Funtrackers Family Fun Park

A few weekends ago I took 2 of my grandsons to play mini golf. They also did the bumper boats. They had so much fun till one of them bumped their head. The man i talked to at the counter offered my grandson a bag of ice for his bump and even offered to refund us 3 extra tokens we had since we were having to leave. The whole place was clean and the staff was very nice. We will definitely be back with my other 3 grandchildren from Texarkana to have some fun.

We got there right at opening and were basically the only ones there. The guy who helped us choose what wristbands/tickets to choose was super friendly and helpful. The other staff were just younger high school kids who weren't excited to be there and it showed. We spent about $150 and both my kids did everything once and we had 10 tickets to split between us four adults. They had a good time!

Anyone not giving this place 5 stars is either a Karen or a suck-joy. Our family of 4 adults and 6 kids aged from 6-13 and had an absolute blast. What appeared to be the owner or manager was SO friendly and made sure we had a great time for the best price. We really enjoyed all the activities, especially the Laser Tag, which had the most responsive equipment we've ever used. We're from out of town and seriously are overly impressed with the people of Hot Springs and their kindness to us outsiders.

Nice little gaming arcade to spend few hours with family . They have go carts which are fun. You can ride the go-cart 2 seater with kids. Boat smash is also fun activity for kids.

Had my son?s party there today. From booking the party a couple weeks ago to the end of the party today- everyone was so helpful and so polite! We had a really great experience and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you Funtrackers for making my boy?s 9th birthday party one he won't forget!!!

Always a great time at this place and the prices are so much better than other places in town. Tonight I am sitting here watching my special needs 12 year old race one of the staff on go-karts because he was out there riding alone. Its little things like that, that will make me wanna come back again and again! And now, 3 years later, it is still the best place in town!

So much fun!! We stop here every year our kids love it! The laser tag is always our favorite thing to do! The place could use an update but it is still fun when it's not too busy!!

Staff is very friendly and the rides are fun for all ages. The arcade is full of grab games and not so many classic arcade games. Kids had a blast.

We went to play putt putt. The course was nice, as were the employees. The volcano didn't seem to be working, but the water is beautiful blue!

My family had a great time. There was hand sanitizer spray available. We had an issue with one game, but the staff was quick to fix it and load the tickets onto the cards. It's nice to not have to keep up with paper tickets.

The water bumper cars were super cute, but be prepared to definitely get wet! They have water guns attached to them and some of them shoot perfectly head level. The arcade was cute but not as good as a lot of others we have been to. They do offer packages for the arcade and the water cars or laser tag. This was a great activity for 3-10 year Olds for the day.

This is one of the best place to take your family to have fun. It is cheaper than other location but only in cost wise. It has a lot more Game arcades bigger go-kart track, nicer laser tag ground, and indoor golf for everyone. Water boat bumper is also great. Just don't forget to empty out your pockets or put everything in water tight plastic bag to avoid getting your wallet, phone, other items from getting soaking wet. I am definitely coming here to play again next time I come to Hot Springs, Arkansas.

We've only been here once and had a good experience. Plenty of employees on hand and they're all very helpful. We got the 3 attraction combo with $10 arcade card for four people for $105. 4 go karts, 4 mini golf players, 4 laser tags, and enough arcade money to last about 45 minutes. Having a really great time today. All the kids are really having a blast. Got really wet on bumper boats and then dried out while playing mini golf. What a great place! My grandsons had a fantastic time. We visited twice and each time the boys came home with loads of toys. The VR Kong game was a big hit with the boys.

We were in town on vacation and loved it! They have so many package deals that we went with 4 attractions and a $20 arcade card. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time. The laser tag was a blast! Stayed in Hot Springs for a weekend getaway and decided to try this place out. It did not disappoint! We rode the gocarts and played mini golf. Both were super fun. We arrived around 3pm on a Friday and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Closer to 5, it started filling up. Golf course got busy very quickly. The girl inside the golf hut was super friendly and gave advice on things for us to see and try while in Hot Springs. Definitely a family friendly, fun place.

This family friendly place was perfect for Spring Break. It was too cold to hike/fish at the lake so we headed here for laser tag and arcade. Very clean and the staff was super friendly! We will be back when we camp in the area!

Perfect place to spend an hour or two playing games. Not very big but I liked bring able to keep up with where all three kids were. Go karts was a hit with kids. Good track and they got to spend some time driving.

Look what can i say about this place but FUN FUN FUN.. the arcade games are a bit on the pricey side of things, but the putt putt golf more than cures your pocket book missings. We are a young couple on a honeymoon. Spent $50. Road go karts, took a break in the cooler arcade, and did mini-golf. The arcade for adults is alright. We were fine spending $10 each. The best part was the VR King Kong machine, which is super cool and like going on a ride at Universal Studies. It was $5 a time per person and there are three levels. This place never disappoints! We always enjoy playing laser tag, racing go-karts, splashing in the bumper boats, and competing at mini golf. Every time we go there is a new, cooler arcade game. Even with a big family, Funtrackers is an awesome, affordable time!

The go cart track is good. Arcade is small, but it has fun games.

I love this place!!! More importantly my girls love it here! We try to make our way there anytime we are in town. The workers are very attentive and kind! The prizes are reasonable and the arcade games are reasonable! Who am I kidding?? Literally EVERYTHING is pretty much reasonable! We will return for more fun at Funtrackers!

Great place for kids ages 5-15! My older kids loved the go karts, laser tag and the arcade. The employees here are really great and make you feel comfortable and at ease. We celebrated my sons 15th birthday here today and I can't thank the employees enough for going the extra mile for us. We will return next time we're in the area

It is sure a fun place but it was a bit costly compared to other places. That is the reason of one less star. There was no unlimited pass concept, as my kids prefer full unlimited fun (non-arcade of course) for 2-3 hours. Apart from that, it was awesome as the time per go-kart ride was good. Laser tags was also great. Update: changing it to 5 star, as the owners are at least trying there best to keep customers happy. Fun little park for family and friends! Prices are decent too! I had a great time with my boyfriend and brother. Hardly no lines to wait in, and staff was super friendly. We'll definitely be coming back next year for family get together. Also, a nice place for having your kid?s birthday party.

Laser tag was very fun for us and the kids! Grandparents loved being able to tag along and watch. The prices were fair and they had a variety to choose from at the ticket counter! Go carts were very fast although I scared my little girl in it but we all had fun! Big guy at the front was definitely a great help getting everything set up we will definitely be back soon!

We popped into a different arcade with out-of-order signs everywhere before making it to this place. It was amazing! My son adored the claw machines, and we played in the arcade for two hours. Next time, we will definitely try out the go karts and mini golf, but there was a 120-degree heat index while we were there, so we chose to stay inside. ??

Very clean business with friendly service. Hailey was very nice getting us all set up and all the other staff was very helpful. Staff was constantly helping to keep things tidy and take care of guests quickly. All games in the arcade looked newer and were in good working order. Prizes were fun too! Spoiler?. The guy inside watched us put on our more gear, but could?ve been more informative on how to play. We watched the video, but he told us we would be divided into teams and we got upstairs and found out we were not shooting people thinking they were on our team, but they weren't. Some were on red team, but somehow got changed to green.

Great place to take your kids. They have so much to do. It gets a little expensive though. My 17 year old spent half her paycheck about $150, but we were there all day. Be careful though, when she cashed her check she got $75 which was all she wanted to spend. But after we got there she was having so much fun, they have an ATM, and the ticket machine takes debit cards and credit cards. Super fun for everyone in the family. Affordable packages and options made the day really fun without breaking the bank. The arcade cards collect the amount of tickets instead of rolls of paper. The Lazer tag was a little confusing when we chose free for all but it only had a red and blue team, so it was only teams. Otherwise it was a fun time.

Very family friendly! Our 8 year old had a blast and we even had fun. The laser tag was all of our favorites. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was refreshing to have a place be considerate of us having a baby with us. We have been on vacation for 2 days and this is the first place that seem to accommodate our smallest one. He also loved the laser tag lights. We will come back do vacation in hot springs again. It was a fun place for my son 10 years old. He loved the arcade games. As a family we all loved playing laser tag together. My son kicked out but on the go kart track. The mini golf was nice and relaxing.

Best place in Hot Springs! Both my boys have had their birthday parties there every year for the past five years and they look at every single year!! For a family of eight we had the best time. We played mini golf, and Halie was so amazing to our kids. She showed them them way she set the volcano on fire. Then we went over and did go carts. We will definitely be back.

Very fun. Very clean. Arcade games are newer and very few were out of order. The kids on the staff don't seem to be all the way awake most of the time and you have to go find an attendant anytime you want to do something other than arcade. Other than that, it was fun. A great day to remember.

This place is so worth everything about it. The girl who helped us decide what we should purchase was very patient with us, very helpful and knew exactly how to get the most out of our money!!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! We've been in Hot Springs for a week and it's the most fun we've had...hands down! The arcade is top of the line...every single game is fun and not a single flaw in that whole place. All brand new looking...not a single game was broken like most arcades we see. It was immaculate! The golf course was amazing, bumper boats and laser tag was perfection too! We will be back on our annual trip to Hot Springs for sure. I'm not easily impressed and this place impressed

My kid loves it! Lots of fun games to play to include lazer tag, putt putt golf, and go-carts. Pricing is as cheap or expensive as you want it to be. Staff is very helpful. Have visited here several times and will return again I'm sure.

Staff was friendly, laser tag was fun, go carts were awesome, my child loved this adventure and would go again. They do have arcade games inside so if it is chilly stay inside and play some games. & Yes they do have mini golf as well

Excellent customer service, great facilities. I was part of a large (17) group and the accommodated us with no problem, without us even asking for special treatment. Even added some go carts to the line-up so we could all race at the same time. We also played LaserTag and they were accommodating with that as well. All of the staff were pleasant and intent on us having fun! Great place. My group went as a team-building retreat and Funtrackers was spot-on. Recommend it to families and organizations.

Lots of fun but kinda pricey for what little time u get on each activity. Arcade has lots of games but is as well pricey. Staff overseeing the go carts need to be watching like suppose to though to make sure everyone stays safe. My husband on basically t-bone hard and dude laughed about it and those 3 boys (staff) was to busy talking and not paying any attention to nothing.

Staff was kind. Facilities weren't state of the art but they were fairly well maintained to the point that I never questioned the safety of the go carts or other equipment. It's not cheap. Spent $125 for 5 people and got to do three activities (go carts twice and laser tag). Didn't go to arcade but it looked well kept and entertaining.
