Can't say enough great things about this place! It's such a fun place to have in town. The staff is always awesome each time we've been, it's clean, there's tons of fun games. My kid just had a birthday party there and it was a huge hit. Another mom told me she's definitely having her kids party here- it was their first time there. 5/5 ??????????

Hey, who says adults can't have fun? We may not be kids anymore, but we absolutely LOVED our time at Fun Factory! We come here with our little one ALL of the time! The place is super spacious and sparkling clean, with endless options to keep you entertained. Our personal faves? Air hockey, basketball throw, photo booth, and the toy-grab machines (although there's plenty for the little ones too!). We ordered 10 tokens and the only thing you got was to play two games the two games that we got to play had nothing fun to do. My father says this was a rip off and when you're never coming here again.

I've been visiting Fun Factory since I was a kid and it was located on Alii Dr. It's fun to be able to bring my kids here, not a ton of games, but just enough to provide a safe, and affordable family activity when you have a hour to spare.

We love the kind staff and fun games prizes are way better then the bowling alley and much cleaner environment. Can't wait to schedule my next birthday here.

Aloha everyone, We booked a birthday party event at the Fun Factory in Kona big Island hawaii. It was my sons 6th birthday and it turned out amazing. We love to take our daughter here since there's not much to do here in town. Only thing is I wish it was a little bigger with more games. Especially for the little ones. Lots of prize related games. Money/coins put on to card goes in the blink of an eye so try to space it out. Workers are really nice here though which is awesome.

Average place for gaming for kids. Games are pricey and ticket count for prizes are high. A decent place to stop if you are just trying to kill time.

Went here on a Tuesday night and it was pretty much empty. My family and I had so much running around playing all the games. Machines were well maintained and the facility was very clean. Rick, the only staff there, was also super friendly.

Sam's dis not work but still took my points. The staff refused to refund my card. They saw prizes in my hand my son won from another card and accused us of lying about our points being taken... Absolute waste of money.

Spoke with Genesis at 156 pm at fun factory August 26,2022 and she was a bit rude had my son putting money on my card due to having care for disabled child and she could have been better at customer service and her approach. I come here often due to it being less packed than the bowling alley due to his disability but maybe I should go elsewhere to be treated with better customer service.

When my grandkids come to visit, we go to the fun factory multiple times!!!! They love all the games and winning tickets!!!!! And so does their Oma (grandma)!

You'd be better off taking your kids to KB extreme. Prices are high, prizes are cheap, and if they get your email or phone number they spam you. Avoid at all costs

They could have less shooting games...Aside from that this place is a great way to act like a kid for a few hours. Also great for actual kids if you dont mind some violent content.
