We've been coming to Game On for over a year now, and it's hands down our favorite hangout spot. My friends and I?all in our 30s?love coming here to relive our childhood and just have a blast. Every visit is packed with fun, laughs, and a bit of friendly competition. Believe it or not, we actually won a PS5 here! Sure, we've probably spent more on arcade games than it would?ve cost to just buy one, but honestly, the experience and fun we've had along the way made it totally worth it. A huge shoutout to Me
We come here all the time when my husband is working in the area. The pizza is SO good!!! Always clean, and people are nice.
I'm celebrating my birthday month with the grand kid's. We had fun
It's always an uber fun time here! I love their laser tag experience and I'm a grown person- so, I'm sure your kid will love it too. I take my son as often as I can and we battle it out. I love how we can now save our stats on our yellow wrist bands and personalize our gaming experience for the stat board. Then, you can scan your wristband to add your personalized name to your laser tag vest and to play arcade games too! Ah! Im geeking! ?? yeah I'm THAT parent. I'm not for standing around and just watching
Flight was delayed so we posted up. Food was good, service was great, and place was fun. We had fun eating, bowling, and playing arcade games. Our server was Shana, who did an amazing job. Clean place where all the games worked. They had a corporate event doing axe throwing while we were there. The food for it looked great and corp guests looked like they were having a blast.
Everything was great except for the food. The server Kila took 20 minutes to take our food order. She never gave us silverware or checked in on us, so we had to get it ourselves. The worst part is that she took so long on every step of service that we missed our Lazer-Tag time. The lady doing the Lazer-Tag tonight was so nice. Since we missed our time, we gave up and just played the arcade(good arcade btw.) She actually came and found us to make sure we got to play a game. When we finished we noticed it was
The kids always have so much fun. I like that the prizes rotate so they're new stuff. The food is good quality and not like Chuck E Cheese style. The snack bar is a great idea so those looking for something quick don't have to sit down. There could be more tables in the snack bar area.
Great place for laser tag . The games are a little to high though the kids don't get the prizes for tickets they've earned and games to play are high as hell . The PRICES FOR FOOD ARE TO HIGH NOT WORTH IT pizza wise . Even the alcohol beverages are too high for the size . 2 margaritas were $32. That's to damn high .
This place is huge!!!! Fun for the entire family. They definitely take care of it because it's always super clean. Staff is pretty good. The food is actually really good, the spinach dip is delicious and so are the burgers. I haven't had any food that I didn't like yet.
This place not for kind under 10 years old of age The food Quality poor We went there as a big family. We were gonna order a lot of food. I had to decide to try a few items just to make sure the food quality was right. I am glad I have order a few items just to try before we make our big orders Two hours there with the kids Or our kids over 10 have a good time other kids under 10 they give us hard time because we couldn't have no fun They need to add something for the kids under 10 years old. And it's So l
Overall, was a fun experience. Jason at the front was phenomenal. Our kids have a gluten allergy and they were not accommodating at all to that so definitely go elsewhere and eat before, not eat there because they couldn't care less. The manager just threw up her hands when a worker asked if we could eat out chick fil a inside so we had to eat outside (severe enough to where we do not take risks of cross contamination) but not everyone understands the severity.
The crew was incredibly friendly and engaging throughout our visit. We truly had a wonderful time and appreciated the warm atmosphere.
Guick drop its 4 at a time like i always do but after 1 time i did there 9 left.its no way.they make time minimum to nobody win staff. i can easy .cheat place scrue over people.i can do easy ps 5 180000 or what ever.but if u win in a row its cut a time and thet teenagers say what u talking about?no technologies there just scrue over.good job.I KNOW THET GAME I NEVER LOOZE 9 OUT OF 10 ALWAYS.4 PEOPLE I ASKED TO SEE BUT NOBODY CARE THEY SAY ITS OK NOTHING BROKEN.NO TECHNICAL PEOPLE THERE JUST KIDS 18 19
Not a fan. The older laser tag was more personable. This place just gave a stuck up vibe from its employees. Walked in on Tuesday with 12 people with a cake for my son's birthday and immediately was told we couldn't bring a cake in and not even a hi, how are you at first. Please teach your employees customer service. (Also, I would have made a reservation for a party if they were taking reservations.) They did hold our cake so because we were about to turn around and give them no money, if they did no
The staff at Game On was a tremendous help in finding my sons phone. From Max that took my call. To Elijah that gave me the phone, I appreciate them sooo much. Top notch , great facility and great staff. They took his number and went around looking for it as they called it. I knew it was there because of find my phone. Thank you thank you thank you !!!
We celebrated a family member's birthday here. The food was pretty decent for a game room restaurant. The parking lot could be bigger. There were only a few parking spots open in the whole lot and the place was only about 70% full. You may want to carpool if possible. Overall, we had an enjoyable time.
I booked a birthday party online for my daughter with ease and was able to call and quickly change some details of my reservation. When we arrived, I was surprised to see all the changes that had been made. I last went years ago and it was much smaller. The facility is now more open, bigger, and has a lot more games. My party host, Riley, was awesome and provided great service. There is a great variety of games and activities, the facility looks great, the employees provided great customer service, and the
Convenient location with plenty of parking. Well designed family friendly amusement. Bowling, axe throwing, bar & grill, and an extensive/impressive arcade with a points redeemable prize shop that includes PS5 and accessories (controllers, games, etc.). The food quality has been on a steady decline since opening week, hopefully someone will see the edit done to this review and address the current issue. My original review was five stars, but now I must edit it to three in absence of a 2.5 option.
Big, roomy, modern open space packed with hours of fun. Me and some co-workers stopped in for some ax throwing and stayed for the food and drinks. Several beers on tap at their full bar. All the grub we tried was excellent. BBQ pulled pork nacho-style fries, Caesar wraps, All-meat pizza, and even Brussels were crowd pleasers. Inexpensive too! Seems they want you to play the games with the money you'll save on the food and bevs! Fun place! We'll be back! Tip your staff. They work hard!
Lucky was awesome instructor for axe throwing!!! ??Great place to go eat, play games, and watch some TV too. The games have great payouts for the game room. The staff is lovely and helpful. Worth every penny!!
We had an awesome day today for our son?s Birthday party! Everyone had a blast. ?? especially thanks to our party ?? host ?Dee?!!! Who went above and beyond to make sure that everyone had fun and enjoyed themselves today! Thank you ???? Dee for an awesome ???? weekend with us!!! Give him a raise? such a blessing to have such a wonderful, caring, respectful young man who is a true gentleman!!!!! I'm very grateful for all you have done. Can't wait to be back & have another great fun day!!!!! I'd give 100 ?? s
Awesome ??!! My wife and I had our monthly anniversary date night at the Game On and it was a blast! We will be back with our family for a night of fun.
Little disappointed in the allowed bowling lane time. I bought 2 games we went to the bathroom and didn't have time to finish the 2nd even when we rushed. We only got the 4 frame of the second game. However the food is good the games are fun just disappointed in the allowed time considering we were the only people bowling last night I don't understand the rush.
We stopped in just because. The kids loved it. We stayed and had dinner there. The pizza and the wings were the best. Everything was fresh and made to order. The games were a lot of fun. And the staff was helpful and friendly. We were acknowledged when we walked in and when we exited.
More exciting and fun things do than other similar establishments. Not overly expensive, a great place for friends and families to get together and have some wholesome fun
Fun and unique for all ages ! Ax throwing was so much fun . We chose the dart board game for it ! Great place to socialize chill and grab a beer.
Went here specifically to throw axes. It was alright. Definitely a different experience compared to places dedicated to axe throwing. We felt like we were being babysat the whole hour.
It was so much fun I had so much fun playing laser tag but the prices are high but I carry thousands of dollars on me each day
Laser tag was fun. Definitely a steep escape from the upper level. The young man who gave us directions got better the second time around. Good selection of games. It was busy for a Thursday afternoon.
I had great time. The establishment was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend.
Walking in I was so excited. Everything was just so huge. There was so many new machines and it felt like heaven. But after 15 minutes I got bored. But it was a fun experience. My gambling habits started here ??
So much fun for the whole family! Arcade Games, Bowling, Great Food, and easily our favorite place to visit.
Laser Tag of Metairie is such an electrifying place full of hyper kids, teens, and adults! Not only is this a great spot to bring your child but I've also observed couples here on what I suspected to be date night! As soon as you enter the place you can feel the rush of excitement and energy throughout the place. They have a little something for everyone. With a fluorescence indoor mini golf course to a miniature bowling alley also located inside one can find their niche in the place. The bumper cars and t
The absolute best.i took teenager girls.rhwy had a ball, while I sat at the bar Food 5/5!
Way overpriced, as you would expect, but a clean/fun place to bring young kids. Many arcade games but it costs $1 MINIMUM to start playing. VIP bowling lane was nice, but calling it AR is a wild stretch.
Our group had a fantastic time throwing axes. The girls running the lanes were swamped but extremely friendly/personable. Their patience and instruction with keeping everyone safe was very much appreciated. Kudos to them and be good to your staff....they are keepers.
Nice place, BUT nowhete to sit other than cold aluminum bench. They really should have carefully planned a sitting area or place sofas all around the gaming area. Food for thought: The longer parents stay, the more they spend.
Update: Owner who is Local Businessman called me and promised things will improve. Hard times, hands tied bec of operational hiccups but should smooth out in few months. In the meantime I'm hopeful to see things here success as it's a beautiful facility. My review before speaking with owner stands but I'm hopeful to see things improve and give a second chance in near future. Shiny New Building operating with an ?Empty Soul.? I will come back to share details of my bad experience. Until then Please tak
One of the best entertainment centers I have visited. Service and staff were top notch, facility was clean and the games were fun. Awesome bar and laser tag!
Best arcade game selection in town. Note to ownership, rotate your ticket prizes. We stopped going bc the prizes are always the same. Also, Lucky is amazing. Nicest employee ever. Makes my kids feel welcome
Ok so brought my son here and as soon as we walked through the door we should have been greeted but instead a whole bunch of employees just talking to each other. While I was clueless on what to do and where to go. This place NEEDS A DOOR GREETER! I'll give it another try and hopefully it improves! Toys need to be upgraded. They need weekly specials to attract more people. Game selection is limited and repeats same games. But ok selection.
Love the variety of games & activities. We enjoy the laye hours & delicious cocktails
Very good for kids and birthdays kids and adults could both have fun
Had a blast last night! Lot to offer here and friendly staff. There are too many bumper cars for the tiny area and that was a downfall. Besides the one that wasn't working I think they should take a couple out. You can only move 6" then you hit someone. Made it aggravating. Almost gave 4*'s because of the amount of cars in the tiny tiny area. Laser tag was my favorite part!
This has been the best arcade I have been to in the recent years! The atmosphere in Game On is something that can only be described as nostalgic. The environment takes me back to being a child. The staff is so friendly and willing to help with any questions. Specifically the manager that was at the front counter, Derrick, he was very patient with me and explained how things worked in the establishment. I can't wait to go back!
The service was excellent. The food is the typical fare you would find in a bar with a few subtle eclectic nuances.
First time there today and we found the place to be very enjoyable. We felt that the prices were fair. The food we ordered was very good. The facility was very clean and the staff appeared to be very nice and friendly. We will definitely be coming back. We did make an effort to come at their slow time. We are not sure if it would still be enjoyable if we came at their peak business hours. It's definitely a nice facility for the area.
Had a blast. Food & staff were great.
Awesome place! We have so many prizes. We were able to rack up 8,310 points or tickets, they are staying on the card we are trying to stack up and get a better prize. Also hit 1,000 points on the spin machine.
This place is alot to take in, there is so much to do. The kids had so much fun!
My Cubs mega laser tag party was awesome!! Chole did a remarkable job hosting our party!! My Cubs and my family really enjoyed ourselves!!??????
Always nice and clean. My son loves it here.
half the hands were broken and prizes for tickets were limited and not relatively desirable.
Hadn't been in a while since having a baby and they updated the systems to be ticketless. I had an old card saved with tons of tickets and credits (this was our pre baby date nights, so we had a good bit), I went to the counter and asked if they could pull it up and they explained to me about computer changes etc.. I was upset thinking I wouldn't hear anything (they weren't overly happy/nice when talking to me) but I actually got the call that IT was able to pull up my info. they set everything up on an a
I didn't even want to give 1 star. If you are an adult who wants to have a good time this is not the place. It's for kids. They may have a bar but don't drink because they will kick you out for having a good time. Never again!
Went for a family lunch followed by bowling and laser tag. The ages of our group ranged from 10 to 66! We all had a wonderful afternoon and everyone played together. How rare is that, something that can be equally fun for all ages? We were very impressed with the menu and service in the restaurant area too. Delicious food, well presented. All the employees were very sweet and helpful. Can't wait to go back!
This place was amazing! I happen to see the billboard. I love anything social, so it was Game On for me. I played some games and threw some axes. Loved the axe lanes. The entire place was very well thought out. Lots of fun games! But better yet, the drinks were great. Bartender was super friendly and made it a cool experience.
Very nice place with helpful and friendly staff. Something for everyone
Spent 3, almost 400 dollars at this place and I asked if I can get a refill of drink for the large party I had and they said no refills on pitchers. I literally only got 3 cups of drink from a pitcher filled with ice. The girls then stared at us with a look of disgust the whole entire time we bowled. Very uncomfortable after seeing how they looked at us and as we bowled we were just being watched. Very upsetting for my second visit at this place but I most likely WONT BE BACK. The prices are too high for th
My family and I loved the games there, and the crawfish egg rolls were beyond delicious.
Create a way for people to have a personal profile so we can keep track of all our scores. Even Lazer Tag.
Second time coming here since it opened. It is an awesome place to have a great time. It is also kid friendly ??
Have been here several times celebrating with friends. Enjoyed some bowling and the different types of games to be played as well as Axe throwing. A lot more challenging than I expected in a good way. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of food as well.
Hey y'all it's "G" This might be a long one, but reading is fundamental lol...This was a family 9yr anniversary date with my husband and 2 daughters. I ate a Swiss burger with fries, husband had a burger of sort, toddler ate red beans, my oldest had wings...THEM FRIES ARE AWESOME!The beans remindedme of a more fresher version of Popeyesif you like Popeyesbeans they were good and fresh.! My Swiss burger as well!! Now some of you all have encountered my reviews before I'm very cut and dry. Now let's start wit
Our family went here this past weekend for my son's birthday. Although the bowling (way too overpriced) was what to be expected, the rest of the experience was absolutely horrible. Let's not even consider the few games they have (it is what it is). The "manager" was tremendously rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. Pressing the service button from the bowling lanes was a joke. We waited over 40 minutes and no one came over. Tried to order from the bar and the "manager" not only told us we cou
Great experience here! The bartender, Nicole J, was an amazing server and had great energy. She got my drinks to me in a timely manner and they were delicious. Will definitely go back with friends!
Had a recent bowling party there. Excellent time. Our customer service experience was great Grand opening at the start of summer was bound to expose some growing pains. Restaurant staff seemed a bit stressed but were super polite nevertheless. Each return visit has been fun.
Kids love it and lots of parking. Staff is helpful, too. It's pretty pricey for the arcade games, though. The prizes make you feel like you spent 40 plus dollars on dollar store/5below toys in about an hour of fun. So you'll have fun but be prepared to spend.
I first went to Game On with co-workers for a team building event and it was great! We had appetizers and bowled and certainly found out who the competitors were in our office. Food was good and service was great. I've now brought my grandkids and they love it! Lots of games and employees are always friendly & helpful.
Had great time with family and friends. Enjoyed bowling. It is a perfect place for both kids and adults
Great place to bring the family or hang out with friends. Prices are reasonable and the food was really good.
Very bad customer service they had to keep refunding my money to my card and now I have to wait 5 business days to get my money
This was the perfect spot to host our child's birthday party. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the experience was SO easy. We walked in with just a cake and balloons and the rest was taken care of. Thanks, Game On! We will definitely be back.
Horrible place. 1 star is too many. We called several times to organise a birthday party for my son and they told us that they were not doing this type of events even though their website tells differently. They have rooms for parties but for corporate events only (what is the difference between a bunch of adults eating and a bunch of kids) we were told to come early to reserve a table so we did. They sent home my sister-in-law and my brother-in-law because they were standing up in the restaurant area. They
Brand new attraction that was very enjoyable for me and my friends! The place is very close to being new still so it was busy however the staff handled it like they have been open for years! Amazing experience- and the bowling is one of a kind! Special thanks to Derrick for fixing our game mode and being attentive/professional when we continued asking for assistance. We will be coming back.
Good variety of games (kept three teenagers entertained for several hours), laser tag, friendly waitstaff, good food, lots of seating for chaperones. We'll definitely go back to check out the bowling lanes. Overall, a great place to spend an afternoon with family and friends.
Today I was celebrating taking my family out for arcade games and laser tag. Rain was a complete gem while taking my order as well as keeping up with the chaos that is children running up to the table to snack, eat, have a sip of coke and then run off. She stayed on point whether they needed a drink or more food while we enjoyed out time.
Food was really good, and I was very impressed at the set-up and the service we received, especially from Brandon. We went for my son's birthday. He and his brother had a great time. My son has high functioning Autism and there was a little bit of sensory overload but he had a great time. At one point he was so excited about his french-fries being served that he left his game card at one of the games. After returning to the game he left it at it was gone. We went up to the service desk and Brandon went stra
I really had a great time at this place! It has a bit of everything. Arcade has good multi player games. Axe throwing is great with the different games you can play. You can have a little food while you play. The crawfish eggrolls are good. Nicole the bartender was sweet and gave great service. I would definitely go back.
We miss when it was Laser Tag. We came to celebrate my kiddo's 8th birthday(unofficially, just as a family) and the arcade selection felt less-than, then before. We used to love their arcade, but a quite a few of the machines we enjoyed were out of order. Their ticket shop was nice though. But overall the whole thing left something to be desired.
I don't understand all the horrible and dishonest reviews here. I know Nicole J and she is the sweetest bartender I know. My wife and I visit Game On just to see her sometimes. I agree the food isn't amazing, and things are pricey there(but prices are high everywhere), but the one single thing that's makes that place great to visit is Nicole. I think the review about her is bogus in my opinion. It's gotta be someone in competition making some of these bad reviews. Sad they gotta stoop so low. Il
Went for a friend?s birthday, was very surprised at how much fun we had! Did axe throwing. Was very surprised at the full bar and lengthy cocktail menu! Plus a few of the games were slightly addicting for adults?I got stuck on the Wizard of Oz for a minute! Hubby won a few hundred on video poker. 10/10 would go again!
Mini bowling is fiya, lol. The interactive floor is nice
Super fun bowling and arcade. Family friendly. Decent food.
experience was absolutely horrible.. , the service was quite disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized, and it took an unusually long time to get our orders. Additionally, the waitstaff appeared indifferent to our needs, making the overall experience less enjoyable. I hope they addresses these issues for a better customer experience in the future.
Great experience! So much to do. The axe throwing was outstanding. Do yourself a favor and do the VIP bowling, well worth it. Such a good time for an adult date. We'll bring the kids next time.
Awesome place plenty of games to play also Lazer tag and bowling and axe throwing. It was much less money spent and way more to offer than any other places similar to this place 100% recommend
Lots of fun. A bunch of games throwing axes arcade games bowling the sky is the limit
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
