Customer Reviews

This place is amazing. Have taken my kids here twice now, and they love it! We always spend about $20-25 between 3 to 4 of us, and we walk out with a bunch of prizes. They change the plushes well enough, and they do have a couple of non-claw machine games. Staff is friendly and helpful too. It's definitely a fun/great time. Photos are of 2 different times going and what we came home with.

I had a great time at FunZone Fresno! There were so many fun activities, and I ended up with a bunch of cool toys. Definitely felt like I got my money?s worth. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a good mix of games and prizes. The owner was really friendly and made sure everyone was having a good time. Overall, a great spot for some family fun?I'll definitely be back!

Tldr: $60 at funzone and got zero wins. I spent $20 at claw daddy and left with four wins. I am a relatively skilled claw player, spent $60 over the course of three visits without getting a single plushie. Do not recommend for kids or beginners. It is $1 per play for most machines and the claws are extremely weak. They seem to be configured to only drop after a certain amount of money has been spent. Go to claw daddy instead where you get more plays for your money and absolutely will leave with awesome pri

Strongly would recommend against. Fairly experienced at claw machines and have visited many different places and the machines here are abysmally weak. Machines seem far more rigged compared to any other place I've ever been to, Claw Daddy near this location is far, far fair to play. Staff at this location are unpleasant to say the least.

My favorite place to come with friends and play claw machines. The boba next door is amazing!! The claw machine payout is usually pretty good! I always manage to win at least one prize. Definitely recommend for a fun hangout with friends :)

The atmosphere is perfect for both kids and adults. Whether you're here for casual fun or aiming to win big, this place never disappoints. Can't wait to visit again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun arcade experience in Fresno!

Took a group of 10 high school students. They spent all together over $100 and only 1 won a prize. So sad. During that time, there was an Asian lady with her daughter and the owner opened the game and gave the little girl a prize. ??

This place is a straight scam. I've tried so many claw machine places and this one takes the cake for most rigged. Don't waste your money here. Claw daddy is nearby and you'll get a few wins.

Great place for fun and joy. When I play the claw game, the employee and owner are outgoing and always have an outgoing personality as well as being patient on teaching you how to play. And the best part? Getting smoothie next door. Can never get tired of Amazing Mango.

Took my son and he had a blast. Just spent a few bucks but he had a great time! You should take your kids spend a few bucks and support a local business. We took home a cart full of stuffies for just $15.

A very fun place, with super cute plush toys, very cool claw machines, and dancing machines. Oh, and a super cute doll wall.

Super Fun place, cute dolls, I wish I can come every day!!!!

Fun games but not worth the 30 we spent to come away with one plushie. Looks gun but could have a better payout for the price you spend.

I do not recommend this place at all. If you're new to claw machines or just an amateur go to claw daddy instead. The tongs that grab the plushies are extremely weak and drop every plushie possible. Spent $40, 46 coins, and only got one plushie. Literally had the tongs around the whole plushie and it just can't manage to pull it or hold it all the way to the drop box. The distance from the box to where I grabbed it would be extremely small, in fact the only movement it would do is pulling it up, and it woul

My daughter loves to come and play here. If my 5 year old can win the Plushies, anyone can win the plushies. Plushies are always rotated and the owner will help you if you really need it. Overall, super cute plushies and a great place to take your kids!

Took my 7 year old daughter here for her birthday date and she was very disappointed. Spent $20 and didn't get anything. All the studies were too heavy and the claws wouldn't grab them.

If you're a Kirby fan, COME HERE!!! OMG they have so many cute Kirby plushies! :)

Visited with my kids. Really cool and neat prizes . Affordable prices and nice vibe .

Clean and fun. All machines took 1 token. Nice spot for some claw games! Would definitely return to redeem the machines I couldn't win! Grrrrr ??

Great place and a good value. The people working there were awesome and helpful!

Not that great of a place. Claw machines were so weak. I spent 50$ and only walked away with 3 toys. Do not reccomend, seems like an actual scam

Love this place! Staff is friendly and helpful, so much to choose from !

Very fun!! Won a lot of plushies

It is super fun and cheap to go here

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
