The staff here was so kind and helpful! One team member really went above and beyond to make our day. If you want a taste of Aloha, this is your place!
Just amazing that's all, I only got to ride one car my kids took the cars away from me
Fun Factory is still enjoyable, especially if you have young ones with you, but things aren't the way they used to be. Even if intentionally playing games with longer playtimes, $20 credit will only net you about 15 minutes of entertainment, and enough tickets to get a couple of cheap plastic prizes that are probably worth 25 cents each. There are more cost-effective ways to have fun with your children, even if they don't have as many flashing lights as Fun Factory.
We love fun factory. We don't have much indoor activities on Kauai for kids so we're happy to have this. Downfall for me is the Pearl game which was what adults would look forward to going there, prices went up and quality of game went down. It's okay, we just stopped playing. We'll always take our kids to fun factory so long as we have one. Also, nice to hear they're participating in Black Friday. Workers are always friendly.
As a family of 6 and me a stay at home mom when my bf has extra money after paying bills we love coming on Tuesdays. Because we are gold card members and enjoy the half off of games or extra tokens. To play more .hope you guys get some more new games in .soon .love from your kapaa side family.
We happened to be visiting Kukui Grove to do some shopping and to grab some dinner, when we saw Fun Factory in the corner of the food court. The family had a great time with the variety of games for all kid ages and the nice atmosphere. Most importantly, the attendants and service assistants were really friendly and helped us with options to charge up cards and prizes. Very enjoyable and went back another time within the same week!
my son loves to play at both the lihue and kapaa fun factory locations. new games are fun to play. always shooting for the top score at basketball
It has a wonderful environment, choices of prizes are awesome and there a lot of selection. We really wish there were more arcade games for party selection :)
Employees were very kind and patient gave me a refund for a game that did not work. However the real problem was the employees kid and wife they hogged the nerf game for over an hour. Even after I politely asked for a turn they said no. It was also very overpriced if you want to become a gold club member you have to pay 500$ just buy an iphone instead ??. Please save your money and stay away.
The staff team is amazing the only thing I don't like is that one of the games wangan midnight no longer dose 50% on Tuesday even tho I have the gold card I hope it gets fixed soon because it's very disappointing
The workers are always nice & give great customer service. It's always fun coming here with my family.??
Need more room when it busy it's too crowded
Funfactory was "Fun". Could games , what made it better was the employees, their positive attitude made it a great time.
Great granddaughter cellphone. She had a most wonderous and special moment. Staff was so accommodating. Especially Christian!
So much fun, we were the only people in there at 10pm on a Saturday night ?? Hit the jackpot on one of the games.
Could have a wider variety of video games and amusements, but the kids enjoyed it. The price was pretty reasonable as well.
Was great .had fun.could be bigger.
Great fun games to play. Will always go back, both my daughter and I.
Great arcade! They just need better prizes for people that have 10k+ tickets.
Good place to hang out for a bit if you have kids! We waited out a rain storm here.
Always a fun place to take the kiddos! My nephew and little cousins love it!
Kids love it. Still I wish there were more educational or varied things for the keiki to do.
Fun factory.. is FUN! Great assortment of games, great prizes!...(I really want the Xbox, lol)
Loved it, small but much fun can be had with friends and family.
Not a fun arcade and wayyyyyy too expensive. Prizes are worthless too.
Fun, clean and inviting place to enthusiastically kill time and money.
Me and my kids always have a great time here
Wmmt keep it and fun factory will always be five star.
Employees kid and wife didn't let others play the game
More than a dollar to even play the simpilist shortest game. Stay away.
Efficiency at its best! Thank You!
Kids liked it. Great for birthdays.
Very fun and good time waster.
Uncle Manny is tha Man!
Staff was very helpful!
Wangan midnight is the games I play
Good place for the kids

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
