Angela is a wonderful host and employee. She's super friendly and a great communicator. This was the least stressed I've ever been hosting a party for my kids. I'll be back again!

Definitely worth it. My daughter had the best night ever and also was given a birthday prize which completely topped it off. We were there October 19 from 6-9pm and the staff working was amazing and patient. Thank you ??
I stop by Fun Factory to play my favorite rhythm game of all time, DDR (Dance Dance Revolution). Always love the vibe over there, glad to be a Regular.
A good arcade for kids and family fun. You can play for tickets to get prizes, host parties, or just play arcade games. There's only two arcades like this in Hilo and the other is located in the mall. So this is a little better because it's not in the mall lol There's also a few restaurants next door.
Had our daughter?s birthday party here and the kids had a blast! Perfect amount of time to setup, kids run around playing games and dine food and cake! Super simple process to reserve your party online and reminders were sent a couple times letting you know details if your reservation. As soon as we arrived, all the ladies were real helpful. They gave the kids the instructions and helped them throughout the party if there were any questions. Checkout and cleanup was both super easy?.will be booking this par
It is smaller location than the one we usually go to on Oahu but it didn't matter, we enjoyed our time at this location. My kids, ages 9 and 12, had a great time and asked to go back. The store was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There's also a food court attached to the game room, so we had a snack right afterwards.
We love hosting parties at Fun Factory Hilo! We appreciate being able to bring in our own food and decorate the space set aside for us in the food court adjacent to the arcade. The staff are wonderful every single time, patient with the kids, friendly and helpful. They always make each celebration special for the honorees as well as their guests and everyone leaves happy. This is the second time we had our kids' birthday party at Fun Factory and it was another fun, smooth event! We like how new games are introduced and rotated so it's a new experience each time. The tables were ready for our party at the designated time and the staff was amazing. Thera and Angela made the event so memorable for all the kids - they were patient, easy to work with, and one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Mahalo for all you do, Thera and Angela! Clean store and friendly staff. Had my daughters party there which was now held in the food court. Excellent games and redemption prizes to choose from. My daughter had her guest had so much fun. Table and staff sets up tables and cleans up after we took extra pizza and gifts home. Easy and simple. Love Fun Factory. Book your party. It's so easy and for the price it was well worth it. We do 3 parties a year and so does my sister and her kids. Thank you Fun Factory. You make it so easy. Way to go ????
The staff are so awesome!! They always remember us and we love talking stories. My 3 year old loves that they'll always help him when he picks his toys!
My family really enjoys the Fun Factory in Hilo. We really appreciate the employees. All of the staff are wonderful & always make our experience there great.
Went for a date night on Valentine's Day. Had fun playing air hockey, shooting hoops and playing the rolling ball game. We also tried the claw machine and of course didn't win but it's to be expected. Very fair prices. the young woman who helped us was very sweet and it was fun to pick out prizes with the tickets we won. Total inner child fun. We also beat the boss together in the ninja turtles game. Romantic :)

Helpful staff! You can still have birthday parties with them, which they can reserve tables in the food court. Having access to the food court with a newly opened up interior wall made it very convenient and not so hectic when trying to have a party in the game room like before. Small game room but enough fun for the keikis.
Always a fun place for keiki & adults. Bit pricey but always worth the smiles & all kinds of food to enjoy nearby. I also need to commend all the employees there, every visit is greeted with such friendly workers with lots of patience while waiting for keiki to choose their prizes.

Manager is a very friendly and helpful Gentleman. Staff are always helpful and polite. Clean environment with new games arriving often. Great place for kids parties. A real entertainment asset to the Hilo Community.
Fun games for a wide age range. Not too many ride type for young children. The prize selection is big. Some games offer a jackpot of 2000 tickets, a young kid won it 3 times while we were there.

Fun safe clean and the fun factory staff (Angie)is very knowledgeable on what she is doing . She likes to interact with the guests.
Overpriced. We spent 200$ in 30 mins. The gifts are not exciting and lastly the games are always broken or need service.

Absolutely love going to fun factory even when I was young boy I was always super hyped to go play in the arcade now I love jamming ddr and thanks to Hilo fun factory we have a ddr cab with the ddr A3 update the only thing is that it's kinda expensive to play that's why I love going on Golden Tuesdays half off so instead of playing roughly around 4 bucks a game and on Tuesdays its around 2 bucks id come way more often other than that everything is cherry

this place is great for the younger kids cus they get games for them . unlike Tilt, the games there are more for older kids. This is our go to, my kids love it. They get great prices too for cheap ??

It's a fun place to play arcade games but the prices are too overpriced. With all games going no lower then 4.4 credits and up. If you don't have more than $50 , you wont be staying for too long.
