The nostalgia! The fun! Came here recently looking for something to do and it was a great choice! Surprisingly, 20 dollars can get you quite a bit of plays on their games. No more tokens, everything is electronic on play cards. These can be purchased at the desk. Lots of machines to reload new or old cards. This location was clean, secure, and fairly empty on a week day night. More fun for you and your party! Wide variety of games. All were functioning and fair. The cool part is Fun Factory has double d
This Fun Factory location is the best location to hold a party. The party area is pretty large, able to accommodate about 30 seats. It also has its own restroom right next to the party area. The staff was really nice as they let us set up 10 minutes prior to our guests arriving. They also let us stay a little later to clean up since there wasn't a party after ours. My family loves crane games and we swiped two cranes, but the staff refilled them at our request. We appreciated that! I highly recommend this l
Fun Factory is great! Definitely had a fun time when I went! Have a great day!?????
The customer service is great here and is one of the reasons we keep bringing our son here. The machines are also kept in good working order!
Good spot I like to take my kids off they do good in school. The manager is cool, she hooked us up with a vip card since I was loading so many times. Money goes quick though. Games should be a little cheaper. I spent over a hundred in less than 30 minutes (3 kids). Only thing that I didn't like is some of the grabber games. Those grabbers never seem to hold on..
Usually not crowded which is great for letting my kids play and run around without worrying too much about them getting into trouble. It's nice, clean and cool. He has fun there. Parking is usually really easy here. Out of all the Fun Factory locations, I think this is my favorite.
This place was empty when I went on my date but I loved it. They are reasonable with lots of games for the family. There was no waiting in line for me to play games. I could bounce from game to game without worry. Then again I went during the week instead of a weekend. It was so much fun. We are saving our tickets for me to get a stuffed animal.
Every Tuesday night, I visit Fun Factory at the Kamehameha Shopping Center to win prizes for our Calvary Chapel Honolulu Trunk or Treat each year. I always get good, friendly service from the store manager. She deserves a raise. Keep up the great customer service.
My grandson and his Papa had so much fun and many prizes from the accumulation of their points that they won from most of the games they played. We had an awesome and great family quality time together. Thank you fun factory.
Great prizes, great staff, always have a fun time when i visit! Definitely would recommend that you bring the family and kids!
This fun factory has the best customer service and always happy I been to other fun factories where the people were grouchy .. and it's clean ..love this fun factory
The boys loved the dance, dance, and the race car game that they don't have any more at kahala fun factory. Only, we miss the coin games, where scripts would come out. Also, the crane games for squishmallows were limited and the cranes didn't lock long enough to give orizes.
Wasn't crowded when we went in. Little kids were mostly in the area but surprisingly the area was big enough and it wasn't too closed space that you can't maneuver around, so it was pretty good. Good place to bring kids, and to enjoy time just cruising around in there and have fun.
First time at Kamehameha Shopping center location. My son enjoyed playing the games they don't have at Windward Mall location. But not as friendly as his normal location to play.
Best Fun Factory! We come here every week! Great staff??
Our family always has a blast trying to win prizes
Good place to have fun and relax. Lots of different games to play. Some games they should make it easier for kids to win something.

This is the best location!! The staff was so helpful and wonderful! Awesome!!
Nice for a casual hangout place. It's not big, not much games in there, but enough to satisfy your boredom for a bit.
Love this place! It's much cheaper than other location
They Always have new games
Not bad had a blast Definitely killed some time
Hours are different, but still an awesome family place to gather
STILL THE BEST FUN FOR KIDS ON A FRIDAY NIGHT.
My li'l kids like it but a little pricey 4 entertainment.

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
