Place was great. Track layout is really good. The adult carts are fast. Kids carts are great too. Pricing was reasonable and the arcade looked awesome. We didn't spend time in the arcade but saw several people with massive amount of tickets. There machines really put out the tickets!
Arcade was reasonably priced, but prizes were o.k. Kids loved the go-karts. It was their first time, and they are ready to go back.
This was our first time coming here. We were a group of 10, ranging in age from 7 to 44. They had racing options for us all. The kids had a great time and so did we. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely go back next year!
Went to race 2 races first one went good, but the second one we got about halfway through (4:30sec left in an 8min race) and felt my leg start to get wet, looked down to see the fuel line had broken off of the kart and had started to soak me in gas. I promptly proceeded to the pits and told them that the gas line had popped off and soaked me in gas. I went to the carting desk and asked for another half race or a partial refund they declined nether and said that ?you were already half way through so it's not
We had so much fun! We only played the arcade. The arcade is old school, running off of tokens and tickets. Make sure you bring cash as that will be needed to purchase tokens (they do have an ATM). The tokens are $0.25 each and the ticket payouts are generous. If there was a problem with a machine, the staff was quick and friendly about servicing it. The overall atmosphere was inviting and was clean. We played for about 1.5 hours.
Staff was so rude and unprofessional! We got cut off 2 min early. Said no one was listening. He never once waved a flag we were instructed in the videos before racing to watch for. Got mad because the two teenagers kept going when he was waving his hands around and not waving the checkered flag. He told us we were done for the day.
They have a small oval for the kids. In an absolutely awesome track for older kids and adults! The staff was great, informative training video. I can't say enough good things about this place. They had arcade concessions. Pretty much at One stop shop for entertainment. I will definitely be back!
The track was very uneven and I was sliding in my seat every turn I took needless to say me and my friends? backs are very bruised and hurting. (I think they need to get some padding or something.) The track was bumpy couldn't hold the steering wheel straight on any turn even the ones I took very wide to set up for the next one. My hands were in so much pain that when I was done with my three races I raced I could barely move my left pointer finger. The tires were very worn and I almost spun out every turn
We brought a group here to go-cart over the weekend while on a Christmas trip to West Baden. We had a scary family health emergency while racing on the track, due to no fault of the business. I would like to give a huge shout out to the professional crew and management. They assisted us in getting the emergency care needed quickly and everything turned out fine. Thank you all again at the Indoor Go-Kart Track for going above and beyond to help our family!
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about safety when we went last time as a family for the first time. Which is why we're coming back again today!
My niece and nephews had a blast. The carts for younger kids does go a bit slower, but they still had fun. Be sure to wear closed toe shoes! They do have some for rent if you don't.
Kind of expensive for a 1st time event for 3 little . 2 9yr olds and 1 8 yr old. It was $84 for 2 rounds. 2 of the littles I had to make them go a 2nd time because they didnt like it. It was a great experience for 1 of the kids and he enjoyed all 16 minutes. 2x 8 min rounds. He enjoyed himself and became more brave. The 8yr old said people accidentally kept bumping him so he didnt like it. The other 9 yr old well she was driving miss daisy so she didnt enjoy herself much
Loved it...kids enjoyed the karts
Amazing place! Beautiful interior and just overall just Beautiful. The lady playing the harp was amazing as well!
Came on a rainy Friday afternoon and had the place mostly to ourselves due to most kids being in school. Didn't do the go-carts since our kids are too young but the two bounce houses and arcade were very nice. If we wind up back in the area would definitely go again.
Female worker is amazingly sweet and helpful. The guys working the track are great and make sure your comfortable
Absolutely a blast, great track, fast karts and their arcade area provided fun for the entire family!
Go Karts are ok. If you bring shoes and socks? if not they make you pay to rent everything ? if it doesn't already cost $100 for a family to go and ride a kart for 10 minutes. But what was really upsetting is the lady wasn't very nice and wouldn't sell a band for the bouncy houses because she was basically saying our child was too ?fat?. We've gone to many bouncy houses and guess what he's never destroyed any of them. Dumb rules, the staff isn't nice & costly.
Managers closed doors at 8:30 when they are open until 9:00 PM. Ridiculed our group for playing arcade games since they wouldn't allow another go kart race. Wouldn't recommend going here.
Nice place to spend some time with kids, not too expensive worth every mile driving here.
Came at 11 which is opening time,my boyfriend and his sisters did the go karts they had 3 races and where there till 1 .they have a little arcade section which was fun for our 4 yo but there is not really a lot of games they took out the jumping houses they had .we got 1000 tickets in one game so she took home a lot of toys .
First time going here and I loved every bit of it. $50 for three 8 minute laps didn't seem like a bad price at all. Also a great place to take kids as there's a decent amount for them to do as well. Definitely will be coming back.
This place got me into karting as an adult. Great facility and not too busy when I've been. I go when my family does reunions here. Kind of Wild West style, the stewards didn't bat and eye when I got pushed wide into the barrier right in front of them. Made for some interesting, elbows out moments but I didn't mind it at all. First day we went this past year the tires were beyond gone on every kart except the slowest one. Holding out my fifth star because of this. Overall couldn't recommend enough just do
We had so much fun. Would have given 5 stars but there is not an option for adults to race with the kids. We had to race separately and that takes away some from the family fun aspect but other than that the place is really awesome. The track, the carts, even the arcades were enjoyed.
Our kids aged 9, 16 and 62 all enjoyed it!! They were efficient and made it easy. They also loved the print out after each race with their stats. The non-racers liked the arcade. It was fun! Plenty ofvrace viewing area too. Enjoy!
This was my first and only indoor karting experience, and it was quite fun. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were six deep and had a blast going at the same time, part of a Spring Break trip we all remember fondly. Still have the helmet liner, which was my only souvenir.
They have the fastest Karts of any go-kart track in the area. They also have a separate track for kids (See video).
Had a lot of fun. Granted we came on a Monday morning and not alot of people there so wasn't much competition to race with but that's not the establishments fault...
Wasn't able to enjoy the carts, children had to be at least 4 and my son was 3, then they have a weight limit of 300lbs with a sign stating "we so weigh before riding" so ruled me out as well. They did have a decent concession and arcade though. But we decided to leave.
My 4 year old had a blast! Prices are surprisingly good. Arcade was so fun! And the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
We came to French Lick for vacation & this was one of the first places we visited with our kids. We were greeted by the guy running the place who was a complete jerk to us when we asked one simple question about the games. Make sure you have dental insurance too if you plan on eating the candy from the claw machine because the tootsie roll that's been sitting in there since 1976 about broke my tooth. Bummer experience!
I had an absolute blast with my family. I only did one race but it was very fun to do. My whole family played arcade games until about 2 o'clock. The staff was very friendly even if we thought we were pissing them off.
We had so much fun. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. They even have a ton of arcade games and even a kids race track!
Not very impressed. 2 of the carts seemed decent. The rest were barely getting by. One even blew a line and sprayed someone in fuel. The girls running the counter seemed more interested in their phones than anything else going on. The older guy running things was just a pr!ck. Arguing with people racing or had just raced, and not very professional at all. Doubt I'll visit again, which is sad. Has so much potential.
So, the staff response on here to prices say they are on par and even better than there competitors. That's fake news! You do not get your full 8 minutes to start. After all the rentals for this ride you end up spending $51 for 2 people, one 8 minute session...And like I said, not a full 8 minutes. Now on to the track. Track is bumpy and carts are just ok. They are fast but need updating just like the track. Staff act like you are an inconvenience to them and they are just putting in time. The arcade was wa
If they had a four and a half rating, I would use it. The facility is clean, the employees are friendly and the carts are a blast. We had lots of fun racing each other. A little pricey, but I know how hard it must be to keep all the equipment is great working order.
Great track with fast carts. Great fun for all ages we love it. They have a bounce house to keep the little ones occupied along with electric carts the little one can drive on there own track. I've been to several tracks around Indiana and this one is definitely the best setup for the whole family.
Went there at 9:15 to find out everything that closes at 9:30 had been shut down several minutes before 9:15 more like 9:00 pm. If you want to look for a disappointing time go here
Totally Awesome. This is a great track. fast safe and fun. It is really changeling. the cars are great the staff are all so very helpful and friendly, and the cost was within reason of other facilities. I was fortunate enough to post a top 10 top on my last race, which I was greatly excited about. I hope on my next trip there I will be able to get more power, and hopefully challenge the track record. I have raced a "K-1 Speed, but I like the Gas powered Karts better, they are easier to control and drive m
Friendly staff. Safe environment. Love the stats you get after your races. The handling of the different cars can be frustrating. Especially if you got a great car for one round then a car with poor suspension for your next round and you are trying to break your last record.
Prices are very reasonable and cars were fast, even ones not in the advanced group. Fun for all ages. The arcade is pretty good for young kids too.
All our children had a blast which says a lot since they range from 5 to 15 years old! The go karts are FAST and worked as advertised. The staff was courteous, patient with the kids, and even made some suggestions to save $$. Be prepared to smell a little like exhaust since the indoor track is hard to keep air clean, but overall the experience was terrific.
This place was fun, but it's getting outdated and needs some major upkeep done. The fitness center was only a treadmill, elliptical, and a broken bike. The water park its self may have been old, but the staff was all awesome, very family friendly and nice. Breakfast was awesome. Pizza from the arcade was good and cheap. Arcade was ok, good prices, just kind of small.
We took the whole family there! It was very roomy and had great prices for the activities that they offer. There are several types of carts, from your 5 year old kid to your 45 year old kid.... They are very nice people and have great equipment onsite. We will be going every summer now with the family.
Just read the FAQ, they said no crocs... I've been wearing crocs for 10 year, and put over 7,000 miles in my blue off road crocs. You guy need to change this rule or I'm not having my birthday party here. Thank you for the update. I'm sad about the rule. I wish that the Insurance can understand that Crocs are changing they're getting more safer for human use.
Fun experience. Get amount of entertainment whether it's with the go-karting or throughout the place. Seems quite suited for children's parties or just for a group to get together and have a little bit of fun. carrots and tracks are well maintained and the staff is quite knowledgeable helpful and friendly. Definitely a recommendation for a night out for something to do that's different. Take a friend take some family compete race and enjoy
When we come to town with our grandsons, this is always a must stop.
My boyfriend and I went here and were very pleased. There is a large variety of arcade games, the best in town as far as I know. We did not do the go karts. Went specifically for arcade. You have to try the Deal or No Deal game. Lots of fun. Spent $30 on tokens and ended up with 1015 tickets. Prizes range from 5 to 2000 or so for the most part. There was one machine , the claw machine with plush animals in it, looking most forward to that one. It did not work. Other than that, great time!!
Curvy women stay away. The seats are plastic molded for men and children. I'm a size 14/16 in pants and couldn't fit in the kart. Super embarrassing, wish they had an example seat at the front to check before you go all the way out there, get a helmet on and then have to get out in front of everyone. I'm not that big of a person. Refund was easy, but this place definitely isn't inclusive.
Although we all couldn't race as a family this place is still a blast to go to. My girls love it and I enjoy beating my wife at air hockey(she won but I'm not admitting it)
Had a great time this Go-Karting in July! My grandson has watched Risky Rick everyday, numerous times since we were there. Will definitely go back!!
Although the prices have risen within the past few years, it's always a fun track to visit. The layout is challenging, especially when they reverse it. It's grown from just a go-kart facility to have a full food menu and arcade games. The staff is friendly and extremely patient with groups of many kids. It's one of the few family places in French Lick.
This was just not ok. My brother was there and he's 6 he was so bored because of how little and slow they were, not to mention he had nobody to race with. I was riding and the adults out there didn't care at all just stood there talking while I had just got slammed into and I waited for about 3 minutes waiting for someone to help. The workers put in no effort to stop the driver and talk to them or put out the black flag like it said in the safety video. Then my dad raced THERE STRAIGHT UP WAS A GUY GOING TH
This place was a joke. They acted like they couldn't do basic functioning. We have had fun in the past but this year was very disappointed in the staff. Very mouthy and acted entitled.
Really disappointed about our visit here. The young girl that checked us out to ride the go karts was rude to me more than once. I couldn't ride due to my youngest wasn't old enough but bought tickets for the three older boys. They called their names in two different races and we were confused at first on why they weren't called together. I guess my oldest was put in an adult race due to his age. Clearly the three boys were all together and wanted to race one another. I wish she would have been informative
Our group was staying at West Baden. It was a beautiful evening and wanted to walk to the Chicago pizza place. When we were done eating and walking back, we decided to swing by and ride the Go-Carts. We had our left over pizza with us and as soon as we walked in the man at the counter said "no outside food". Our friend explained that we were walking, it was our left overs, and we didn't plan on eating....we were stuffed. He still said "no outside food." Our friend asked if we could leave it with him at the
More of a focus on arcade than karting. Karts are completely varying in maintenance levels, helmets have no visors, people?s neck braces fly off. Could be a lot better. But could also be a lot worse.
My husband and I had a great time at the track. We didn't have to wait long at all, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely go back and take the family. They have plenty to do for anyone, even if you aren't into racing.
We made this the highlight of my son's birthday party and all of the boys had a blast!
The carts are fun our kids loved it. Ages 8 and 11. My wife and I did also. Good place to spend a couple hours. You can bring your own helmet. Has to be full face and have a face shield or bring goggles. Our helmets are dirtbike helmets and we bring our goggles.
Had a great time here..just some advice though. Don't let the guy at the door be a grumpy old man when you ask him a question. Have someone with more personality and a little more friendly. Otherwise great the rest of the crew was great.
This is a really great place to go if you seek adventure. And you can take your kids too! There is a kids track for younger kids, and 8-13 year olds can race on the adult track at a slower speed. The slower go karts can go up to 20 mph, while the fastest can go up to 40 mph. I went go karting for the first time here, and I definitely recommend this place.
These carts are so much fun! Adult carts hit speeds up to 40 mph. Helmets, neck rolls, safety videos, waivers...the whole nine. Compete for best lap times. Will definitely visit again
The karts are no joke. These things go fast and they encourage you do. (As long as you are being safe and following rules.) Very fun. The arcade games are okay. The best we could find within distance. Nice place.
The facilities and equipment are well maintained, although our entire family didn't race the carts, a good time was had by all. This was the first indoor track I've been to, and also one of the fastest I've raced on.
Place is super liminal, looks forgotten in an early 2000s vibe. They have indoor carting and arcade machines.
We went here for the first time on Thursday and we are coming back! We came because big splash adventure didn't open for another hour and a half and we saw this once before in 2018 when we came out to visit and said if we have time next time we will come back. It was clean, dimly to fairly lit, nice games for all ages & the go karts were our fav. Due to my pregnancy I couldn't get in a car sadly but my children did and they had a ball. I can't recall the woman?s name who worked the counter but I truly love
This place has improved a lot since we were here last year. Lots more arcade games and everything is new and shiny. But the kids love the go-kart track. Just like everything else in French Lick it's a bit overpriced but the kids had fun.
My husband and I discovered this place when we were on our honeymoon in French Lick in 2010. It was awesome!!!! While the prices have drastically gone up, the fun you get out of it is AMAZING! We have yet to find a place that matches up to this location. Don't like that they now throttle the karts, but it's still a lot of fun!
Will more than likely never go back. There were 4 teens working and they stayed up front on their phones, we waited for 10 minutes at the prize station and no one ever came to help us.
Went there with my grandson today, walked in ask if they were open man said yea, silent, I said we've never been here how does he drive the carts, he said everything is in the back. We went to the back no one there! Saw the dude come to back got a drink then went back to the front. So we looked around and not a single person even asked if we needed anything. We were the only customers there and not one person helped us. I even told the man I want grandson to ride that carts. He just said it's in the back,
Track is very fun with many turns and an S turn and hairpin. The karts are pretty quick for an average Joe like me. They also have Games to win tickets with and you cash the tickets in for prizes. Overall a fun date night/ family fun center!
The track is exciting with many turns rather than just a circle. Staff is really friendly too. Great place for a hangout. My friends and I love to go and eat, kart, and play arcade games for tickets.
Super fun!!! Definitely buy more than one race around the track. You won't regret it. Cool you can check-in to Facebook right from the sign-in kiosk with the click of a button too. This is one of the best go-karting places I've been and the single best I've been to that doesn't require the full suit and gear get-up with more formal training beforehand. LOVE IT!!!
Had a lot of fun at French Lick West Baden Indoor Karting. We signed up for go-karting but the wait was a little longer than we were willing to, so we played the arcade games until the rain let up that day. Arcade games were a blast and they had a great variety. I would definitely visit again!
The older gentleman was extremely rude to my 10 year old daughter. While I was standing with her. His face is lucky my daughter was there or he would look a lil different. I won't be back as long as that guy is employed. 0 stars if I could. Don't work around kids if you can't handle all it brings.
Absolutely a blast! Carts are fast and the track lay out and size is awesome. Staff are friendly and helpful
Great adrenaline rush! We had so much fun. We were visiting the town and just decided to stop by, it was the most fun we had all day. The racetrack is fast!
Nice place. Fun for kids and adults, and reasonably priced. We have had a couple birthdays here and everyone always had a good time. Not a huge place, but still pretty decent. Good karts that go a pretty good speed.
I'm a little biased being my Father-in-law manages this place, but really as long as you are reasonable and don't try to cheat the rules (many of which are set by the insurance company, not by them) you'll have a great time. The arcade has one of the best prize walls I've ever seen, too.
It was fun but the track is rough in spots and the carts need better tires.
Nice employees. Fast carts!! We had a blast. Best off paying for 2 races. Because after the first time, you will want to do it again.
Decent arcade games and the lady was great with our six year old who rode the little kid go karts. Always come here when we're staying in the area.
Go karts are insanely fast! Service is even better. The 3 gentlemen working we're very nice to both adults and kids . They even refunded a ticket due to my daughter not wanting to drive the go karts. Highly recommend.
I brought my 12 year old daughter for the first time and we had a great time! I had purchased two 3 race packages in a deal through the internet and three races each was the perfect amount. She had to race in the kid's carts/race which go half as fast as the adult ones, but afterwards she said it was probably appropriate for her after seeing me race in the faster cars. Of note, they had a car leak copious amounts of oil onto the track and we were forced to wait while they cleaned it up. No big deal, thin
Nice track. Staff is extremely friendly and will chat if you decide to take the time. Small bounce area was there when we were there, and has a decent arcade.
We had a great time. The staff is nice and friendly. The guys on the track are great at what they do as well. We are ready to go back soon. It is so much fun.
Kids get to race! Love this place.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
