We had a fantastic birthday party for our son?s 9th birthday. It was amazing to just show up with the cake and snacks, and they took care of everything else! The party hosts were wonderful. There was a great assortment of games- we had boys and girls, and people who liked group games vs people who wanted to play by themselves. Can't recommend enough!

Recently hosted a 40th birthday here (Private event) and it was great! Aimee and her team were so helpful, so quick to respond to questions prior to the event. We had about 25 adults and the space accommodated us perfectly, from the games up to lounge area for food. Everyone enjoyed the variety of games. The candy was an exciting bonus for everyone. We recently had our 7 year old son's birthday party at Game On State and it was great from start to finish. The party host was super helpful and all of the kids enjoyed themselves. I especially liked that it was a private party space so parents felt comfortable dropping their kids and returning when the party was over. We placed an order for a candy box for recent college acceptance. The size and creativity was amazing and the recipient and their friends were all very impressed! The candy box was fully customized with candy in the school colors and with logos and ribbons. I highly recommend this gift for a thoughtful and yummy way to celebrate college choice time. My daughter?s birthday party was at Game on State and it was perfect! Eva and Holly were incredibly helpful, taking care of everything so that we could all enjoy the party together. The arcade and party room are just the right size, big enough for everything to have room but contained enough that everyone is in the same space. We had my daughter?s birthday party here last weekend and she had the absolute best time! Booking everything was super easy and the party helpers were fantastic. We've also been here many times to play and it's always a great time and good atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

They have a decent amount of games at this arcade on state road in Media. The place wasn't busy on Friday from 3 to 4pm ?? when I was around and there is parking on the streets. The person in charge of nice and the kids had a lot of fun particularly at the pinball machines and race games. 30 min game time went by quickly but it was enough for the kids. If I are looking for a small low-key arcade in the Media area, this is a cool to checkout. Cheers ??

We ordered candy boxes as favors for an 80th birthday party. They were a huge hit! The boxes were adorable, the candy was fresh and delicious, and it was clear they were made with great care. The team at GOS was easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. Highly recommend!!

Game on State has not only fun arcade games, but a great candy store with amazing selection. They make awesome candy gift baskets and I was super impressed with the quality!

According to one guest, this was "the best party he ever went to." The birthday boy loved playing Fast and Furious 2, ski-ball, and Fortnight. Dad and sissy loved dance dance revolution, and Dad was glad to play Mario brothers, Mortal Kombat, and NBA Jams. Mom just had a good time all around. We just had a wonderful experience at Game on State. We had my son?s seventh birthday party there and it was great. The staff is so nice. It was a great party, the kids had a blast- and the candy bags at the end were a HUGE hit. From booking to set up everything was easy and smooth. What a gem of a place.

We went in an afternoon for about an hour with 3 kids. The candy store part of the store was great: plenty to choose from, but not overwhelming. Soda selection was good: glass bottled came sugar Dr. pepper was a nice find! The arcade part was very fun. Only one machine was down, and it was well marked. Took my kids there this past weeked as we were in the area. Apparently they offer birthday parties - which is cool - but that apparently means that they are closed to the public. We came back at 3:30pm when they told us that the party was over so we could play. The only issue was the employees allowed many of the patrons from the party to stay and continue to play the games. What an absolutely incredible place, with the most inspiring mission. All of my students love to go to GOS, where they have the most welcoming atmosphere for students of all ages and abilities. Upstairs karaoke is the best! Their group programs and fantastic, if your child needed social support - look no further than GOS! Cannot say enough about Game on State! The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Love all the old-school video games and candy!! It's the perfect place for the young and the young-at-heart. We love Game on State! We've been thinking for a long time that Media needs an arcade and Game on State definitely delivers! They have lots of great games to play including a VR play spot. Game on State hosted my son?s end of chemo party and it was perfect!!! We had 75 people of all ages and everyone had a blast! The owners are kind and easy to work with- we had a blast. Game on State made his day extra special! Highly recommend!

Mixed feelings about this place. First the good: they have a very solid selection of games. Any reviewer that says otherwise must not be a retro gamer. Secondly the staff seem nice and the location is cool. Stuff I'm not too thrilled about. 1 there are no quarters, you have to pay for time which is pretty much a deal breaker for me. $20 for an hour? More than an arcade! Game on State makes screen printed clothing too! I was searching for someone to make t-shirts for my son?s soccer team to use playing in a winter league. I had a party here for my son's 8th birthday this past Saturday and everyone loved it. All of the parents from the local elementary school said that they loved the place and couldn't wait to return for another visit or party. Our party host was kind and helpful, the place has a great ambiance and has games for all ages.

Fun, LITTLE arcade they use every inch of this place. We got there just after 8 and would only sell us the 1/2 hour time not hour but we pretty much got to stay there until 9 (closing time). Pinball machines and some other classic ones they had a vr setup, more money obviously didn't try that but looked neat. 20$ for two of us for basically an hour unlimited play is worth it on a evening where it's not elbow to elbow. I came there with my little sister and her freind once and they loved it. It's a place children of all ages can enjoy. I suggest the pinball machines. But watch out, I may just have the high score.

I had been wanting to go for a while and my wife surprised me on date night. The staff was helpful and the place is reasonable price as well as good time. A great diversity of games and I am sure there will be something there you life from pinball, street fighter, and pac-man.

I stopped in to see Media's newest experience on State Street. Very cool. Given the range of machines, from PacMan, Mario and 1960's pinball to the latest games, a VR room, and an awesome multi-player big screen "living room," Game on State is clearly a passion project. If you're going to close for a private event, close the actual place. It's really upsetting to a toddler when they walk in and are told they can't play video games for another hour and a half. Just close the place for the time being or allow other kids to play

So, I love the premise for this arcade. Pay a flat fee for time I think it was around $6.00 for 30 minutes and play unlimited games. The selection of candy is almost as plentiful as the selection of games

The owners are really nice. The games are exactly the retro 80s arcade games I grew up with. The game machines are in excellent condition. They even sell retro candeies.Game On gets 2 thumbs up from me.

Thus place was good, but there selection was mostly boring, mostly made up if pinball, and the Xbox is always crowded with people screaming the f word at me when I ask to use it. BTW don't buy the candy there, the candy us cheaper on Amazon.
