As I write this review I'm sitting in the lounge area while my daughter & her friend play, it's a fun activity for the kids. But you need to literally monitor your own kids and purchase a ticket because the workers don't enforce the rules. IF THEY AREN?T GOING TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN RULES THEY SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE THEM. Prices are pretty high, about $25 per person, there are designated jump times(I didn't know before going), you can join in at anytime though, at the same price. So if you show up half way through your still paying 25 but only get to play for 45 min instead of 90 min. They really should prorate according to the time you arrive. This place is great. I loved it and my kids loved it. We have been escaping the bridge fire for a week and really this was the best of all the places we went. The staff is super chill and also helpful. They sell drinks. It's 90 min increments of time. Earlier they are less busy. Especially on weekdays. If you're taking your kids bring your energy because you might end up bouncing?.

Fun place to visit for children ages 8 & younger. The staff were friendly & the facility was very clean. Someone was constantly sweeping the floor and wiping down the tables as they became available. I liked how the children can't just leave the place without an adult as the entrance is gated. My only complaint is I would?ve liked to see more seating by the front entrance. Reasonably priced.

A wonderful place, I recommend everyone to visit it, and the workers there are really wonderful. We went for the first time, and my children had a wonderful time. It is a safe place, and the price is good. The workers do not allow the children to go out, and they respected my son who has autism. They are wonderful.

This place is simply AWESOME! Great staff, great play spot for kids!!! Not only do my kids love it, I love it and there's spot for parents to hang. Highly recommend it. I visit the Santa Anita Mall location in Arcadia.

First time coming here with my kids and the kids had a great time. The staff were very friendly and patient with my questions. I was lucky enough to be there in the middle of the week where it's not crazy busy and I would say it's best to come in the middle of the week. I was able to see some of their party rooms and I might consider hosting a birthday party here since it looks like it's well managed.

It was incredible!! I took a group of girls to celebrate a bday. The girls loved the cotton candy machine. 90 min was the perfect time for the kids to beg to go home, lol. They got tired. We can come here all the time and highly recommend this entertainment location. The staff is super friendly and there is more staff inside the jumpers that help everyone stay safe. I lost my phone and got it back in an instant. They are really good at that too.

Awesome counter staff, really helped to navigate the waiver and extra sock purchase. Fun place for kids and adults. Definitely buy the socks and bring them back each time, they have anti slip on the bottom. Recommended for all ages. They have arcades as well but some were out of order when we went. This is inside the mall next to bowlero and the cheesecake factory.

Came here for a kid's birthday party. The place was packed but the kids had a great time playing in all of the jumpers. The party host reserved one of the birthday rooms in the back which was great as it seemed like a challenge to find seating here to take a rest while your kids play (I did see that that had lockers). We had a totally unacceptable experience at Funbox. Our family's afternoon was completely derailed by Funbox's utterly incompetent scheduling and lack of communication. We had tickets booked for Friday at 4:30 PM, specifically planning our entire afternoon around this visit. Instead of the exciting time we anticipated, we were met with a brick wall of disappointment. Upon arrival, we were casually informed that Funbox was booked out for a private party. My two year old daughter and I had a wonderful time. Very clean and friendly staff. My only request is to emphasize to your staff the enforcement of your rules.

Came here with my 5-year-old, paid for her ticket ? and then was told I also have to pay full price just to go in and supervise her. That's absolutely ridiculous. I'm not here to play, just to keep an eye on my child like any responsible parent would. Charging parents full price just to watch their kids feels like a money grab. Very disappointed and won't be coming back.

I have a special needs child and he is not as active as other children. This is the only place where he will jump and burn a lot of energy, so much that he leaves here sweating. This is the only reason why I would spend $19 for only one hour of jumping. The bathroom are sometimes pretty dirty, but that's to be expected out of a place with a hole bunch of kids. I had a birthday party at this place and the room assigned to us had trash under the tables from a previous party. I had to pick it up before my guest arrived. I never met my party host and the person in charge to give me my bill had attitude. It seemed like she didn't want to be there. Also, I was told to fill jumper's vaiwer before hand but I was never told even adults who were not jumping had to fill out a waiver and they made them fill one before entering which made the entrance take longer than expect

My kids missed the free fall part, they got rid of it. On instagram there were commercials of it having an outdoor area: this is not true. Even though we got a free play card for the arcades, the bowling didn't work. And air hockey game at the arcade area was missing one of the hitters. I asked the employee if they had it they said sorry. Other than that it was good

We were invited to a birthday party at this place and my son really enjoyed it. I didn't notice anything bad, it's a good place. Friendly staff.

Had so much fun her with the kids. The girls had more fun then my son but still it's picture worthy. Super cheap and a great way to kill a few hours. Very creative ideas. I thought it was better then the ice cream museum. Easy parking , super friendly staff. Definitely take the kids if you have a chance before they leave Thousand Oaks. I know they were set to close but extended by a few weeks due to popular demand.

I'm only giving it 4/5 stars for safety reasons. The staff is great and it's a great place for kids to get their run out. But it's not the best place for kids 3 and under. There are lots of kids running from every direction that if you are not watching after your little one, they could get hurt. My son must've ran into a handful of people. I attended a birthday party that needed to be more organized. The host had to advocate for my entry. I was eventually allowed in with my child, who immediately rushed off to jump around. While I felt my daughter was mature enough to handle herself and I didn't feel unsafe, having an occasional visual on her would have been nice. Loved going to this indoor one. We went when it was open and it was pretty empty. Staff was super friendly and it's really clean there and love the music. Just remember to bring water or a drink. They have a vending machine but it wasn't working for credit cards. $3/water, $5 for Gatorade. It's located in the food court area next to the bowling alley. Update 8/2022- they closed for 2 weeks or so to change up the jumpers and fun equipment. As usual it's a very fun place to take your kids. It was 90 degrees out when we came here couple days ago and there were a good amount of customers inside. It felt gross because everyone was sweaty and running and falling all over the place, but they don't have staff wiping down any of the equipment. It's a fun place to take your kiddos. They have a huge bounce play ground with multiple activities. Theirs some arcades as well, WITH free play, so thats a plus! Then for people that like taking pictures, theirs rooms with different art. Only thing is, if you know your kiddo is not kid friendly, you should go inside the bounce playground to keep an eye on them.

Just finished an event here for my child?s basketball team, and it was such a fun experience for everyone! The kids had a great time playing, and the staff was really accommodating with our schedule, and so supportive of youth sports! A special thanks to Emiliana for helping this event happen and being so responsive!

No masks, bit pricey They have changed the inflated play area, added more obstacles and slides, and made more party rooms in the back. Better than last time!

Great experience, friendly staff! My son loved all of the scenes (bubble pit was probably his favorite). We went during the week so we didn't have to fight any crowds.

Such a fun place to take my kids!! Everything was clean including the restrooms. They have their own baby changing station out side the womens restroom that makes it easy to change you're baby's diaper . You are able to take your own drinks in!!! Do this it will save you $$$

Very bad Experience ??!! I visited " Fun Box yesterday and All the activities were not functioning and when I advised one of the employees he was only able to tell me that they were working in the morning, which made no sense because I was there at 4pm and the place opens at 2pm. Brought my so to play for 90 minutes for 2 admissions I paid around 45 dollars. I've been to the one in woodland hills which was outdoor. I definitely say that onebis a bigger location. 20 minutes of playing and running around here will get you going. This place was a lot of fun perfect for kids or adults. The tiny water bottles can run up your cash so bring your own water or you can get something from the food court. Make things easy for yourself and the staff buy tickets online and sign the waiver form

Huge bounce house! Come on weekdays so it's not as busy. My daughter loves this place and asks for it. The arcade games don't work that well, and the photo ops aren't as they might have looked when they opened, but the kids love it!

Oh my gosh!!!! I ? this place! My grandson did too! I like how it's setup. Prices are reasonable. There is so much space. My grandson loved it. I wish they had this when my kids were small. We paid for a birthday package for my daughter, but the circus came to town. It was crazy packed with kids all over the place. For the price we paid and what was offered, we really felt like it could have been a lot better. In the end, the kids had fun jumping.

Fun place for youth and up! Not fun when parents bring little kids as they run around and may ruin the experience. It can be pricey if you have a bigger group.

had my 10year olds birthday party here and it was AMAZING! we got "the most" party package which included private room, food and drinks for 40 people. All the kids (and not going to lie even myself and other adults) all had a blast! huge jumpers with slides and even a little jumper on the side for the little ones. My son had his birthday here today and he described it as one of the best parties he's ever had. They had our private party room ready, bottled water, carts to help load in/out, everything was so organized. Jacob was an amazing party manager. My husband and I have been bringing our son who is now almost 3 since it opened. It's great to go during the week and opening w little ones since not many big kids are around. Such a great experience! My 9 year old daughter and her 10 year old friend had the time of their lives. They were having so much fun my wife and I had to join in. All of the arcade games were included with entry so it was nonstop fun! From the start Francisco welcomed us and was very attentive. Great place for kids! A fun, decorative, and vivid place where any child would have fun. What kid doesn't like jumpers? A 1 hour and 30 minute experience where the prices are fair and not overly charged, considering it being located in a mall. The place also has free arcade machines, no payment required. Would definitely recommend to people with young children, they would have a great time!

Visited at around 4pm on a rainy Sunday and it sold out so would recommend booking beforehand on busy days. Works on timed entry so check in advance and they sold grippy socks so assume you need them to go on the bouncy castle. Coco the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. A real asset to the company. Place was very clean and well staffed - workers walking around the bouncycastle to check all was safe. Free to use lockers.
