill with places to sit upstairs at the bar and some nice spots to sit outside. There are some games to play if ax throwing or laser tag is not your speed. There is corn hole and a few pickleball courts.

Fun place good haunted house though I gotta say as a spooky veteran the one thing that really shocked me was the giant yoga poster. It's was scary stuff everywhere then you just turn and bam a chick doing stretches. Gave me a good laugh cause it shocked me.

Lazer tag was fun they also have axe throwing.

So much fun, great time !!!

This place is so much fun!! The owner is super nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend this place!!

The absolute most fun thing to do in ALL of SWLA! Highly recommend!

Awesome service!! axe throwing and Lazer tag are AMAZING here didn't eat anything tho so can't tell you about the food quality. Only problem is it's a little on the pricey side but I guess that's for upkeep ?????

Eh... Lazer tag wasn't a full hour. I brought 5 boys to celebrate an "hour" of fun to celebrate a 14 year Olds birthday. $40 each... Sadly they got 42 minutes. Very disappointing especially at the price I paid! Oh and I got sweet potato fries that were almost $7 and received 4 decent size and the other 7 were bottom of bag size.

Love the atmosphere here! Outdoor swings, axe throwing and a small bar upstairs make for a great vibe. Can't say I was great at laser tag, but all the guys definitely enjoyed themselves and you can tell they keep coming back for more.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We went to do some axe throwing for a birthday party and loved it! Drinks and food are brought to you so you don't have to leave whatever game you are playing. They also have a really neat laser tag arena that is indoors

The experience is pretty cool. I like the venue and the idea and the arena has been updated a lot since the first time I played and it feels generally good. The equipment feels nice and the staff is super friendly. I've talked to the owner several times and he's always super cool and open to discussions. That being said it's really discouraging and sort of ruins the entire experience when the game modes they give you to play are limited spawns and a player on the other team is so dominate he's doubling the

Well I went here for a comedy show and it was pretty awesome I've gotta admit. They have LAZER TAG and AXE THROWING !!!!! Like wow but my girlfriend and I both had a great time and the drinks were also amazing. (357 magnum was the drink we ordered). I recommend this place for young adults trying to keep from being bored. I'm definitely going to return for some Lazer tag and axe throwing!!!

When we arrived the staff in the front was not very nice, but once we made it to our game the staff and the game was awesome!! It is definitely worth the price!! I wasn't very good but still had a blast! The team leaders also explained the missions very well and made sure we did not have any questions!

The lazar tag was so fun i went there for my friends birthday day and we had a blast

Bar is good. The Lazer Tag is very unfair. The spawns for each team are extremely unbalanced and if you want to have a fair and competitive match you will not get that. Equipment was easy to use and did not restrict movement and easy to see. Staff will also play if there isn't quite enough people and they have a lot of experience; whoever has more staff has an advantage. Again, the game would be so much better if the spawns were better balanced.

Love this place. This is the best laser tag system I have ever played. The staff are great and accommodating. The facility is well setup and staged to make for a great experience whether you are watching and waiting or in the thick of a game. We have a large group that try's to play and they will WORK to accommodate your experience. I highly reccomend this place for a great time. Money well spent every time!!

Love it! I forget I'm in my 40?s when we are playing laser tag.

I hate that I need to write the review because this has the potential to be one of the best activities in Lake Charles. Went with a group of friends tonight for a fun casual game. That is not at all what we got. Instead I spent $40 to walk out of my base and die immediately 300 times because a player that was clearly out of the "Recruit" skill level we selected at registration totally dominated us the entire time. This issue was compounded by the fact that the staff knew he was an issue and didn't seem all

its not disability friendly. the guns were extremely heavy, risking further injury to weak joints, stairs went without viable guard rails and were very narrow which could cause a really bad fall and the music was extremely loud with strobing lights which could cause a siezure/meltdown. i wouldnt reccomend this place if you're disabled like me.

Went to dwarf wrestling. Was awesome.

Great place to have fun, especially as an adult. Laser Combat is a good experience! I will be going back!

Good place to bring the family. All kind of activities to do with the kids an for adults. They do have a bar for adults, they do serve sodas an nochos. We will be back really enjoyed the place.

Laser tag gear is nice but the layout of the course is awful. Whole team just repeatedly got shot in the base as we were respawning. Never had anything like that at other laser tags. Other team completely ignored all the rules that were given to us like no sprinting and no covering your sensors and the workers didn't care at all. Unless you go with a large group who you know will follow the rules don't even bother going. Edit: You heard from the owners response people. If you're not a pro laser tag player

Great fun for ADULTS! They have shooters bar, crawfish out in the parking lot, throwing axes, and you guessed it laser tag for ADULTS. Not a kid hang out. Highly recommend trying this place out. I love it

Fun venue for a get together.

Legit, live action call of duty style laser tag. Nice chill area up stairs with a full bar for that liquid courage before the match begins. I will definitely be going back.. Oh! And they have axe throwing.. Like darts but with axes!

It was my first time and we had such a blast. I'd not played laser tag before, but the girls on staff really helped me out and were super friendly and encouraging.

We had an excellent time! The drinks at the bar were perfectly mixed. The employees were very attentive, and friendly.

The building is clean, the staff are professional, and the laser tag is as realistic as you can get without actually getting shot at. It's too pricy to go every week, but I think it's worth it.

Was surprised to see a review on here where a customer complained about their experience, and then had the owner comment back with arguing their case that seemed to include searching for personal insults to throw in as well at the customer throughout the post. I mean I get there's two sides to every story but that seemed a little childish when the original review wasn't attacking anyone personally but obviously listing what their issues were. Maybe someone should have reached out to the customer about the

Love it here. Every time we go we have a BLAST great for adults and family gatherings. Would HIGHLY recommend. 5 ???s no doubt

Nice setup. I didn't participate in all they had to offer. Was there for a company function, and there was something for everyone. Staff was prompt to assist.

Went with our youth group from church. We had a blast! The owner and employees were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

The owner puts his heart and soul into this place and surrounds himself with great employees. Not surprised that this is the best laser tag venue in LC and quite possibly all of LA

The laser tag is an awesome experience, can be a game for fun, and also can be extremely competitive, definitely a whole different kind of laser tag, normal laser tag can be cheesy and boring, this is the exact opposite, definitely a must try.

Be prepared to get ALL of your cardio for the day here. Staff was great and the equipment and environment definitely put you in the real experience.

Was a great experience and something different from most places in Lake Charles. Will most definitely try again. Hopefully they can thrive and stay in business.

Had a great time with my friends playing laser tag! We were new to the game and the employees there were very helpful in showing us how to play.

Great place! Has everything you need, big shoutout to the team for providing everything for us!

Such a fun place to go! We played laser tag and it was awesome! 10/10 recommend this place. Sooo much fun

Great place to take the whole family or to go with a group of friends, can't wait til the new facility is built and there is more room and activities

Had a great time at the midget wrestling event!! Hope to do it again!! But the venue needs an ATM...

Good time like the atmosphere

I like it alot me and friends go all the time but if you get the new game master with red hair you have a team player his cover your head band senor as you come out off base help you get a kill

Axe throwing was a lot of fun. Our resident "axepert" was fun and good with the instructions. Will definitely go back!

Such a great time tonight. Super fun place, already ready to go back!!! Thanks for the jacket ??

We had fun with our family!

An awesome experience for by yourself kind of time or whole family! Also has a staff that goes above and behind. Definitely will be back as much as possible

My son and I had the best time. The guides were wonderful and made it lots of fun.

Great time, just FYI if you're nearing age 40 it may be a good idea to stretch first. Very fun and I will be back to play again

Ridiculously fun, if you get the chance and time to come here, do it.

was a very fun experience would totally go back there were some cheaters in the laser tag but awesome place

Epic experience. Amazing place. If I could give more stars I would.

Great spot for some axe trowing, pickleball and a few beers!

Great place great time. Staff was so awesome. I will always come back

Paid $29 to do the axe throwing with my group who was already there and then was told my time ran out after being there for barely half an hour

Best environment and awesome place for airsoft, laser tag, axe throwing, and other physical activities!

We made a reservation online three days in advance. They called us and confirmed the reservation two days in advance. When we got there, there was no record of reservation and the soonest time we could play was an hour and a half later

Good time as always, just don't ask for water. The owner does like it.

Z and his helper(can't remember her name) was amazing at laser tag!!!

Awsome place! Great time. Lazer tag and axes.

Unprofessional and grossly overpriced Response: Well, I was going to, but it looks like your replying comment to the last review below mine speaks volumes as far as customer service goes from what I read

Chelsea was great and the food was great! Great atmosphere and a good time

Comedy show was good did not like the sitting arrangements..

Great place to go and let loose and have fun...

A little smaller than what you would expect but still very fun

Great service, good fun throwing the axe, certainly will go back

Had a blast, I would give 5 stars but it's just a little expensive.

Great atmosphere and a great gaming experience. Friendly staff

Good pickleball community. Amazing facility.

A great time, you gotta try it out!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
