If I could give TEN STARS I would! The large staff at Fun Zone is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Every person is helpful, caring and attentive. It says a LOT about the management. They must hire and train only the BEST! I HIGHLY recommend taking your entire family of all ages out to create lasting positive memories at FunZone.

This place was awesome! We had so much fun. The employees are very very good! Just be careful of other customers. A woman let her kids run around without being watched. They stole my daughter's card she only used to ride the bumper cars and had more stuff available on the card. After they used all of it to play the games I saw them throw it on the floor. I haven't been here, literally in decades but I brought my boys on a hot day when visiting Dothan. They had a good time. The soft play seems smaller than it used to be. We didn't do laser tag or the arcade but the had fun skating. There were a few parties going on but there was still plenty of space and time for my boys to enjoy themselves. My only complaint was the explicit version of a song being played midday during the week with 80% of patrons being kids under 16.

Another wonderful experience! The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The manager, Miss Kristin was extremely helpful, kind, professional and eager to assist us. We were super pleased with our visit here. The manager is so sweet and made sure to tell us if we needed anything to let her know. My oldest has autism. She told us if we needed anything let her know. She said they will do whatever they can to make our time there easier! Also this place is so clean! We had our daughter?s 5th birthday party there this past weekend and I was completely blown away by the customer service we received! This staff is top notch and deserves way more than 5 stars! The staff here will make your kid cry because everything cost extra. Will suck money out of you faster than a Vegas strip casino. I just got back from Wynn Las Vegas and lost more money here at this little place in Dothan than I did in Vegas. My family and I wanted to burn some of the food we ate earlier so we decided to visit Fun Zone. We enjoyed ourselves so until we spent 4 hours there. I highly recommend if you want a place where the staff will always be concerned about you and your family?s safety and they back that up with a welcoming personality. They were so friendly. Our twins early bday party (14), they were awesome, everyone made sure they enjoyed themselves and their guests as well. We had pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks for the party. The girl that served their party was amazing. If looking for a place to have a party, this is it. Way too much fun and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Giving it 5 stars for the staff. We brought our daughter here for her 4th birthday on a whim and ended up having a blast! The manager and staff were all so kind and helpful and made our experience extra special, so thank you so much! Will definitely be back to skate around again.

11/30, we showed around 11 in the morning, stayed till almost 3. It was our first time (I took my son) being there. The music, the lights, and the rink is all we dealt with, but it was still a blast. The workers were kind, and the access to the rolling helpers were very much appreciated by my son. Would definitely recommend this place.

Had a Halloween birthday party. Had a great time. A little pricy! If you have kids and need to use the stands to help you skate its $5 a peice. Cannot bring inside food but cake! The arcade is very very pricy to play games.

Lots of fun a little pricey for what it is...too many unsupervised children though. Had to correct a staff member for grabbing my rather well behaved autistic son by the arm because he was upset he wasn't "listening to him". Watched a different staff member almost successfully clothes line another child for running. In all fairness that goes back to my original complaint...unsupervised children... however it seems the staff also need supervision.

Been coming here since I was a kid and so glad to bring my kids. We started back last year and spent my daughters birthday last year and this year here. We try to come a few times a month. Very friendly clean great environment for family's. And Kristen is the best above and beyond!

The owner was ABSOLUTELY so Kind and we had a BLAST! we evacuated to the Georgia Alabama line due to hurricane Ian. This was the best place we visited. 10/10 stars. The rink is beautiful. We plan to visit again!

Rip off and expensive. Cost 7.00 just to enter the facility. All that covers is a soft play for toddlers. Extra 3.00 plus for skates or a scooter, but an extra 5.75 for a skate mate if your kid needs help learning to skate...and most of them do. If you want to play in the arcade you would need an extra 20. Bumper cars...extra....laser tag..extra...everything costs extra. The eatery was way over priced. The best deal I found all day was the pitcher of drink for 6.25. Literally, that was the only deal

We had our daughters birthday party here beginning of the summer (May 2016) and we were beyond satisfied! We were given a hostess that stayed at the party the entire time giving everyone direction as in when to eat, do the cake, and she passed out the gifts to our birthday girl! We as parents were actually able to enjoy our daughters birthday and be able to have a conversation with everyone who came instead of running around making sure everything is perfection as we are used to when throwing birthday part

Fun place for the kids and family indoors away from the heat. The staff is normally nice. The soft play has a bit of issues with sometimes allowing taller kids and sometimes not. A friend ls child that us only 9 couldn't go in was very sad when other kids her height was in there and her friends her age shorter were allowed. It could use better signs or age located on it.

We had my son?s 11th birthday here today. I was amazed at how much the staff here does for parties and customers. The energy here was great lots of things to do and clean. The manager on duty Kristen was awesome she went above and beyond for our party. Our host was Mykiah she was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure our boy was having a great time. Thank you funzone staff for making our experience so great! We are here as evacuees from Florida due to Hurricane Milton?. we needed to get the kids out of the house and decided to stop here. The manager Kristen was so sweet and talked with us and then gave us 50% the packages for the kids. Small act of kindness meant to much to us during this time. ??

Birthday parties are 10/10! They handle all the setup, and clean up! They do all the serving and make sure everything is taken care of! All the kiddos had a great time and enjoyed getting to do all the attractions and arcade games as well!

Laser tag for me was the best, and wish the arcade games were cheaper. Overall still had a blast.

This is the song they were playing at 4 pm on a sunday with all the kids playing. It was uncensored and completely inappropriate. Management do better.

My son had a birthday at funzone today. Hailey and Kristen were amazing and professional. I could not have asked more for a more wonderful team at Funzone! 10 out of 10 will be back again.

My grands absolutely love the After School program. They have a blast and I know they're safe. Homework is always done first and help with it is also available.

I go pretty often! Skating is fun and ive got pretty good at it. Kind employees and the dj takes song suggestions, just wish he wouldn't strobe the lights when playing certain songs, it makes it hard for people to see when they skate.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The workers here are so rude! It's just a bunch of teenagers running the place. They were so rude they kicked my kids out while I was in the bathroom because they didn't see an adult with them. They even used foul language with my kids! My twelve year old kids! I am so disappointed I thought this was a family friendly place.. I will never be back here

3 kids went on a rainy Thursday afternoon & had a great time. Rollerblades, laser tag, bumper cars, arcade. Facility snappy & clean. Staff attentive & competent. Varied & quite good food. Overall a good value for what they offer

Stood in line for the first 20 minutes to order food which was fine until I got to the front of the line and they said they were not taking any food orders right now because they were too backed up. My daughter goes there. She has fun with her friends. Parents don't leave your kids unattended. It's not a daycare. If your kid wants to fight and you're not there to control them, somebody else will and the police may get involved. Just make sure you or a chaperone is there to watch your children to keep them in line. It's always been a fun experience for my daughter except when some kids fight and she's exposed to violence. Which is not a lot but it does happen.

My wife had an awful experience with a young lady at the service bar. I understand people have bad days and management did try to fix the issue with my wife but they obviously brushed off the bad attitude of the girl. We spent too much money to be treated so disrespectful by a teenage employee. One that the manager classifies as a "good one" at that.

The customer service has become trash. The manager did apologize and say that he would correct the girl who literally went off on me for asking for pizza Instead of nachos since pizza was cheaper and I had been waiting over 30 minutes. But then the manager told me she "was a good one". If she's good, I'd hate to see the bad. Place is going down fast.

This facility is WELL WORTH the money. It is a SAFE place for kids to play. You don't have to worry about a brawl breaking out because of the close supervision that is given by the amount of staff on duty and the sheriff?s department. Some may argue that the prices are high, but I could never put a price on my child?s safety. Great job Fun Zone! Job well done!!

Love this place for the kids. Clean and fun. My husband and I play the video games, we like kicking each others butts on the Jurassic Park game. But they have everything from the skating, to arcade games, air hockey, laser tag and bumper cars. They also have a jungle gym for the little ones to climb as well. Food is decent. Way over priced! I paid almost 60 dollars for just my two kids to skate on my son's birthday and it was his first time so he got scared. Apparently it cost more to get on the slide and ball pit because he tried to do that instead but was turned away by a worker. We spent less than 15 minutes there.

My family and I had a blast skating, however other than the lady up front at the register everyone that works there is a child and lets anyone do what they want. There's no one monitoring the skate floor, the guy running the laser tag let so many people in there just to hang out and sit, and there were tons of teenagers sitting on the arcade equipment. My family and I absolutely loved coming here! Place is clean and fun! Workers are very helpful, Dillon helped my family tremendously, workers like him help make a place! The most unforgettable event is banning Shannon after she worked hard for you. She put in her 2 weeks and you kicked her the next week, she came in to return her uniform and PAID $31 to skate and you banned her because you were spiteful. Updated review. We finally got the chance to skate several times at this rink and i have to say its the smoothest floor we have ever skated on. Nice size floor and the staff was very nice. Met the owner and he explained why they weren't open for a bit. We wished we lived closer because we would skate here every day if we could! We have tried 3 times to go to this skating rink.
