Really liked this store. They're NOT ONLY SUPER BIG, but they have a nice height too! Reminds me of FF01 @ Pearlridge. My family enjoyed themselves and I enjoyed the layout for the games on the set-up and the party area. I also liked their entrances. There were 3 different entrances. So you don't feel stuck and confined. ITS A GOOD PLACE TO GO TO.
A smaller arcade, but perfect for the kids. There are enough game selections to keep them from getting bored. Ticket prizes seem reasonable compared to larger companies. They host birthday parties at the outside patio, but one major inconvenience is that they don't have a restroom you could use.
My son is about to turn 3 and he absolutely loves the Fun factory. We go once every 2 weeks. For a small space, they have a wide variety of games for kids of all ages. It's never overly crowded and we never have to wait around to play the games. The games are priced good, but the prizes cost a lot of tickets. It's pretty disappointing how much a small toy cost in terms of what you win for playing a game. But I still highly recommend this place if you're looking for a smaller less crowded D&B.
My 8 year old daughter Novalin and I love going to Fun Factory Mililani. There's so many game selections. She loves the claw games. Especially the one that you can play until you win something. We also love challenging each other on the air hockey game. Skee ball is fun too. The facility is big and very clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location!
Good variety of games for kids and adults! All the game machines were in working order. Customer service is spot on! Very organized and knowledgeable. Also love Fun Factory?s specials on the game tokens/credits.
This a large and spacious Fun Factory. My kids love it and always have a good time. It's kept clean and has a nice outdoor area for parties. Having my twins 10th birthday there was pretty easy. Got sandwiches and cake from nearby Jersey Mikes and Times. Convenient!

Still an excellent place to take the whole family to decompress. If you're in the gold status, I highly recommend visiting on Tuesdays for cheaper cost on games. Staff are friendly and are always available to assist you for any concerns.
Always feeling welcomed with staff,very pleasant interactions. My son is autistic and they are so sweet and kind to him when we go there.. customer service is beyond better then the other locations,no waiting to refill our cards or get prizes. Always staffed adequately.
Be careful older teens and nerdy college students! This place is definitely a wonderful place to play games, win prizes, and meet like minded people. This place is wonderful to take children too, as it offers arcads games for adults and children to both enjoy. Fun Factory offers holiday specials and great discounts for regulars. Personally my favorite game they offer is Maximum Tune 5, as it requires a great amount of skill as a racing game.
The games are all great and always stocked with prizes, place nice and clean, and staff is really friendly and helpful. My kids love going to fun factory, we probably go at least 2-3 times a month and of course on the double points day.
We enjoy taking our kids to Fun Factory Mililani. Our favorite games we enjoy playing as a family are the basketball connect four game, and air hockey. My girls love the claw machine games, and the virtual adventure games. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the venue is clean.
My family and I visit Fun Factory at least once a week?and we love it! We always have the best time! The team members are always smiling and friendly?makes it real easy to keep going back ????

The workers are very friendly and helpful. The "payoffs" for the crane games are extremely high. I've played one machine for approximately 15 times and the claw did not get any stronger. I understand that your company has to make back the costs of the prizes. But, the prizes have to be winnable at a decent amounts of attempts. That's why I prefer your sister company Johnny Rockets. Their payouts are more reasonable.
I loved the arcade as a kid growing up. I went here last week, and the good vibes are still there. The staff was very helpful towards me and my family. Jeremiah, Jordan, and Zyrus were very helpful and gave great hospitality. woul eat here again

I use it for DDR and it is usually not too busy during the week! Ive enjoyed my time here the past 2 years.
I've been going to this amazing place almost every night before working out at UFC. Is a place where I can decompress and get a fresh mind before the workout. Staff asre awesome, Ethan and Jordan are my MVPs when I am there. This place is essential to my wellbeing especially as a Combat Veteran who is recovering and healing from PTSD. Mahalo Nui from the bottom of my heart.
Fun Factory Mililani provides excellent games, great atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Easily best Fun Factory on Oahu. Will always come in to play
Claw games are impossible. Phenomenally high priced. Tickets are worth next to nothing on trade ins. *this company replied right away asking me to email them. I did. No reply. They want you to think they addressed the review. They did not.
I went here with my family and we spent a couple hours here and I had so much fun. It was our first time in an arcade kind of place and the employees were so helpful and patient with helping us find our way around and make the most fun out of our time here. I'll be coming back the next time I visit
Is a good place to enjoy with your kids. Machines are a little expensive and you feel it more when you have 2 or 3 kids playing around. Place are nice, inviting and very clean. My kids love it. And more because you have stores, food places, ice cream store and the Movie theater on its side too. Great place to enjoy and have fun & quality family time.
Took my our kids there! Had fun $50 didn't even last 30 minutes!, but, they had fun!
A small space for a little family fun. Play cost is a little high and prize cost too. $40 didn't have us staying more than half an hour. They'll be moving to another spot, bigger too so well see what new games they bring in.
Always a fun experience with games suitable for young children and clean environment. Bowling, skeeball, ring toss, basketball, the beer pong game (without the beer), and the highly addictive Wizard of Oz coin game. My son always seems to hit the 50 coin bonus and proceeds to rapid fire all coins in less than 7 seconds.
Workers are very nice, games and prizes are good but Claw machines do not seem to ever pay out even when perfectly grabbing prizes over 15times
Store hours 11-9 because of Covid. Not many games, but an okay place to take the family. Prize options are not as big or popular as a few other arcade type places, but still a convenient spot to go near the little outlet mall here.
my kid loves to play great animal kaiser, but we both enjoy the claw games and the wizard of oz to get tickets. i appreciate their programs for bonus tokens, rewards for report cards, double dollar days, and VIP card discounted game play. every bit helps! they also participate in Mililani Mauka community events with some free gift card giveaways which is appreciated!

This review is going to be a bit tricky. I'm currently on a review spree ever since my trip to the dentist got me interested in other establishments I've been to over the years but never left a digital presence about them until now. So to the point then. Pre-COVID Fun Factory is a straight 5 out of 5 full stop especially with 5 guys literally next door for a meal with drinks meaning the combination of the two is a direct competition for Chucky Cheese and Dave & Buster's. Post-COVID Very iffy and suspect

I attended a birthday party here and the kids got an (almost) unlimited play card for 90 minutes... which isn't too bad. Great fun spot before a movie starts or just a great place for fun. The prizes are.... Mediocre at best but when I do go I have a great time with the family and the games are always up to date. Highly recommend!
Spacious with tables outside with roof shading to hold birthday parties. Ample staff to assist. Organized and everything seems new since it relocated to the middle of the shopping center.

This is a good place to hang out after school. But in my opinion you guys should bring back Tekken or add Guitar Hero. Guitar Hero is a really good game because of the selection of music and it's a rhythm game like Dance Dance Revolution.

My family goes to Fun Factory a lot. They All have great customer service and as far as I can tell it's pretty clean. Half off Tuesday is especially worth it!

Expensive for no reason! $40 dollars went by in half an hr with only 146 tickets. My son wanted 500 ticket toy? i couldnt even purchase it for him (they only take tickets) not coming back?ever

Took away two of my favorite games but the kids love going there. But I never see them wiping or sterilizing any of the machines or rides.
