Yesterday I went pokemon hunting with a couple friends for the first time - We walked in, I was immediately impressed with the store and the variety of cards and other things they had, then promptly blacked out and hit the floor with no warning. Overall good. Video game stock has been kind of languishing the past couple years as it's clear their main focus are TCGs now. Joe should at least pretend to not hate everyone that walks in.

The owner was extremely helpful in trouble shooting my Xbox one. Talked with me about the pros and cons to buying a new system if that didn't take care of the issue. I would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is great, as well. Their card products (my main focus when I went in, sorry for anyone looking for info on their video games) primarily focus on Magic, Pokemon, and Lorcana, as well as sports cards. I'm unaware of the workings of MTG and Lorcana, but it looked like a massive selection, and I can say for certain that their Pokemon selection was large and mostly comprehensive.

The cashier was rude and arrogant, and they didn't seem to care about customer service at all. It was really frustrating, and I would definitely not recommend that store to anyone! I went to Game Stop in the Midland Mall instead, and they were so much nicer, had better prices, and treated me with respect.

Great prices and amazing selection, some staff could use some more pr practice/training but they were still friendly just felt like the conversation got turned awkward very fast for asking what games he liked to play

Game on has a tremendous staff that provides great service to its customers. The store events and weekly activities add a lot of enjoyment to the people in both this and the surrounding communities.

I was in Midland for a couple shows for two days and always make it a habit to stop into local game shops when on the road. Game On was fantastic. Very clean, organized and had a decent collection of board games. We even got a really nice Play Mat for only $5! I highly recommend.

Can't recommend this store enough! Super friendly and helpful staff that make every visit a positive experience. I have to drive 30 minutes to ge to this location but gladly do it every time because of the customer service and products available at this store.

Bought a $20 game and tried to bring it back because could not play it within our 10-day Exchange in was told we could get $5.99 bag.

This is an awesome spot if you're looking for a hard-to-find board game, D&D or other tabletop game, or if you want to meet a new group of friends who share your passion for games. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. There is a great group that meets the first Saturday of every month to play games. There is also a room full of pinball machines. I believe they also host tournaments for Magic and other card games. Love this spot!!!

Been going for years and they always have plenty of stock, especially warhammer models. Employees always greet you and offer to assist in any way. Have gotten some helpful hobbling advice from them a few times.

I've played magic the gathering here for years, since I was around 13. Very comfortable store for young players and a friendly staff to help learn. Very competitive prices and sweet deals. Would recommend any existing or new players to give Game on a shot.

I needed a game card and they didn't carry them!

We play sealed draft there with my kids and everyone is great. My youngest son always brings his deck to Nate and he helps him make it as best as possible. Really appreciate you guys.

Game on has to be my favorite game store that I've ever been to. I recently went to get my first Warhammer miniatures and Joe was so helpful. He gave me a ton of information about the hobby and offered to help me with any problems I might have regarding; painting, building the models, playing the game, and building my army. I will definitely be buying my miniatures from here.

Game on is one of the best independent/small chain stores in town. They have a great variety of products that is all well priced. The staff is very friendly and know and there is a great environment. Quick and polite service, huge variety of items (especially if you're an MTG player) and fantastic prices. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is the location. Which has absolutely horrific traffic any time of the day. So, be ready for that.

This is one of 3 shops in the central Michigan area owned by Brian. I appreciate the selection of titles and quite often reasonable prices of both modern and retro games. They also have a wide assortment of Magic the Gathering, Blu-ray and box sets as well as disc golf discs. This is the go to place in Midland as of this review for selection of retro games.

Extremely knowledgeable employees who are very helpful. There is a great game room and there are always events happening. If you're into Warhammer or Trading card games, there are always table to play on for free and plenty of tournaments happening.

Great items cheap prices but there should have been a bigger selection for yugioh kinda was disappointed going in and seeing all the magic the gathering and pokemon cards but only packs of yugioh like if you got a bigger selection it might be worth checking out.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are willing to answer any questions you may have. Whether it pertains to board games, cards or consoles. Came here and they discriminate against those who cannot wear a mask. No accommodations required by law provided. Very rude and pushy. A great used game store, they have quite the selection of classic games, and their trade in value is great. Recently bought a Ps2 and the three Ace Combat games, all worked just perfectly.
