This place looks awesome!?? I'm waiting for them to open up at 10:00 a.m.. they have everything to play with here. They have Marvel, POKEMON, Nintendo Raw Thrills, Street fighter, STAR WARS, and SPACE INVADERS they even have birthday parties at this place! It is good for the neighborhood to have places like this. We had a great time here! It's clean and fun ?? My son loves claw machines and he and a friend of his both won a stuffed animal. The points/tokens go by fast though!

Claw City and Fantastic Arcade are so much fun! I was impressed with the wide variety of games and prizes and also that both places had AC when it was so hot outside so it was a nice relief from the heat! Despite the smaller area they fit a lot on both sides which I think is impressive!

First off, they are soliciting 5 stars review for money. DONT trust any positive reviews. This place is overpriced. They have dollar tree level rewards that you have to pay $3 to get a SMALL chance at getting. Considering these places are largely meant for a young audience that does not how income, how do they expect children to pay for it? $50 can get you a 20 minute low quality experience with no prizes or anything else to reward you for it. Mind you I went here on a Saturday afternoon and it was 100%

There are no workers in the store. We came in on Sunday May 25th and paid the machine $40. The machine then froze and never dispensed a card. Totally stole my $40 as well as disappointed the kids. I sent an email but still have not heard back from anyone. Zero stars. Even the security guard said that people complain all the time about getting scammed.

Our granddaughters had a lot of fun, but when it came time to claim their prize the machine didn't work. Two of the prizes they qualified for were empty. When the decided on lesser prizes, it did not dispense the prizes and then the machine cleared their card of points. That is frustrating enough, but then I have had no responses from the emails I have sent requesting resolution.

I love coming to this place with my friends, the stuffed animals are very cute.

Oof. This is a dying outlet mall with easily a dozen vacant stores. The ones that are here have pretty abysmal inventory. I remember when this place had 0 vacancies and a great store selection and when it was packed with people. Don't bother. If you have the time, head south to the Woodbury Outlets.

So many awesome games and claw machines EDIT: I started with a 5 star because you are supposed to get a $5 play card for leaving one. But after playing, a couple of machines ate our credits, the play until you win candy machines didn't let my kids win 3 times in a row. The card machine took half of a $20 bill from me and gave me back the other half?? and at the end when we went to exchange our tickets, the prize vending machine stopped spinning just before our prize dropped (pic) but took out tickets for it

Objectively one of the worst arcades in the area. Games are very expensive and no staff on site to give refunds if the games are broken (3 games took credits but wouldn't play when we were there). If you're wondering why they've got such good reviews check my photo.

Claw City Tigard is definitely nicer with better winnings and nicer staff who want you to win. The staff here is bored, not helpful, and can't explain the rules for trade in well.

Place is a huge scam. None of the claw machines will give you your items. I was an able to pick up an item with every attempt but then the machines would drop it. The claws would do a weird swing losing the item. Wasted $60 in high hopes that I would leave with something. Got nothing. Also all of the ticketing prices are outrageous. It eats your tickets pretty fast. Don't bother with this place.

Cool concept, poor execution. So tacky to beg 5 star reviews, especially when 90% of people are going to be giving the review before experiencing the place, as they're just after the $5 bonus. Wonderland is a at better value for dollar especially when they are paying staff on top of more reasonably priced games

This place is amazing!!???? I 100% recommend!! They were reasonable prices for games and give u lots of coins on the card to play. My kids and I came there because we were traveling out of town. So I wanted to stop and let my kids play a little. We won a good amount of tickets! When trying to cash them they were out of the bigger prizes! One of the people working there who restocks the prizes was there. We asked him for help and he was super nice and helped my son get a big prize they were out of to cash in

Upon entering there's signs saying ?Leave a 5 star review & get a $5.00 game card?. So they're buying 5 star reviews. Place is extremely small. Half are claw machines that are very overpriced. $20.00 for 80 credits. Claw machines are mostly 8-10 credits. The big one is 20. I tried playing the bean bag toss (9 credits) and the game was out of order, without a sign, and stole my credits. There was no one working there to credit me back. Total rip off.

For the amount of money that you spend here, it's rigged as heck! The games are way too hard for kids, I'm not sure your audience but it surely isn't kids. Honestly don't trust the 5 star reviews! I also live up the street and it hardly has buisness, so if that doesn't tell you something idk what does. We spent 400 and ended up with 6 things tops! I recommend the Rick and Morty games as that's the only game worth it in this joke.

This place is so insanely over priced. The Wunderland is closed until 1pm and I work with a kiddo until 1:30 so we went here. I saw the price and about crapped my pants. $20 is the lowest and will only get you a few games at most. I do $5 at wunderland and I can play 10-20 games+ and their equipment is new and updated as well. You can pay $10 for go karts and it's still cheaper. I've now been to 3 funtastic arcades in the last month and I can say, without a doubt, this was the most enjoyable one. Great selection and really good prize support.

Decided to check this place out after seeing so many great reviews. Immediately realized why there are so many five star reviews; I thought Google had a policy of business paying for positive reviews but alas. Overall this a mediocre selection of overpriced redemption games with a few games mixed in. The Portland area has way too many actual arcades with an actual on site staff for places like this to exist.

Alright lemme tell you my experience of this place. Oh my GOODNESS GRACIOUS. I wish I never tagged along to this place with my family. Utter garbage. With the cards, the card fee is $2. Not so bad. We put 20 in one card. When we ran out, I recharged the card with inserting $2 ($2 = 8 credits.) As I swipe the card for the tiny claw machine that costs 8 credits, it displays that I need 7 more credits (there was only 1 credit left in the card beforehand.) IT GAVE ME 0 CREDITS. Never received my 5 dollars for review and when i was there today there was 2 machinces that malfunctioned on us and it ate 20 of our units and there was no staff there to help us recoup those units. This place is absurdly expensive. I put $20 (72 points) on a card and it literally lasted 4 mins. Granted, I wasn't checking the cost of each machine. I thought something was wrong when it denied my card for a game, so went to check the balance and history. It cost over $5 dollars (20 points) to play ONE claw game machine! Definitely will not be back. Any positive reviews are to receive the $5 for leaving a five star review that is offered. Save your money and go to Wunderland.

Total scam if i could give negative stars i would. Everything is an expensive money grab almost all claw games and maybe 4-6 actual arcade games. Each thing was 12-15 credits and $20 was 80 credits. Everything is self serve so theres no one to complain to.

The figurines from the claw machines are definitely not worth it I got four different Pokemon balls and these what where inside them

UPDATE: someone did contact us asked what for our cashapp. Did not receive or hear from anyone again. LAME BUSINESS No staff. Great new arcade that steal your tickets. Pretty bad when one isn't able to navigate a ln arcade game because we happened to pick a broken one. Took more than half of our tickets too!

There is point based games and no way to redeem the points as there are zero staff to be found on the premises to help. Some of the games didn't work but charged you credits off of your card anyway. Without staff present there was no way to get our credits back. Over all this is a cool place to take your kids, but definitely needs some improvement.

The place sucks. All the 5 star reviews are because they offer a $5 credit for them. No one is there to help when a machine takes your money and half of them didn't work. Don't waste your time or money on this place. ETA - since I can't reply, I will do it his way. I had a great day, even with your establishment stealing our money . Maybe spend time there instead of online. Sounds like you have a bad business and pay people for reviews.

120$ for 208 credits witch goes down to fast. For the outcome, all you get is just small, weird, dumb prizes which are over costly. If I suggest any arcade it would be wunderland.

This place is terrible?there's no one physically in the arcade to man the store. When I was trying to play the SpongeBob game it wasn't working and it kept taking my money. I wasn't sure if I was scanning the card right?.and it took all my credits. So I basically just gave this store 20$ for nothing. I'm super upset.

Beware of all the 5 star reviews! They have a sticker on their window that says they will give you a $5 gift card in exchange for a 5 star review. This is against Google policies. As for the arcade, it is an absolute bait and switch. Is this place meant to push people away and make them never want to return? Seems like the case. We bought $40 worth of credits and since everything is about 8-20 credits each, that doesn't last long. They also take out 8 credits immediately to charge you for their plastic car

Ridiculously expensive! There are no employees in the arcade so when we had a problem with our card there was no one to help us. The cards can only be tapped so we accidentally spent $10 on one game because it got tapped extra without us being able to tell anything had happened. It was a seizure inducing experience, please go to a different arcade

The slash the beats handles dont go down far enough to play the game properly. Road trip game didnt add two spins in a row causing my kid to not get the small prize.

Our first time being here and it's super fun! Tons of cool big prizes! It's very easy to load money onto the game card and all tickets you win are loaded on your card! No more having to carry tickets around!

Yeah trying to get my free $5 card!!! LOL. It's pretty, it's clean, it's got Minecraft in multiplayer form, but holy crap is it spendy. Hard to beat Wonderland. If only wonderland had the ghost busters game and Minecraft game! This place has more claw machines than any place I've ever scene.

Reason for the high ratings on Google maps is due to the "rate us 5 stars and we'll give you $5 promotion". Overall, the low reviews are right, this place is incredibly expensive and not worthwhile despite the cool looking prizes. It's $20 for 80 credits where each game or claw machine costs anywhere from 8-12 credits making each game cost an average of $2.5 per place. Meanwhile the claw machines are more or less all rigged. Tried this arcade out cause we enjoy supporting new businesses but left severely disappointed. Spent $80 and didn't even get an hour out of it. The games are severely overpriced, the prizes are terrible with no real selection, and you need a minimum of 200 tickets for even the smallest prize. We'll be sticking to wanderland where you get way more for your money.

Such a fun spot for the kids. Prepare to spend major $$ though.
