Medina, Ohio 44256
When out for dinner with family and decided to only get an appetizer. We've been here before and have ordered the potato skins before so we were aware or the portion. Our jaws dropped when we received the PS. 3 Little spuds
I hosted a private event here for 50 people and received so many compliments about the venue choice. They were closed during our event so it felt exclusive. The staff was always attentive and helpful. Everyone found an activity to have fun with. The price for space rental, games, and food was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Okay- this place is awesome! We've recommended it to friends and family since we went! We've had a great experience. Great food, great staff, super fun atmosphere! After you eat, you can purchase a bag of coins to play all sorts of games. They also have mini bowling and skeeball! Our waitress was super nice and constantly made sure we were doing okay! More people need to know about this treasure tucked away in Medina! 5 stars, we're going again soon! Thank you Foundry Social!
For my birthday, we wanted to hang out with some friends, grab a bite to eat, and generally just hang out and have fun. Have been wanting to visit the foundry (had been to high voltage karting a few times in the past but never this side of the facility) The place is very nice. Service was great, the retro arcade games were a blast of nostalgia, the duck pin bowling was super fun, the retro console area was amazing, and my personal favorite, the indoor go karts, just top off the experience. Food was good b
My partner and I recently wanted a night out, and we were tired of just the usual dinner-and-drinks situation. I had heard great things about this place, so we decided to check it out, excited for the go karts and games! Our server Kait was immediately so friendly and attentive, and very fun to chat with! They were the highlight of the evening, with stellar service and great vibes!! We had such a great time but honestly all of the staff was stellar enough that I'd return for them alone ??
There is definitely a lot of games here. The food for men is kind of small, but I guess that's their summer menu. Tacos trio was good choice especially the service was fast on point. Corn hole arcade games go karting. What's not to love? And did I mention the beer choices ? Well there was many to choose from to say the least. Stop in play eat and have a good time.
Food is good, the chips and pretzel bites were tasty. The atmosphere is open, fun and inviting. The service is always pretty good as well.
We were here for a company party. The atmosphere was amazing and fun. Even though it was plenty busy, the place was clean. The staff were helpful and kind and enthusiastic. Our groups bartender, Lena, was AMAZING! She was peppy and friendly, a smile on her face the whole evening. She was helpful if you weren't sure what mixed drink you wanted (I'm not well versed in drinks), and made sure you were satisfied with the end result. The food was delicious as well! If you're looking for a company event venue, I
We've gone here for years and we love everything! The food, the games, all amazing! Even had the opportunity to have my photo featured on their menu!!!
Absolutely loved our experience there. We went for a friends birthday party. There were 6 of us. Kaylee was amazing as our server, very attentive to our needs. We had a blast playing Duckpin bowling. Addie, the manager came to our table to welcome us and I saw her working on a lane that was out of service for a good half hour. Very dedicated. The food was really, really good!! Will be coming back. The only reason for the 4/5 star was because the space invaders machine was down and my husband looked like a
Fun place to take the family. We went to the indoor karting and came here for food. The arcade games were just okay more old school and totally that's fine for older but not really younger kids. The sit down gaming area was neat. The skiball was fun. Giant jinga and connect 4 were a huge hit. Duckpin bowling was a hit. They have some other fun things we didn't have a chance to try like cornhole. Our food was not great for the price. The cheese curds and fries were very good. Chicken and burgers not great.
Excellent food, we all enjoyed our meals. I had the Fried Grouper fish sandwich and it was delicious. We enjoyed the Duck Pin Bowling and the Arcade Games. I was disappointed that there was no Ping Pong.
Definitely, one of of the best kept secrets, in Medina! I attended a Cigar night, which The Foundry hosted, along with Havana?s Choice Cigars. The Foundry is such a beautiful and welcoming place! It is also huge! They have sooo many things, to do, for all ages! The go kart area is super cool and man, can those karts move! Brian, one of the partners, at The Foundry, mentioned that the Go-Karts get up to 40 mph! Brian is super nice, personable, and knowledgeable. The Foundry Social also has Duckpin bo
I've been here with my family the last two Father?s Days, and have had pleasant experiences with the service and activities each time. What I did not like is that this time around, which was much busier, that our fellow customers seemed to think this was more of a daycare service instead of a social lounge. In between games of duckpin bowling, which was temperamental in its own right with a faulty ball return, a handful of children came in that appeared to be friends with those on the lane next to ours. We
I booked a birthday party for about 30 people with Foundry this past weekend and I could not have been happier with how well everything was handled. The food was good (the pizza in particular was a very pleasant surprise), but more than anything, the ambiance/activities and the service were absolutely exceptional. It's such a nice place to host a group like this and I cannot say enough about the absolutely incredible service all members of our party received from our server, Gwen. She was on the spot wit
Great place to visit if you are in the area with a small or large group. Geared to amuse people of all ages! We played pool, shuffleboard, video games on the tvs, jumbo jenga and arcade games galore! The high voltage kart racing is attached but completely separate from Foundry Social. The kids all loved the atmosphere and wide selection of entertainment. Even the older adults were highly satisfied and impressed. Definitely recommended!!!
Celebrated a friends birthday here and had an amazing time as always! Service from Hannah C was outstanding and the manager Ryan was also extremely helpful & kind during our visit. We will be coming back more in the future! Always enjoy coming here & the staff is always extremely helpful & friendly!
Oh-My-Good-Gracious-Lord-Of-Love... this place is amazing! It is pub-restaurant-playground. So much food and games to tantalize young and old alike. Sure, lots of places in Medina County have amazing food and desert, and some have fantastic drinks and cocktails, but this is the only one I know of that pair that with bocci, corn hole, bowling, billiards, stand-up arcade games and HIGH SPEED GO-KARTS! This was so much fun sharing a holiday lunch at the Foundry! We will be back faster than a go-kart lap!
Big place. Lots to do. Didn't try the food or drinks. Big bar though. Was there for indoor karting and arcade games. FAST electric karts. Exhilarating! Love that the track goes indoor and outdoor in the same race. Arcade games are very old school which is good and bad depending what you're looking for but a bag of tokens is only $6. The tokens are cash only so make sure to bring cash. Plenty of free parking and bathrooms on site. Very comfy couches in the karting area to watch the races.
The food is typical pub grub, but the atmosphere and service were outstanding and I'll likely make it a regular friend hangout place!
Brian B. Is the best! He was very generous with tokens for the kids in our party. Chatted with us about what to do in Medina. All around great experience!
The atmosphere is fun with plenty to do. Took 1+ hour for apps to arrive and I can't properly rate the meal considering I literally never received it. Someone in house needs to have an honest conversation with kitchen staff on how to do their jobs. A blind child could have been taught how to navigate and cook in the kitchen faster than whatever was happening back there.
Our waitress, Hannah, was phenomenal!!! We had extra people show up and she handled it with ease! We all had a fantastic experience at the Foundry Social and it was mainly due to Hannah! Many of the guests had never been there before so it was wonderful to have such a positive experience. Thank you!
Very unique place. Plenty to do with electric go cart (highly recommend) to old video games, duck pin bowling and many other activities. Does get extremely crowded on weekends. Due to this seems like they need to beef up bartenders. Work hard but seemed overwhelmed. Food was very good along with the service. Great place to go out with a group of friends.
1st time in and already planning our next visit. The space and atmosphere was great! Loved playing the old arcade games. We only had drinks and apps but they were excellent ( the homemade chips and dip were awesome) and our server, Hannah, was wonderful!
We had an awesome 10th birthday party for my son. We did go-karting, bowling and arcade games, plus dinner. The food was delicious and it was super easy to plan. Shout out to Tim for making booking so easy and to Rey for the flexible, easy-going and attentive service. Highly recommend!
Great food, place to watch the games, bowling, and go carts.
Had such a great time here, best busy bar in Medina! Even though there was a bit of a wait, the food and drinks were totally worth it. (And it was a Saturday night) The pineapple upside-down shots, espresso martinis, and huge caesar salad were all so delicious. The menu has tons of options, and the boneless wings were awesome. While you wait, you can even play cornhole, which really adds to the fun vibe. The bartenders were awesome, and made it a really enjoyable night. Definitely recommend checking this pl
Great place to hang out with friends or to take your family. They have an excellent indoor electric go kart track, lots and lots of games including corn hole, bowling, and an arcade. The staff were great and the bar was very well stocked; only the wine menu was limited. The food definitely wasn't the attraction, next time we'd eat somewhere else and then come here for fun and a few drinks.
I got the chicken tenders and they were good. 3 clucks out of 5. That's good, I'm a chicken tender guy. I ordered fries too. a side of them. and boy howdy, there certainly was a lot of fries. my brain doesn't work good. but the food was good. and that made me glad. the colors on the bar were good and colorful. racecars. Blackberry margarita?! uh yeah, that's the stuff I like! oh baby sugar. the place smelt nice. I'm going to go, thanks for coming!
Maybe eat before you come. The menu is limited and what they have isn't it. Our ?smash burgers? were just burgers, our pretzel bites were FLOATING in grease/butter and my espresso martini had zero Kahluah in it like advertised. I came here for a birthday party that had a pretty expensive tab but whatever we got in return wasn't worth the money. Outside of the food, there's lots of games and go karts. For $50 my kids got one race so it's not cheap so remember that coming here.
My friends and I went to Foundry Social on Saturday, March 15th. The bartender totally ignored us, wouldn't make eye contact and was taking care of people that would walk up to the bar instead of us. We were ready to leave and he finally took our order. My friend left the tab open as her husband was going to join us. When her husband got there he was ignored like we were. Another man came to the bar, took his order. Gave my friend the check but he never gave my friend's husband his beer. Finally, I had
Such a great place to be at with friends or family. High voltage carting was so much fun and the carts are really fast. There's arcade games, pool, table tennis, kegelbahn, etc., I think you can spend 4+ hours here without getting bored. There was only one downside of the trivia host Stuart being rude to our party as we were having technical difficulties when joining and delayed his game by 40-60 seconds. Maybe he was stressed or having a bad day but he unnecessarily showed us bad attitude and ruined the tr
What a great time! We took our adult daughters and their boyfriends on a whim one night a few days after Christmas. We wanted to try something new and I had heard about this place. Besides the good food which is mainly bar food and the good drinks and excellent service, we played Cir hole while we waited for a table and after we ate we played two rounds of duck pin bowling which I had never heard of. We really enjoyed it! We will probably try the indoor go cart racing next time because it looked like a lot
Our server Jamie was amazing. Planning a birthday party with 20 people, I was a little nervous but Deb made the process easy and smooth. We had a great event, perfect for socializing with a larger group. 0 The only thing I wouldn't recommend is ordering appetizers ahead of time... no one really like them and anyone who wanted food ordered that on their own. It worked out nicely having paid for activities ahead of time and having people pay for anything extra they want it on their own. I would highly recom
Awesome place with lots of entertainment options. Still need to try go karts, console games and bowling. Mainly spent the night playing trivia and earned 30$, playing jenga, arcade games and drinking awesome pumpkin beer! Will definitely be coming back. Only a 4 cause cause I wish they had more diverse food options..
My parents and I had a blast at this place over the weekend. We went on a Saturday so we expected it to be busy, which it was. Our server Lacey went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time though. Service was on point, food was great and we played plenty of arcade games after. I highly recommend this place!! ?? **I should also note, this location is not pet friendly. The dog with me in the images is a task trained service dog for a disability
We frequent this place and love it. The building is beautiful, the food is always on point and the old arcade games are my favorite. I always get the Belly Buster burger which is amazing and I try a different brew each time as well. The food menu is small but all the options are great, especially the apps. The drink menu is huge and the drinks are local and delicious. We love the High Voltage Carts, the old arcade and video games as well as the Mini Bowling. My only complaint is the parking. I believe this
Easy setting up a reservation for 20 people, the service was amazing! The food was great! Our bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable of all their beers and drinks.
Awesome place. Great atmosphere. The Foundry Social has a large selection of spirits and beers on tap. While your there you can try out duck pin bowling. They also have a large selection of arcade games, pool, old school video games, and a brewery. Rental spaces are available for large parties and events. Located adjacent to High Voltage indoor go kart track.
Carly and Karli were both AMAZING! Helpful, kind, proactive and always smiling and mingling to check to see if anyone needed anything.I already reached out to 2 friends who have graduates next year and recommended Foundry to them. They even went and got their personal computer to try to get a photo gallery going for us that my younger daughter couldn't get to play. The food was good and set up looked fantastic. I also love that I was allowed to bring in all the celebratory baked goods ?? we thoroughly enjoyed
Fun place for all ages. So many options from high-end go carts to duck pin bowling to old-school arcade games. A HUGE selection of Ohio Craft Beer (and they are starting to brew their own in the MAD Brewing wing). Bottle selection is expansive and includes Ohio Craft Sprits in addition to national standards. Food offerings look expansive also, but I haven't tried the food yet.
Super fun time. Food came up super fast. Lots of space. We went with a party and had a really fun time. Server was very nice and had fun with our group. Would highly recommend!
Gather round as I spin you a tale of this place. Beers? Yup. Games? Yup. (Not free tho. Womp) Dangerous, fast moving mini cars? Yup. Overall this place is pretty dang cool. Food was good. I got the pretzel bites and I swear they brought out about half a hundred of those lovely little buttered fellas. With cheese to dip! Jolly gee. Great selection of beers. My acquaintance dang near drowned in his 5 blackberry margaritas. Es muy delicioso. I think we might even visit this place again some day!
Kate (Cake) was our server and she was FANTASTIC! My date and I had such a fun experience. We'll absolutely be back. I hope Kate had fun learning about color blindness!
My family, friends and I met up here for my 30th birthday and had an awesome time. Service was great, and food was good, however my potato skins were a little overdone but that's ok - I still ate them up lol. We had reservations for High Voltage Go Karts and had a blast. Then we went back in for more arcade and drinks! Can't wait to come back for more :)
Had a chance to visit today and was very impressed. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is full of fun. The drink selection is very good and the food was delicious! The Foundry pulled pork sandwich was amazing! 10/10 would recommend!
This place is the Coolest Adult Hang out joint Ever!!! We spent 4 hours there and could have stayed even longer!! The food was Amazing and the people are cool... Definitely will be returning soon!!!
What a great experience. We had our annual all staff fuction at the Foundry Social and it was a huge hit! They made everything so easy...we just showed up and had fun!
Had an amazing time and experience tonight. We've been here before and decided to take a large group of family here on a very short notice! Management quickly accommodated our party of 15. Our server was Nick and he was awesome! Efficient, fast, and still personable. We got our food so quick and everything was delicious. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Not to mention our server also provided us with some complimentary tokens to play games!
Literally nothing works. Paid $175 for 11 players on 2 lanes for 2 games. We made it thru 5 turns in 35 mins because the pins were getting hung up, balls not returning, incorrect scoring, etc. We had some younger kids so I asked of we could get a refund and switched to tokens for the arcade. They refunded the $175 and gave us 6 bags of 20 tokens on the house. Very nice! BUT, half the arcade games were marked out of order, half of the games not marked were also "out of order" and just took tokens but no game
Brian was our server and he was fantastic. He was very attentive and helped set up pool and duckpin bowling then brought food/drinks to us.
Incredibly fun place. Favorite appetizer/ snack ate the pretzel bites. Beer is fresh and excellant (I'm a lager person). Kart racing is a blast.
Not a big menu selection. Mostly appetizers. Our service started out good but then it was like we were forgotten. Had to ask twice for our beer. Fun place but can be pricey if you play the games.
We enjoyed a delightful team happy hour at your wonderful venue. Kylie, our server, was excellent! The appetizers were delicious, and we had a blast with the duck pin bowling. Our team will definitely return for more team-building activities and fun.
We had our team Christmas party at The Foundry and it was so much fun!! Alexis, our server, was great, gave recommendations on food and checked often to make sure we didn't need anything. The staff was also helpful when needed for duckpin bowling. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend!
Had my birthday event here and it was great! Our waitress Alesia was so accommodating, food and drinks were great. No complaints!
I've recently hosted a surprise 40th birthday for my husband at Foundry Social and had such an amazing experience with them. I spoke multiple times with their event coordinator, Laura and she helped me determine the best plan of attack and room needs for the amount of people we were planning. Picking the menu was so fast and easy with their condensed catering menu. I even asked Laura for her opinion on the amount of food I needed and her judgement was spot on! It definitely wasn't her first rodeo! Ha ha!!
Was the first time being there and the group that I was with very much had a good time. Was a great atmosphere to be in and the building was interesting to say the less. We've already talked about going back.
Great atmosphere, excellent bourbon choices, great wait staff, and enjoyed the impromptu tour that we were given that gave us the history and story behind the foundry.
It's great when there is a place you can go, where there is something to eat, and something to do, for anyone of all ages. The Foundry has it all, duck-pin bowling, video games, pool, bags, a brewery for Pete sake, GO KARTS!! I have yet, to not have a good time here. (22.3 is my fastest time so far, try and beat it !)
Great and amazing wait staff, Kait was absolutely incredible, thoughtful and ensured us constantly we were in good hands. Will be returning as a customer who pays a lot of money (im a rich doctor) just for that reason alone
Food was good and the atmosphere is incredible. You can spend several hours here playing different games.
Waited 45 minutes for our food and it was colder than room temperature. Our food sat on the other side of the bar for 15 minutes. Finally I asked when our food would be done and they went over and grabbed it. Very poor. Especially for $14 for a pulled pork sandwich.
We had our staff Christmas party on Saturday. Great food, great staff. Games, go carts, bowling. They offer a great reasonable range of entertainment for the whole family.
Food was refreshingly delicious and the staff clearly went out of their way to provide for us a great experience! The cook himself actually came to our table to ensure the food quality... The renovation of the old foundry was completed with impeccable attention to fine detail enhancing the whole experience! Returning? Absolutely!
This is a very cool venue with a lot of games, including duck bowling, arcade games, and electric go karts. It can get very crowded and loud here though, so make sure you make reservations for tables and go karts.
First time visiting. Burger was delicious. Plenty of seating and parking. Server was friendly and attentive. Huge facility.
We had our company christmas party at the foundry this year and we had a great time. We rented the track for one hour however we were given extra time to allow for late guests. The taco bar was also good along with the 3 seasons space. I would rent here again for a company event.
Came to eat from out of town (an hour away) They told us 45 minute wait. Checked in after an hour they couldn't tell us how much longer but were kind and got us a table to tell us that food would take at least another hour. We were thankful that there were things to do for the hour and a half that we were there. Decided to leave and eat elsewhere.
Had a really fun time at Foundry for my birthday. Amazing atmosphere and service was good as well. Some of the games where coins are inserted did not work. Other than that, we saw people of all ages having a good time.
We just had our company Christmas party here last week! It was excellent!! Great value for what you pay for. The service staff and the event coordinator, Laurin was awesome! We'll be booking here again in the future!
First time here, decided to drive 20-30 min with my girlfriend to try it out. Got seated and waited for 20 minutes and NOT 1 server came over to us or even said hi or anything, so we just got up and left. What a waste of time. First and last time
I stopped in with a friend for a few beers and some food on a Friday evening. This was my 2nd visit, and once again wait staff was very attentive and friendly. MAD brewing beer was great and Good pub food. I tried a black and blue burger with onion rings on this visit - very, very tasty! It starts getting busy around 6pm, but lots of open area so it does not appear crowded. A few parties going on and several families with kids. If you have a large group getting together, I recommend this place.
We were in the area and stopped by for Valentine's Day. The atmosphere was very nice, not crowded, our server was very helpful, explained everything as it was our 1st time, and the food was good. We'll go back
Hannah was great. She had our big party and other tables. Was very attentive. And checked on us frequently.
We hosted our daughter's 21st Birthday in the Three Season Room and had a great experience! Thank you Tim for the quick initial response and event information. Thank you Laurin for the great communication with party details and assistance setting up a custom menu. A special thank you to our dedicated server, Alayna, who kept us flush with drinks and any other needs without batting an eye. She was amazing and handled our large group with ease! The food, drinks, and service were all amazing and fun was had by
We had a holiday party for our office with about 55 guests and the event was great. Staff and food were both awesome. Our team had a blast and there is something for everyone.
Such a fun place for a date night! Our waitress Kait was extremely fun and provided excellent service.
Great place to go with a group and very kid friendly. Nostalgic with the old video games and the go carts are amazing!! Little bit of a drive for me but worth it.
I love the Foundry. Always fun, staff is great. We just did apps, duck pin bowling and some video games. The beer cheese on the pretzels ?? and the bacon fries. Awesome! Their beer selection huge! has to be close to the most taps in NE Ohio.
Foundry Social is a very fun environment serving solid drinks, and MAD brewing (which is part of the facility) offers a fantastic beer selection including several options brewed in-house. The selection of old games is fun (and free). It can get busy at peak hours, particularly on weekends, making it difficult to get a bowling or cornhole lane. I recommend coming in off hours, or be prepared to hang out for a while.
This place is really cool and a great addition to the area. Love the kart racing, beer selection and awesome game choices. Can't wait to come back when they are all finished building.
We had a great first visit at The Foundry and will definitely be going back. Great atmosphere with many fun activities. We had a few appetizers - all were very good - and look forward to trying a meal on the next visit. Updated 1/27/25. We were very disappointed when we visited Saturday evening. After sitting down and ordering food/drinks we went to arrange a time to play duckpin bowling or table shuffleboard. These were not being used by anyone. The staff behind the counter said that those amenities (e
Good food and great mixed drinks. The beer is more session than craft beer, but it is served in a pleasant environment. I am editing my review because my family just went here today to watch my kid do kart racing and we were told we could not sit at the bar because my son is 9. Meanwhile about four teenagers were sitting across the bar from us. There is no Ohio law against underage children sitting at a bar. The manager told us it was the bar tenders discretion whether he sat at the bar. The bar tender
It's a really cool spot to get some food and drinks and play Cornhole or bowling or even go-karts! Good food and cold beer!
My husband and I came there for the very first time for dinner. This evening, the atmosphere was amazing. The food was wonderful. The customer service aspect of our experience as far as our server Brian B was severely lacking and would benefit from more customer service skills and Training , we felt very unwelcome and would have bought more drinks, but just wanted to leave.
You guys really need to check the date on your wings or not keep them out and or not in cold storage. Two people that didn't have anything to drink and the only people that ordered the wings were not well at all hours after eating. Less garlic brine helps too as both belching garlic burps. Played duck pin and friends went to get drinks and literally sat at the bar for 24 minutes as the time on duck pin ended they were just getting drinks. Short staffing is the thing nowadays, but to be ignored is all to
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
