I don't believe they do any kind of maintenance as quite a bit of the machines were broken. Still, they have rides for small children, a variety of games for kids and some for adults. My nieces had fun. A little overpriced so we only schedule it on a ?treat yourself? weekend. My nieces had a blast. I do miss the tokens and really don't like the cards but that is personal preference. I definitely enjoyed the slots which gives a stupid amount of tickets for knocking tokens in. ?? All in all, I think it was m
Great space to enjoy some arcade/carnival style games with the kids. Or solo. Also the staff there are very nice and friendly
Was a nice little stop to treat my 7 year-old to some indoor fun. The "prices" are average for the type of games and there were even games that I entertained myself with as he played
The staff is helpful and the games are fun. The place is clean. I love the selection of games and their prizes .
Always a FUN PLACE to enjoy by yourself or with your family. Birthday parties are optional
Scott was very patient with us trying to redeem our points. He was also very personable. He gave such an outstanding customer service. Scott should be recognized.
The staff is far from friendly or helpful. Not just a one time occurrence haven't had a good experience with employees there are over several times throughout the past year. There isn't a ton of games but it is just a small located in a mall. Avoid employees as much as possible and should be able to have fun. A few things have been broken for a while now. A few games where you can win tickets to get prizes, some kiddie rides and different video games. A decent place to kill time with the kids on Windward sid
It was good and I had fun I wish you guys had more things for adults to do
Always fun! Nice to have a safe place for kids to play.
Super cute arcade, with super cute kawaii toy prizes in most of the machines Little bit expensive, but a good time overall
One of the better Fun Factory Arcades on Oahu. Lots of games and an attentive staff.
Windward Mall Funfactory is our favorite location. So many different gaming options for both adults and children. So many more awesome prizes you can choose from, they're great for birthday parties, prize give aways and holidays. The establishment is pretty clean and spacious. We are frequent visitors almost every Tuesday for their Golden Tuesday Promos half off on all games for Gold members. And we also enjoy their double dollar days, best time to reload your cards. And most of all our favorite employe
I come to the mall pretty frequently. And half the times I go there are times where we plan on going to the fun factory. It has some of my favorite arcade games and is always fun to go with family/friends.
One of the best Fun Factory locations. Good games and prizes. The staff members are patient and provide great Customer service when it comes to the littles choosing prizes behind the counter. Especially Scott!
This fun factory is the best the people that work there are super helpful and friendly. It's clean and the games are always working they also have great prizes.
It's a great and fun store full with arcade game, made me feel young again. Any adult or child will like it
Good variety of games. Party package is reasonable. Just wish there was a dedicated party room (with a restroom) and longer party reservation slots. We want to maximize the 90-minute play card, but that only leaves 30 minutes for food and/or cake.
It's not like the early 2000s where Capcom VS Marvel and Daytona USA was crazy when I was a teen and all of us would watch crazy battles back then. Wish FunFactory could bring that back. To bad it probably won't happen since we have online gaming. But to watch people in person battle it out was the best and it kept the kids out of trouble and a place to hang out after school.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the games was broken and the staff was willing to give us our credit back for the machine. The games aren't too bad either, and the prizes are decent. I gave this location a five star because of the service I recieved.
Great place to take a break with the kids while the other people in your group continue to shop in Windward mall. Could get pricey quick depending on the games that your group decides to play. Have fun!!
Always a good place to take the kiddos and watch them have fun as well as the adults!
Enjoy coming here with my son because it's fun and close by where we live.
Nice fun area. We had a great time.
My family and I always go to this store. Employees are very friendly and the store is clean. Shoutout to the manager for helping us with a few problems in a swift matter.
Rude staff from what I've experienced so far. I asked one of them where a certain game was and he looked annoyed and simply pointed to the back of the room and said, "over there". that's it. It was literally useless information for me. I had to still look around all over the place.
Ani answered phone and was very patient Five stars for someone who went above and beyond to help me book my daughter birthday time slot and day! Thank you Ani
Pretty spectacular Fun Factory, wish this location was closer to where I live. The prices are a little cheaper than other Fun Factories on island.
Always Fun and Exciting, to take a break from the daily activities of life to have some fun and win games & prizes.
Fun Factory at Windward Mall is my grandson's favorite place to visit!
It was amazing and their games were really fun! They just need happier staff
I looked up fun places for adults and said fun factory but it wasn't fun and my kid was mad cause he got a horrible ugly prize he said??
CAME HERE TO PLAY ON A RAINY DAY.HAD LOADS OF FUN.THANKS
Love this family place
If the kids love it. That's good enough for me.
My son enjoys this place! He tried a new game.
Over priced games. But still fun to go to. So check it out.
Staff was friendly and helpful
Staff at a helpful and pleasant

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
