I love the concept here. You pay a flat fee and can have your run at any arcade game for the allotted time. This would have been a dream when I was a kid, fortunately it was a dream for my kid now. This place sucked $50 dollars down the drain. Out of the 20 machines they have 15 are broken. Super hard to find anyone who worked there. They also changed the place a lot from when i was last here no more balls or playground for toddlers. Never again!

I recently visited. In all fairness, I was attending an event and everything was included so I can't complain too much as I was there for free. My family and I tried everything and had a lot of fun. I particularly enjoyed the virtual reality rides and the bowling. I'm not sure if our food was provided by them or by our host but they did provide sodas. As I said, I was there for an event. I'm not sure if I would ever return on my own but it is a fun place if you can afford it.

Great place to take the kids! There is so many new options for the whole family. We enjoyed the bowling and axe throwing. The personnel is all great but I have to highlight Jhonny the manager. He was so on top of everything and even accommodated us with my kids food restrictions.

Awesome place and customer service by Yahlonnie! Our first day in Miami and she already made us feel welcomed even though we came in the last hour. The games were reasonably priced and there were a wide variety of prizes from ticketed game. The beer pong game was fun.

I loved how close it is from home, but a lot of these games need maintenance . Pinball machine only one lift was working. Almost every two player game, one side wasn't working. We got the package that was 42.99 each. It includes a full hour of unlimited games plus laser tag, bumper cars, bowling & rock climb. There aren't a lot of arcade games to play especially that most are broken, second u can't play them more than 3 times, Bummer. Place was pretty empty for a weekend but we went late on a Sunday night.

I just celebrated my 40th birthday at Fun Dimension with friends and family which included 15 kids. Everyone had an absolute blast playing duck pin bowling, laser tag, bumper cars and arcade. My wife and I take our daughter to FunDemensions often and the service is always great, but today was a showstopper for us. Johnny and Yaya were so accommodating to our little Livy who has special needs. They went above and beyond with their service. Thank you and of course, we will return again.

I had such a great experience at FunDimension. They were able to accommodate my class of 40. The games kept us entertained and the food was delicious enough to keep us full. They were also punctual with food preparation. The entire location was filled with our laughter; you could hear us from a mile away. We were super pleased! Thank you for the wonderful time.

The place was just ok. Walked in around 8pm on Thursday night and we were pretty much the only people in there. I almost thought it wasn't even open. I was informed by the staff that they were closing early at 9pm even though it's advertised for 11pm. So just had 40mins to do some bowling and games after we drove 30mins there. They were very nice but it was a bit disappointing. Also, this place is in a really sketchy area. Felt real uncomfortable walking my kids back to the car in the dark.

My kid said it is very fun and he enjoyed it but there are a lot of small kids (unsupervised) that keep up interrupting others while playing. He think that you should implement a small line system so that way they can enjoy their paid time.

We recently hosted our child?s birthday party at FunDimension and the experience was outstanding from start to finish! Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and ensured that every detail was in place for the celebration.

We went to Miami for vacations, but unfortunately it was raining the 3 days we stayed at the city, .. we decided to take kids to this place, and it was very expensive, we got the unlimited bracelets, i paid 90 dlls for 2 kids 1 hr, and they try to play in different games, but it was out of service, we went to play bowling and they didn't allow them to play bowling with the bracelets, they only play lazer for 1 hr because the rest of the games they liked wasn't in service.. i will never recommend that place.

Every time I come here with the kids they have an AMAZING time! There's a giant indoor playground, bumper cars, video and arcade games, laser tag, party rooms, a VR experience, and three outdoor trampolines!
