Nice bowling alley! They have a juke box, pool table, air hockey, pinball and other arcade games. Everyone was friendly. The fried mushrooms were pretty good too.
This place is fantastic for a birthday party. They offer different party packages and were so accommodating for our party. Thanks Team!
Other than taking a very long time for someone to wait on us it was a really nice place. Clean
I have come here a couple times, as this is the closest bowling alley to us. The rates are reasonable and the alley is clean. The lanes are good, and they do league bowling here, so the standards for their lanes are pretty high. They play good music which is a nice vibe. They also have food and I got chicken tenders one time, and they were good. I definitely recommend coming here.
Awesome place for the kids and adults! They have lots of bowling lanes, 2 pool tables, and air hockey, amongst other arcade games. Great staff also. Gotta try their soft pretzels ??
Great staff and this is the closest bowling alley it's well-maintained it's old but it's clean the staff is really nice they have some really good food we look forward to going back here again highly recommend this if you're in the area don't let the bad parking lot and old building put you off ??
Great bowling alley! This place is usually pretty clean has friendly staff and good prices on bowling. The food is good but, slightly pricy. All in all this is a great place for a night of family fun or to blow off some steam with some friends!
For a family of five, we spent less than $60 on two games for each of us, which also included shoe rentals. Great place to take the family.
Friendly staff, good prices, games, food and bowling. Great place!
Clean shoes and lanes had a blast go later and you get the blacklights and cool bowling experience
Always love coming here with friends. It's a friendly and welcomin environment! The food is decent and the prices are typically reasonable. They also have some pretty great deal nights for bowling!
Friendly staff and clean atmosphere, but the lanes are waaaayyyyy too slick. I was having trouble getting even a weighted ball to break and sent a few right in the gutter thanks to that. Had to chalk my ball to get any grip on the lane to break over. Still, we love going here, and the slick lanes are forgivable considering the wonderful staff and clean atmosphere.
Great place to go bowling people are friendly and the owner is awesome, I highly recommend buying a bowling ball from them too, the bowling balls look beautiful!.
Very attentive and accomidating to my disabled husbands needs tonight so he could enjoy bowling with his nephew on his birthday since having a stroke paralyzed him a year ago. Going out is very difficult for him but they made him feel like family and helped us have an enjoyable experience. Everytime we have went we always leave satisfied.
Chaperoned my son & his classmates today. Great experience! Clean, fun & reasonably priced. Staff was absolutely wonderful!
Great place to bowl and play a few video games with the kids. Employees are kind and helpful. Plentiful beer selections for the adults!
Im not one to leave a reviews but i was pretty disappointed. They close at 12am for cosmic bowling on the weekend. We arrived at 10:15pm. Their wasn't many lanes open with people playing but their still was business going on. At around 11:20pm i went to the bar to order another 2 beers and they wouldn't serve me because they were ?closed? i said okay and walked away. I'm not one to make a big deal about it but atleast let us know if you are going to close the bar an hour early with people still in the build
Very well kept bowling alley. Bar food was surprisingly very good! Great chicken tenders, hot dogs, burgers and the fried mushrooms were excellent. $50 for 4 people...not bad! Lanes were clean and very busy. The game area was nice too. Will go again!
Nice to go to a local family owned and operated bowling alley. Joe was excellent and personable. Drilled the holes for our balls and did an outstanding job. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this bowling alley.
Their equipment needs to be serviced. Seven of us bowled on two lanes and did relatively well through the first game. The second game was constantly delayed by strange happenings that mixed up frames sporadically through the last half of the game. The third game, we didn't even ask for assistance anymore. Several times we got a new set of pins with each ball. We just kept bowling through disregarding the screens.
Great prices for bowling. Scoring system has been updated, but lots of decor, lanes, games are old and worn.
When me and my wife came in the doors we were spotted right away and sat down with the best courtesy ever from a young lady. I was with my little brother and his girlfriend with her 2 little kids and the waitress was very polite to both kids and very surprising with food ideas for them and they loved it thank you guys for the awesome food. We'll be back definitely
This bowling alley is fantastic! I have been bowling for decades and have been to lots of different lanes and this place ranks up right up there for its welcoming atmosphere and great conditions. The owners are super nice and helped my group with the various configurations we needed across two lanes. (Don't ask, but we were high maintenance.) I don't know how to explain it except that I felt right at home the moment I walked in the door. We will definitely be going back and I am looking into joining a leagu
We went on a friday afternoon, they weren't super busy and we played 4 games. The staff was friendly and we weren't crowded with other people. We enjoyed ourselves, and they had food available to buy, however we didn't buy any due to eating before.
This was the worst bowling experience I have ever had. They sell drinks but if you look remotely ?drunk? they will not serve you food or drinks. Their rules are terrible. A group of 5 college students trying to have fun on a Thursday and they did not leave us alone all night. They threw away my friends drink and did not refund her and did not give us an explanation.
Top notch owners! Made one of my besties friends birthday parties extra special on a Sunday at that. So nice, so kind..prices are absolutely reasonable. Super clean and offer so much entertainment with bowling, games, music, and refreshments. Totally recommend!!
Nice place with an old fashion bowling alley feel. Drinks were reasonably priced. We went on a Saturday afternoon and no food orders were allowed until 4pm. Only hot pretzels and nachos were available along with candy and chips. Aaron was very nice and helpful.
Had to reset one lane quite a few times. Other than that, this place is absolutely great.
Went there for the first time in about three years today. 2 games for two was a bit under $24 and a (quite sizable) order of fries and a Bud Light on tap was $7 and some change. Not too far of a drive from Franklin after our closed down a while back.
Nice old fashioned bowling alley with some great tech upgrades. Mid-afternoon the place was nearly empty of players. My three grandkids had a special kid's lane with rails to avoid gutter balls. Nice touch. Staff was very helpful. Kids had a great time.
Employees are very rude. Charged me for shoes when I clearly had them in my bag with my 3 bowling balls I brought. Wouldn't refund the charge either. Lanes are not kept up and oiled properly. Wont recommend this place to anyone that wants to go bowling.
My wife called and reserved time for my son's birthday. After arriving we are told that some college kids had our spot. So seeing how we have been treated and how my sons birthday has had to be shifted last second to cherokee ultra star. I will not be returning. Wish I could give no stars.
A group of my friends went on the $2 bowling night, which I assume is also the league night. When we got there we were all wearing our masks and went to the front, we were told there was a 30min-1hour wait which we were fine with. Only about half of the people inside were wearing masks, including everyone by the food area. So when we walk over, my friends lower their masks and immediately someone told us to put the masks back on or they could kick us out and made sure to let us know that any worker could ki
Such a great family atmosphere. We loved it!
I would give a zero star rating but it wouldn't let me. I had the worst experience here. There is an older man that works here that was condescending and all together rude. When I went to get food, the people were also very rude so I declined on the food and told them I wouldn't give them my money. I also witnessed someone getting told to stop hugging because there was children around... so we can't hug anymore? If you are a business that relies on the public, you would think you would be a little nicer to
Always have fun here, good family place, good fountain drinks, brownies are iffy, everything else is good!
Loved it.. fun for the family
Our first time visiting here we came almost an hour to play and accidentally came on a league bowling night and the lady was super rude when we walked in. She said ?sorry league night, bye? she didn't explain or anything but kept walking by us. She didn't tell us what were and weren't league nights or anything like that. So we decided to try again and the same lady was there ?? we payed for 3 rounds and 5 people but used 2 lanes because my little brother needed the guards up and BOTH of our games cut off ea
We had a birthday party here for our 7 year old. The table was set up great, he loved receiving a bowling pin for his friends to sign and the party was easy and fun. They have a lot of video games near the party area now so the kids were kind of distracted from bowling. I recommend bringing lots of quarters!
Great place! Would be nice if it was updated a little to make the lanes to where they didn't mess up and have more pool tables but staff is friendly and fun atmosphere.
Loved this place in a small town, Veteran friendly.
Great Prices. Friendly staff. Great ProShop!!
Used to be a great bowling alley and a favorite place of mine to have a good time, till these darn leagues took over. Now on dollar night it's almost impossible to get a lane, and certian pitchers have went up almost $5 to what they were before. Not to mention the burgers are right at $10. Either management has recently changed or they just decided it would be a great time to start running the bowling alley terribly.
We love to take outings with our program to bowl! They are so accommodating to all people especially those in wheelchairs!! We love bowling days!
Very nice people. Not always enough staff, but everyone was really pleasant and we were never ignored. The kids really enjoyed it.
Great staff and atmosphere. I can't recommend this place enough.
Galaxy Lanes staff is always friendly and accommodating to our individuals at Person First Services! They look forward to visiting every month!
Nice bowling alley. Kind of frustrating that they have league bowling every night except Friday, so you can't go before 9. It also takes forever to get a lane, so usually you can't bowl before 10. We had a six person group and only got two games in. The staff are friendly and they have decent food though, so it could be worse.
Quick service and friendly staff getting a lane near the desk so I didn't have to walk far seeing as I'm disabled that was a plus
This bowling alley used to be the best spot in town, but no longer. Ever since these league jerk offs came around, this fine establishment has been ruined. The wait times for lanes is ridiculous, a burger is 8 flippin dollars, and you can't ever understand the guy calling out the names for lanes. And what upsets me the most is that a pitcher of my favorite sober quencher, Bold Rock cider, is now a whopping $13! Unacceptable.
Older alley, friendly staff
Had a great time with the family. Nice service and folks. Definitely would go again if in the area.
Great bowling alley. Really nice staff, chill vibes, well maintained establishment. It's my favorite bowling alley I've ever been to!
It is a great bowling alley but their bathrooms are usually dirty. The crowd is pretty good until it gets about 10 pm, usually some one trying to fight somebody.
Quaint, little country super market, similar to the old one in Mooresville NC
Bowling was a great option for fun.
Great bowling alley. Good food, good drink selection, really nice staff, and high quality lanes that are taken care of. 10/10 bowling alley
Staff is very kind and welcoming, I have had some great visits and always have a good time.
Had a great time. Reasonably priced. Clean and the owner and his staff are very personable.
Always love it. Had to waste 2 hours or so. Cosmo night is much better also. Employees are great and Friendly
Love this place! Awesome staff! We always have a wonderful time!
Fun time with the family and friends, they where a little shirt staffed but, the two young lady's there where great and very helpful!
Why do they insist on cramming everyone together. 22 lanes and you can only use the first four lanes! Seventeen people couldn't even fit to sit down, while 18 lanes are empty.
Chicken tenders and fries are five stars. Very friendly staff. Hoping to come back and bowl soon.
Great lanes and friendly staff. We had a blast and will definitely go back again soon.
Reasonably priced, nice staff, clean location. Great for family outings.
Just had a kids b day party there, they were so accommodating, friendly, and helpful! I would highly recommend!!!!
The service was excellent, but the smell of the bowling alley was very off-putting leading to a distasteful experience. The mozzarella sticks were good at least.
Fun experience, good fun. I just wish they'd say when they had tournaments. I didn't know this before going, do I waited an hour for a lane to open.
They used to not be the best but they updated all of their screens and made it alot nicer of a place to go to. Always fun and people are always friendly.
We had a great time, food was decent and bowling was great!
Awesome employees, very friendly, and the bowling was awesome. The lanes are oiled just right and the scores are high. Highly recommended. A fun place to be.
Such a great experience, the staff was so nice and helpful! Will definitely be back!
Great place to have some fun we enjoyed ourselves and drank some too
Older bowling alley, tight quarters, but fun place to go with your friends. employees could have been a little bit friendlier, but we got over it.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. 20+ lanes and only 5 were open. The middle of our second game someone came over and said "are you going to be much longer we have a large group here"
Very good prices, the employees were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend to bowl here.
Overall the price is fair and the kids had a great time bowling. Considering there isn't a lot to do in this town it is great that we have this bowling alley.
Great place to bowl, and reasonable prices
Me and my causin went along time ago everything was nice staff nice I'd check but guess what it was a blast
Had over 20 lanes, only 5 open. In the middle of our second game someone came over and asked "how much longer are you going to be we have a large group"
Thank you for staying open for all your residents and guest. Clean and well working
It's a bowling alley...games , food, drinks! Had a good time every time I been there!
Fun time and friendly staff.
Good Lanes, great people and atmosphere. Good food. Recommended place.
Very clean. The staff was very well mannered. Would recommend to anyone.
Fun place to bowl! Staff was very friendly and the customer service was awesome!!
Can we bowl regularly even if it's league night?
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
