This location was pretty good, it had laser tag, virtual reality game, go karts. The staff were friendly. My only complaint is that there were bigger kids running around and rough housing in the area designated specifically for the smaller children.

It was birthday party. we had only 2 hours 30 minutes. and the staff told us to wait one hour for our room. .we couldn't leave our things and put the food on table. Boss of this establishment this is information for you!!! Fanzilla this is not an airport waiting room!!!! people should get the room they paid for!!! If I ordered at 6 pm I must get it at 6 pm!!!!

We went today for the Easter & Bluey Event. The price was reasonable for everything they got, it wasn't too crowded and there was a ton for the kids to do. The event was well organized, the place was clean and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time here as our first experience. Our kids especially our 2 year old loved the trampolines! The go karting was also pretty decent in terms of car speed and track complexity. The arcades were good but there were some that would not take the card or gave me a hard time to refill the card. Overall it was a positive experience.

The manager is mean. We booked a party for my nephew and the kids were having fun. We cut the cake and the kids went to jump. They told the kids that they could not jump anymore while we still had the party room. He was so mean to us. I would advise everyone not to go there with their kids if they want the kids to have a good time. The manager ruined my nephew birthday party.

Went to funzilla and took my 11 month old. I expected to have a fun visit and boy was I deeply wrong about this place. I took my 11 month old to the ?jungle? toddler section and staff doesn't care who's in there. There's like 15 year old grown kids running around the section marked ?3 AND UNDER? area nonstop, my 11 month old got ran over by a basically teenager, from them playing hide and seek. My wife asked the young girl staff person if they can enforce their sign rules and she just goes ?kids don't list

I went here yesterday with my dad and my almost 9 year old niece. We had a great time on the trampolines and the three level playground. We also had a great time driving the Go Karts. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to maybe going again someday soon.

It was really a great time for her and the family but there were alot of bigger kids taking over some sections so it kinda sucked but honestly i should've asked staff and they might have helped but I didn't want to get anyone in trouble. Love the place and my kids have an amazing time wat time they come there. What I love most is that it's something for all age ranges. My baby/toddler was able to have a fun time while big brothers was able to run around to different attractions and come in and check and play with little ones as well. Love it we've been there about 4-5 times already and already planning to come back again lol

My toddler likes the place but I after visiting many times we had to purchase there socks for the trampoline for me to sit near him and for him to bounce on his knees ( my son has autism ) and the socks just kept falling off and to me that was more of a safety issue especially when they got caught for being to loose. Visited Funzilla this weekend with my sons, nephews and niece. We had a blast. It was controlled chaos. We worked with a Liana who checked us in, she was an absolute pleasure and extremely professional. Happy we had a nice time!

Funzilla is a very expansive trampoline park with lots of other fun attractions like an indoor playground, go karts and arcade games. Self serve kiosks make the gaming cards easy to reload. The playground and Trampoline areas have separate spaces for younger kids. Plan to spend a few hours!

First time visiting this new attraction. Everything seemed cleaned, there are employees at every station. There are quite a few different things to do, but the prices can cause sticker shock if you have more than one child. There was something for all the kids to do, they all had a great time (ages 4,5,7). There are still a few features it seems like they haven't gotten running yet, like lockers for your belongings and a water vending machine. Went for a bday party. Busy but fun for kids. Climbing area, arcade, go karts, jumping, and more. Food for adults. If not going with a party be sure to make a reservation. They hit capacity quickly on weekends.

I have been to 2 birthday parties here and both were outstanding! The staff are all very helpful and quick to service you and answer questions. It's very clean everytime we take the kids there besides Birthday parties. This ranks the highest on my 5 kids list of fun places to go and have a great time. It's worth the money for sure.

we were visiting from out of state and took the kids here. the place was nice and clean and had a lot of fun things for the kids. easily spent 2 hours only downside was that we had grip socks from somewhere else but they wouldn't let the girls rock climb if they weren't wearing funzilla socks

This was amazing. A trampoline park with foam pit and dodgeball and basketball. Plus a 2 floor go kart track. Plus an arcade. Plus a gymnasium for both toddlers and bigger kids. We spent hours here and cant wait to come back.

I typically don't write reviews, but my experience at this establishment has led me to share my thoughts. Most of the toddler areas are crowded with older kids, often pushing the younger ones aside. I can't recommend coming here unless it's for a specific toddler time or sensory play session. Additionally, finding a staff member for assistance is nearly impossible.

Me and my grampy came here for his 87th birthday because we forgot to celebrate it the last few years. He had so much fun on the go karts, said it reminded him of drunk driving as a kid. But he fell off of the snack bar and hit his left ear and had a Caesar is what the doctors told me. Anyway, after he stopped flopping around like a fish the doctors took him just like at Nats Pizza when he had that soy sauce bacon extra grease pizza. Anyway he enjoyed the visit but not the Caesar.

I went on a Monday afternoon and there were not a lot of people which was nice! The go karts run on two levels, there are multiple trampoline arenas, VR, arcade games and more. Bonus - the cheese pizza is actually really good ??

We had fun for my boys end of year school trip. The go karts were definitely a hit. The games were a bit over priced but overall we enjoyed it and would definitely go back.

My children and their friends had fun. They offered plenty of bench seats for the parents or adults, who were waiting for their children. The food however, is not so good. Like, how do you get mozzarella sticks wrong lol. No flavor in the fries or sauce. The cotton candy ice cream didn't taste like cotton candy. Other than that, cool place

My experience here was great very clean environment and well managed my daughter enjoy every bit of it a bit pricey for the tickets will be great if ya do a pass either monthly or yearly pass $63 for a day play it is pricey no kid want to leave after a 3 hour play so yes in my case my daughter is autistic and there is no way to get her out until her battery gets over charged she was there for 8 hours and she still didn't want her way out but she had a blast, staff was great and very professional definitely

My boys (ages 10 & 12) would give this place 5 stars, "way better then Altitude or Sky Zone". I would give it a 2.5 stars based on value. I spent nearly $100 for 2 1/2 hours entertainment between the 2x gold passes (needed to do rock climbing & ultimate fighter area), go carts, and a few drinks. The go carts are fun, but at $12 for a 5 minute race, it is just too expensive. Even on a rainy Sunday afternoon I never saw more then 3 of the 20+ cars available running on the track at a time and most of the time

It was fun. Pricey, but fun. My only warning would be to double check the VR game, that you are fully secured. My outer belt was not secured properly. See a pic taken moments before I fell and got a nasty bruise. I'm not confrontational, and we sign our life away with the waiver, even with negligence on their part, so I did not bring up to management. It was a mistake, and I'd go back, but I'll be sure to ensure everything is locked. Happy it happened to me and not my child.

It was overwhelming with how many people are there at once. We were there for a birthday party...but there were about 10 other parties happening at the same time. It's a cool place, but it's too hectic.

I have not been to another similar facility, so I have nothing to compare it with. anyway, it's great there. from 0-X years, everyone can have fun. The second time I dressed more appropriately than the first time (instead of a skirt - sweatpants) and after three hours my 3.5-year-old son and I left only because they were already closing... Recently took my son here and we had the best time! There's plenty of things to do for kids of all ages, he didn't complain once, which is a win for me! We loved the fact that there was so much to do you couldn't be bored. The establishment itself was also very clean, and the service and workers were phenomenal. All were extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely be back! If you ever need a place to take your kids, this is it!

Place seems great for younger children, I would say 10 or younger. My son is 14 and still found a few things to so but I think he has outgrown most things. They have a indoor playground, rock climbing walls, arcades, and trampolines. Price to gain access is not too expensive (3 price levels). However, my son likes arcade gains which added to the price and made it seem more expensive. Overall, seems great for young children to play in for a few hours.

Just had my daughters birthday there yesterday. The kids had an amazing time and Jeselle was phenomenal. One of the most attentive and on point staff members I have ever interacted with. During our party I witnessed her professionalism and her dedication to her job as the host and beyond that when she helped a young boy find his mother. 10 stars out of 5. Give her a raise. I would definitely have another party there and request her as our host. The kids will also have a great experience.

I had my daughters birthday party here the other night & it was fabulous! The price was equivalent to other places but Funzilla has a wide variety of things to do & accommodates a wide age range. Our Hostess was Aneycia (so sorry if I spelled incorrectly), and she is very kind & did everything from checking us in, to handing out food, making sure everyone had what they needed and answered all questions. This was stress free, and fun! Thank you :)

It was a fun place to take the kids. Alot to do but have to get the $34 package to do all of it. Go karts were worth it. Did not see any sanitizer stations around the building. And the place had a really bad smell which I could not figure out what it was from. I dont know if ill visit again soon.

30 mins left for toddler time and I was told we can't be in the building nor wait and sit down by staff but kids with special needs won't never understand #autism #awareness they can do better

I had my daughter?s birthday party last month on 5/11 @4:30pm. I don't remember the young lady?s name that took care of us but I wanna send a special thank you to her for being so caring to us when I thought my daughter was about to have an asthma episode. The kids did enjoy themselves and the rest of the staff was courteous. I am glad that my friend referred Funzilla for my daughter?s birthday.

Love this place.. Prices are extremely reasonable and the kids absolutely love the place. Went the lights go out is the best part. Everything on you glows in the dark which the kids love. Highly recommended.

Such a fun place for the kiddos! Recently had my daughters 10th birthday party here and she loved it! Lots to do! Trampoline floors, go carts, arcade, rock climbing wall with harness and pizza! A bit on the pricier end for a child party, but well worth it seeing all the fun they had! ADD: Just took my 2 daughters here again, but this time just to hang on a Saturday night. No party or group. This was a first time visit for my family and me. Staffing was friendly. The facility for what it was, was clean. Hand sanitizer everywhere in the facility. Staff was clearly identifiable. They have cool glow party on the trampolone side after 8p Friday- Sunday. Tons of fun to wear your child out. We will definitely be going back.

We bought vip which included 2 races go karts and added 4 more to the race. Vip also included the VR games. When we got there we figured we would do the acade, trampolines first than do the vr and finish with the family racing. Let's start with the fact that this place is SUPPER dirty and unsanitary. DO NOT USE THE GO CARTS!!! These things are absolute death traps. All of the carts kept shutting down or randomly throttling up and down. My Cart shut off on the straight away on top and the attendant was completely oblivious. Ended up having someone hit me at full speed while I was at a stand still. Came here with my son a year ago for a birthday party and this place is huge. Its a very big facility with tons of activities for kids to run around and have fun. My Grandson had his birthday party there. Everyone had a wonderful time! 2nd year in a row he wanted his party there. There's so much to do and they set up the rooms so nicely for you, even if you bring you own supplies.

Pretty decent place had an issue with the go cart where they stop in the middle of the race a couple of times, didn't really get to get the full experience. I'm a little bit disappointed, especially since no one wanted to allow us to race again or even allow us to get another ticket for our next visit, but there won't be another visit.
