Our birthday host was amazing. We love the simple set up, cleanliness & service the whole time we were there. I didn't need to do a single thing. My daughters & their friends had so much fun. Thank you all so much for an awesome service. We will definitely come back. God bless!

Despite some skepticism about a 16-year-old having a birthday party at Funquest, we booked it only five days before the date. Booking online was easy. The staff was super friendly and very efficient and knew what they were doing. Everything was streamlined and went off without a hitch. They were able to refrigerate my items and hold gifts securely. All the teenagers had a lot of fun. Thank you!

The floor needs a good, thick coating of Roll on. The wood planks go in different directions, especially in the turns. So.. young inexperienced skaters fall as a result, which can cause injury..I am an experienced former competitor, and I can't even grip that floor. Just trying to shuffle is a struggle. But otherwise, it's a very Kool place, the staff are super friendly! The music is awesome and it is a positive place! They offer beer, but can't sell it, because the entire staff are all under the age of 21.

Really wish we site said they had changed there indoor play ground is no longer there only a bounce house in its place and they do charge for kids under two now... update your rude response to me saying that I just wish it was posted on your website which it was not and still is not. We celebrated our daughter?s 7th birthday here and it was probably the best party event we have paid for!! Stephanie was amazing and so accommodating by making sure we had everything we needed. We did a Wicked theme and she found extra plates and cups to go along with our theme colors. The facility was clean and the party was well organized. All the our party friends and kids had the best time and we can't wait to go back to FunQuest. Thank you for helping us celebrate our girl!!!

I was a regular Saturday skater in the late 70?s (Skate Town) - this establishment has positively been transformed into a great place for children and families. It was my first time back since the 70?s to attend a family birthday party today. The birthday party room was great - the staff served and cleaned the area for the rented table. This is our third time having a party at FunQuest. Our host was so great, she helped a lot. Also being so busy and a person getting hurt on the skate rink tthey handle it all like it was just another day. Definitely recommend!

Amazing!! We had my son's 7th birthday party at FunQuest and it was the best birthday party! Staff were absolutely awesome and the skating, games, etc. were incredibly fun. My son and his friends are still talking about it and can't wait to go back.

My 5 and 11 year olds loved their birthday party here. From pizza and ice cream to skating, laser tag, arcade games, and jungle gym (playquest). It was a hit for everyone ranging from ages 2-14 years old. It was amazing. Delaney was super sweet as our hostess and the manager Stephanie really made sure it was above expectations. Will definitely be booking again.

We had my son?s birthday party here and had a wonderful experience! Everyone from the lady at the front to our party guy Jayden everyone was so friendly and kind. The customer service was great and treated each and one of our guests with respect. Glad we chose fun quest to have our party!

We had a great time celebrating my son?s 5th birthday at FunQuest. When we arrived they let us know they upgraded our party at no charge. The party host was great and allowed me to sit back and watch for a change! 10/10 recommend!

Updated review to say thanks for providing some discounted days. We were there for Memorial Day, and my son and his friend had a great time. Loved the earlier hours and the discounted price. My only criticism that's negative is the music is way too loud, and there are way too many flashing lights. My son has mild epilepsy and this is so overwhelming for him. I cannot believe that anyone thinks this is normal.

Had my 6yr old daughter?s birthday here Sunday and it was fantastic! Salem our party host was SO nice and patient during all the party festivities. Definitely the way to go if you're looking for an easy party idea. The kids stayed after the party and continued to enjoy themselves.

Funquest hosted my sons 7th birthday party. Their customer service was absolutely amazing from the moment of Stephanie confirming his party with me and going over all the details to Delaney being an exceptional party host. If you are looking for a great place to host a birthday party, Funquest is amazing especially with everything the party package comes with.

Pretty good but admission is a little much, about $16 without skate rental. And the parents have got to teach their kids to pay attention to their surroundings and to what they're doing, but I guess you can't teach your kids what you don't know yourself.

My daughter had her 8th birthday party at funquest. The kids had a great time and the staff were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend having your kids party here!!

My favorite time to take my daughter is Monday nights 6pm for Cheap skate, our favorite employee is Jaden he is very nice and helpful, and he should get a raise for being so awesome!

We came for an unlimited event that was scheduled 12-6 for NYE and it included unlimited pizza soda and skating. We arrived at 4:15 and at 4:30 they had dancing and a balloon drop in the middle of the skating rink so you couldn't skate, and at 5:30 when it ended my friend and I went to get skates and they weren't letting people skate anymore. We knew they had a balloon drop but the time wasn't listed, so we didn't get to skate at all even though we arrived 1.75 hrs before close. AND at 5:50 I asked for more

Our 4 year old loved FunQuest for his birthday! They took care of practically everything for us, and Delaney was the best! We will definitely be back for future birthdays!!!

We love Funquest parties! I have used Funquest over the years because their customer service and packages are unbeatable. It has allowed me over the years as a parent to enjoy my daughters and not feel like I'm missing moments because of the busyness of the details. The staff is warm and caring which made my 7 year old?s birthday an unforgettable experience. Kudos to Stephanie and Kim for being superb in service.

Good experience except, we had the VIP room and there was no air return in there so it was really uncomfortably hot. This would not be such an issue in the winter months.

This was such a great place to have a great time. We were able to roller skate or roller blade, Laser Tag, arcade. The arcade games are really overpriced, but at least we had a decent time. The food was good for a play place as well.

Waaaaayyyy too expensive. $1-$2 per game (average) in the arcade, $30 (at least that include pizza and soda) per kid, pay an extra $5 for skate pushers, and a bit too much chaos on the rink. Though I do commend your employees for working their tails off! There probably wasn't enough employees for a packed Friday night. It's not the employees' fault that I don't plan to return.

Very enjoyable place for the whole family. They have a kids playland area like what used to be in most fast food places, roller skating, laser tag, and a mini arcade. This would be a great place for a birthday party for kiddos as they have separate areas set aside for parties and a concession stand. My personal favorite of the area was the laser tag.

We had my 40th Birthday Party at Funquest after just getting back into skating after a 25 year hiatus. They're staff is always friendly and they go above and beyond! Highly recommend booking your next party here, or just come out and skate during public hours!

Well kept and clean. Not very busy. Music is outdated but typical of most skating rinks. We did like how the skating floor is level with the rest of the floors.

We had a blast! You cannot beat only having to bring a cake! They took care of everything and even orchestrated the party! Will definitely be coming back.

It got very busy the second half of our party and was of course a very stimulating and loud environment, but my kids had a great joint bday party (3 & 6)! Staff were great at handling the details and made sure we had our pitchers of drinks kept filled until we left for the day. I would have a party here again!

We had a BLAST at my sons 5th birthday party here, We we're able to invite up to 10 friends, parents were free, and I purchased the smallest package. For what you get the price is very inexpensive! Everyone was able to rent skates, have unlimited skate, unlimited play in the play house, unlimited laser tag, and had 12 credits on a game card. Celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday at FunQuest and it was a night to remember! Our party hostess was fantastic! She was engaging and fun and the kids loved her. She took care of set up, played games with the kids, lavished the birthday girl with special treats, and even bagged up the gifts for easy transport. Excellent experience at FunQuest. We had our boys (ages 6 & 10) joint birthday party at FunQuest. We were very happy with the entire experience. The personal party host sat with my youngest to help him open gifts/read cards so that I could enjoy watching them both. We received a phone call the day before confirming our event and asking if we had questions. The kids had a great time.

I just love coming to Funquest so much! The staff is so lovely and helpful, especially Chloe. The games keep my kids entertained for hours, and the food is great! I definitely would recommend this to anyone that has kids!

I'm here now. This is a terrible place and they do not care about the customer. My sons gave his shoes to get skates and when returning the skates tried to give him someone else?s shoes. They tried to say it was my fault. They were brand new adidas shoes. Ty hey tried to give us old adidas we've never seen before. Took our daughter to Fun Quest Family Entertainment Center and we were not disappointed! She had an absolute blast, especially with the kid-friendly skee-setup ? just look at the joy in the picture I've attached! The staff was friendly and the place was packed with activities. A small suggestion would be to turn the music volume down just a tad, but other than that, it was a perfect outing. Highly recommend for a day of family fun!

We celebrate our son's birthday at Funquest. That was an amazing experience. We book the Vip plan,that give us a lot of options for the kids. Great way to entertain 4 boys on a summer afternoon. Everyone was super helpful, especially Desy at the food counter. It's hard to make any decisions when the kids are all yelling for different things and they made that process much smoother.

Usually have a decent time here, but for whatever reason they decided on a 99 degree day to not have the AC running very high (the units against the back wall are just not on), has to be mid 80s in here currently. People sweating everywhere, if I wanted my kids to have heat stroke I'd have just made them play outside and saved $50.

This is a very clean and awesome place for kids of all ages to have a great time. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, making my daughter?s birthday perfect and a breeze. Our hostess was Audria and she was great! She went above and beyond decorating (brought some of my own decorations) and she took care of everything during our party time. We loved the place. The kids had a blast. My only problem was when my daughter was pulled from the play area for being 11 and the only reason they knew was because it was her bday party. We went to FunQuest for a birthday celebration and brought a cake. We were told by the first manager that they could hold on to it (so it wouldn't melt in the car) but unless we booked the birthday party room ($300), we couldn't eat the cake inside. As a roller derby skater, i really appreciate the great floor, music, and the size. The set up is great, there's something for everyone, non skaters included. Staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and....they have fried cheese curds. Go. Skate. have a blast!
