Customer Reviews

They've upgraded many of the games and they seem to be laid out with more open space which I love! Tuesday?s are half off games for gold members so that is a little perk we love for a treat during the week if we need a game day! Love that you don't have to go in the mall to get there too

Love love love will go back soon

Great games. Nice place to take the kids. Has enough to occupy for a long time. Afternoons are very busy. Especially around 1.

I want to share my experience about our trips this summer at the fun factory! We love to come and play games with my grandson. He loves to collect the tokens to try and save for a ?big? prize. The bonus to coming here is your sweet employee, Demetrius. He is a pleasure! A kind man, I was having trouble with my knee on our last visit and he got a chair for me ??. He remembers us when we return, like a true friend. He is wonderful and she be comeneded on his fine pleasantries and helpfulness! We love to come

The best part about the mall

A little late posting but my family visited the Fun Factory on 4/19/24 and I just wanted to say it was an AWESOME experience for me and my family. First walking in just the appearance of the store is clean and inviting and we were greeted by the staff! We probably played every game in there lol. After playing we went to the counter to redeem our tickets and it was an easy process and the staff was patient with my kids who couldn't decide on what they wanted because they had so many cool prizes. I haven't be

We took the kids on a Saturday morning. It was noisy and busy but it was enjoyable. They have newer games than the smaller arcade nearby. More options for multi player games offers so the littles could all play together. It was a fun trip. A bit pricey for the game cards but worth it for them to have fun together. You can refill cards once purchased. We will go back.

It's a great place to spend some time. It's always clean and smells nice. They have a great variety of games to play. Any time we have had a problem the staff is very helpful.

Place was clean. Employees are young and have no customer service skills. My son and I were asking about how the card worked and they snickered and acting like we was bothering them while they stood around in a group talking and joking. From what they explained if we were understanding correctly is that the price is high to play games here. Too bad we were looking to kill a couple hours but instead we left and plan to never return.

Amazing, fun family adventure. I took my 4 kids with.. omg they had an amazing time. They ate played all for a reasonable price. I must admit I even had fun. The pizza and food were really good as well. The bathrooms very clean the staff was amazing A fun filled family adventure. I definitely recommend to all family and friends. A must do at least 5 or 6 times if not seasonal...

A great place to spend time with your family. They have a variety of kid friendly games as well as games for adults to enjoy too. You purchase a token card which is loaded with?electronic tokens at a self service machine. You swipe your tokens card on the swiper of games and your token balance is maintained on your card as well as your ticket balance. The girl working the prize counter was very friendly and was very patient while my son decided on his prizes. There were a few machines that were out of order

It's not worth it after the renovation. Now on a card system. $5 only gets 3 to 4 little kid games and 2-3 big kid games. The little kid games will net 20-30 tickets, unless lucky. Enough for a smarty level candy only. Very bad value. 2 kids, $10, 48 tickets between them and about 5 minutes of play time. Will never go back again.

The man at the front wasn't friendly whatsoever to us. We also spent lots of money on the crane game with the tickets in it ended up winning 500 tickets and it didn't load to our card. The guy working wouldn't help us whatsoever so we lost the 500 tickets we won and also half the games didn't load the tickets on the card. Some fun games but wouldn't go back after this experience.

Very Fun for both kids and adults, after the expansion came a fun card system (no more tokens) with a minimum start value of $5, must have a card to get tickets added to card and swipe to play games. Overall a good place to let loose and have some fun locally

I was really impressed with how the store is ran!!! the workers are very friendly!!!I enjoyed taking my nephew here, we will most definitely be back!!??

Great family friendly environment in Valdosta. At times it can be a bit cramped but it never fails to entertain. If your looking to spend time with the kids this is your place.

Fun for kids of all ages

Had a great time with my grandkids!

If you are visiting to just have fun and have your kids enjoy a few bucks worth of entertainment it is not that bad. However, there has been some negative and bad business practice being made in this establishment. After the revamp of this arcade and them adding the new cards, they added VIP cards that require a purchase of 30 bucks or more and these cards make the games cost a token less... Sounds like a good deal right? Well the VIP cards just make the machines cost the same price that they cost before th

Every thing in here has changed. Prices went sky high. They no longer use tokens. You have to use a fun factory card which has a minimum balance of $5.00. Not worth it for my family. The kiddos were disappointed.

we have a fun every time we take our kids here more selection of games would be great & more roomie place, prices are slightly high on the things ya turn in your tickets for.ti y tootsie roll cost 10 tickets...that's crazy it's a 5cent piece of candy...ridiculous but the kids like playing the games so we go

Worst arcade iv ever been to, the games had sticky stuff all over them, from the children, and I'm pretty sure I walked through a spider web as I walked through the door and one of the employees kept lookin at me like I was a piece of sirloin, and I 100% beat the high score on the basketball game and it robbed me it malfunctioned and it cost me my high score and my name up in lights if I could give it a half a star I definitely would because this trash arcade doesent deserve a whole star

My wife and I have gone to this arcade for years, and alwats have fun. The new additions have been great too, and it's cool they've gone to cards for points and auto pays. No need to hold on to thousands of tickets anymore. Haha.

It's always a blast to come in here! So many new games and it always so clean!

My four-year-old absolutely love this place it was his first experience in an arcade and also his first experience with a ticket system where he can pick out his own prizes... This turned out to be the highlight of our trip to Valdosta his eyes lit up the moment he saw this place oh, the staff was also extremely helpful and friendly... This will be a regular stop every time we come to Valdosta from today forward

Customer service was awful. They don't have any sing that say not return or not exchanging and My son literally choose something and a second later asked them for another one and they we NOT able to do it.. they said that I have more tickets left that I should use them ????

My daughter loves coming to this arcade and playing games and if a machine takes your tokens they will give you the amount back, very friendly employees.

We went and it was horrible we put 32 the first time and we got 6 plays and then we put 20 so then we went to the thing to get to the tickets then he said we had 160 but the first 32 we had 120 tickets we only got 9 toys so that's why my review is 1 star but that's not even all that's a summary.

This place is better than Chuckie Cheese. Their prizes are actually good and for reasonable tickets. I always bring my kids here.

I would give zero stars if I could for this last experience. I have never had a problem out of them before and have been here over a dozen of times. The new employees suck.

Very small but it was a few minutes of fun for our daughter. I wish they had more games and ot was pretty crowded.

I put 5 dollars in it I got to only play two games withch got me 10 frekin tickets I only got a pack of smArtie's never wasting money here

Excellent place to entertain my grandson as well as my wife for an hour or two. Great fun.

Love the variety of games. Staff always helpful

Kids enjoyed it for the most part But it doesn't have enough things to do, for smaller kids.

Great place to have some fun, but it's more about entertainment, and less about the prizes.

The fun factory is a great place for kids and the family. They have friendly employees and alot of fun games to choose from.

We took our 1 year old grandson here & it was very clean ! We enjoyed it !

Was actually a fun place to go to. Wish they had more room so they could make it feel less cramp on the inside.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
