We had our daughter's birthday here Saturday. The customer service throughout was wonderful. The manager on duty all the way to the snack bar crew were kind, sincere, and helpful. She and her friends had a fantastic time. Can't wait to go back when the bumper boats are open in May.

Very happy with our 1st visit!!! The staff was amazing. We had a great time. Arcade was half price from 4-7pm & this made it way more fun because you get to play more games. We stumbled across this place in our search for something fun to do that wasn't too expensive and fairly close to home. WOW! What a cool find! We got the wristbands and the refillable game card. It was so much fun! Played several games of putt putt, rode go-karts, played every game and had a very reasonably priced lunch. Highly recommend the fries!! Crispy and well seasoned! Next time we'll bring the grandkids!

We have an autistic toddler and he loves the 2-person go karts and the inflatables area! I'm especially thankful for the lack of music and attached bathroom in the inflatables area. It's a perfect environment for him and there usually aren't more than a few kids so it's pretty calm. Plus everything seemed clean. Employees were generally helpful and friendly. There seems to be plenty of activities for older kids too, but we had a great time with our 4 yr old.

My daughter and I visited this place a week ago. It's just something to do because it had been raining here so much, and it was a nice day and we got out and and decided on this place. She had a good time, drove the go-karts and we played Putt-Putt and she played a few games inside. They also have bumper boats and a few other attractions as well. However, we did not partake in any of those activities.

My grandson's 3rd birthday party was here and all the kids and adults had a wonderful time. Him and I returned now that he is 10 and there are even more things to do. This place is good for family fun, friends hanging out, dating, or just an outing alone. Plus they have adult beverages which is a plus in my book!

My kids absolutely love this place. 4 kids had a blast for hours for $100. Definitely not something we can afford every week but it's a fun treat. We'll definitely be back.

We came from South America Carolina to celebrate my twin grandsons birthday. They couldn't wait to ride go carts. I paid for all us. When I bought tickets not at one time did she tell us it would be a 1hr. Wait cause a birthday party had Track reserved. Which turn into 2hr. Before they got to ride. At one time the boys were so disappointed and refused to ride any other rides. I spent over 400. For a nightmare. They were also short handed and 3 of the rides were not able to be operated. I love it here. The all day pass is about $43 each with the online discount. Sounds pricey but it includes go-kart, mini go-kart, bumper cars, bumper boats, rock climb, spider wall climb, riding the tornado, water wars (so much fun), mini golf, and 2 rounds of laser tag. Funopolis is where the fun begins and never ends - LITERALLY (well, almost because we know every business has its closing time). The first time I visited I felt a bit weird and thought "wait, I'm 30 years old and these are games for kids" ... WRONG! After a little hesitating start I just started playing the Kung-Fu Panda game and it was so much fun that I played it for a few rounds. This is a great place to have family fun. You have it all in one place (go-karts laser-tag, mini golf, etc.), and the unlimited wristband is an awesome deal! Our family had an amazing time at funopolis! The staff was so polite and fun(shout out to Tyson, thanks for being so respectful and awesome ??). The attractions were entertaining, my kids favorites were Lazer tag, rock climbing, spider crawl and the bumper cars. I have a wonderful time at Funopolis during ESP Summer Camp 2023! The Go Karts were so much fun! I love playing the arcade games! They also have good food such as hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken fingers and nachos. The service was great and the staff were friendly! Laser Tag was also lots of fun!

Went on a field trip here. All the rides are fun but do not eat the pizza. It made our whole class sick on the 45 min bus ride back.

Something for all ages at a wide price range.... arcade games, go karts, mini golf, bumper boats, Tornado amusement ride, laser tag, rock wall, Bouncy House starting at $5 and more.... even a small 3- person merry-go-round for $.50. While individual activities quickly add up, they do have wrist bands available that include a variety of activities for a more economical price.

I've been here a few times before and have loved it but today I took my nonverbal autistic girlie for her birthday with her little sister and couldn't have asked for a better time. The staff is so friendly and accommodating!! No complaints - we were there 3 hours and I had a $100 funopolis card and left with almost half my money left even though we did so much, which is cool because whatever you have left on your card you can use again a different time. We had so much fun at funopolis. We played arcade games, basketball, bumper cars, connect 4, wheel of fortune, whammy, make it bounce, and we did two rounds of mini bowling. We got the $25 package and we had over three hours of fun! Well worth it can't wait to go back in the near future. The staff was also amazing very helpful and kind.

We celebrated my sons 5th birthday here, it was nice and big, but cleaning was not done so well in rooms 3 & 4, after sitting on one of the benches and pulling my foot out there was a massive piece of cake stuck to my shoe, and we hadn't even done cake or anything yet. Arcades, Go Karts, Mini Golf, there's so much to do for kids, teenagers, and adults. Took my kid here a few times and recently had a birthday party here. The staff is very polite and helpful. We played games, ate pizza, and everything in between. Would recommend for a fun day out

Took my granddaughter and her friend,both are 15yrs of age the had a great time , they had a game of Lazer tag, bumper cars, go carts, putt put golf, escape room (you need to let them know 24hrs before you come in for that) we will be going back. all kinds of arcade games. Welp. Paid $100 for my 2 boys to have the all day pass. Half of the no ticket games don't work, 2 or the 4 mini bowling lanes don't work, the twister is out of order, no one is manning the mini go carts or the pirate ship so we had to hunt someone down to let the little one ride them (the looked like the were closed down also bc no one is working at them so my son was the only one on them... so that was boring.) Got here at 11:30, and the first lazertag hours are 3:30 and 4:00. Please don't waste your money

I had a wonderful time coming here with my sorority sisters! We all had a blast playing arcade games, going on rides, and playing laser tag. I absolutely LOVED the laser tag set up, it was my favorite part of the entire excursion. The place was well maintained and clean, plus the staff were exceptionally nice!! My only complaint would be how pricey the all inclusive tickets are. This makes it difficult for me to come more often and enjoy the same things I did the first time.

The pictures look better than the place does in person. Workers will argue about doing their job in front of customers and then be visibly annoyed when they have to actually work. The games are overpriced and not at all worth it. It's the only thing around without driving too far which is why I'm assuming they have business at all. The pizzas sit under a warmer after being cooked so they aren't even fresh. Overall disappointed with the visit considering how much it costs.

If you're looking for somewhere fun to take your family, this is it! Our kids loved it ??

I took my sister and two nephews here, on Tuesday. I purchased a play card, with $80 loaded to it. We had a blast! We were able to play just about every game in/outside of the facility. The staff were attentive and polite. The facility is older, but well maintained. I really feel like, I got my money's worth and more. I will definitely be returning.

Was fun for the family and we had a great day just was to much money. I spent about 400$ for the day for 2 adults 2 kids with the family pass for 4 and stopping for gas and lunch before we got there. With that kind of price tag we won't be back.

It's an amazing place, and even though it died off, as it was almost completely empty, the staff were very nice. They have multiple other activities other than arcade, including bumper cars, Lazer tag, go karts, mini go karts, and other things. If you want a nostalgic feel, then Funopolis is the place!

Funopolis was exactly what the name says....it was without a doubt one of the best places to take your family, even a place to visit with friends. Between the normal arcade games up to virtual reality. The Lazer tag was the most fun for my boys so we're the go karts. They also have inflatable sections for the littles across from the Lazer tag room! It's very convenient for families that have different aged children like myself!

We had my son's 6th birthday here and EllaMae made it so special. She played games with my two boys while we waited for guests to arrive. She's excellent at keeping kids entertained! Once the party started everything flowed well and went extremely smooth. Laser tag was a blast! And a bit of a workout surprisingly lol. The pizza and veggie platter were delicious too! All around, this place, staff and all the attractions are a 10/10!

We took our grandchildren ( 12 and 8)to Funopolis and they had a great experience. The staff was so patient as we'd never been before and required some information. The staff was helpful and answered all our questions. The entire place was clean and the bathrooms were especially clean. All the attendants operating the rides were helpful and courteous. Upon checking out the young woman that assisted us brought to our attention a stuffed animal our grandson has won, had a logo good for additional redemption

Great environment for kids Great games and rides the only downfall is that it seems they might need more personal some employees were running more than one ride and you had to wait for them to get done with one so you could ride a ride

Funopolis is fun for the whole family. I've had several birthday parties here for my kids and a girls group event. The staff is amazing and so are the owners. You will definitely need to try the food when you visit!

So as much as all the adults wanted to love this place it just wasn't happening. The kids seemed to have some fun although they were bummed about a good bit of it. It has went downhill over the years and is very very understaffed. Although the staff was overworked l, most (not all) were friendly and helpful. The games and vending machines kept taking my money three times on the foot dancing game for kids and twice on the outside vending machine. Went to spend time with the wife as our first vacation we went to an arcade in the same vein this in Asheville. That being said I cannot recommend this place 1/2 of the machines were broken or impossible to play do to some control being not calibrated. The entire putt putt was covered in orb weaver spiders literally had to clear 15 of the putting greens just to walk continue play. Funnopolis it's a great place to take your kids for a fun afternoon. We have been going there for over 12 yrs now, we had celebrated birthdays and its always fun, but it hasn't chance much. Same attractions for over a decade I would highly recommend the owners for an upgrade. Again we always enjoy the time we spend there as a family. And maybe more activities for the very little ones.

She paid for top Entertainment only to be ask to pay 7 per child for the jump house and also you guys should offer something for the attractions that are closed due to being winter months. Nice to have a place that the kids can play. The staff was helpful, and considering the weather it was pretty well kept. Of course there's always one person that takes their job to seriously, but other than that it was great.

This place was alot of fun. My boyfriend and I had a day date here. We played mini golf, mini bowling and go carts for the price of some places just for one round of golf. Amazing price! Super clean bathrooms and arcade area. Very happy we made the trip up here.

Fun for the whole family. My only complaint is I really wanted a hot pink cat ring. We spent over $100 dollars there they could have easily given it to me but chose not to. Also, my brother got cut and was bleeding from an exposed nail.

Paid for 5 wrist bands and 3 of the attractions were open for my kids to play. The kitchen closes at 7 and the outside games close 30 minutes before closing oh AND about 15 minutes or so before closing they shut the games off so don't come in the evenings. Wasted my money for sure!

The family four pack is a JOKE. There wasn't enough things that was open or included in this pack.We definitely will not be back.For 180 dollars,you should expect things to be run a lot better.Highly recommend to not ever go there.

Had a party for my nephew here. The attendants were suppose to help with the party. The lady kept walking out talking to friends, and had to go to front twice. Parents were serving themselves, and very unorganized. Birthday balloons were half blown up & the birthday area was trashy, the decorations looked old and half missing. Arm bands are hard to purchase on line. Bought the all day arm bands which included the arcade games but found out after my purchase they did not include very many games. Staff was friendly and the place appeared well maintained. My granddaughters had a great time!

After many trips over the past couple of years most of the time I would rate at 4.5 stars. Biggest downfall is staffing shortages. (Walk back to the last place you saw an employee and ask them to have someone sent to the attraction you want to use.) If you have time you want a wrist band for the kids. Plan to be there at least 3 hours a ge let your use out of the pass. No fee to stand back and watch. Bring a change of clothes and do the wet stuff at the end. It was decent. Clean and friendly environment. Family had fun. You're child must meet a certain height requirement to get on rides. There's only one ride for the ones who don't reach up to 44" on the chart.
