Fun Spot America Theme Parks - Kissimmee

Fun Spot America Theme Parks - Kissimmee

Reviews Summary

Fun Spot America offers a mix of thrilling rides, go-karts, and family-friendly attractions, with many praising its affordability, lack of long lines, and friendly staff. Most reviews highlight the park's fun atmosphere, especially for older kids, though some note issues with ride maintenance, long waits for go-karts, and uneven sidewalks. While the majority rate it highly (4-5 stars), a few criticize pricing, limited toddler options, or occasional staff rudeness. The park is particularly recommended for shorter visits or as a complement to larger Orlando attractions, with evening visits offering a livelier vibe.

Fun day at the park. Little different taste than Disney or universal, but the kids enjoyed some of the rides. Couple things down but overall we had an enjoyable mix of rides, games, food and drinks. Nice that old town is connected with some shops too!

The place has a truly special atmosphere! Unique shops and fun activities! Parking can be a bit difficult in the area, especially in the afternoon when there are many people! It can be a full-day program for the family! On weekends, special cars parade, which is a great experience to see rare and unique vehicles!

This nice little amusement park area was a pleasant surprise. It has some standouts like the go kart track that felt straight out of Mario Kart and the Galaxy Spin coaster. The wooden coaster goes upside down but bangs you up pretty bad. I got day passes on Groupon so we enjoyed the other rides and spent some time in the arcade as well. We were able to spend an evening here on the weekend and walked around the shops, went to the mini golf nearby, and there happened to be a car show going on as well so it wa

Fun family friendly theme park old style park and highly recommend taking your kids or family. Something that is so cool that you don't see at every theme park or amusement park is the WORLDS TALLEST sky coaster which is 300 FEET TALL! Highly recommend you go to this place and good cheap rides no entrance fee. Please go here if you are in the area of Kissimmee Florida.

We had a great day at Fun spot and the kids had a lot of fun. However, I would definitely watch your step because most of the sidewalks are cracked and have large dips in them. We tripped several times. A lot of the go-karts did not have brakes and my daughter was so excited to ride the go-karts for the first time. But now she is terrified because her brakes didn't work and she got hit several times and hit someone because she could not stop and got reprimanded for it by the referee. Also, we got charged $1

This is so so fun! Wayyy better than Disney in my opinion. Don't get me wrong. I love a good Disney day. But during off season. There are rarely any waits. Only for go karting. And go karting is included in the pass. It's also connected to old town. Cheap beers you can walk around with while your kids enjoy the rides. Lots of little kids rides. And the big kids love the more extreme ones. This is a stop we usually enjoy every year.

My daughter had a blast and I enjoyed cheap beer on tap. Refillable beer cup is a great deal. Mind Blower coaster is a little rough and painful but the blue coaster in the back was a lot of fun!!! Good prices.

Went to have fun for grandsons birthday and we had the best time his 1st time here and he had a blast with rides and car parade. Great day

It's better than we expected. In fact, it's free if you only want to walk around while your family rides the rides. You can freely go in and out of the park, too, as there are multiple exits/entrances with shops and restaurants VERY close by.

Gets ready crowded on the weekends. I've been coming here for the past 10 years. Arcade is stale. Same games for the past 4 years at least. Update the arcade and bring some new games Redemption counter prizes are on the cheap side. Food is okay. Beer is pricey. You can walk over to Old Town and get a 16oz beer bottle for 3.50 or pay 5 dollars at Fun Spot. Overall, this place is cheaper than Disney and you can come and go as you please.

The staff is not the most gentle (spoke to me in a dry tone when I asked a simple question and was being polite) but the rides were fun. Went a Sunday after supper at Flippers (which was excellent). We bought tickets on site and there was no line up or almost none. Really fun place for children and it's nice not to wait 1h for a ride. Parking free and close by either multiple restaurants and little stores around.

Best kept secret in Orlando! Great park, lots of rides, clean, affordable with amazing military discount! Well trained employees who take safety seriously, conducting pre-ride checks. Uniforms worn professionally, shirts tucked in. Polite teenage ride controllers who follow all guidelines and treat everyone respectfully. Shout out to Selina on bumper cars. Amazing with kids and adults! So impressed. Firmly held her ground enforcing safety rules!

Fun Spot America is such a hidden gem! My teens loved the thrill rides, especially the Mine Blower roller coaster?it's intense but so much fun. The go-kart tracks were another favorite, and we all enjoyed racing each other. The smaller crowds and shorter lines made the experience so much more enjoyable compared to larger parks. And we really enjoyed the "fair like" games and the fair food! Besides lots of rides for kids of all ages thatere Just note that some attractions have height requirements, so it's g

Very nice amusement park. Really enjoyed the go carts and the rollar coaster. Also, my 12 year and 16 year old enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend it. Had a great time!

We are here now and I needed to come on and write this review. It's off peek hours and my kids feel like they have the ENTIRE park to themselves. The real reason is to give Mathew a HUGE shout out. He works the rides and is making the experience even better while keeping my kids safe. Thank you Mathew!!!!!!

This fun spot has more to do than the Orlando location plus Old Town a small little outdoor shopping mall. Its something to do when you dont want to spend to much money on a day which is very easy to do in Orlando.

Nice park, no long lines. Love all the little businesses there. My son was able to get a quick haircut while there. Clean and friendly staff.

The kids enjoyed the rides. There was no wait time since we came early. My favorite part of this park is the go karts.

We visited Fun Spot America in Kissimmee. We had never been here and it really didn't disappoint There was no crowd. The kids only had to wait once to get on a ride and often rode the same one (especially the go karts) back to back to back, It gave the feel of carnivals I went to as a kid, but it's a permanent fixture, It's also good for families with parents that don't want to ride anything bc you only pay if you are riding. It was definitely a pleasant surprise and a good way to spend a day while we were

Kristopher at Fun Spot in Kissimmee consistently goes above and beyond! Every time we visit, he stands out with his attentiveness and commitment to safety. He's extremely thorough and always follows proper procedures, which gives us peace of mind. I wish more staff were as professional and dedicated as he is. He truly makes the experience better every time. Great job, Kristopher!

It's inexpensive fun for the family. It's a fun carnival. Be sure to walk all around the place to make sure you do not miss any of the rides: they are very spread out.

A great safe getaway for family and children without the long line's and overpriced food and games. They also offer military discount tickets.

Charged us $10 each extra to go to the Kissimmee location. The website said nothing about, only that both the Orlando and Kissimmee locations were included. It's also impossible to get a real coffee at the Orlando location and they will not allow you to bring coffee in.

Great spot. Stayed in old town all day well into the evening. Plenty to do. Lots of eats/drinks options.

Fun Spot is a great place! I enjoy nice friendly people. Great conversations with Grace and Kevin! They are super heroes of Fun and hospitality!

Definitely a fun spot! Been coming here many years now and watched it grow massive in size! Never tired of this place ! Highly recommended

Always a good time. The Kissimmee location is smaller than the Orlando location but still a great time. The kids enjoyed both parks. Short lines the kids were able to ride multiple times back to back. Best to buy a regular ticket to experience all rides. The park closes at midnight but that's way past this mom's bedtime.

It's like a high end county fair. Or Low budget Disney. We had fun, didn't break the bank, and would go back again. I recommend springing for the Sky Coaster, if you can stand the height.

Fun Spot America is a decent place to visit, but there are some drawbacks. The variety of attractions and rides is good, catering to both thrill-seekers and families. However, the long lines can be quite frustrating and take away from the overall enjoyment. One highlight was the car show, which was impressive and added a unique element to the visit. The go-kart tracks and arcade are fun, but the wait times can be a bit much. The park is clean and the staff is friendly, which helps improve the experience.

Go carts were a lot of fun along with the galaxy coaster. The wooden coaster though was extremely rough to the point it was a little scary and I ride coasters all of the time. It is important to note for people with thicker bums or thighs you may have a harder time fitting in some of these seats even if you're no where near the weight limits which for a few are 242lbs just good to note as well. It's basically all carnival rides, would be a great place to take the kids.

My husband and I went to Fun Spot near old town. We go all the time. We always enjoy ourselves and have a fun time. This time when we went we decided to ride the Farris wheel and we had a pleasant experience thanks to makaiel who worked the Farris wheel he was so kind and we had a nice conversation he definitely made the experience better!

This was a fun place to go right before getting on our flight back home. Perfect for those who don't want the fun to stop. A little pricey for the wrist bands so if you're not going to ride a lot just buy the individual tickets.

it's so fun i love it i?ve been going here since i was like 7!

I'm glad to hear that you're planning a fun day at Fun Spot! It sounds like a great idea to bring your family and friends along for the ride. Fun Spot offers a variety of exciting attractions and activities for everyone to enjoy. Have a fantastic time with your loved ones!

We visited Fun Spot America in Kissimmee. We had never been here and it really didn't disappoint. Fun rides and great cart tracks. The personnel was very helpful. I wish the carts were a bit faster...

Fun Spot America is a great place to visit, especially if you go early in the day. It's perfect for young kids and families, with plenty of rides and attractions that are fun without being overwhelming. The lines are shorter in the morning, making it easy to enjoy everything without a long wait. In the evening, the park has more of a nightlife vibe, with a livelier crowd and a different energy. While that's not really my scene, I can see how it would appeal to those looking for more excitement after dark.

This Fun Spot location is conveniently located across the hotel we stayed at. Plenty of parking across the street. There are various concession stands to buy food and no wait to get into the amusement park. Walking through felt like taking a trip back to the 1990s or early 2000s. There were plenty of ride-goers for the go-karts.

We came to Kissimmee fun spots with two teenage boys. We left after about an hour and half. Not enough employees. Rides closed. We left and drove to Orlando fun spot. It's such a difference. Don't waste your time or money in Kissimmee. Didn't feel like we should have even had to pay the $10 up charge to change parks. Won't ever go back to Kissimmee. They need to upgrade and improve that location. Employees alternate operating rides. Hard to tell when they will be back to run the ride again.

Me and my family LOVE fun spot! Just renewed our season passes which allow us to ride unlimited rides all year. We go to Kissimmee location and the Orlando location and we love both! Prices are great. And we always have a lot of fun every time we go. Not to mention the fun events they have on certain days. ???? And my 5 year old daughter likes the bigger rides and she can ride a lot more here than other places.

Kissimmee: How do people like this place? The rides are painful!! My daughter got rust all over her on one of the kiddie rides, the wild mouse ride was the roughest ride I've ever been on and left bruises. The loud screeching roller coaster is awful. The go karts are slow. The couple rides behind old town were not running, and nobody even there to tend them. Not worth the money.

I found that during the day it's pretty quiet here and that you will be able to go on rides with little to no wait. It's a pleasant place to go during the day and at night it starts to get a little more bustling, recommended for sure, it's a nice place for a chill day. When you're done with the main parks head here for a relaxed time at Old Town and the occasional ride in Fun Spot, it's a nicer more slow paced day ??

The fun spot is a great place to take your family. It offers free admission & if you purchase a card, it goes towards anything in the park, including rides, games & food! It's a great place to visit if you don't plan to visit the Disney parks or Universal parks or an addition too. The staff are nice & professional & very helpful. Lastly, purchase a souvenir cup. It offers free drink refills on fountain drinks. They also offer souvenir cups for lemonade & Icee, which have a $2 refill charge. The good thing i

I have been here a few times. I personally believe with Disney and Universal around this place is very underrated. It has rides all ages can enjoy. Also there are a lot of good places to eat close by. I also feel the prices are very fair for what you get also.

This place is such a hidden gem of fun! While the rides are a bit older, they are well maintained and the operators were all really kind. The go-kart tracks are bonkers and a good time. If you have military affiliation, ask for a military discount for the unlimited fun pass. You will not be disappointed!

This was a fun spot to waste some time before our dinner reservations. The kids and husband loved it. Lol. Wish there were less limitations on short folks. My kids are wild and would ride everything, if taller. I'm sure its due to insurance policies/safety, etc. Lots of food/snack options and pro tip...buy as many cups as they let you. Even if you never re use them, they cost less, the more you buy.

We had a wonderful experience at Fun Spot. My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit; my son especially loved it, and the food was exceptional. We plan to return frequently.

We live in Ohio but usually get the year pass. It pays for itself very quickly with how often we are in town. My son absolutely loves Fun Spot. It's been awesome watching him grow up there and each year getting big enough for new rides. Both Orlando and Kissimmee are great. This location just got a new ride and brand new bumper cars.

Fun place lots of rides and food available. Would ded go again.

Really neat place but prices are outrageous. Not enough rides to cover the ticket price. And food prices are outta hand.

Earlier today my daughter lost her phone, I came across a Fun Spot employee and asked him to get me a manager. I told Craig and Corey who are the managers about the problem. I'm having trouble locating my daughter's phone. These two managers went above and beyond to find the phone which they did. Thank you so much to Craig and Corey. I wish I had two extra hands to give you four thumbs up. Craig and Corey definitely deserve a raise on the next evaluation, again thank you so much my daughter especially than

This is a decent place to take the family for fun. The location seems to be short-staffed. A lot of workers had to operate several rides. There were also a lot of young workers who seemed to be more into socializing than into their actual jobs.

Fun little family attraction. Attached to old town, this amusement park has fun rides for the whole family. Good mix of small and thrill rides.

Fun place for kiddos. Need to buy a wristband to be able to enter the rides.

Love funspot!!! We all enjoyed it very much I highly recommend if you have kids buy the bracelet and go super early and enjoy all of rides.

Fun place you get your monies worth, fun for the entire family, but purchase tickets online ! Also if u have a young one (under 12) dont get your ticket online, go to the booth and purchase an adult chaperone wrist band for 20 and u can get the same access as a normal wrist band

Oh, we absolutely loved it here! We were in Orlando for All Star Worlds for Cheer. We had a little time on a Friday, so we went. It was probably about noon, and it was almost empty. We didn't have to wait to ride the rides we wanted. Pretty much all afternoon, we rode rides and had a blast. All the staff was so nice. It started getting busy about 4, so we left. We truly had a great time here.

Vivian from Fun Spot was the best! ! Her spirit her Service her smile was delightful. Thank you for making my visit worthwhile. From the drinks in the fun spot to the funnel cake at the funnel cake factory all great. if you're looking for a reasonable place to have fun with the kiddos this is the place to be. My family had a great time !

Good place to bring young kids. I was amazed at what good attitudes the employees have there. They went above and beyond to be helpful, even with it 98 outside. The girl employees in the small kids rides are great, such caring employees..

I was there on Saturday April 12th with my husband and 2 autistic sons ages 7 and 5 for spring break. We're from Atlanta. I went to the window and found it would be cheaper to get tickets off Groupon, so I did. I went and purchased a ticket and was able to get an arm band for myself and my youngest. Went back to try to purchase another ticket for my husband and 7 yr old and couldn't bc I kept getting error messages. I showed the cashiers and there was nothing they could do bc it's through a 3 rd party. My 7

Always a fun time at Fun Spot America. We rode tilt a whirl - a personal favorite, a few coasters that my boys loved and 2 times on the go carts and decided the lines are too long so we will save our cards for next time we visit because we all wanted to do the go carts but the lines were insane on just those so Luckily we always come to fun spot when we visit Florida so it was no biggie to hold onto our passes and the girl that works there said they never expire which made this perfect for us. The car sho

Good park. Free admission and free parking. If you want to get on rides you need to purchase a ticket. If not you can still go in and watch and walk around . I bought mines on the website and it saves you 10 dollars per ticket..

Having been to all the major parks we decided to try fun spot looking for a less pricey park with more options for younger kids. This park did not disappoint. Best so far for those who don't plan to go on rides but still enjoy the park. The staff were friendly and the rides were enjoyable (a little on the rough side compared to other parks). Would definitely recommend.

Great place to take your kiddos. You can spend $65 to $80 depending on how many children you have it should cover all their rides plus. It's not exhausting small easy to get around. Lines are not long during the week day.

The staff is too friendly and attentive. 100% recommended in special Silvia, was really helpful.

Thank you to Andres in Family rides! You truly were so nice even when it was busy & had amazing customer service. I didn't need to go to Disney to experience great hospitality, they have that right here in Fun Spot !

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. There wasn't much of a crowd the day we visited, which was okay with me because regardless of how many people are there, they will operate the rides, even if there're only one or two riders!

Nate running the go karts was awesome. He was very helpful with my nephew. Made sure we were bucket in. And run the ride really well. We road the ride 3 times in a row ??

Honestly, For me I just really love ?? the atmosphere. The reason for that is because I enjoy old school generation.

I would rate this a 3.5 stars, but since there is no options I chose 4. Pros... I really like the park because if you go early enough there is like no one there. Me and the children pretty much had the run of the park. It is also. Ok as overwhelming as the bigger parks. Staff are really nice. Cons. We purchase season passes. I thought I was getting a really good deal however, after I purchased, I realized six flags prices around the same amount. So I think they're season passes can be a little lower.

My kids had a ball! They were open past bed time which I'm glad because I wanted to enjoy every moment! They had tons of things to do for my 3 year old who is short and she had a grand time! The food was ok from the deli nearby. Could?ve been because it was the end of the day food. They enjoyed the simple things like the lit up well. There wasn't much traffic and people out there. I wanted to stop by the karaoke that looked pretty lit but I had my toddler. They looked like they were having a ball too! Overa

This place was perfect for my family. Lines were very short, staff was friendly, great variety of types of rides that accommodated my younger child. Would highly recommend to any family with kids under the age of 15.

Me and my family of 4 went their got the all day with intentions on just riding go carts but when we got their around 1024 they had a group loaded which is fine its just that it took them 25 or so min of machines cutting on and off. most of the go carts would shut off or break down in the middle of the track you would have to wait for a worker to come and help you and sometimes they could not get it to start so you would have to walk back at least I had too spent 170 wish we wouldn't of went could of went a

I had such a good experience with this pizza place at fun spot!! Ryan and Najellie. Their service was quick and very thoughtful! They chased us down to let us know we still had more of our order coming out of the oven!

This guy an his son or grandson decided to harass us after the fact we were parked for 5 straight hours with no signs stating no parking an there was well over 50 other people parking when we parked. As we went to leave they stated to us " you don't want that heat...when they decided to take a photo of our tag over $8 as we were leaving. so we asked them their name an they refused. Then they stated they will fine us $50"

For the limited amount of rides the cost could be lower. There isn't any rides for toddlers and unfortunately I had to spend extra money in the game room for the youngest to enjoy herself. Food selection was terrible and the kids working their lacked customer service skills. Other than that it was something to do while there but wouldn't go back

Went to Funspot Kissimmee Sunday night with a couple of friends and got there 2 hours before closing and my experience was great. The staff were very friendly. No wait times for any rides. We were able to ride every ride in the park before they closed for the day. They have a good mix between flat rides and roller coasters. This park is a great option for someone who wants to have a few hours of fun with friends or family.

Went for my grandsons birthday party. Customer service was horrible. Madison the party manager didn't even face us when we asked to speak to her. Only one or to people working an area so rides were closed until the person switched which meant you had to wait forever to get on a mew ride. The only option was to ride the same thing over and over. Not worth the money at all especially when provided with horrible service.

Took my daughter for her 13 bday. It was a blast. We all enjoyed ourselves. The lines for the ride were not long. I will definitely be coming back.

It is one of the best places to visit in Orlando and Kissimmee! Friendly fun staff and awesome rides! Great price as you only pay if you want to ride! No paying for parking or getting into the park. Can't wait yo get our annual passes again!

This is a great little park in Kissimmee Florida. Their gravity group wooden / hybrid coaster, Mine Blower, is top-notch! Their wild mouse ride is also pretty good. This is definitely a fun place that you can go hang out for 3 or 4 hours after Disneyland or even universal studio closes. Which both are closing very early during the week right now so I've had a lot of fun hitting up this fun spot and the other one a little ways further up i-4. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful for anything tha

Very fun! A great way to spend a day with the family. Very convenient that old town is incorporated into fun spot. Best of both worlds. Truly something for everyone.

Enjoyable weekend with family! Katie was accommodating with the rides. With only two staff members during the day time. They worked together to accommodate all of the rides at the small area. Thank you Katie!

Hidden little local gem. We had a blast!!

We love going to fun spot. Not busy at the Kissimmee location. Ride over and over. We were there when the park opened at 10:00 and there were plenty of free parking. Went to old town for a break and had lunch. We returned back to Fun Spot for a few more rides and dessert then left. It was a very hot day so by 2:00pm we were done. Staff are always friendly and professional. Highly recommend this for a day of fun.

We typically like Fun Spot and been going off and on a few years as a family. However, my gripe today is that my 17 yr old decided to hang out with his friend to ride go carts, play games and ride rides but was told no entry due to him not being 21. I called to verify at the office and the lady who was nice reiterated that. I stated nothing on website says kids can't enter without an adult and she said it's possible it's not on website but it's been a rule for a year. And for anyone else who needs the rules

Great family time - fun spot to spend the day - 70$ a person and you get ALLLL the circa 1985 rides! Fun day! Deep fried goodies were a family FAV!

A really fun place to go and they have several rides for just about any age. The kids really loved the go-kart rides but the lines were very long and at first they were only using one lane of cars. By the time it was our kids turn they switched operators and thankfully more people got to go at once. They have a really cool plastic slide that my 7year old grandson went down. You have to sit in a burlap sack to slide so you don't burn yourself on the extremely hot surface. The only problem is they gave my gr

You can let the teenagers go while the adults walk the shops and have food & drinks. There was an old car parade on the Saturday night that we were there.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
