A hidden gem for golfers and non-golfers alike! Just visited this brand new golf simulator spot and I'm seriously impressed. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming and laid-back. The staff were super friendly--and the owner himself even came over to introduce himself, teach us how the simulator works, and make sure we were having a good time. You can really tell they care about the experience here. The simulators? Top-notch. Super realistic and responsive, with a great variety of courses and

Best place to go hit some balls! Staff is amazing and they all so have some killer pinball machines in the back. 10/10

My husband and I went here the other day for a random date night and we had soooooooo much fun. The owner was super friendly and explained all the different gaming options that they offer. All the pinball machines were a blast and I loved that you could get a beer. Definitely 10/10 would recommend ??

What a fun place and super casual! It wasn't busy when we swung by around noon so the hubs played for an hour and the kids got to play mini golf! My son is obsessed with the star wars pinball machine. We'll be back!

Brought my daughter here on an impromptu outing. I've been to a few simulators and this one is right on par with the rest. One thing I haven't seen before is their replay camera that shows your club on impact every shot to show how your club addressed the ball. Very helpful and I'll definitely be back to work on my game. The owner and all the staff were awesome and there are even a handful of pinball machines in the back for anyone interested in that.

Top notch, family owned spot. My 4 year old had a blast playing pinball in the arcade. Several TVs on all sports and they have golf instructors on weekdays. Highly recommend! Guarantee the next golf phenom is coming out of Solano County, CA. Vacaville family fun, video golf sports simulator? no it's not kinky, unless that's how you swing. @fore_play Do you have a monthly pass?

Five Stars! This place is outstanding for the whole family. We enjoyed our Golf Session at Fore Play Simulators in Vacaville, CA. We will be back very soon! Highly recommended to ALL ages and levels of golf!

Easily and hands down the best simulator golf experience I've ever had the pleasure of playing! Everything from the set up, the build, to the owners are exceptional and top of the line. It was like living in a golfing dream!

I was here for the pinball. They have about 10 machines, all on coin op at 1.00 per credit. The games are in great condition, not your typical arcade condition games. I played Cactus Canyon, Foo Fighters, Metallica remastered, Black Knight. This might sound weird, but the game's volumes were perfect. It wasn't blaring loud and the voice commands were easy to hear. I didn't walk away with audio overload. I'm not a golfer, but I'm intrigued by the golf tech with the simulators. I spent more time watching othe

Great facility! Friendly staff, cool environment, very chill. Bring your own food and clubs and you're all set.

Awesome place to play golf indoors. Great staff, clean and precise simulators, and relaxed environment. If you haven't, you need to book a tee time right away!

Pricing is fair. A ton of courses to pick from. A ton of games to play. The recording of stats on app is very detailed. Great family fun. Top notch entertainment...

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pinball tables still good in this modern age?

Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
