If you are wondering where to put your money when it comes to the vast array of claw arcades, it's here. This place is safe, parking is easy, it's clean and these machines are well stocked. However, it's the staff that makes this place magical. They are the kind of people you want to know. They made sure everyone in that arcade was having a great time. We walked out with some great stuff and wonderful memories. As a tourist who did a few of these so far, I hate that my money went to any of their competitors

I really enjoyed my time here. The owner was super friendly and gave great tips to catch a prize. Clean gaming area and lots to choose from, plushies, snacks, gacha and more. They also have a private space for birthday parties too.

What stands out at this place is the service. Navid and his crew were great with our three girls, helping reposition, stepping in whenever they got frustrated. Favorite claw place of the twelve we visited in LV. The best!

The nicest young lady works here. I brought my friend with her autistic son. The employee was very kind to my friend's kid. He had a great time and even won 3 stuffed animals.

I had an amazing experience at Gacha Claw. I would always pass by, and finally got the chance to stop by! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Navid. He was very attentive, and would give super helpful tips throughout our visit. I was able to trade for the graduation hello kitty plush that immediately caught my attention. This has EASILY become one of my favorite claw machine arcades. We will be back!

What a fantastic experience. We came as crane game newbies and left as crane game newbies+ but with a bag full of cute little surprises (that we could have trade in for bigger ones). Playing the crane games and the gashapons under the store keepers advices and with a little help was great fun. The store keeper is really awesome. He is so kind and super helpful. I am impressed and absolutely recommend thia experience.

Navied, Alex and the whole Gacha Claw team feels like a family. My son, daughter and I have been coming here every Friday since the day they opened. This isn't any regular arcade! When you walk inside you feel like you're with family. The staff truly cares about the quality, service, experience & kids. They go above and beyond every time! UPDATE 2025: Still has a fun chill vibe. I like the cozy feel to the place and the knowledge the owner and workers have. The prizes are super cool. Very chill place. Went here with my wife for a little date day and loved it. The guy pictured on the home page of the website was working, and he was absolutely amazing to us and everyone in there. He was very interactive, kind, and contributed to the fun. His energy was phenomenal, and we definitely recommend coming here to have a great time!

We took my nephews who are 7 and 5 here today and we all had the best time. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful and he makes the experience so much fun. These claw places are popping up more in Vegas but this one stands out in a very great way. My husband and I loved our experience here! Alex was working up front and he was very friendly and accommodating. The machines can be challenging, but we won a few prizes and it was very rewarding. They also have a photo studio where you can take photos with your prizes. It was very aesthetic too! We highly recommend this place!

We've been to Gacha Claw Manu times. We love the vibe, the staff is incredible, the prizes are great. The claw machines themselves are tuned well. We saw this arcade by chance when stopping for a quick bite of food. Went inside and were thrilled by the reasonable prices and the super friendly guy working. He helped us figure out how to win the box prizes and made sure everyone in the group won at least one thing before we left. Super fun with a fantastic staff! Was one of our daughter?s top things to do in Vegas and she absolutely loved it! We cannot say enough good things about the experience. There is a selfie room that has 3 different wall themes and they even have a light with a place to put your phone for selfies. Clean store with a great variety of prizes. Fantastic little arcade with an extremely friendly cashier. The machines don't seem rigged in any way, and are pretty fun. Some of the claws are a bit more difficult, but they're pretty fun none the less. Would totally recommend stopping here if you're on vacation or just a local.

Great place to go as a group or bring a date, machines are harder than some other places, but makes up for it with amazing service. If you're stuck and need help winning something you can always ask for help, and you can trade prizes for other things around the arcade. Great place!

I absolutely love this place. Went with my husband and three kid?s ranging from 18months to 9. The kids had a blast and the staff/Owner was helpful. (Sorry I didn't get the name). A very fun claw arcade with a very personable, funny, and helpful attendant. We walked away happy with the prizes we won and the fun experiences we had. We'll be back when we happen to visit Vegas again in the future!
