Highly recommend Fun on the Run for family fun as well as birthday parties. We frequent there as a family and it's a well-kept facility, clean, and has great games for all ages. We just had my daughter's birthday party there and our party host was AWESOME! SO helpful and attentive, played games with the kids, was really kind and engaging, patient with the kids, and the party room is so nice and spacious. They made it so easy and stress-free. Perfect place for a birthday party, everyone had an amazing time.
Although some games are short in duration, we can say that they generally allow you to have an enjoyable time with your family.
What a blast at an old school fun arcade , a must fun In the months to come, affordable and awesome
It was amazing!we were trying to get some thing for my brother And we did not have enough tickets, and we told him why we wanted to get it cause my brother got in a bad snowmobile accident and broke his steamer and he's gonna be in bed for a while so we want to get it for him so we could play with it and he got it Because we didn't have enough so he basically gave us extra points to buy it for my brother
It had fun a great place to have a good time with some friends. I recommend the big bass or the dropper both give you a good amount of tickets. I got 1000 tickets on my first spin!
Decent games for kids to play, I usually don't have a huge issue, except the last few times I have been in there, there has been a girl working who's is literally the most inattentive and RUDE employee I have ever encountered. I had a ball get stuck in one game, and went to ask for help, as you should, and she kept walking away, but if she deems what your doing to be wrong, she swoops in like Batman to yell at you. The other workers I've seen in there, the owner and I believe the other guys last name is Kib
Great arcade in the mall. Games are fun for kids and adults. I'm a personal fan of the rubber ducky claw machine
Usually when I've gone to the Arcade, it's never been 100%, but also it's been fun in a way. This time the old man with the grey hair thought it would be okay to harass me, cause he thought I was staring at his young Co-Worker. For the record, I was only staring for a moment cause I was hesitating if I should approach the girl and tell her that she's doing well at her job, and to ignore the miserable pube-head, who I've seen in the past (and today when I went) treat her like s**t, and made her cry!! Anyw
This is always a good place to go with the kids when we're bored, lots of different games and claw machines and always have a lot of fun. Definitely recommend coming here good for kids and adults
We had my 11 year olds birthday party here.. the guy and his daughter who run the place are so professional, polite, and helpful. We booked the party room and it was the smoothest party I've had in awhile for my kids. I definitely would recommend this place.
Great arcade located inside the Salmon Run Mall. The prices are super cheap, and there was a ton of different game options. I was able to play all the games with my two nephews for two hours, we had a ball. I recommend this arcade to all, young and old.
This place is definitely a waist of time half the games rip you off!! The girl that works there is the RUDEST person you could ever meet!!!! She definitely needs to learn how to talk with children and not be so rude to them. She made my 6 year grandson pretty upset. Bottom line not a good place.
Shouldn't you be friendly and like children if you work in an arcade? Some staff is great but the big guy with grey hair is rude and makes you feel like you are a burden. We go there alot my son loves it but we try to avoid when he is there, it shouldn't be that way and we will not keep taking him there id this continues.
I love to play the drums I usually spend all my tokens on them The place is okay I mostly go there for the drums
This place is extremely unprofessional. Some guy had an issue with me and kept staring at me but, management threatened to kick me out claiming I was staring at him. I didn't know there was a law where I could look. I'm a small Bussiness owner and was just trying to relax on my one day off. Highly highly disappointed.
Kids love it, I feel like it's a waste of money...machines rarely give much for tickets and the prizes are crazy priced. Like 600 tickets for a smoke bomb (making up an example) but it's something to do if you only have a little bit of time and are at the mall.
This is a fun arcade and my kid had a blast trying to win tickets. There is a goos variety of games for anyone to enjoy, especially older games that give you a sense of nostalgia.
"Feed Big Bertha" is the best game ever. She's a lil bit tired but still has a nice smile. BUT stay far from the drum game... It sucks ....
Some Machines aren't working and when I went looking for an employee they were nowhere to be found like 10-15min passed and finally an employee came out
A cozy little arcade with fun prises, I got a bag of mini dino skeletons for like 150 tickets and had a blast.
Mall closes at 7 pm due to COVID. Gentleman was very nice and helpful over the phone. Have heard great things about this place and will be visiting soon.
Fun place and cool games!!! Highly recommend for family fun!!!
Great place to waste time . A bit over priced for what it is . Most games are outdated quarter machines charging up to a dollar and you'll get a whopping 2 tickets . But if you have the money and the time and want some dollar store prizes at a 10000% mark up look no further.
there's nothing fun here. that one star is for the pool table outside, the rest of the games either not working or somthing. will not recommend.
Real great place and the workers are real nice people. My kids love the place. Nice place for kids on family day.
My daughter and I spend a lot of time together in here. All sorts of games to play. Lots of fun fun fun
Great place for kids. Prices are somewhat expensive but that is to be expected of an arcade.
Great place to play arcade games but wish they git more...
I'd like to see more games that I could play alongside my nephew. It's mostly ticket games which I'm not particularly a fan of
Half the games are over 30 years old, overpriced and half the games just take your quarters
Love to tear up the drums from time to time and get way too sweaty to be in public. Good times.
Bunch of games down but my kid won 1000 tickets and made a memory.
My 5yr granddaughter had fun there.
Came here on a date unexpectedly, great time. Spent about $30 on skiball.
The Kiddos enjoyed it. Friendly staff
Had alot of fun with the family.
Locally owned. Great Place!
Great place to have some fun
Rude worker kick us out
A wonderful place to shop
Friendly place with friendly people
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
