Customer Reviews

I love taking my 6 year old grandson here. We are always welcomed by the friendly staff. Meeko , the owner is so nice and is devoted to providing a fun, safe and entertaining place for kids and families. She purchased several new games that are awesome. Great place for kids birthday parties too. Have fun.

We had a great time here today with our toddler. He really wanted to play and get those Pok?mon, Sal was really nice and helped him through every step. We will definitely be back here since our kid have so much fun!

Right when we got in, we saw the new games they had, we have been here several times and at the Vacaville location. This one has more modern games and we loved it! The owner made us feel so welcomed here. He even had a welcome sign for me and our family. We played for a long time today and only spent $40! This would have not even lasted 5 minutes at other spots, or casinos, we have been too. It's affordable, fun, modern, and we took a lot fun prizes and pics! I loved every moment of it. Every staff we

It's clean and well-maintained. Staff are always around, so you can get immediate assistance if a machine malfunctions. The games are relatively affordable, and it's fairly easy to earn tickets and goods through gameplay. I visit a few times a year, and they seem to update their machines regularly. With police vehicles stationed nearby and no homeless individuals in the area, it feels safe.

I wish I had more time to try out everything. Was just here for a quick visit while I charged my Tesla. I played their pinball and Ninja Turtles game which is right up front. Both games worked good and seemed to be very well taken care of. I'll check it out again with friends.

Totally overdue with my posts. We've been here at least 6 times and each time our kids are thrilled to try out the fun arcade games. They have several dance games, plush toys, prizes to win from the machines, motorcycle and etc. Great customer service here. Pro- staffs are wearing bright neon T-shirts so it's easy to spot them. It's located in the Folsom Outlet. If you purchase their game card, you have the option to pick dollar amount. I would suggest to keep the game card for next time after it empties.

Was here on a random Sunday day having fun with a friend. Approached by the employee that goes by Sol or Solf ( not sure sorry sol but ur the goat), he helped us get started with the game card, he explained every game and is very kind and attentive, highly recommend this place to anyone :)

Came here with my family today. Not the biggest place. Games were fairly expensive though maybe not more than other places? Games seemed to all be in good condition. One carnival game was out of order but someone was working on it. There was just one young guy working. Was very friendly and very helpful. Constantly checking to see if anyone had questions etc. He was doing a really great job. Didn't catch his name. Highly recommend

Saul was amazing! My Family and I had a great time and Saul was more than friendly and hospitable. He was helpful when certain machines were not registering a ?win.? He was great and made the time enjoyable!

We had a birthday party for our 8 year old and his friends. They all had a great time. All the games are new and work well. The staff that work there were very helpful and really made sure the kids had a great time.

It's such a wonderful place. The staff are great and attentive if you need help. The machines are fun, and there's this cotton candy machine that makes custom shapes! This is honestly the best arcade I've ever been to and I look forward to coming here again.

My daughter and I have a fun time here this weekend. Cool games for a 5 year old. Staff is friendly and helpful.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! I thought this place was brand new. The employee said they have actually been there for nearly 2 years. Teach me how to stay this clean haha.

Tiny arcade, good quality. If youre looking for dance games though, youre in the right place. Cabs are excellently maintained and the very nice staff will help you out if you run into any problems at all. Has piu, smx, drs, and a custom itg cab with all the ddr songs and more.

This place is kind of small, but at the same time the variety is big. Hard to explain, but it is organized unlike any other arcade I have ever seen and I been to a lot. It almost felt like I walked into a room of sims XD.

This place is unfortunately, mid. The ratio of expensive claw machines to regular games is whack. Nowhere to cash in tickets, and everything feels grubby. We couldn't wait to wash our hands after. Only ran into 1 game that didn't function.

my friend told me about this place so i took my daughter. she played the mario kart game the most because shes a big fan of mario. next time we will try the motorcycle game.

Nice place to check out while I was in town. I mainly came for the dance games, but the prize selection was a lot more appealing to my personal interests compared to other arcades I visited.

My review is way past due! But better than never! This is a family owned place that's kept super clean and tidy. The workers are genuinely awesome, hired by an awesome owner as well! We found this place from a friend who takes her 4yr son there. We decided to take our daughter there too. She had a blast! She loves every kid (and non-kid) games there. The owner was super nice and loving, the staff were super welcoming and made her feel super special. But honestly, what hit me the most was when it became m

A small but cosy place, enjoyed playing arcades and claw machines. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Oct 19, 2024 @ 12pm My husband and I took our kids there today for the 1st time it was a little small, but we had a great time. Saul was the worker during that shift, and he was amazing and was very helpful with any questions we had, or if we needed help with the machine, he was very nice. I wish they would open one in Elk Grove it would be great. Either way we be back soon. Thank you Saul for being such a great person.

My granddaughter had a great time & the customer service excellent

First time I enjoyed an arcade in a while. Not your typical classic 80s or 90s arcade, but still a lot of fun. Beststaff

Stopped by while I was doing some holiday shopping and glad I did. Me and the fam had a good time. We spent a good hour there and my kids never got bored which says a lot.

Saul was totally awesome and he is the most helpful and kind . Give him a raise you are lucky to have him!! Thank you Saul!!!

Small, but very clean arcade with new machines and very friendly staff. It's challenging to find these types of places that my three year old and two year old can play in, but this one had a few games that they can do at their age so it was fun for them. This place is probably ideal for ages 6+

. Just leaving a quick review because this place deserves love. I've been here numerous times after shopping at the outlet and the service is always consistent.

We went in looking at all the claw machines talking about them and went to go buy a card to play them and we saw the one hour for 40 dollars and said out loud that we could play each of them and then bought it and as soon as the purchase was done an employee came up and said you can't use this on any prize games and you can't earn any tickets with them.

I won't rate this place 1 star, only because the place was clean, well maintained, and fun. But one thing I'll say is, I don't think this place is for "all ages". The young kid who worked today 8/31/24(arrived around 5pm), was very helpful in the beginning. Just when we started playing the games is when it started to go downhill from there. I have 4 children who are all 9 and under. My 8 year old son and my 2 year old daughter were playing skee-ball. (My daughter on left, son on right) when I discussed with

Found this arcade online and decided to take my 11yo daughter and her friends. They had so much fun! The place was very clean and the young man working was awesome, super helpful and made sure the kids were having a great time. If anyone needed assistance he was on it! The games were all working and there was a decent variety.

The young male employee with glasses and longish black hair is the nicest, sweetest, most wonderful guy. He is always so kind to my family when we come here, he makes us feel welcome, and he's patient with our wild kids. He is always working hard and cleaning up, fixing the machines, and ensuring everyone is having a good time. Give this guy a raise.

Thanks for treating my kids so nicely. Lovely staff.

Amazingly friendly staff, seriously the person who worked there today was very helpful and kind. My first time there with my best friend and we had a blast. There are claw machines for days and each with adorable little creatures. Pokemon, stitch, kirby etc. Traveling sacto for all the claws and these ones you can actually win off of. Over all really fun arcade in folsom and very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for smiles and just a game day

We are visiting family and the kids wanted to go to an arcade. We checked a few different. It was close by and looked fun. I was absolutely correct. This place is absolutely perfect. Staff is fantastic. Tons of games and best part the cotton candy machine. My inner child is extremely happy.

My boyfriend and I came in here expecting for it to be open (it was 8:00pm) and some lady comes up to us and tells us that they are closing early due to it being slow but there were quite a few of other couples and families still inside. Super dissapointed, as soon as we walk in, no "welcome in", just "oh we are closing early". I just want to assume it was lazy of the worker. We have been in before and had a decent time, but refusal of service makes me want to take my service elsewhere completely. (UPDATE:

Clean and sleek with a good selection of arcade staples. The owners take good care of the machines. ITG, PIU, and SMX were in excellent condition. Staff very helpful as well. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my time here! My wife and I went for my birthday and had a blast. Machines were all clean and working, the game variety was great (pnly complaint was that a classic shooter like time crisis or house of the dead was missing), and the prizes were fun and reasonably priced (in tickets). And the staff were genuinely wonderful - Saul helped me out with the DDR machine and was super friendly and knowledgeable, and Hannah helped us out with the claw game and was super patient helping us get our pr

Clean, family friendly, and fun! We love taking the photo booth pictures and carnival games! The claw machine games are fun too. Reasonable prices for the amount of fun at this place. Games for adults and toddlers too!

We were looking for an arcade closer to us than Roseville. So thankful, we found this spot! It was perfect! Had every game the kids were hoping to play. It was extremely clean and the staff was amazing! They gave the kids free play and interacted with them while they were playing, cheering them on and such. Kids won a TON of prizes from the claws - so many that they gave us a bag from the back. Best of all, the pricing didn't seem outrageous. Kids had a great time! Highly recommended. We will be back for s

Great place for kids of all ages. Very friendly staff. A good combination of different kind of machines, even a button candy vending machine. Having trying to get the giant pikachu for a while now, finally had some luck today.

Great place! It was super clean, all of the machines worked and the prizes were great. I will say we took our three year old there and it was a bit overwhelming for her with the music and lights but still a wonderful arcade.

This place makes me feel like a kid again! The game selection is excellent for both arcade enthusiasts and casuals. The games are new. The arcade floor is well maintained and clean. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Prizes are cute and ticket payout rate is fair. I recomend everyone checks out The Fun Zone Arcade!!!!

What a great little arcade. All the games were well maintained. The staff was super helpful and hip, and i really, truly appreciated the variety of games that appeals to all ages.

Always fun! And they recently updated some of the games!

Nice vibe and really clean! Games all work too.

This place is my favorite arcade I have ever been too! The staff was so nice and helpful. The games were fun, it was clean. it was just overall amazing.

Good place for kids to have fun, and easy games to play.

Such a great place to have fun! Lots of variety of games and claw machines. The staff there was very friendly and the location was very clean. We can't wait to go back! Highly recommended

Pretty big place, and it was clean. Large game selection to choose from. I was allowed to play. I think kids would have a field day playing the game while their parents are doing their shopping. Have fun..??

Fun zone like the name suggests. Still have a few credits left... Must go back to get even in the air hockey game ??. Loved the machine-made cotton candy - Good to try if you want a sugar rush; It does it in a variety of shapes.

Can you build one of these near Stockton please.

Nice arcade, a little on the expensive side, but my kids loved it!

Kind of expensive but it's clean, fun games, lots of prizes to win, and great customer service.

Clean place and the staff really friendly they have variety claw machine and the prize really awesome

Pretty good place to have fun

First time here. Had a great time.

I'll definitely be coming back.

Cool place for a kid. But too loud for a small kid

Where did this arcade come from? Really cool spot.

All the stuff is fun but it's too expensive and the payout isn't great. But we had a good time.

Pretty unique games that I haven't seen before.

Still has the brand new smell to it, it's that new. Very clean and cool games. Staff was very helpful also.

It's a bit pricey for what it is and the games they have but the games all work and my kid had fun.

A fun arcade with lots of games for all ages! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the Folsom premium outlets

So much fun. The crane game was just the right difficulty. Be right amount of challenge and was still able to win some prizes.

Such friendly staff, clean equipment, and while a bit expensive, it's worth a visit!

Clean, staff are friendly, games are fun, prizes are good, and prices aren't too steep.

Fantastic place to take the kids. Safe, staff is amazing, clean, and the area is well lit.

We went on weekend and it was super clean and my kids love the place!

This is the best place in the entire outlet mall. My gf and I love to come here for dance dance revolution

Fun for all the family and a good selection of games!

Great staff and very clean, the kids had a great time!

This place is great!!! The games are the best. It's a great place for family fun.

I'm officially addicted lol.

Grandkids had a blast, friendly staff, awesome games.

Great arcade with lots of fun games :)

A very nice young man helped me figure out what to do, and made the fun!

Excellent more mature than chucky cheese. And quieter

Fun games and notably clean environment. I love it ^^

Fun times even for us grown kids

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
