Customer Reviews

This was a road trip stop for us and perfect with the rainy weather. The kids had something to do for all ages, facility was clean, as were bathrooms. Staff was SO nice and friendly. We will definitely stop again when driving through.

The indoor playground is great, but there are several leaks in the roof (indicated by trash cans around the area collecting water). The equipment in the ball launch area was not working when we visited.

My grandbabies had a blast at fun phase. The place was clean and safe for the kids to play. The staff was also very friendly.

This place is always clean & my 3 year old has a blast! I rented out a castle bounce house for her birthday & the delivery dudes were phenomenal.

My 7 yr old went with my mom last weekend and loved it so much he wanted to go back today. The staff was sweet and the place was clean. The structures and the layout keeps the kids busy and always moving it seems. The arcades games are well priced and the prizes are easy to redeem in a kiosk, also a decent selection in each prize level. I'm really excited to see this place continue to grow.

Huge play zone for multiple age levels! Vending machine available, vending game machines, and bounce slide. Multiple seating areas and huge bar area with lots of bar stools!

My grandsons enjoyed themselves so much. They are 1 and 3 years old and they were able to do a lot of different activities and games. Even the adults could enjoy a massage chair while the kids played.

Love Love Love this place!! It's perfect, not only is this place designed for the kids but boy is it for the parents too. First thing I hit up was the massage chair that was perfectly sat in the toddler/activity corner so I can relax while she plays. After leaving with my 18 month old I couldn't stop smiling. We all had such a blast! Hardly two days later and we are already planning our next visit with a couple friends. New play date meet up spot! Also satisfied with the pricing especially in comparison to

My kids loved this place soo so much. highly recommended to anyone who wants to let their kids get out that energy!

We love fun phase! Any time it's too cold, too hot, or raining, this place is an awesome outlet for energy for littles. Our son absolutely loves coming here!!! The staff and owners are wonderful. The facility is always clean and well -maintained. Very highly recommended for all ages.

Absolutely loved our experience here. The play area is well contained and secure so I never felt nervous about him getting out and there was plenty to do for my son. He had a wonderful time and for $15, we will absolutely be frequenting this establishment. Love that we finally have a place for the little ones when the weather isn't cooperative!! Great job!!

Me and my 4 year old love this place! We typically come in the early afternoon and it has never been crowded, which is a big plus for me. It is a great place for kids to get out some energy and parents to relax. The massage chair is a nice addition!

Fun Phase is a great place to take kids for just a couple hours or all day. It's $15 to play all day during the week and they post on their Facebook about discounts and promotions. Also a great plave to host a birthday party!

Great place for little ones to play, the only complaint we had is they don't seem to enforce keeping older kids out of the 3 and under area which causes smaller children to be ran over. Other than that great place for the kiddos!

These people want $325 to rent 1 room to put your party supplies. The rest of the $325 is paying for how ever many kids you let come(up to 10) or don't come but it's still not a private party. Everyone can still walk in and interrupt your party that you paid $325 dollars for. But you can have a private party for $600 on a Sunday. What a joke. You are charging people party prices but aren't giving them a party experience.

We tried funphase for our first time yesterday. It was a fun and clean facility. Arcade was very good as well. Even a couple pool tables!! The only thing I wish they offered was one hour play time in the fun zone. I could then come more often. Glad Funphase is in our area

We visited in late December and I was highly impressed with the kindness of the staff as they checked us in, went over the rules and showed us everything the place has to offer! The facilities are clean and it's a very affordable place for kids of all ages!

We was the only people there today but we had an amazing time the place was very clean and lots to do for little kids we will be back

A really cool and large indoor playground. Feels a little like an old warehouse.....which honestly makes sense. The arcade is nice and definitely alot of room for potential expansion.

Lots of fun for your kids

We've gonna a couple of times now. Staff are friendly and I really appreciate how they made my daughter feel welcomed. My 3 year old loves it.

Great place for kiddos! We had our son's birthday party there and everyone had the best time!

Great place for our granddaughters birthday party. Lots to do, for adults and kids.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
