Back in June, my sister had a joint birthday party for my niece and nephew at Froggy's. The staff helped my sister so much that it made me think that I might want to have my daughter's birthday party here, but I was unsure. I have been having my oldest son's birthday parties here for the past 5 years and the new manager Heather has made it much easier and a lot more stress-free! Now you can drop off your party supplies within the week before the party (including your balloons) and they will set the room up AND she can make the balloon arch for you using your balloons for no extra charge. My daughter and nephew are obsessed with this place. They get to jump and I get to relax (or school them with the arcade). We absolutely love this place. We make the drive from Alabama to frequent here, and it's 100% worth it.

Fantastic! We had our daughters birthday party here and it was great! Accommodations were wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the manager Heaven made our experience heavenly! They decorated the room for us before we got there with decorations they had. I wanted a balloon arch that i dropped off a few days before that they had put together for us when we arrived. Bouce houses were clean. The restrooms were clean. The party room was clean and when our time was up they cleaned the room for us! I

I cannot say enough good things about having a party at Froggys. From start to finish, Savannah and Heaven took care of EVERYTHING for me! They decorated way better than I would have. Having a party here was so worth it! Easy and stress -free for sure! We will definitely do another one in the future. Highly recommend!

Good fun at good value. Wanted somewhere to take my five year old to keep him entertained for a few hours and this place was perfect. $10 per child to enter and no need to pay for the adult. There was plenty for him to do to let off steam although it is geared towards you spending extra money with lots of appealing amusement games and things to buy that all require extra spend. A little snack bar for refreshments too.

This has got to be the best place to have a party at!!!!!! We had Madison for our host and she was amazing. Everything was perfect and she seriously helped me with things I didn't even know I needed help with!! I will recommend Froggy's everytime someone is talking about having a child's party!

Kids loved it. All the games actually worked.. The bounce areas seemed clean, too. It's at the very end of the hall through the front doors. It did not look like it had all that space, but it did...

8 different bouncy houses, arcade area to earn points for prizes and a snack bar with 6 tables 4 chairs at each table and super cold drinks. Lots of other seating for parents all throughout the play zone to follow your little around and 2 massage chairs.

Great place to have a birthday. Heaven and the whole staff made the day easy as can be. Was very impressed how nice and polite the staff was.

2 yr old had so much fun they even have a place for crawlers to safely play , arcade to win prizes , food , and a karaoke machine . I hope to have her birthday there next year

IT IS NOT THE SAME* We have been going to Froggy?s for years! We have always had a blast and it was definitely an arcade where you didn't feel ripped off (like a lot of them are now-a-days). My kid always had a great time. However, it is not like that anymore. They have change several aspects of froggy?s arcade. 1. Your bonus credits are only to be used on games that do not produce prizes or tickets. (You buy a $50 card, you get 60 bonus credits) 2. Claw machines are stuffed so tight and the claws are not a

For the longest I heard they had something out there for the kids. I was skeptical at first didn't think much of it but I'm glad I was wrong. The couple times that we have been me and my family have enjoyed it mainly our children, of course which is most importantly. The staff were friendly and nice. Place was clean as well, and being that it had so many kids there, but for the most part it was up to par. Definitely would recommend.

Great little place that's easy to overlook. They have a lot of different bounce houses for kids of all ages. Fairly good selection of arcade games. Price is pretty good as well. We go regularly and our toddler always has a good time. Only thing to watch out for are other kids that aren't well supervised. Our little girl has been bowled over a number of times and had bigger kids slide down right on top of her while the other parents just sit and watch. One kid came down a slide and deliberately spear

Updating to say this review still stands! You can tell they really tak pride in keeping this establishment very clean, which is so impressive. Our son had a blast here! We were very impressed with how clean everything was. The floors are carpet, and they always look freshly vacuumed, even with so many people in and out. I recommend Froggy's to anyone with kids of any age who want to do something different to get their energy out.

This was a fun place for my 4 and almost 2 year old. They have a bunch of inflatable jumping structures going along the walls of a room with a small but decent arcade in the front where you come in. In the jumping stuff, there were 2 long, racing style ones, 4 bounce house style, one where kids go in the bottom and can climb up to slides that bring them back to the front, and one Paw Patrol themed one for kids 5 and under. I think it was well worth the price.

The best place in the world for fun but, doesn't let you bring in food

We booked my son?s birthday party at Froggy?s this year. We were blown away at how friendly and helpful the staff were. Without hesitation the hosts were helping set up and more. I even had a few questions and reached by about a week before the party. The customer service provided was amazing as well. We were extremely pleased with everything and look forward to booking more birthdays at Froggy?s.

We booked a party for my 4 year old, after booking several parties here we have come to expect a hostess that is hands on. That was the total opposite our hostess help setup and was never seen again. Not sure if they double booked her or we just weren't a priority. Not sure if I'll book another party.

We had my 2 year old grandson?s Birthday Party on 3/19/22 and Landon the staff member came in the party room and helped decorate and he sat up the table for the kids to sit and eat. He then came back and cleaned up the room for us. It was a wonderful experience!!!!

Visited for the first time during a friend's son's birthday party. The kids had a blast! Nice people working there and it was clean. We will see be back.

I must say this place has improved from a year ago, There are many food options now besides just snacks, I like how they change the play area up every now and then, and it's nice to be able to let my child run and burn some energy while I'm doing school work while being able to keep in eyes reach. Froggys is one of my favorite things about Rome Georgia. My son and I have been here more times then I can count, and there's many great reasons. First off the price is unbeatable, 10 dollars is a small price to pay for the energy your kids will exert here. The staff are incredible, they feel like a family and are exceptional with children of all ages. Entertainment and the machines were fantastic but the host we had was absolutely terrible. If she ask for a tip one time she ask 100. Even followed us to the door as we were leaving till asking for one. All I saw her do the whole night was give a little speech about the game cards the kids received. This made us very uncomfortable the whole night. When we told her we didn't have any cash on us, she suggested that we go to the ATM and get it.

I am not a fan of all that noise! Lol anyway the floors were a bit sticky and the very young staff needs to learn customer service. There was no hello, how may I help you , thank you , ect. The kids at the snack bar stopped chatting with their co-workers just to take your order, then continued the conversation. I really don't need to know about their personal life. This is not these kids fault. Management or the owners need to actually teach these common courtesies to them, then monitor it.

Our daughter absolutely loves Froggys so we had her birthday party there. No one explained or made it clear that we could not come early to decorate or set up for our party until i called the morning of to confirm things. We were only allowed to come in 10 minutes before party which left most of our guests getting there before us and having to wait, as well as most of the guests having to help us set up. I was very upset that was not disclosed to us prior. I found out later that it is stated on the website

This place has a lot of potential. Don't get me wrong, your kid will have a blast here and there are even games and crane machines, that adults can play. But... The lack of sanitizer available really concerns me, especially in this day and time. There is one handwashing sink available by the snackbar, this sink has no control and I watched it spray all of those who dare to wash their hands and add to the puddle in the floor which was marked with a wet floor sign. I would've given it 4 stars, but the power went out after being there for an hour. The employees really had no clue as what to do. Telling people you can come back when the power is restored, but we had to leave. No chance for a rain check or cashing in our tickets for prizes or remaining tokens for the arcade.

There are bounce house which is fun for kiddos. BUT there is no outside food or drink allowed, which I would understand IF they offered something other than soda and chips from the snack station. Maybe pizza guys? The place was relatively clean but there weren't any hand sanitizing stations that I saw, so ewww!

They have really turned this place around since it was Kangaroo Jake's. The inflatables are new, clean and well taken care of. New carpet, games, and furniture as well. My daughter had a blast. I'm glad someone saved this place of entertainment for the kids because there is nothing else in Rome.

We attended our first Nerf Night. It was a great and fun experience for my kids. They loved it and we'll definitely do it again.

Stopped selling bottled sodas. Now selling the nasty cheap fountain drinks to make extra money off customers. Too many rude, fat, lazy staff. Used to be a good place before the new owners bought it.

We had a great time! Super inexpensive. Even the food and drinks are very affordable. Staff was super nice. We will for sure be coming back!

Went today with 5 kids and had a great time. Thanks for the awesome time. Will visit again when in the area. There was alot more to do than expected and was great for my kids ranging from 2-15.

Very clean. Has large inflatables. The arcade games are new and similar to other family gaming places. Looks like they may be adding areas in the back for birthdays.

Really nice place for the kids. Some older kids were running over the small ones so maybe more supervision.
