This place is a good bit of fun. They have Lazer tag, a four player virtual game setup console games and computer games in an internet Cafe style setup. They also serve energy drinks candy and other munchies at the front counter. It's a great place to take kids for their birthday!

This place is awesome! Max is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to building and diagnosing computers. I have been there multiple times for upgrades and software installations. Also, in the meantime, my finance and I were given free time to play games while we waited for the services to be done. Another thing to mention is that I got money off my bill for the parts I traded in.

Went there for family night and did vr and laser Tag.......so much fun we have decided to make it a monthly thing for family night. Definitely recommend

Building itself is nice, however between selling scalped newer gpus and overpriced desktops while being deceptive about their capabilities, it does come off as questionable at best. Listings for overpriced hardware can be found on marketplace and in store.

Great nice friendly people, had a bit trouble with my account and the computer games, i know its pretty late at night but sometimes the staff were kinda slow and took a while for me to play. Overall great place to play with friends really fun i would like it if some games would work but i know some things can be tough to work for every one so i do recommend this place.

Always a fun visit, I only play laser tag anymore now when I visit but I used to play on their gaming systems a lot. Very clean place with nice staff. Would definitely recommend for a party/birthday, everyone has a good time. I can't wait to try the VR.

Went here on a whim to play laser tag and had a really great time! We paid for the unlimited pass ($28 per person) and got 5 games, which last 15 minutes each. They had different game types like teams, zombies, juggernaut etc. Zombie game type wasn't my favorite but it was still fun. I would love to return to tryout the VR and PC gaming.

They seem to start your 15 minutes of laser tag at about 11 minutes, but the kids had fun anyway.

Awesome staff (shoutout to Landon!), awesome games, good prices, good selection of consoles, and the best laser tag around. It is a favorite place for me and my friends. Best part is, if you purchase game time and you don't use it all, no worries! Log out, and you can use the rest of the time next visit!

We were traveled back to SD to visit family & friends. We made a point to stop in at Galaxy Gaming (my kids loved going here when we lived in Sioux Falls). The staff was very courteous and helpful. He saved us a little $ by telling us if we were also doing the overnight with the all day, we'd get a discount. Thank you for the heads up. My teen son had a great time with his friend.

Seems like a great place for older kids to hang out if they enjoy gaming. Supervision is provided and they can be safely left for a few hours. You can purchase a gift card for your child so they can get snacks and drinks while you are away. The workers were extremely helpful and friendly. All stations are cleaned between patrons.

My family and I had a blast. The laser tag was alot of fun and great for all ages. I'm looking forward to our next time. The staff was very friendly and I highly reccomend the pizza!

Great Staff! I really loved the 4 player vr station because you all play together there in one game, I also really liked the laser tag arena (I stubbed my toe against a wall there on accident but lets not talk about that) really awesome place to go if you do not have that kind of equipment at home but you still want to try it or use it

The kids really love this place and the staff were super nice. They were accommodating and helped whenever we had a question. My only complaint is there is not really any comfortable seating for non gamers. There are only a few stools and they are not comfortable to sit on for hours while your child plays.

Awesome spot in between work shifts. Instead of going all the way home, I stop to play the XBOX or Playstation. The VR Ghost Busters was neat too. Drinks, candy, corn dogs.

My family and I had an amazing experience. We played laser tag, VR and Halo via Xbox with our entire family. The staff are friendly and very kind. The prices are perfect. We'll be making this one of our stops when we travel through Sioux Falls.

Amazing place that can satisfy any and all your gaming needs. If you want to have a LAN party with all your friends but simply don't have the space they have many computers as well as many consoles to play games on. They also have laser tag which is a blast! I've only utilized the laser tag portion of this place. The set up is cool, but the equipment needs updating. My group had problems keeping everything working. The staff made our experience much less enjoyable as well. I went with my extended family and we wanted to have some clean fun. The staff was not professional at all and gave us a bad experience by not regulating their rules. I don't plan on going back or recommending this place.

Not enough room for how busy it is. Also there is no room to actually have a birthday party room. Just the room where you get your stuff on to go into the laser room. All activities they offer are clustered in the same area. If you havent been there before, it's like a zoo! Kids had fun doing Laser tag tho!

Came in for some quick virtual reality and was super cool. Staff was helpful (and understanding) and the price was great- $9 for 12 minutes let me play four different missions. Will definitely come again when I'm in town

We had a reservation and prepaid for 2 hours of laser tag. Our party was running late, so we called to let them know. They told us that was fine, we could just play when we arrived until 10. Looking for an arcade at 830 when Galaxy Gaming came up. Wasn't sure about it and walked in with my friends. It closed at 9 but Sierra let us start up a virtual reality for about half hour. It was really fun and now we go there about once a week or every 2 weeks and we find very enjoyable. Staff is always friendly, love this place, wish it was closer as it is an hour away but we usually make a night of it. Sierrasly, this is an awesome place!

I have done laser tag and the gaming here. Max is very polite and informative if you haven't been there before. Hope is also really good at making laser tag extra fun. Very cheap rates for the gaming and laser tag. I would highly recommend this to anyone that just wants to have fun.

We went here for a birthday gaming party and the kids enjoyed it! However, it can take some time while games are loading which cut into the hour of gaming the staff did give the kids extra time at the end to play. The staff working the party were unfriendly and not approachable. Most of the staff members were sitting behind the counter on chair (one on the floor) texting on their phones. I would prefer more unbeat helpful service for kids parties.

Max at Galaxy Gaming went above and beyond to ensure my custom built PC ran smooth on all platform games. Even when initial issues occured, Max offered to fix it immediately and even travel to my place if necessary to assist. I have had numerous bad experiences with the staff here regarding the gaming portion of the facility. He pulled it out and set it up so he could play on it and see of he liked it. I knew of the place for LaserTag and Gaming but didn't realize they sold PCs there as well. So the console part if the experience is cool. But if you were to split the consoles and the pc's up and put them on different lines. I believe it would help cut the load in half and the lag that I experienced while playing would go away. But the overall experience was really nice. Friendly staff and knowlegable about the service they provide.

Great place to host parties or to just come and play video games for a few hours. The computers are high quality gaming PC's and host a large number of games to accommodate for all different tastes. The staff are super friendly and helpful of whatever you may need.

Play for as long as your money can take ya! I love the idea of letting people play any game on any system, and can't find an experience like this anywhere else! I see a ton a reviews about rude employees. However I've been going here over a year now and the employees are some of the nicest people I've met. The PC games are great with amazing peripherals. And the pricing is fair.

Not only is this a great place to spend time with friends, but I'd argue that they're the best place in town to purchase a pc from. Originally bought my pc from them for $1500 and got lifelong tech support, one year warranty, and upgrades with free installation. Now I'm rocking a $3000 rig that only cost me around $2500 after they put in the upgrades. Would 100% recommend

One of a kind place here in Sioux Falls... pretty much an internet cafe for gamers, with PS4s, XBox 1s, and PCs set up with games. Reasonably priced too, 12 bucks gets you 4 hours of gaming. They also have a great laser-tag arena and sell custom made PCs.

It was a very chill spot to hang out and the staff was super kind, only downside was some of the games didnt work and we had to leave early because they were over loaded. Over was a great time!

This place is great for gamers I did run into a few issues with a game not properly updating on one of their pc's but you can usually resolve all issues by talking with the friendly staff and the prices are fairly competitive especially the various snacks and soft drinks they offer that go great with longer gaming sessions

I have not been here but based on the reviews and the responses from management/owner, I will not be going here. As management/owner it is inappropriate to tell a customer thank you for their comment and then say, "but... you're wrong". An opinion is just that. It is the customers right and is not wrong because you say so. I suggest participating in more customer service oriented classes.
