Loved our experience at The Rooftop at this restaurant in Counce, TN. We had lunch here and ordered the meat lovers pizza. Their pizza is fantastic, we will definitely be back here!
Worst food and service we have ever had. Took the family. Seven of us. Without the tip it was $163.00 (which is not bad but) All of our food was cold. Service was terrible. Atmosphere was terrible. Employees acted like they did not want to be there. I guess there is a lot of that now days but, will never enter this place again. Don't waste your time. Don't let the building fool you! We would give it a negative rating if we could.
Food was just OK to me. It is definitely pricey for what you get. The service was great but the atmosphere was very dark. I would possibly try one more time if I were visiting the area again.
I ordered a hamburger and fries upstairs. The fries were cold and soggy, the burger was overcooked and not that good. The bun was soggy and fell apart when I tried to eat it. There was a slice of tomato that was probably a half inch thick along with a slice of red onion that also was a half inch thick-just a waste. Pickle chips were decent. The live music was good as was the service.
Seated immediately. Enjoyed Live Music before dinner, during, and after dinner. Service was excellent. Our food was excellent and delivered promptly.
We rented a cabin and boat at Pickwick Lake for the July 4th weekend. We spent the evening of July 4th at Freddy T?s Rooftop Bar, and we had a great time. The live music was great, and our table of 6 ordered a variety of food including boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, and pizza. The best food, however, was the fried green bean appetizer! Wow! In addition to the food and entertainment, the service was great too. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area
Not really a seafood lover, which seems to be their forte. The Burger was good, the fries were a bit cold. The French Dip was nondescript. The drinks were good. It's a cool place with live music. Worth a stop for drinks and a bite.
Great place. Super friendly staff. Like sitting in a bar in southern Florida. Prime rib was served cold for some reason. I still ate it without sending back. It was still good.
The bangn shrimp are awesome! The servers were all very friendly and the off the wall decor is fun. Oh, and a wine vault, with a wide selection of good wines. The only reason I give them a 4 is bc the food the second night was just ok, but I prefer my grits creamier.
1st time here. I will not be coming back. Came for dinner and drinks on a Tuesday, the $19 hamburger/fries is a frozen burger patty, mine was over-cooked, when I asked it to be medium. I got over well-done. The fries were burnt (pic attached). If you cannot cook French fries on a Tuesday night, You need to get out of the kitchen. My date ordered a mojito. She couldn't take more than a sip of it. We're sure fresh mintt and cane sugar were nowhere to be found. Had the order a Bacardi and Coke instead. Se
One of the better restaurants in the area but it's not as good as a Houston's or J Alexander's. The Pickwick nachos are pretty good. My wife's bone in ribeye was awesome. I would highly recommend. It's a good bargain for the size and quality. My sons prime rib sandwich was just ok. Fries need to be a little crisper. My salmon was not good though. Really fishy smelling which is something I can't tolerate. The live music was great tonight. Dude looked like Tim McGraw and had lots of talent.
This place is great. The service the food all of it, when I am in the area I have to go!!??
During huge storm I stopped in to have a bite to eat. The bourbon pork tenderloin was soo good! Candy and Rhea are so friendly
The seating upstairs is open and today we had an awesome breeze. My fried pickles were not really what I expected, I won't make that mistake again. My single cheeseburger basket was DELICIOUS... like maybe a honey flavored bun and even my fries were JUST RIGHT... and of course good COLD OPENED budlight... I'll go back...
Love love love this place we had such a great experience here! Service and food was excellent! We had prime rib and ribeye both could have used more seasoning but they were perfectly cooked and tender! Price was good for what we got. They have a game room for the kids and a separate bar from the restaurant. It was great highly recommend!!
Sat quickly. Server was prompt and attentive.. food was fresh and quick and very good!
We had a great meal here on a busy night! Fun beach-vibe atmosphere. Wish we had had time to return to the upstairs bar with live music.
The service was awesome! The atmosphere was amazing! But the food we all had was bland. None of it had no flavor or any seasoning! None of it was any good! We didn't any of it! I don't think I will be back anytime soon! Sorry not sorry
Bit pricey, but the food was really good. We went in the off season, and the place was empty. Rich was a phenomenal server.
Best place to eat in that area! Great food and friendly service.
3 Chicken nuggets for chicken Parm. Talked to owner, She was rude!Argued with me , Everyone at our table was disappointed. She takes advantage of tourist in the area. She'll never see them again so she doesn't care.Doesnt give you anything back on the food. Apologize or offer anything else. What a rip-off ,disguises her food to look like something it's not and doesn't care. Our part of 5 spent over $400.in there .She is just out for the money. Definitely wouldn't take any of my guests there if you want to i
The staff was great and the service was fast and frequent. Big kudos to them. The bar itself has a fun beach theme inside, with a small arcade section as well, though several of the games appeared to be out of order when I passed through. The food was okay - it was nothing special, but alright for bar fare. The menu is a bit pricey for what it is, in my opinion. Overall, not a bad experience, and any shortcomings were improved by the staff. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd give it another shot.
The live music was fun. I made the grave mistake of ordering coffee; cream was curdled, then followed that up to ask for a "Mocktail". The blank face was priceless-LOL. Clearly, I'm from out of town.
Really enjoyed it the food was great i had the blackened prime rib and my better half had the crab legs both were delicious service was spot on . The owner Marsha came to our table and checked on how everything was that's good service !
Ordered the lady cut ribeye and it was not only huge but cooked perfect. My server was also very sweet and so polite. She had a professional appearance and personality suited to the atmosphere. This place is adorable. My family sat in a corner booth and it felt like we were in our own room. We also had our own TV within the space of what felt like our own little world. Prices are not cheap by any means but very reasonable in reference to what we ordered and the quality received. Will definitely dine in agai
It was excellent. Menu prices seemed a little steep until they served our food. Wow at the food! And wow at the quality. And wow at the service!! And it was. My birthday and they sent me home with two slices of strawberry cheese cake!!
The atmosphere in this place is amazing! There are so many things that you can do here. If you just want to go eat with family, go out with friends, or just relax and have a few drinks. This is the place! Food and drinks are great.
Loved the atmosphere. Best wine selection in Pickwick. I can't really say much about the food. I always order Prime Rib. And it's delicious!
Nice place to eat. I ordered the blackened chicken alfredo and cheese triangles. The marinara tasted homemade, it was comfort food at it's best. Good service. Great location and had a lot going on. Looks like it will be the hangout for Spring break.
Food was ok but bar service and price was very poor. Our party ordered three Old Fashions that were the worst we ever had. Sent them back once but they didn't come back much better. To add insult, we were charged $21/drink. Won't go back.
What a waste of money. Celebrating husband 77 birthday with party of six. Crab cakes was good until center then cold as if frozen before cooking. Prime rib was ordered med rare came back done and cold tough fries other party prime rib was literally cooked on 1 side. Sent prime ribs back was atleast warm but tough enough you had to saw it. Prime rib is not that way. Last time we was there it was slow cooked to perfection. Our waitress was amazing and so embarrassed drinks was fabulous. So she got 2 stars. So
The bang bang shrimp was delicious. I got the regular fettuccine alfredo and a side of the bang bang shrimp and mixed the two, and it was pretty close to heaven for my taste buds
Loved the atmosphere and the service but the food could have been a little better. Someone at our table ordered the French dip and literally couldn't eat it- tasted very ?off? to them. Rest of the food was great and server didn't charge the sandwich and gave us a free dessert to try to make it up to us. The shrimp and grits was amazing!!
It seems my review was deleted so I'll post again First off I would like to say that if it wasn't for our waitress (Emily) this would be a 1 star review. We were as a table of 7 in the front room. We ordered drinks and apps before a party of 12 sat down next to us. It took approximately 45 minutes to get our appetizers, while the table of 12 not only had their apps but entries as well. I asked for an Old Fashioned, a drink a beginner bartender should be able to make, and I was served some nasty fruity wate
The menu on the web sight is not correct. I drove an hour just to get a Tbone and they only have a lady?s cut ribeye. The menu at the restaurant is a lot higher than the menu online. I used to love this place. Will never be back.
Staff is very friendly, it is very clean and lots of fun!! Love dancing there!
Wonderful place for kids! Offers a nice restaurant for families, indoor bar, arcade, or upstairs patio where you place food and drinks orders at a window. We were in somewhat of a hurry (we did not tell our server this), but had a sit down dinner and our server was prompt and nice. Our food come out much quicker than anticipated and was delicious! Banging Shrimp app, fried catfish and crab cake dinner did not disappoint. Even the loaded potato and biscuits were great!
Great food, live band, car show, this place has it all. Go check it out for an unforgettable experience
I checked out this spot while in town for work on a Monday night. Really good burger and onion rings, bartender was a nice guy, and I loved the classic country playing in the background. Great experience!
We first came in to the 50s club/Parrothead and stood around for about 5 minutes before asked if we'd like anything, we were the only ones in there. The bartender was very nice, but did not know how to make a margarita. She tried, but all the drinks were like a water down taste and very sugary. We kind of questioned if it was actual liquor in the bottles or water. I've never had a mixed drink were it did not taste liquor at all, not even a smidge. The shots tasted like water too. She was very generous and n
Fun atmosphere and the staff was great.
Great place to go if you want to hear music and have adult drinks. Haven't tried any food yet but when I do I will rate
Had the Filet mignon, it was cooked perfect! Would recommend, also had a nice kids area.
It's been several years since I had eaten at Freddy T?s. I remembered it being so good. My husband, sister, brother in law & I went there tonight and was very disappointed. The service wasn't good and the food was worse than the service. Dry chicken, under cooked pork loin. The salads were good. We had to ask our server for refills and then remind him that we still hadn't received them. He seemed stressed...maybe because when we said something about the raw pork he apologized and said none of his tables wer
Food tasted good but took way to long to come out and mine was cold. Forgot my onion rings & was told they would be right out. When they came out they were also cold. I was half way through eating them and the waitress came by to clear plates and knocked the basket of rings over trapping some between her bare thigh and me while the rest went on the floor. No replacement food or apologies. Place and food have much potential but they REALLY need to step up their game.
We came here after another restaurant ignored us and didn't seat us. We were pleasantly surprised at the selection on the breakfast buffet and with how delicious everything was. The servers, hostesses, and buffet attendant were superb. They were attentive and friendly. We will be back here, no question. Thank you for turning our unpleasant experience around into an enjoyable one!!
Freddy T's has always been my favorite place to eat and I drink 2 hour's one way just to eat there. I went last week and again last night but I won't be going much now. They've EXTREMELY cut down on what I eat which is the fried pickles and cheesy fries. It's almost cut in half on the size of both items and I've been going for year's! The fried pickles now are so thin you can't really taste the pickle at all... So with the prices, portion size and pickles being very thin I'm definitely not going to be going
While the food is good the prices are horrendous for what you get. $20 bucks for chicken wings, $20 for a salad $15 for a burger. Given the severe lack of choices in the area they've got people over a barrel and they know it but it's really not worth the money. They do have a very nice wine list, a nightclub (with frequent bar fights) a church IN the nightclub on Sundays and a regular restaurant but it's still not worth the money. Drive to Corinth.
Well, it's the first time I've been there since the new management, and was a little disappointed. The prices went up, which is okay, but the Prome Rib sandwich which I used to love, was okay, but hardly any meat on the bun.. and no cheese that I could tell! so prices went up and quantity went down????. Good news, they still have the same amazing fries!!
Wow, disappointing!! Been in the past and remembered it being better. At 11:45 am, we waited with no line for 10 minutes for someone to come upstairs to take our order. No apology for wait, no friendly greeting. Waited for 15 more minutes to get a burger and chicken sandwich (fries were raw), which would have been better at Wendy?s for a 1/3 of the price. Thoroughly disappointing. Looks like they're in the one-off business because we won't be back.
Visited the upstairs open air bar.. hot, no air stirring .drinks werent great and pricey.
Mt church is here to so come join us on Wed at 7 and sun 10
The food is overpriced for the quality, but I did like the servers. The club is an absolute freaking disaster. I've seen so many fights here and it's nothing but drama every time I go. You're lucky to get service at the bars most of the time.
Food and drinks weren't good.
Tonight was fantastic! We had crab legs and they were great! We had to call one of the owners(Joel) out to ask what has happened to the place. Everyone from the Hostess greeting you to her cleaning off tables, to all the servers helping each other. It was definitely noticed. Looks like yall are ready for the summer crowd!
Food wasn't that good, we didn't get our appetizers, salad, or complimentary cheddar biscuits until we got our actual meals and then they weren't even how we ordered them. The waitress we had would disappear for thirty minutes after you asked for a refill, we went to the bar just to get our drinks refilled. Then we asked for the bill and it took her thirty minutes and 2 of the party of 6 walked outside for a few minutes and she got mad and told her manager that we left without paying. We walked back in and
My wife and I had a weekend get away in Pickwick and a few people recommend Freddie T's....and we know why. The girl we spoke to on the phone to get information (I believe her name was Cameron) was very pleasant and had refreshing phone skills. Our server (Shelby) was very attentive. We had the Porterhouse Steak and it was absolutely PERFECT. The fried mushrooms were excellent as well.
Terrible. Ate lunch at the upstairs area. Family of 5, not a single thing came out correctly. I'm not even talking just about special requests. Even my burger was not as advertised. The fries we did get were cold. And the other meal didn't get fries because they ran out. Quesadilla was supposed to be just cheese and chicken. Messed that up. Pizza was burnt so they made a new one. The staff didn't seem to care. On a positive note my bud light did come cold. They did good on that.
The dj left a lot to be desired and was openly picking fights on the mic. As a bartender I can say he was the problem
Pricey food that never came. Horrific customer service. We waited half an hour after ordering before noticing that the entire kitchen staff was partying out on the floor rather than cooking. The girl who took the order even lied, saying that it was finally cooking when it wasn't. Finally a manager issued a refund. Terrible service. We won't be back.
We stayed at Pickwick State park last year and really enjoyed our food at Freddy T's on that occasion, although the prices are pretty high in comparison to other Restaurants with similar selections. Last year we ordered the T bone and Catfish entrees. The meal was so good we returned this year hoping for another good experience....wasn't to be. It was horrible. 3 of us all ordered Prime Rib and it was $19.99 each, not including our drinks. The food was barely edible. It was difficult to get more than a few
The waitress was great! That's about the only thing good about the experience. The child?s grilled cheese was so greasy/buttery it wasn't edible. The chicken parm tasted like the sauce came from a jar. It was also microwaved - lots of water in the bottom of the dish. Chicken strips instead of a breast. I expected more for $15.90. The chicken in the Alfredo was good, but the sauce was bland. Again, expected more for $14.90. As stated, the waitress was very nice and prompt. The bill was $50 without a
Food was over cooked . First and last time! Catfish was terrible, way over cooked and battered Slaw tasted ruined. Shrimp was cooked with shell on. Green bean app was also way over cooked. Way over priced for food quality will not go back The atmosphere was nice and our waitress was very sweet and did a great job.
It was fun there. The food was very good. The drinks made us ??. Service was great. A little pricey, but not bad for what you get.
Went for my birthday! I got the bourbon pork tenderloin and loaded baked potato and it was absolutely amazing. My fiance and I played air hockey downstairs and I kicked his butt! Great place, very fun vibe. Love the Sully and Mike Wazowski statues
This place has really went down hill. We went to the rooftop and ate and the food took 2 hours to get. You had to go up to the window to check on your order every 30 mins to see if your food was done. They would just put the food in a 2-Go box and everyone would go up there and open it to see if it was their order. The food was cold when we got it. After dinner we Went down stairs and didn't know their was a rule that you couldn't wear Jerseys.( I have already been here 2 hours eating!!!) You would have th
Before I go into how expensive this place is, let me say they have options. The bar and grill on top is a good place if you're looking for bar food and a drink. The restaurant below is prime choice and well worth the money. Awesome prepared food and excellent service. Gotta say this place doesn't disappoint, but be prepared for hefty bill afterwards. Well worth the drive and the money for the quality. Well done and a good job. Can't wait til next time.
The food is excellent! The drinks are strong and the music and bar area are on point! We had a blast!
This restaurant was the worst ever I have eaten at. It took almost 2 hours for our meal to come. I know it was the night before Thanksgiving but you need to staff accordingly or close. Our food was not warm and was not palatable. Poor all around service. My sister ordered soup and salad and did not even receive it. I will drive past your establishment to go and eat somewhere else. Go to the Mexican restaurant down the street. Never again!!!
Fantastic place for lunch and dinner. Great atmosphere, good food, we'll definitely go back. Very close to Pickwick lake and Tennessee river . We rented a cabin and Freddy T's quickly became our favorite place to eat.
Food is average, tried to order ? key west scampi? over pasta? I had to buy an order of fettuccini Alfredo with no sauce?? 40 entree that was not very good. It's alwYs something there? very few places to eat at the lake, but I'm not going back again
Today was the first time we've eaten here and it was not a good experience. We ate upstairs as the bottom floor was closed for Labor Day. We went to the counter to order and along with another couple, waited 10-15 minutes for anyone to come out to take our order. We went to sit down and most of the tables were dirty. We picked one that looked the best and our arms stuck to the table. There were crumbs everywhere. We then waited over an hour for 1 salad and 3 quesadillas. There were only 3 tables occup
Good atmosphere and friendly staff. I ordered the Chicken Parm. It was 4 unflavored chicken tenders with melted cheese on top of overcooked linguine. Came with a piece of sandwich bread with garlic flavor on one side. The fried mushroom appetizer was tasty and our waiter was friendly. For the price I was disappointed.
Pay $30 for a cover plus wait 20+ minutes on drinks. If you leave your tab open they ask for an ID and card but at the end of the night you don't get your ID back. I went twice today to get my ID back and they said it was my mistake. Terrible service and attitudes. WILL NERVER BE BACK!!!!!!!!
Lunch at the new upstairs section. Concept seems to be a work in progress ... improving.. Burger Basket and a beer. Burgers have improved greatly since opening. Reasonable price, big order of fries. Fresh bun, well dressed, condiments self-serve. Just me, never got excited about their chicken baskets. Good place for a quick in-and-outer .. anytime .. Eat there about once a week ..
Nice place for area. Upper deck. Smoking allowed on upper deck area. This place is two story with lower eating area for evening and a casual upper deck for eating and or drinking. We went in afternoon on Sat. And we had good food. Upper deck is open with bay, garage type doors for Windows. Burgers, which are very good, but if hungry, order double decker. Small burger patties. Great atmosphere and decor. Friendly staff. Go to window, order food and enjoy. Self serve. I enjoyed the frijita.
Wait staff was great! Food wasn't. Ordered Dave's chicken and it was awful. Chicken was dry, plate was dry as if it all had been refrigerated and warmed up. Catfish was not good either. Beer was cold though.
Not impressed with the meal, service or gloomy atmosphere. My wife had a single bite of her 25$ shrimp meal and couldn't take another. The waiter chuckled when she told him it wasn't good then still charged us.
If I could meet Freddy T I would tell him my wife and I think you are doing a great job with 4-5 different themed rooms. And the shrimp is amazing. It is definitely a place worth visiting if you are in town/ close by or passing through the town. Will be returning soon. Thanks again for the opportunity to bring the new year in have great food and meeting new people.
ordered chicken salad sandwich. toast was over done. dude was sick sitting behind the register. taste was fantastic. rooftop atmosphere was way cool. no ac because of outside seating. i think the Sunday hours are seasonal. #wouldgoagain
Me and a group of friends were there for a couple hours buying drinks. 4 -5 drinks at a time, tipping very well each time. Well my buddy goes to buy a beer and didn't tip for the beer after leaving at least 40 in tips for the same bartender on separate purchases. The bartender with the handicap arm said "we tip here" very aggressively and when my buddy tried to explain himself the same bartender said "you can take your b**** a** down the street".
Not worth your time or money or drive. I imagine they only stay in business due to nothing else being around there to choose from. All food had the same taste. And for the price you pay for the steak you would think it would be more and better flavor. Disappointment awaits you here
Went to a friends birthday celebration here on 7/16 when we were walking out my sister had a water in her hand and she was walking out with food in her other and was told by a man in a blue button up she ?couldn't leave with it?, she had no problem with it. She even said ?it's just water but here it is if you want to throw it away? I was behind him and I heard him say ?Stupid bitch? which was very disrespectful. If you are working for a business since when is it okay to call people names that come to your e
Super great food! Excellent customer service! Even fun for the kids! Although a couple of machines in the arcade seemed to eat our quarters without registering a credit. Almost a perfect visit!
We order the beef & chicken nachos and we could barely find any meat, when we complained $20 for Nachos and tea to the waitress all she could say is sorry and walked off. There was little cheese, lettuce, tons of Jalapenos & chips. I asked her once again when she came back about the chicken and she said it was mixed in the beef the problem was I found maybe two table spoons of meat on platter. The worst nachos of anywhere we ever had. The waitress should have called the manager over but nope. My advise d
Love this place. Best service fast and easy food for lunch. And somewhere to sit and have a drink with friends on a Fri night. Alyssa and Abi-Gale are the best waitresses!
It will cost you and your woman $20 to get in the door this place don't buy mixed drinks because they're 6 to $10 a piece with barely any alcohol in them total rip-off stick with the beer. The music is so loud you can not hear yourself think you have to scream at the top of your lungs to the person next to you to barely understand any words coming out of their mouth because the music is so loud in a size of a building about the size of your garage you can imagine putting a concert in your garage and then tr
Very nice place. We had very good food. The staff were very friendly.. loved the mixed drinks.. And the band Dixie Mafia by far are the best.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
