Frankie's of Charlotte

My family and I had a great time there playing miniature golf, bowling and riding the go karts. Everything was reasonably priced and worth every penny.

Bowling here was amazing at Frankies. The only downfall about the place is that there are no bundle packages for families, and the rides were short for the prices displayed, and you have to be 16 with an ID to ride go karts which is what my children wanted to do. They have great security to ensure everyone is safe. If you want a good place to bowl as a family,then this place you would enjoy.

One stop shop for fun. Would make a great date night as well. We enjoyed the games, laser tag and bowling. We didn't get to try to outdoor activities but we will be back.

I took my 13-year-old daughter, three of her friends, and her 2 sisters to celebrate her birthday. It was easy breezy and just enough since I was doing this by myself this round. It's not overwhelming, just enough rides, arcade, laser tag, food, and seating for the girls to enjoy for a few hours in the evening, 6:30-9pm. You have the option to book a party or bring your cake, set up, and purchase as you go (which I did). Everyone ate, rode, laughed, played, and had a great time for a few hours :)

If i could give it 10 stars I would cause this is the best place in the world for not only the kids but also has just as much for the adults to do with the kids and that is what made this place my favorite place ever to go.

When me and my family have visited recently during the hot weather I've noticed the same workers outside and they look EXHAUSTED? It's clear they're dedicated and doing their best under tough conditions in the heat. I hope management is taking good care of them with proper breaks, hydration, and support?because they really deserve it. Their work ethic definitely stands out.

We had a great time here! We loved the go karts and had an awesome time on the mini golf course as well. It was also a huge bonus to see all the adorable frogs and toads hanging around the course, as well as snails, and even a bunny! The place itself is really fun. Staff is pretty good at keeping things filled up. The laser tag area was fun. The biggest gripe was actually the poor service we got for my niece's birthday. We got everything that we could grab, we grabbed ourselves because our server just wasn't really there to bring us stuff. The wings and pizza were actually pretty decent, the fries were meh. I went her e on Sunday with my family. The rides and atmosphere was great. Felt secure with security staff. The night when downhill when I stopped by the bowling/bar area to grab a quick snack and drinks. Visited this place in August for one of our out of town church activities during our stay in Charlotte. It was a about a half drive from our hotel. My children and I enjoyed the activities. We purchased playing cards in advance as part of our church outing, the card could be used to play various games, VR, rides, put put golf and food/drinks. Despite the hot day we had a blast! It's the first time we visited Frankie?s of Charlotte in Huntersville, NC. Wow what an amazing Arcade, Golf and other stuff like bumper cars etc. Took my son during Spring holidays and he was extremely happy with everything. We as an adults enjoyed too.. Went there with my family and enjoyed the night with arcades and bowling ?? we went during the week and it was almost empty. About the bowling alley max of six bowlers per lane. No reservations are needed first come first serve. Pricing is $35 per hour monday-thursday and $40 per hour for friday-sunday. Also shoe rental is $5 per person. This place is fantastic and has everything you could want to have a wonderful day with your kids. There are games, rides, Putt-Putt, go-karts, bowling, an area for climbing, food drinks and a whole lot of other things to do for kids as well as adults. This would have been a PERFECT experience, but: Me partner and I booked for our daughter?s 5th birthday party. The gaming package was a solid deal, booking staff was great and the facilities felt clean! New place just opened on the 6th of December. It's like a Dave and Buster's. They have bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, putt putt golf, video games etc. The staff are good. The wings were cooked perfect and were good but small, the sliced pizza was not bad but skimpy on the toppings I couldn't tell I had extra cheese. My neighbor took my son here and I picked him up. This was my first time here and I will definitely take him along with his friends. My son had a blast. This place is a mixture of Dave and Buster's and Sport's Connection. It is very upscale for a fun center and there are a few lounges for the adults. Frankie's has rides, food, Go-Karts, Miniature Golf, Bumper Boats, Amusement Rides, Laser Tag, Batting Cages, and an Arcade. It's an awesome place for the family, for parties, birthdays and even adult gatherings. It's not just for young kids but also for adults who are kids at heart.

Great place for everyone, family,friends or date night (fyi, if your thinking of date night, Saturdays they have a child curfew at 8pm, Anyone under 18 will be ask to leave) We were here on Monday around 2pm and it wasn't crazy busy or maybe it was but it's a spacious place. Staff were friendly, facility was clean, food delicious at the lounge, they also have a cafe area where they sell snack items. Spent 75 and won nothing. Refilled my card to drive at the road course and they told me my card was empty. $20 went nowhere I guess. First time at a place like this and honestly the worst first impression I could imagine. The workers seemed miserable as well. Definitely not coming back.

First time here. It's a Dave and Buster's without the mall plus outdoor carnival rides. $8 for unlimited time in the play zone. Games average $2.00 per play. The outdoor rides $10 and less. Bumper cars are $8 per turn. The food was much better than expected. Have to budget accordingly but overall a really good time.

Impressed on the size and variety of things to do at Frankie's. Love the fact they have mini golf and 3 cart tracks. Corporate Buyout- Amazing Experience! The team at Frankie?s (including their hands-on owner) went above and beyond for our corporate event! We rented the entire facility out. They were communicative, easy to work with. The food was BEYOND delicious! The games and fun were endless! They truly cared about our event and did everything in their power to make sure it went well! We cannot thank them enough! All ages had so much fun! There is so much to do! Thank you!!! Just be aware that ppl will be smoking near the attractions and there are no signs. Think while getting the kids. If smoking is prohibited this would become #1 place. friendly staff. Some are overpriced but overall its very good. We did not try the food. No outside food and drink allowed. Lot of things to do. Most of the rides don't have waiting. New card is a $1. Really nice place for the family or a date night! It is very clean and spacious. There are a variety of activities from mini golf, rides, arcade games and laser tag. The prices are great too. The concession stand had a good selection. The party areas seem nice as well. Will definitely be back when we visit the Charlotte area.

We went to frankies back to back after 1st visit. My husband had a great time playing his favorite games while i kept the kids ??. We did go on couple of the rides. The go karts are so much fun i can go on them all day. Down side is you will spend a lot of money if you stay there longer lol.

This place has a lot of different things to do, but is ridiculously overpriced. Arcade games average $3-$5 per play, I saw a few games that were $2. We gave each of our 5 children $100 and we were in and out in 1.5 hours. They do have larger rides, but they will run you $7-$10 per ride. Again, ALOT to choose from, but it will cost you.

The place was a gamers dream but the food was just OK. They tacked a 15% tip on my bill and we had 0 service. My daughter in law had to keep going to the counter to find missing food.

This place is abysmal! They absolutely NEED to shut it down ASAP!! Its dirty, a place where tons of crime goes down 24/7, the rides are COMPLETELY unsafe, and the machines are rigged to keep taking your money with no prizes. The family and I had a blast!!! We made sure to get there right at opening. Enjoyed some bowling, had a good lunch. Highly recommend the cheese pizza and loaded nachos. Went out for a play date with some friends! Definitely had fun with the kiddos here we got there at Noon it was the perfect time to arrive. They do get busy fast! This place is enjoyable for all the family. Definitely will be returning. If you have young kids after 5pm On weekends expect a crowd.

Wow is all I can say! This place was insane!!! Hugeeeeee game selection! Vr. Immersive VR. 8d movie. Arcade games. Claw machines. Go cart tracks (4) carnival rides (3) tons of stuff to do like you could spend the whole day here an still not do everything! 10/10 we will 100% be coming back!! Also hugeeee prize selection. I just went there to day with some friends and they have so much from games, to rides, go carts and even food and bowling. I've been several times and there's always something to do. my only thing is you get bored quickly if you've been so many times and are high school age and up. You will spend money there and if your just looking for some thing to do here than Frankie's isn't a bad option.

I would describe this as an adult fun park. We went here for work summer party. A few hours of bowling and mini-golf. The place looks brand new and has arcade games and go carts. I would say it is a little pricey but a nice new facility.

Little kids can go through their cards pretty quickly. I liked that they have a little kid area and rides for the big kids. Alot of fun, great scenery / landscaping. Overall was a great place to visit. I just wish they did discounted bundles, because paying for each attraction individually is VERY expensive.

Was alot.of fun, prices a little high but its to be expected with a place like this. They should come up with some sort of unlimited passes. Food was also really good here.

Was a great experience. It would be awesome to have package incentives to encourage more frequent visits or visits with food packages. The outside rides are way over priced for a 3 turns around the pole. The teacup was a one and done. Not worth it.

All of the employees are high on weed and will go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. The manager is unable to correct any issues (see other recent reviews). Not a good place for parties unfortunately

Frankie?s has lot of rides.. which are indoor and outdoor. Best part is kids can enjoy indoor and outdoor ( it is weather proof ??)? Bowling track is very impressive, they have mini golf track. They improved a lot post COVID. Now they have many arcade and simulation games options. Best part is food is good and reasonable. We can host a birthday parties at minimal price and biggest plus is go cart????.

This place is great! There is so much to do with your family or friends. It's a lot bigger than the one in Greenville, SC and it has more rides. The bowling area is really nice and it has a ton of lanes. The restaurants are very nice and the prices are fair.

Absolutely awful, half the rides didnt work, games don't function and eat up your money prizes are way too overpriced and parents have no control over thier children and the stench of weed is everywhere in that place. Don't waste time and money here just go to a normal arcade it'll save you some.
