We decided to take my son here as a last day of school treat. The staff were so friendly to us and my son. My son kept telling the manager how much he enjoyed the go karts and let us take another ride for free! When he asked her if she could gold onto his prizes while he went she didn't hesitate to help him. Would for surely go back here again. Yes, there were some kinks but they have just recently underwent new management so please be patient and kind to them!

My son's 10th birthday fell on a Tuesday, it wasn't packed at all which leads me to say the weekdays are the time to go! We all had a blast especially the birthday boy on the go carts. He feels like he's ready for his license now?? The staff were awesome and attentive, the good was delicious and prepared fresh. Thank you for helping to make his day memorable.

Overall the place is very ran down. Mini golf course needs help.. there are no bumper boats.. half the arcade games were broken.. you don't receive the tickets ?won?. Only giving two stars because the staff was friendly and helpful. Would never return again, waste of time and money.

It's no wonder this place is always empty. Their batting cages are down for upgrades and because there is a bird nest in one of them. It is Baseball/Softball season and they are the only cages in Saginaw. This is very poor management. They were cleaning the bounce houses with soap and water so they were not useable, during business hours. They don't have the correct color flags for the go cart track. We brought our grandsons here and had lots of fun! We did the go carts and putt putt. Fun!!! Brandi was so generous and kind. The food was good and reasonably priced. A fun time was had by all! We will be back!

Great place to spend some time having fun with the kids that doesn't involve a phone. And for the arcade and Lazer tag Brandi was super helpful showing us how everything worked.

Great fun had by all. Maintenance needed, but If you look past that you can have a lot of fun with the family in an afternoon here. The young adults were very good at their jobs. Explained everything to us thoroughly.

What a waste of time and money. Kokomos used to be alot of fun. Now it's a dilapidated safety hazard. No maintence is done and the boards on the bridges are rotting out. There's no water in the putt putt area anymore so you can't even play all the holes anymore. Won't be coming back. We will stick to Gimmicks in midland. That place is super clean and meticulously maintained with an awesome restaurant.

The kids had a blast on the go karts, but the monitor for the laser tag was broken or something because after they were done no one could tell who had the most hits. A few of the arcade games were down as well as the batting cages and I thought there was supposed to be a roller coaster? The place is in need of some TLC from an investor to bring back its former glory, but aside from that they had a pretty good time.

It is great to see effort put into this facility. My son and I spent the afternoon having fun on the go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag and putt putt.

I decided to search for some entertainment with the kids, while traveling. We did the mini golf. If was $30 for 4 of us. We really didn't get to enjoy all of it. Some holes you needed the water from their stream to carry the golf ball down and it was dried up. Also where you place your ball to start at each hole moved around and the carpet was tore up. They sucked the fun out of this place. The arcade is half the size it used to be. They completely removed the arcade redemption counter and replaced it with a vending machine system with literally like 10 cheap prizes from the dollar store. Great time with my friends, staff was very understanding and accommodating. Go Karts go a good speed, laser tag was small, but we made it work. Food was decent, good enough for us! Definitely worth the money! Just make sure to be respectful!

We drove a hour and 30 mins out of our way to come here for the go carts and games. Staff is great and friendly. Hope I think possibly the manager was extremely helpful when EVERY GAME we played was broken and refunded the tokens for the games we didn't get to play. Was not very fun in fact. Booked a birthday event for 10. Included 3 pizzas, wings, and unlimited soft drinks. Brought our own cake and ice cream. $300 for the party of 10 with private room. Over priced , credits for the games are ridiculous . My kids blew through $50 in 10 mins because all the games were $6. Prizes are even more of a scam . Go carts were okay only had 4 running carts and 1 double so it took forever and staff didn't seem to care . Will never go back . Used to be a fun place but they can't seem to stay open . Purchased 2 all day wrist bands for $39.99, which you have to do online, then take your phone to the counter so the clerk can give you a wrist band. Then, all we could do was ride Go-Carts and play mini-golf. The bounce house was down, laser tag was down. The water in the bumper boats was DISGUSTING, so we did chose not to do the boats. They didn't tell us everything was down when we got here, and they KNEW we were getting all day wrist bands. Awful experience. Definitely NOT worth $82.68. But good luck get

They have done a TON of work to get the games working, the building cleaned up, and the room rearranged more functionally. The owner and employees were all kind, helpful, and friendly. So it's under new ownership now and wow the new management really changed things around in a few days!! The whole arcade gaming was all changed around and they fixed all the games. I loved the after dark event so much! Only $10 got almost two hours of arcade games, bumper boats, put put and go karts (didn't get to check out the laser tag sadly). Some of the games were a little janky, but the staff was fun and helpful. I had a blast with my family and some friends. I would definitely go to another adult only after dark event and even be willing to pay more for it to go later. Kids had a Great time. They played for 2 hours for $25 but you have to purchase the pass online to get that price. You can ride the rides as many times as you like same thing with the games. You don't get tickets for playing and winning things but who really needs anymore stuff anyway. Kids like the laser tag as well. Overall great time had by all.

Absolutely fantastic!! They have new owners and they went above and beyond for our family to have a great day!! Food was great and my kids won so many tickets!! Had my daughters 10th birthday there this last weekend and let me just say, I grew up coming to this place things were always broke BUT the new owner that just took over is really turning it around, the pizza were good, the games were great, almost all the attractions were running and if there was a glitch they made up for it with extra play time for other working attractions. This new guy is really fixing the place up so if you haven't been in a while you need to stop in.

Our daughters often choose this place as the destination for celebrations and birthdays. They even like the prizes.

I brought my son for his birthday and it was a legit waste of money but I'm glad he had fun. I'd rather go to chuck e cheese. For starters the summer pass said all games and attractions were unlimited for 2hrs and I wasted $75 on 3 of the passes when that wasn't at all true plus u get no tickets from the pass but it didn't state that online or else I wouldn't of got them. We came here for my neice's bday. We had the absolute best time, our kids were chased by the haunted characters, we literally shut the haunted house down!! We did go karts, batting cages the haunted house and more. The food was really good and the staff was amazing!! We're from Detroit but we'll definitely make the drive to come back. The people who work here are excellent, however that's the end of the good. The batting cages were all down, the laser tag vests were broken, there was only two bumper boats open, only one go cart (#3) had any speed and the arcade was limited. I'd say this place will need a lot of work to make it worth the cost.

Absolutely one of the friendliest places I've been too recently.

The place it's self is looking good compared to the last company. But the go karts are terrible! The speeds are so inconsistent, some are seemingly ungoverned and can go as fast as they want. Others, are super slow and have seemingly no grip.

This place is NOT kid friendly! The music they had playing was extremely inappropriate, seemed like every other word was a swear word. Half the games didn't work, however they had no problem taking the tokens off my card. Waterfall didn't work on the putt putt gulf rendering a few holes pointless. Saw all of the pictures online and it looked really nice and fun. The mini golf was reasonably priced, and the course was interesting/challenging, but the pictures online are NOT accurate to its current state. We took the grandkids today. When we pulled into the parking lot weeds all over the place. Dilapidated fences. We got inside it looked nice. Employees very helpful. We had a party of 5. Only three bumper boats functioning. The water in the bumper boat pool had a bunch of dirt on the bottom. No water on the putt putt greens. Also weeds and garbage everywhere . Then took me 20 minutes to get 1 hotdog. There is more. I've rambled on long enough. This could be a really nice place. It needs thousands of dollars

Kids had a blast. It was a good package worth the price. only downside was there was no personalized games, the room was not really personalized and neither was the table. I seen others there at the same time and after us have more put into it than ours. The pizza is small, definitely not a large, only serve small cups of ice cream for the kids. We had a terrible experience, food took over an hour to be made and brought to us , there was only a few staff , they were not very accommodating, at some point they stopped accepting debit / credit cards to buy arcade cards and never told anyone or posted any signs. I am glad to hear there is a new owner. This place really needs updating. Only 4 of the water boats worked, so not everyone in our group got to use them. The mini golf course was in horrible shape. Evidently a pipe had burst sometime earlier. There was no running water in any of the holes, just dried up cement gullies. Tons of dead bushes pulled out and left all over the place. It was a mess. Terrible. Should not be open. Dangerous. Putt putt - stones all over the greens, half the holes plugged, bridge with broken boards. Half the water features are filled with mulch or gone completely. Little water they have is black and full of bugs. Holes don't tell you par. No one outside to help. Not worth $8 ea. Another mother was complaining about not enough bumper boats that work. Nothing maintained. No wonder it's empty.

Expensive compared to the usual place I take my son (Chuck E. Cheese) but it was packed so we tried Kokomo's instead. We were the only customers in there, which was great for my rambunctious 3 year old. Inside was clean, the games were all in working order, and very big/flashy. My son had a blast and the prize options were a lot better than the other place. Just wish it was a little less expensive; most games were $1 per play versus $0.25.

My kids loved it. We played miniature golf and frequented the arcade, our pizza took about 20-30 minutes but it was good. Friendly staff, clean, spacious. We will go again!

We have come here once a year the past four years for a school event. Tonight the weather was perfect and we had so much fun. The staff is really friendly. The lady working in the food part even opened back up to get me ice cream! I love the roller coaster and go carts... Definitely the main attractions. I will continue to come in the future for sure.

Definitely not what it used to be!! I think I speak for most when I say we miss Kokomos. EVERY attraction outside needs updates asap. Food and drinks are expensive and not worth it. Party package prices are ridiculous and also not worth it. The game roon is very small, and half the games don't work. Also, the prize machine runs out of prizes and glitches constantly. Just not what it was, and we're definitely not going back.

We went to go play putt putt and it was a bad experience. To start there were 3 workers at the counter and one was ringing us in. The phone rang and the worker who was helping us answered the phone instead of continuing to check us out. While the other ones just stood there. And it happened twice with the phone calls. This place is run down and in need of repair. With the right management it has some potential. Half the arcade games didn't read the game cards. The staff made it pretty clear they don't care about working there. The put put course was in such bad shape the greens were coming off and flapping in the wind. The bumper boats weren't operational because of a turtle... We will not be returning and suggest you just go to Chuck E Cheese, it's more than likely cleaner and you will probably have a better experience.

The new owner is really trying his best to turn this place around and keep it going. Doing a pretty good job so far. Staff were friendly, food was pretty good. Give this place a chance so we have something local to do as a family.

The new owners that just took over this week made a quick turn around on the place, everything is up and running Batting cages ,go karts, arcades... Wow what one weekend was and now amazing staff and great place, new owner takes time to hear your thoughts on the place, which I thought was very nice, will come back again!!

The worst ?refinished? business I have ever been too. Small amount of arcade games and most of them don't work. Very expensive to play and prizes cost a fortune if you can access the prizes because that machine is broken too. Putt putt golf area is unkept, weeds and tall grass and trash everywhere. $2.50 for a bottled water + tax. Will never go back.

I have been coming to Kokomo's for the past couple years and every trip here I always have a blast. Last year I started bringing my 2yr daughter and she loves it. She loves to play all the games. The food is very good especially the pizza. I'll be having my daughters 3rd birthday party here in March and she cant wait.

Better then last visit! Last visit bathrooms stunk n dirty and no drinks or food offered not even water available. Go kart guy was rude. Putt putt seems worn down. Greens are ripping apart.
