My brother had a lot of fun on there 5DX racing game! We also didn't realize you can upgrade and personalize your car.
The card thingy machine is Brocken and I am in the settings and windows I very badly want to play :( I've try?d yelling at the ring camera for help but to no avail (Update, I've come back and played but to most misfortune as the wondrous prizes are placed outside of the claws reach leaving only meager lowly prizes truly devastating. It has also come to me having played these games that it be highly over priced and expensive, Heed my word and do not venture here [I really wanted that mini Aki Hayakawa :C])
Where do I start, so the tops of the games state 4 credits per play yet way down low where you swipe your card and can barley see it's actually 12 credits , I e mailed them and they agreed and gave me a 20$ card but yet to fix the issue , Then I won the cut the rope game and dropped a giant sonic the hedge hog but the prize door would not open i took pics and e mailed agian they responded saying how do we know you were the one to win it ? I said well here's the time and day I was there you can check the cam

Very deceptive business. I will not ever visit again. Games are pricey and prizes are not worth the amount you pay to play. Games say "play till you win" or "winner everytime", but this is not true. No customer service present, and no visible contact info, so you are stranded when you are deceived by what the games state.
I drove 45 minutes to visit this arcade with my son. When we arrived, there was nobody in the arcade, but all of the games were on. I went to buy a token card, and the software on the machine crashed. No big deal, I went to the other machine, but the same thing happened. I spent about 15 minutes trying to restart the software to try again, but it just kept happening. I called the only available phone number to see if somebody could help, but nobody picked up. I had a frustrating experience at this arcade. I put in $20 to get points to play on the machines, but I didn't receive any game points in return. It's really disappointing to lose money like that. There's no staff available to help out. I tried emailing, calling and contacting them through Facebook but no luck.I hope they can fix this issue so that others don't have the same experience.
Even without being given any money to spend in the arcade, it held my son's attention for a good long while
Not an arcade. A money pit with claw games and scams, no upside. Take out a $20 bill, light it on fire, and save the drive. You will have a better time.

Complete scam. Don't spend your money here. Machines are broken and when you go to claim your prizes it gives you errors and won't work. Tried calling the number listed to call disconnected Stay away from this place. Would give negative stars if possible.
This place is a scam. All the good reviews are fake because you get 5 dollars if you leave 5 stars. My daughter played with a claw machine that said 1 coin/credit on it, but I realized afterwards that the scanner of that same machine that stated 1 credit had 8 credits written on it. This is misleading and fraudulent.

I see many of these reviews were solely because the individual wanted that $5 credit not because this arcade is a 5 star. I have been here and can say it's an ok place, but what I don't understand is the owner responding to reviews and leaving their business email, when in fact they do not respond to your email. I 1000% will no longer support this business, as they do not respond and do not care for their customers. They could easily make things right but choose not to. We are now out more than $50. Please

Not sure if there was a glitch, but we were being charged $3-5 per game; regardless of the game being played. Never been to an arcade that inflated the prices so highly for basic games. Love this place so many vending machines
Paid for a $45 game card for my son. Multiple games took $9 and $12 PER PLAY. One game took $12 and didn't even work. Complete rip off with broken games.

For one all these 5 star reviews are bought in exchange for a $5 game card. Notice how everyone leaving 5 stars doesn't leave an actual review? Was at the Woodburn arcade and the machine had a malfunction right after inserting cash. Emailed the business and no response, mind you I sent that email over a week and a half ago. Which speaks volumes about this owner and business. I will no longer support this business neither in Woodburn, Lincoln city or Eugene. ***Edit owner responded*** I will edit my review

Don't waste your money. No attendant and phone number to call with problems has no answer. Air hockey game has no puck but will take your credits. Claw machines will open before reaching prize shoot. Very frustrating and a waste of money.
Firstly, all these 5 star reviews are bought: if you leave them a 5 star review you're supposed to get a $5 credit. Illegal much? The claw machines keep getting more rigged so you can't actually win anything. The cost to play is waaaay too expensive for this tired mall arcade (their response to reviews saying this is to give them more money so games are cheaper lol nice try). So I recently left a review about this place which led me to send an email to let them know about our experience we had in private they emailed back to my surprise in that email they asked me one question which I responded with information they asked for and yet they still haven't emailed back nor have they done what they said they where going to do. I went to the arcade today and I thought that it was pretty nice. There was no issues when I was playing dance dance revolution, had no issues buying their game card, and the place was clean. So if you like dance dance revolution then I recommend this place to anyone

The DDR machine is in good shape. It works as expected, so that is a plus! Unfortunately, the air hockey was a ripoff. It had no puck. We bought more credits to play it, and then discovered AFTER spending the money that we couldn't. Very frustrating. Several of the other machines would not scan our card properly and told us that we needed to buy more credits, even though we had more than enough. It's cool interesting fun little selections for at the mall but it's actually expensive for 10$ you have enough for either two games or one claw machine and one game and the claw machine is literally one attempt for 5$ worth of credits

The prize machine ate our credits and didn't dispense the prize. There's no one who works there to help with opening the machine to grab it for us when this happens so it just felt like a waste of money:/

Rip off and scam. They double/triple charge per play. The game says 8 credits, but got charged 24. They don't have onsite attendant to help out. Credit card dispute is the right way to get the money back
Games were working when my kids asked to stop in and play. Got them a card and for 2 kids i only put $12 on it and they both got to play quite a bit. I gave 3 stars because theres no attendant.

Gave each of my children $1 to play a game. They had to get a card to play. The card cost $2. There was no way to play. There was no way to get a refund. There were no employees to help us.

Despite the name being "Fantastic Arcade" doesn't quite live up to the hype. It's kind of weird that they decided to use a card reader system and raise the prices, yet didn't improve or make any real upgrades that would be worth the cost. Plus, the prize machine that came with the so call upgrade is always broken, which is annoying and honestly feels dishonest. What bugs me the most is that this place is meant for kids and teenagers, but it just doesn't compare to other spots like Wunderland. With its fair
