Entrance and store is full of mainly gambling games like claw machines and other games of chance, when I was a kid it was a real arcade. The gambling games are placed right next to toddler games and rides with stuffed animals as prizes. This Arcade operators could adopt more ethical practices, ensuring machines are reasonably winnable and clearly disclosing the odds of winning. My daughter likes their kiddie games but someone found our card on the ground and spent all our money and tickets, since they d
To me, I think Fun Factory is a fun place to have fun with friends and families especially when you win the prize you want and the workers there is really nice as well.
Great place for my kid?he loves the games and everything is very clean over there!! The employees are cheerful and welcoming!!
The staff are all so helpful & courteous. My 92 year old mother enjoys playing the Willy Wonka machine & now found a new game that she loves collecting these key chain/charms. Thank you Fun Factory!
We spent a small fortune and didn't win but our son had a great time and loves all the prizes he got to pick out
Scammed us out of a lot of money. Teenaged staff just say call ?the boss? on a number that goes straight to voicemail. ?The boss? never got back to us. Beware. There are better arcades on island - this is actually the worst. Spent over $500 for their gold card to get half-price games on Tuesdays. ?Ok great,? we thought. We were going there weekly. Then I check my balance and find that we were paying full price for everything since we'd got the card. Why? Because we have to secretly check in to get the 50%
So fun today-I went here cause i have never been to this arcade and this mall. The workers that night that I went were super nice and they saw that I was spending a lot of money and helped me out a lot with the prize I was trying to get. Definitely worth it! Will go back when I can
Fun Factory is always my "Happy Place" when I want to get away from the "Crazy..ness" of my day. I visit anyone of your many locations. I take the time to play and win prizes or redeem my points to select items to give away to my Loved ones. Gifts for my nieces, nephews, brother, sister and my son. I also give away gifts to other family & friends,or save them to gift my children & grandchildren when I travel to visit them. Thank you very much for making my Life enjoyable ??
Love it remind me of young time... ours close when I barely grow up...
Don't waste your money on the claw machines. I have played at many arcades to win stuffed toys, I play claw machines every time I travel which is fairly often. It's sort of a hobby for me, these claws fully released before the hole. I tried a hello kitty claw machine and got the toy over the hole but the claw didn't release over the hole, it paused for a moment when it should?ve released. The claw then moved an inch right of the hole, let go of the toy, closed its claws again and went over the hole and rel
We took our kiddos here for one of their birthdays. Spoke with the two gentlemen behind the counter and got the best card to purchase. Also got some insight on best times to come and all our questions asked. Awesome customer service.
Great place for both children and adults to have fun and family time! My daughter loves coming here and playing the claw games. The area is always clean and the staff are always very helpful.
It's the most expected place my 11 years old wants to visit and he even saved money to get some plushes. It turned out to be a big disappointment, he spent $50 of his saved money and got nothing. Compared to the places we went like Dave busters, it's not worth the money.
Fun Factory at Kahala Mall is always amazing. The staff are awesome and so helpful. The selection of games and prizes are great!!! My 8 year old son ABSOLUTELY LOVES playing games and winning prizes?and so do I ??.
Fun place to play the crane game and the pearl game. Place is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Fun for both kids and adults
Games are regularly updated. Employees are kind and helpful. There is an area for birthdays, but it isn't private, just in the back. Lots of games, lots of fun for keiki. Double dollar days are usually around holidays and are an excellent opportunity to get more play opportunity.
This Fun Factory was okay. Most Fun Factories have the in demand or popular stuffed animals in the cranes. This one didn't have any cranes with squishmallows or popular stuffed animals in them. Staff was friendly and I'm not sure how often they are disinfecting between customers playing the games. Staff was friendly.
Always fun and enjoyable for the family!
Small shop location within Kamala Mall. Fun for the children; however, very expensive for either the plays or cheap toys made in China. This location has apparently went ?Woke? with inappropriate vaccine passports required for entry. Sadly, as in all similar businesses, we will not support Fun Factory any longer.
my toddler likes coming here. staff has always been friendly and helpful with us. maybe wish they had more prizes that were safe for toddlers.
Awesome, most games work.
My kids had fun, of course. But the machines to count tickets didn't work. Prize selection wasn't great for what you pay.
I enjoy Kamehameha Fun Factory. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Everything is just great fun except that restrooms are closed to everyone due to others who messed up the priviledge by abusive use and stealing supplies. All or most businesses there goes through the same abuse. I understand but when you need to go to the restroom, you must go to MacDonalds. But I found a solution by purchasing a few snacks next door, then they'll let you use their restroom. Next move would be to go to Kahala location
Fun as always. Wife always looks to see if got any new hello kitty dolls to grab on the claw machines
It's a fun place for the most part. The staff is friendly when you need help. I don't have any major complaints for this place. So why not 4 or 5 stars? I don't think this place is at that level yet.
I Love Going To The Kahala Mall Fun Factory Cause Me and My Buddy Kris Would Win The 2000 Tickets and Awesome Prizes. Plus The Workers There are The Coolest People That I Met And I Made Good Friends with Them. SHOOT I WISH I WAS WORKING WITH THEM. Fun Factory Kahala Mall Is Legit.
All the games are so expensive. 40 dollars of credit's lasted just 10 minutes. Very small too, not many games
THESE PEOPLE KNOW THEIR PIRATES!!!!!!! Never been but when I called them this guy picked up and he knew all about pirates. I love piracy uh the uh ARRRRR
Staff was very friendly and very helpful. My sons love going here.
It's always fun to watch my son play all the games.
The Family Loves this place!!!! The Staff is always friendly and Great to us!!!!
My Daughter loves this place. Its nice to hang out in for 10-15 minutes wouldn't spend much more than that.
I won this there. Enough said right?
Latoya at the kahala mall fun factory was extremely nice to my nephew and made our experience wonderful! Thanks!
My son loves going since Chuck E Cheese has been closed.
I mean expensive but fun for my child and occupied our time while we waited to be called to eat
Employees are always friendly and helpful.
Great little arcade to bring the kids to.
Expensive but no choice for kids haha
The games are so expensive than other location.
So fun and happy place for kids
Great fun and great claw machines!!!
Great games. Every kids dream.
Fun for kids. Not as much for parents.
Small but my kids love it
The Kahala mall location is too small.
Love playing the crane games!
kill time while waiting for movies to start
Fun times with the family
(Translated by Google) I think the place is a little old and a little expensive but in the end I think you can have fun. I find the staff super friendly. (Original) Creo que el lugar es algo antiguo y un poco costoso pero al final creo que puedes divertirte. Considero que el personal s?per amable.
(Translated by Google) It's a game center where you first buy cards and points, and use those points each time you play. You can collect tickets from medal games, crane games, etc., and exchange them for products. Other tickets cannot be purchased using points, but there are also hockey, Wangan (5 in the series), and Maricar. Also, Banapass cannot be used and is not sold. Poor maintenance lol (Original) ????????????????1???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
