Awesome first visit to the Freedom Mill!! This place is HUGE but well staffed and a fun change of pace with the family in mind. Don't forget to run down to the bar (inside the building) for a fresh draft or boozie slushy, then finish the night with the food truck on site. Highly recommend and will do it again!

One of our favorite places to go to they've got games for the kids. They have a great selection of firearms at a reasonable price. They have a gun range which is amazing. They have a three and some fancy little frosty drinks that they put alcohol in. They also have some great shopping local made yummy barbecue sauce. Our favorite though is probably the axe throwing.

I took Steve Silvey's basic pistol training last month. I grew up shooting guns but those times are not something I would trust ot be safe. It was nice to go back to the basics and learn from Steve. He is incredibly knowledge. His class is on the 1st and 4th sunday of each month. Time is spent in the range where he coaches the people in the class. We've been here twice for ax throwing and it's really so much fun! The place is very family friendly and the shop is better-than-Bucces! A great place whether you're looking for fun with friends or a birthday party.

This place is so fun! Only complaint truly is the outdoor chairs on the playground are worn out and therefor when your skin touches them fiberglass gets stuck in your skin. Made for a really rough ride home.

Nice people but there is ZERO range safety. People loading guns behind you and in their hands behind the firing line with loaded guns. Most ranges keep a safety officer at the firing line to prevent just such issues. I have never seen them here thought. The store is more concerned with their liability with the waivers than your safety!

In the last 3 times I've been there, I 've always had to shoot next to a lane where someone is firing a rifle/223. The concussion is terrible and hard to get used to. They have a rifle side and a pistol side but why they dont honor it I dont know.

We had a great time drinking fresh brewed beer and throwing axes! These are two activities that I would not usually think would be performed together, but we did it and had a great time doing it! We sat in the bar area when we were finished throwing axes and watched some college football on several of their tvs. Over all it was a great experience, and if you need some deer corn, a Bible or a shotgun, they've got that too!

Mixed experience due to staff - awesome place, some awesome people, but not everyone we dealt with was as awesome... Came in with a friend to shoot at the range and try out the brewery and was met at the door by a very friendly teenager who pointed the direction of the range and went down that way, where we were met by one of the least friendly staff members of any business ive ever dealt with.. Took kids to freedom mill, it is was ok. Arcade was small, but has very different set of games. While I was there I saw they have fun range and went in to see, employees there were very rife and not so friendly. I asked couple of questions and it almost seemed like they did not want to answer. I asked whether they offer there basic pistol training was offered over thanks giving weekend, he thanks giving was not Sunday. Anyway I did not feel like they liked to help me. Will never go there. We've been to the FUN ZONE twice in 2 days and had a blast! The rate to play is better during the week when it's less busy. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor areas.

Usually gun stores and ranges have employees who are passionate, friendly, and geared towards welcoming their customers. This location is all but that. Employees consistently act like you are a burden for merely existing. They are short, not friendly, and strangely act like they are forced to work there. My wife and I went for the gun range. As always, it was a good experience. Nice clean range with plenty of lanes. Clean air, too! (If you're a shooter, you will know what this means) They have a nice selection of guns for sale as well. The last time we went we bought two pistols before leaving.

We visited the Fun Zone aspect of Freedom Mill and were so impressed!! The indoor and outdoor spaces are clean and well intentioned. There is seating readily available for tired parents to supervise, lots of smaller activities inside the larger activities, and such a great variety of experiences for little imaginations to utilize. If you are a repeat customer be careful. I have been on three separate visits and I brought my own gun. Today on my 4th visit apparently my gun and ammunition that I have used 3 previous times was suddenly banned with no explanation. Worst customer service I have ever had at a gun range. The gun store and range are awesome here. Gun prices are very competitive for the market. My daughter went to visit the new fun zone over the weekend, and loved it. We Loved our anniversary date day ace throwing at Freedom Mill. Our instructor, Tim was great! He was very helpful, encouraging, and a lot of fun. I was nervous but he gave us a briefing on how to throw and I surprisingly did well. We enjoyed the healthy competition between each other. We will come back again and recommend.

I absolutely love this place. All the beer is excellent, the spirits are very good and smooth for a local distillery, my kids love the new fun zone, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. This is our go-to hang out spot with friends.

I'd never been to Freedom Mill. My initial thoughts? Very impressed. Freedom Mill has something for everyone. Full arcade, country store, Ax throwing, food, ect. It was busy when I went, but the staff was very courteous as I explored the well -stocked gun shop. (Kudos to Tanner for his great service.) This is definitely a family friendly environment and I'm looking forward to shooting at the range.

This place was definitely 5 stars hands down. It ended up being more than what we had expected. Very friendly environment. Shannon was definitely amazingly friendly. She answered any questions that we had and even gave us a tour of the little chickens (chicks). They have a lot of Patriotic and Christian merchandise. This place has everything you need to enjoy a good day. They cater to the men, women, and children. We go up about once a month from Roswell. They always have something new and some form of an event. I highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience at Freedom Mill Axe Throwing. I went with a girlfriend of mine for a last minute fun activity. Bailey was an amazing axe master who helped us learn as new axe throwers. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about form and precision. I'd highly recommend this place and activity for girl's night out, mom's night out, or any other reason to have some fun!

Just went through Basic Pistol Training Course. Was absolutely fantastic and thorough, Instructor's name was steve and he was a great teacher. He was polite, gave gentle corrective tips, and very helpful. Recommend him for all training.

Great facilities, super helpful staff. I brought my girls there and was able to spend some times with my daughters (10&16) and wife. Taught them about proper handling and safety. Then worked with them on shooting. The staff was there overseeing everyone?s safety and were helpful with any questions we had. I'm a repeat customer and enjoy myself every time I go there....my girls do too!

Our first phone order and drive thru pickup for lunch was a great experience. Food orders were still piping hot after getting back home in 20 minutes. Grilled chicken was moist and delicious. My husband and I attended the festivities for father's day upon his request. We've been to axe throwing here before and it wasn't the best experience, but we wanted to give it another try now that we've learned the basics. This time we got Gil and he changed our entire outlook on the entire business as a whole. This guy knows what he's doing and he loves his job. If we come back again, it's because of him! We really enjoyed the BBQ as well and just enjoyed the atmosphere as a whole.

This is a good place to go to spend the day shooting/shopping and even having lunch or dinner. Lots of stuff to look at and the lanes are very well maintained. Amazing little shop with a wide range of products available. I will typically drive out of my way to pick up feed for my chickens regularly due to their wide selection and overall better quality feed than most places around. I love this gun shop and shooting range. Also the NRA instructors are great. My daughter and I took some classes together to start her in shooting. They take their time with each student and help them develop a comfort level with shooting. The range is brand new and state of the art. My husband and I were new to shooting and Steve Silvey was extremely helpful in answering questions. He took the time to offer suggestions as to what type of guns were suitable for us. We signed up for his training courses from basic to tactical home defense. Steve is an excellent instructor. His courses were extremely beneficial in helping us appreciate how important gun safety and proper techniques are.

Bakery is excellent. The best German chocolate cupcake I've ever had! the strawberry was good but was just good...get the German chocolate was amazing! Bbq was delish the chicken is sliced and not pulled which was juicy and great. Mac was super cheesy and beans were good. Everyone was nice and it was a great 2st time experience.

Good prices with limited selection. (I think they sell out quickly with the pricing) They can get almost anything in about a week, so that's a plus. I've ordered through them and it was fast and easy. Just tried out the new range and it's clean with excellent ventilation. Best range in the area hands down. It takes a while to check in so be paitent, about 5 mins per person so if its busy, then you might wait longer than shoot, but I'm sure they'll figure it out and improve that process. Knowledgeable

There is no food here despite the word "eat" being the first thing on many of the signs. The beer is actually decent from what I had on a previous visit, but we had to pass today. They advertise food trucks but didn't have any at noon on a Saturday.
